I find your site totally confusing! I feel I should be able to go to my saved products and order directly from there. But no - all I can do is edit it, look at it or delete it. I then have to go and make a new one - there is nowhere that says that I can quote the number of my already designed product. I can't import my design into a new product design either. It is not a very user-friendly programme. I have often thought of using you again - but every time I get so frustrated that I have walked away...

This was the first time we have done anything like this and were copying a farm sign we saw locally and these letters can adhere to the steel plate we are using.

I tried several times to do a blade banner double sided, but it always reverted to single sided. I cannot use the template, as it is in PDF and I cannot make changes to it.

You collected my email address with the promise of a 20% discount. It didn't come but I noticed the FIRSTORDER banner across the top of your page. I entered that and it told me not applicable. SO I feel I have been over charged by 20%.

I tried to get assistance from the online chat regarding sizing etc, but the operator was not helpful and not able to give advice regarding sizes etc so I ended up ordering the wrong size and am stuck with two screens that are the wrong size. What's the point of having an online chat if you can't get decent advice?

I tried 5 times to design a double-sided flag on a template provided. It kept defaulting to single-sided. Helpdesk kept saying to start again and select double-sided, which I did 5 times! This issue needs fixing. We should be able to change it back to double-sided after edit/design stage, since it reset itself to single-sided. I had to start again and again and have spent hours on trying to order a simple flag, rather than minutes (which it normally takes). The only way it worked in the end was to not choose a template.

Pretty good over all just in the my design template part. I had a high res 300 dpi file at the correct size. But it state flagged it as low res. It stopped flagging as low res when I changed it to 1200dpi. Perhaps say that in the low res text box that it needs to change to higher than 300 dpi. Also one of my design which was saved in my design came up as a black box which meant I had to re upload it to place the order. But overall it's really easy.

Suzane was an amazing customer assistance during my purchasing. In credibly king and patient. Never had such a great customer service before! Thank you, it was a pleasure ordering through banner buzz with Suzane.

Ordering system is not user friendly. Have had to spend alot of time to sort out my order. Needed 4 customer service staff to help sort out my order. Some customer service staff have difficulties communicating in English.

Its not that app isnt great it is, but my last order was completely wrong in how i thought the stickers would come out for car signage on windows. I thought being car windows BannerBuzz Australia would be transparent not solid backgropund preventing vision in car. I could not use me last order and was completely disappointed! So ordering car decals through will not happy again. Let alone i paid for priority shipping and this date was not met at all when order placed. Only reason im choosing business cards with you is i feel its a safer option with printing.

The 'Save for later' feature on the cart is very good, like it.

Would be good if you provide the maximum cap of discount codes, so that I can more easily decide which coupon is best for my order. Otherwise, everything is very good. Thankyou

This is the second order of the same signage as the original letters fall off the wall and break consistently. We are needing to have a third party provide stronger adhesive.

Very clunky hard to use shopping experience, love the design studeo but very concerned that the design shows a black dashed box around my design, if the product arrives with that on I will want a refund

We ordered navy blue table linens, received purple. Reported this with photos to highlight the issue, showing the product next the the Cadbury purple brand, compared to our navy branding - BannerBuzz took no accountability, BannerBuzz Australia would not replace the product and instead offered me a 25% discount on my next order. This is now a complete waste of money as I cannot use the product - do not recommend at all.

The order number is far too long. I wanted to order an additional 3 cards for new members of staff and it was quite difficult and hopefully it will all be ok as now I also have to send an email to confirm details

I had to spend a lot of time with help to get the order sorted.
When you choose your order, you have two options. Upload my design, or supply the design later. I designed the bookmark on your website and saved it--so that was a third option but wasn't listed.
The first helper told me he'd move my design to checkout, but it appeared as a green rectangle.

I was assured by your representative that our order would easily be delivered by the 5th June once I was able to finally get all 3 runners into the Checkout cart. But it seems that the only way I could assure that was to pay over $50 postage, which I only found out right at the end of the process? Aaargh! I was expecting free shipping for an order over $99 and an email sent out on Sunday night said I had 24hrs hours to complete an order to get it for 2nd of June. So I tried to do this but your software kept freezing, saying error when I tried to save it and checkout, then the runner page dissapeared with the error 404 appearing constantly. These runners are for the charity Bat Rescue Inc. and we had only expected to pay <$100 for three runners. Now it seems we have had to pay an extra $50+ to insure that date of delivery, which was not expected? Or have I paid this without needing to? I would appreciate someone looking into this as I have had so much trouble with trying to do this online, hence a Chat session last night and a phone call this am trying to get my order finalised, and now to have an extra $50 for postage to get it by a date which was promised in your advertising and by one of your representatives seems a little unfair and false advertising?

The person on the phone was very personable. But the information given re ETA of delivery and the free delivery cost was wrong, as it cost us nearly $50 to get the package delivered on the time after we were told it would be easy to be made in time and get to us by the date we needed it by. There was no mention that I would need to pay Express delivery costs for that delivery date. That added a substantial increase in the overall price which was not expected. I have since emailed about this whole matter and have not had any reply to date.

Just received the number plates and BannerBuzz Australia look really good but the writing on them is too small so i wont be able to use them on my car so had to order and pay for more.

The platform is a bit trickey, free gift which results in shipping costs higher than the free item and shipping combined! Shame on this poor tactic. Apart form that i enjoyed placing the order. I hope the quality is a s expected when received thank you :)

It has misleading pricing and is a confusing site to use, chat is difficult for support, no email response and over the phone support was average once your call gets answered

When adding photos I can upload 4, BannerBuzz Australia are all ticked but when I try to add them only 1 is added and I have to back and add the next one each time.
Why can't I put 4 on my order at once.

This company is not located in Australia. BannerBuzz Australia have an AU website and AU phone number but are located in India. They promote that shipping is within a couple of days. My order was placed mid-August and their courier company depot is closed.

We are an Australian based company and had we known that they were shipping from India we would have not ordered from them.

They are responsive on their chat site but It is of no help that their courier shuts a depot and does not divert the products to their other facilities. Clearly, BannerBuzz would be aware of the logistical issues.

It was easy to use except I wasn't able to figure out how to position the writing on the flyer. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to preview the flyer before buying it.

The products are great, however, when shopping online, I discovered that my "free gift" increased the postage by $10 (twice the value of the gift itself). Ended up removing it for this reason as I did not need enough products to qualify for free shipping.

It is unclear on the website how to order a series of products. Please consider a button such as "Continue shopping" to make sure customers don't give up out of frustration/ confusion.
