This is my first experience for placing an order. Before this, I spoke with a customer representative and finalised the order. I have to see the quality of work when received.

I found the system a little confusing. Eventually, phone contact was made with me and everything was sorted out.

Very helpful and understanding. Not being overly familiar with computer based ordering systems, I found it hard to navigate.

Its my first ever print job rather daunting getting the art prepared haaa hope this is worth it! But I want mini business cards and 40mm round stickers theyre hard to find

I only worry that i may have ordered the wrong thing that i have in my mind that what i actually get. Otherwise everything was pretty easy and was great to get a good discount today.

Shipping to expensive for decent delivery times, free shipping option is a month wait, went to much effort price seemed cheap at first, them I committed to make the design to suit your common sizes and wasn't till shipping I wish I didn't, I believe you are not that competitive with the price once you ad shipping charges or delivery time frames.

I ordered the table runner and found that the ordering was seamless and easy and the delivery was faster than I expected. I am happy with the quality of the runner as well :)

Although the phone lines are really bad and make communication difficult, BannerBuzz Australia really get the design right in the end. I have used them for very tricky and innovative tasks and I am very pleased with the result, from business cards to note pads to internal and external window decals

I have used BannerBuzz before and was very happy with the service and final product so it was a no brainer for me to use them again and will continue to use them run the future

Maybe give more clear pricing, this was way more expensive than expected because your original price did not include a banner in the banner price? Like why would I order a banner without a banner? It's just disingenuous and obviously a way to trick users into paying more after BannerBuzz Australia have designed the artwork.

Great. But for the Freebie where if I chose the priority delivery the freebie shipping is also charged! Ideally, it should have been free completely, else the thrill wears off.

I was assured by your representative that our order would easily be delivered by the 5th June once I was able to finally get all 3 runners into the Checkout cart. But it seems that the only way I could assure that was to pay over $50 postage, which I only found out right at the end of the process? Aaargh! I was expecting free shipping for an order over $99 and an email sent out on Sunday night said I had 24hrs hours to complete an order to get it for 2nd of June. So I tried to do this but your software kept freezing, saying error when I tried to save it and checkout, then the runner page dissapeared with the error 404 appearing constantly. These runners are for the charity Bat Rescue Inc. and we had only expected to pay <$100 for three runners. Now it seems we have had to pay an extra $50+ to insure that date of delivery, which was not expected? Or have I paid this without needing to? I would appreciate someone looking into this as I have had so much trouble with trying to do this online, hence a Chat session last night and a phone call this am trying to get my order finalised, and now to have an extra $50 for postage to get it by a date which was promised in your advertising and by one of your representatives seems a little unfair and false advertising?

The artwork creator section on your website was very difficult to use. I called your telephone helpline, the person was helpful but was insistant that I put the order thru and pay before there could be any assistance on finalising the artwork.

I paid for priority delivery, it was delayed.
The cards aren't fantastic but you get what you pay for and these are cheap. It will get you started, if anything but I wouldn't purchase again if I'm after a quality card stock.

I tried several times over a couple of days to pick up and complete a shopping cart, but it kept saying b=my cart was empty (even though I was clicking on the link to my cart in the email from Banner Buzz). Eventually discovered your website just doesn't work in Chrome and I had to switch to Internet Explorer to complete the order.

I certainly had my doubts as to how well this would go, but the price was so reasonable - so good that I decided to up the postage level a notch. To watch my order get collected just a day after placing it, then see it race from India to Dubai to Singapore to Melbourne to Hobart to arrive days before some books I ordered on the same day to come from Victoria was stunning. I ordered two rectangular flags for indoor use, so can't vouch for their weather endurance, but BannerBuzz Australia look great!

Unfortunately it looks like I was trying to create several greeting cards while your website was under maintenance. Many of the tool kept dropping out. Your help desk was useful and recommended I try again later. I also had trouble figuring out how to get my saved designs into my shopping cart and then BannerBuzz Australia kept coming up with vinyl as the material and would not let me select another option. I also had to try several different payment methods before one was accepted.

The designers worked with me to ensure I got teh best outcome for the products I ordered. Brilliant value for money and fast delivery. I loved the banner, bookmarks and business cards. Will defintely recommend and use this service again.

Fabulous

Program is great and simple to use. However, identifying image quality and size would be great. I found it difficult to convert a mocked Microsoft word flyer that was designed to scale into Banner Buzz. Improvements could go towards more editing options within Banner Buzz design software.

All good except some parts of the website - would be good to have a fast ordering process included. Rang the 1800 and the operator was very helpful. Would highly recommend

Pretty good. Easy enough to navigate. Here is some feedback to make it 5 stars! If you could make some comparison tables for different window sticker types (pros and cons & recommendation for what situations, etc), that will be greatly helpful to make a decision.
