I'm angry that you don't show the shipping charge when I'm purchasing my item and that I just paid $25 on top of my bill for shipping. It makes me want to cancel this order. That is not fair or good customer service to hide that large shipping fee I would like that reduced to at least half I have never paid that amount for shipping. Everything should be laid out completely and it it's US dollars that should be clear as well but if you charged my credit card for a US amount that is wrong too as that was not clear anything was in US dollars.

On checking out, an offer for another product I didn't want popped up, but there was no way to proceed other than clicking "add to cart." I finally clicked it, figuring I'd just remove it from my cart before checking out - but suddenly I was checked out with no warning! The charge had gone through and I hadn't even seen the shipping charges or been given a chance to change or confirm what I was buying. It made me feel like this whole thing was a scam. Will be contacting the company.

Current pet is a 'dedicated feline' who has become a devoted 'shadow'.

Chili that she sneaks into her crate and twice now has gotten into and eaten every last piece of chocolate candy that has been left sitting in plain sight by my wife and 6 year old daughter... Sooo... if this works for our household... the cost: PRICELESS!

I know it is a marketing tactic, but I hate going to buy something and then there are a bunch of screens to buy all this other stuff. So what would have been a $30 purchase becomes a $60 purchase. I admit, I needed some nail clippers but it would have made me happy to have had one page with the additional items listed and I can check off if there is anything else I would like. That's just me, I'm always in a hurry and this kind of marketing slows me down.

Hit add-on brush by accident, wouldn't let me correct mistake. That's inconvenient, automatic one star missing. I think ad was possibly misleading when it said as of May 21, only 11 remaining, and I ordered at 11pm on May 21, and still had at least 3 remaining after a whole day of fostering these urgent appeals to buy, buy, buy. Partially deceptive sales techniques earned removal of 2nd star. Shipping speed (1 star) and product usefulness (2 stars) account for final 3 stars. If able to report back, I will update.

My nine month old schnoodle just barked all the time. I only used it twice using the words no barking. Then three times just point it at him without pressing the bottom. Now I don't even need to point the box at him I just point my finger and say no barking, if he goes to bark (which is hardly ever)! Amazing training tool. He is just a different puppy now. So happy with the purchase. So many people told me it wouldn't work, I was desperate! Well it does work!

Excited to get this devise. My little dog is 20 but she thinks she MUST bark everytime somebody even passes out yard. I know she is trying to alert me but she will not quit even if I open the door to show her nobody is there. I feel horrid smacking her tail then shes and at me. This will hopefully prove I'm not the mean mama she thinks I am. This is really a gift for her. She lives hugs but not discipline. This will be wonderful now all my dog needs now is just MORE love. Shopping was painless to say the least. Website easily navigated through. Very informative and elementary students could understand what is being said. I hope the item is as great as the reviews state it is. If so this will be my best purchase of Any item ever. Not just for my for babies of all time. Both my babies are so excited about everything and I so wish I would have been able to purchase this device 4 years ago. We shall see. I'll definitely follow up on my review after using this device

I thought it was quite an easy process to order. Now to see if BarxBuddy work. I've read positive and negative reviews of this product. My husband has refused to get me one to try. We have two dachshunds. I'm at my last nerve with our 1 yr. Old female (on 12/21/20) that we've had since she was six weeks old. She has a VERY HIGH
PITCHED BARK that just drives me totally insane and is uncontrollable! When she starts barking, our 10 year old male starts. He barks a lot at what she's barking at if. He sees it or hears it. But he has a deep bark.

When we tried, even several times, to order though your website, first, your own website told me, and my wife, repeatedly, that it was rejecting my business credit card which expires in January of 2022 - over two months from now - that it was "about to expire." I even took the trouble to contact the bank issuing that card. BarxBuddy told me that they never ship new cards more than about 30 days in advance. Then, after a near-useless exchange with your office - you DON'T accept orders by phone! - I want to this site, which had no obvious way to click past your unwanted offer of those dog treats. Bad design of your "second" page. Ordering from you has been a most-annoying, very-time-consuming process when I'v a huge number of other projects, even urgent ones, to manage.

Just find it a bit difficult, when I get to check out to find the price I was offered was not in Australian dollars. This makes me feel a little conned, as you know very well that you are selling to the Australian market. Don't worry it seems to be standard practice. I do make this point whenever it happens. An easy from this it was an easy site to navigate. I would also like to know estimated date of delivery. Cheers hope it works my girl drives me nuts on the beach wanting me to throw stuff.

Thanks for expanding and perfecting the dog "sonic trainer". These have been around for a while, but I have a feeling that yours is going to work best. Sadly, I do not have a dog at the moment, so I am buying for My parents (Labradoodle - Barker and obnoxious beggar [for food and petting attention]),
My brother (German Shorthair -Horrible whiner, jumps on everything, especially humans, prone to separation anxiety when not with my brother and I'm pretty sure because of his "pure bred" lineage that he's absolutely $#*!ed, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt once I receive this product) and lastly,
My best friends dog - (Lab/Chow - just a Barker. Rescue dog, prior abuse.)

For ME & the benefits in cost, but I also see it being a helpful tool to me as I go for walks and pass many dogs along the route. (Or to secretly use on all three listed dogs above if owners refuse to train correctly.)

Had a major issue with your website saying something about my not being able to receive your discount if a certain amount of money wasn't reached. I had to repeat my order three times and it finally accepted what I asked for. However, I would've liked to buy two balls, but wasn't able to. It seems I wasn't allowed to do that. Please understand that I have used PayPal for many years and have never had a problem. Not happy with this order but will still hope to receive the one ball well before Christmas.

I have bought a lot of gadgets but never have I been completely compelled to write a review. Hands down this is the best product I have ever purchased and the price is very low for how amazing it works. I have 2 stubborn girls. Not only does this product fix unwanted barking but it has stopped digging. I also use it to call them to come inside when BarxBuddy procrastinate and don't listen when I call. Best most humane easy to use product. Absolutely amazing how well it works to get there attention. Thank you so much.

I get really irritated when I try to purchase something and get bombarded with other items to buy instead of just letting me finish my transaction. If you want to lose customers keep delaying the purchase with additional "wait, your order isn't finished " crap. I almost cancelled this order because of it. It's annoying. Put those items out as options to add to the cart. Instead of delaying the purchase once items are being finalized at purchase point.

It was easy enough to navigate the site. On the "special offers" however, it would be really nice to see the tiny "no thank you" option in the bottom right corner, be just a bit larger. I understand the marketing behind this strategy. However, for those of us with less than perfect vision it's very distressing. Especially when being pressured by a timer counting down the minutes left to complete your purchase before the current discount expires. I can only imagine how many people with vision issues have purchased the additional "special offers" because BarxBuddy couldn't see the link to politely decline and continue to checkout.

I am hopeful that Barx Buddy will be an effective training tool for my ouppy, Sadie. She is aggressive, sassy and destructive. She will chew up anything she can get her lips on.
I love her very much but the chewing, insistent chewing, whitnig, biting l, jumping up on ppl and barking should really stop. She's pretty good, except forgot the bad puppy habits. And it would be an asset if I could stop these behaviors. Please send my BarxBuddy as soon as possible, while I still have a few things intact. Thank you!

Not impressed with ordering a product, then being pressured to buy many other products, especially when you hide the "no thanks" link with the smallest print in the bottom right hand corner, which I almost did not find!
I thought I was trapped with my first order without anyway of exiting that order after having authorized my payment, before finally finding that tiny "no thanks" button. Why is that not in the same size font and displayed prominently as is every thing else is?
