Amazing!
I never, and i mean never, leave comments on reviews. Honestly, i often wonder how many are paid or fake ect... I'm sure you are the same! But im telling you right now, get this product yesterday!
I have 4 dogs. All very protective (bark at a neighbor closing his car door... a block away) all very excited to see me (like when i leave forever... to check the mail...) alllll very aware the wind is blowing and i need to be informed of the fact.
INSTANTLY SHUT DOWN
I truly have never been more amazed by a product.
If you have yappy dogs driving you bonkers, this will save your life!

The description caught my eye
The description caught my eye. The article was not only informative but held my attention. I have a 4 mo old male Maltese. His incessant barking, biting & ignoring my come commands have me at my wits end. I love this baby to pieces & it is crucial I resolve these issues. Between the puppy barking & my husband complaining, it's difficult to relax. I'm trusting your expertise & love of dogs that BarxBuddy will make my life much easier & peaceful. Your site is user friendly & ordering was a breeze.

When I agree to buy something for $36 and suddenly...
When I agree to buy something for $36 and suddenly I'm billed $51 it's not a good start.
I clicked on the map showing that I live in Western Australia and therefore assume that the quoted price is in Australian Dollars, Yeah I now know it's in US dollars but it smells a bit of "sharp practice". Fix the ordering process and then folks have the choice of paying $51 for something that is advertised for $25. I probably would not have gone through with the purchase if I had realised the final cost. I certainly hope that the b#$%%^&** thing works.

DOES NOT WORK
This product does not work. I either got a bad one, or it is a hoax. I called and spoke with a rep. Right away there was the excuse that sometimes it takes longer to work on Chihuahuas. Wrong. I also have an Australian Kelpy. It just does not work. The dogs don't respond in anyway. If there really was a sound that only the dog can hear, BarxBuddy would respond in some way. He said they would send me another one. But it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received another one.

Great deal on product, provided that it gets here quickly...
Great deal on product, provided that it gets here quickly and works. The lifetime warranty seems reasonable priced as well. 3 star rating due to the excessive, intrusive and obnoxious attempts to solicit more business from a first time customer. Greedy much? Be happy with what I ordered, don't hide the "no thank you" icon in grey text against white and show multiple additional opportunities. This was almost enough to make me think twice about ordering at all.

False claims/Overpriced
This is a review of the device that barxbuddy claims will INSTANTLY stop your dog from barking. I can and will say with 100% honesty that these claims are false. I am willing to testify under oath that this is not true. Before I received my device I received two emails asking me to review the product, but after reviewing and sending them emails saying how dissatisfied I was with the device BarxBuddy have not contacted me. I am very upset that it does not work and even more upset since I found the same kind of device for only $9.99 at a megastore website. I paid $39.95 for the barxbuddy. Do not and I mean DO NOT waste your time and money on this device.

The product looks great, and I sincerely hope that it does perform as advertised. Unfortunately, with conversion to the Australian dollar it will be quite expensive (even though it is half price), so I have to admit to getting a little annoyed with the following additional optional expenses offered. Yes, I would have loved to have taken advantage of them but just can't afford it, and am really hoping that I find my BarxBuddy is ok without them, and that the postal service DOES still forward this without putting others ahead of me who CAN afford the additional cost.

I am excited to see your product! Your website has links at the top that don't actually connect to anything. The "Shop, Reviews, FAQ and Contact" links don't take you to any of those areas of your website. Also, the "Bundle Pack" has a picture of the three balls plus something pink and the Barx Buddy treats, which implies BarxBuddy are included in the price. The Barx Buddy treats are actually an additional amount of money and I have no idea what the pink thing is.

Cons: No shipping options like, over night, 2-3 day delivery
No search option to find other products like, a long-range automatic outdoor device that sounds when dogs bark so you don't have to be close in proximity or or inconvenienced by having to seek out the barking dog. Usually the time I find every need some more like this the most is in the middle of the night when the neighbors dog will not stop barking! We live in the country on top of the canyon for everything echoes. The nearest house is a football field away but the property line is a hundred feet from my bedroom window. Their dog literally comes that close and starts barking every night! I'm not sure if the owners of the dog can even hear him when he's down here barking by my house. I've spoken to them many times and BarxBuddy don't ever care to keep their dog in at night.
I'm hoping that there is a device that will also echos across the canyon! Allowing us have some peace and quiet during sleeping hours.

The presentation of this ad made me think this item is available in my state in Australia yet I was charged in US currency not AUD. This ended up being more expensive than it was presented to be because of the exchange rate. Surely if you're asking if this is available in my state it should be in Australian dollars not American. I feel like I've been tricked into buying this when I probably wouldn't have if I'd realized this was USD making it look much cheaper than it actually was.

Pushing the add on purchases too hard, in my opinion. It should still feel like it's your on decision to purchase any other items. The way to decline those extra purchases is very difficult to find & I disagree with that. I purchased this product because of the reviews and success stories & we have a dog that has to stop barking or we will have to move or we will have to put our dog down because she's too old to be adopted. Plus, it would definitely break Mother's heart.

Your site is a pain in the a$$ that feel like fraud. I wouldn't have stayed on the site for more than 2 clicks if I hadn't researched the product already. Don't play games. I had to scroll up and down several times before I found the innoculous grey text that let me NOT add treats to the order. Tricking people into buying more is an outright dishonest way of doing business. Will I come back again to buy another for someone else? Not likely, even if it works incredibly well.

What kind of a company can't communicate with a buyer...
What kind of a company can't communicate with a buyer that uses Outlook? I placed an order, my credit card was charged, but I did not receive a confirmation email. As this was noted as a possibility on the web screen after ordering, I followed the instructions to email "*******@barxbuddy.com." This email was rejected by your server. Again, I ask, what company can't communicate with a buyer that has Outlook? I certainly hope this site is not a scam.

Well done, payment looks ok so far but would prefer to be notified my information would not be kept on file as hackers consistently get into commercial enterprises putting customer's confidential financial information at risk. Also i do not like needing to include phone number as excessive aggressive and often fraudulent telemarketing calls are not something anybody wants. So where is your claim that my information will not be resold or passed on anywhere beyond BarxBuddy.

I'm just not that excited with companies that sell...
I'm just not that excited with companies that sell you something and then attempt to keep selling something else to go alone with what you originally ordered. Now I'm thinking I'd rather have the nail clipper than the brush, but didn't get that option to begin with. You might say something like" Since you're trying the Barx Buddy we have a couple of other things that might be of interest, take a look - you may want one, both, or none. That way there's no pressure.

Only works for barking
I was a little mixed by what to rate this. It works great to stop our dogs from barking, but beyond that I still need my spray bottle. NEVER and I mean NEVER try to use this to stop a dog fight as it only matters worse. We have two pits and when I tried to use this to stop the behavior it only seemed to amp things up more. Curious things also, is that it has NO affect on my chihuahua, but it freaks my cat out. So if you have a cat that jumps places you don't want them to be on, just point in their direction and push the button and BarxBuddy run.

Website very informative
Website very informative. Included all information on the product I ordered. Included Important details 2 help the customer better understand what the product was meant to do. The check out process simple&easy. The only thing is add is free shipping 4 any order including only ordering 1 barxbuddy devices. I think that would of been much more fair considering shipping was a bit expensive at $7.99. Regardless I'm excited 2 receive this product and start my puppy training...

I found the use of scare techniques on your website...
I found the use of scare techniques on your website to be infuriating. The fake countdown until the special price is gone is so phony. It is just as bad as stating on your website that you only have 10 items left for today. These are the two reasons I did not purchase earlier. Luckily my friend gave the product a good review and that is why I purchased. You need to get rid of the scare tactics on your website and just rely on good HONEST customer reviews.

The site offered me a deal with the dog treats for $10 more but when I clicked on it two different times it only offered me the device then it tried to give me an offer to purchase the dog treats for almost $15 so I didn't buy any then. I kept getting offers to buy extra junk which I didn't want. I should be able to bypass all of that. My time is important to me. I only wanted the device. I have ordered one but I came close to ordering nothing just because of BS.

I didn't like all the add on options
I didn't like all the add on options. I also think that some people could accidently hit the "green" button thinking it was a Next button. Seems like a bit of shady dealings to catch the customer who is in a hurry and then BarxBuddy order extra products they really do not want. It would be best not to offer products in that manner, it cheapens your entire site. Feels like a used car dealer type push for sales. I hope the product I am ordering works for my dog.

(www.zeldawisdom.com) Zelda has appeared on Oprah, GMA, CBS Sunday Morning, Fox News, etc. Zelda was one of Hallmark's most successful greeting card lines. There are Zelda figurines, snow globes, magnets, cookie jars, etc. Zelda's presence on social media, along with her followers will be fascinated to hear how Zelda responds to the BarxBuddy. It sounds like the perfect product for pooches. I hope it is.

Ok, I just didn't like when BarxBuddy keep pushing u to buy more products instead of just letting you ck out if that's what you want to do. I really hope that the products r good because I bought them all just to get to ck out faster. They do look n sound promising. Im praying its all true n not b. S. if it's true I'll be very happy to spread the word if its b. S. I'll also spread that but not happily PLEASE guys don't let me down, I have 2 barking n anxiety ridden n anxiety peeing mini doxies. Rip off
First, the company overcharged, and it took two phone calls to get it corrected. Then the unit would not work at all (tried on 3 dogs - no response) Called the company, said BarxBuddy would take care of it. Nothing. Called 3 weeks later, said would send new unit. Nothing. Gave up for 3 months, tried again by email. Support email bounced. Called service today and they said protocol would not let them service me because of time. Don', don't deal with this group

It's ok...
It's ok... Fast as usual. Sellers, - with the extra sales promos... I will see how this device works for my new puppy. Who's more aggressive than other dogs I've owned. Period... so time will tell... I've always done my own training & I'm swallowing pride & going to buy this to Hopefully train my bestest new Budd... to learn our way of life...

I understand the site needs to sell as well as take orders, but after reading how it was made, by whom and for whom, I was already sold, and didn't need to read more.
I'm hoping thus will let me be able to keep my puppy who is 7 months and no matter what I have and/or still am trying, still will not stop barking, jumping and biting on people. She doesn't bite hard but, we know it's Not acceptable behaviour. And I live her anyway. Thank you so much! I figure this us my best chance to train her" so I can keep her!

So far wonderful shopping experience. I would of given five stars if I could of been able to check out ALL of your products, but for whatever reason, this website wouldn't let me be able to do that. Except the doggy toothbrush that came up with another amazing offer. Other than that, really great. Thank you so very much and I'm certainly looking forward to trying this and helping us have our excitable boy, calm down a bit. Fingers crossed anyway.

I appreciate the offers. I also appreciate no pressure or complications declining those offers. My dog has multiple extreme allergies and is on a very special and restrictive diet. I would have liked more description on the other items in the bundle. I have 4 dogs different sizes. 2 are shepherds. But the other 2 are smaller. This ball is way too large for them. The stupid reviews constantly popping up while I was trying to fill out my order, address, etc was almost enough to make me discontinue shopping. I fail to see why it is necessary to keep showing reviews when it must be quite obvious that I am filling out my details and in the middle of an order. Even more maddening than having my dogs barking.
It was a pity, because otherwise I would have given five stars because the program itself was easy to understand and fill out.

This Does Not Work
I got my BarxBuddy pretty quickly and was very excited only to discover that it does not work - at all. The "flashlight" doesn't even work. It came with a battery, which I installed, and nothing happened when I press the button for the light. Then I tried another battery thinking maybe it was just an old battery and --- nothing. I am quarantined and cannot go out to mail it back for the refund. This is just a piece of junk. Don't waste your money on this!

Hope this works-I am a dog lover and am 78 years old and live in a senior close nit community and am about to get a puppy from a shelter and hope he/she will help save my lonely life as I may save his/hers. My wife passed on 5 years ago and I am looking for the love and companionship I know dogs offer in return for only a smile and hug and of course food and training.
