We got a very nice shower the material is stainless material and we had it installed 3 weeks ago. Bathselect customer service was helpful all the way in the product selection and the technical aspect. When we got the shower set we did everything is included in the box which was great the shower set was complete ready to install. Our only concern was the delivery schedule although it said ships within 24 hours but if you order the product on Friday (that's what we did) it won't ship till Monday which was a setback. Other than that we are pleased with our purchase.

Marzena, Lisa and Marsha were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to see to it that I got a part that I told them was missing from an order I placed. BathSelect made sure that the part was sent to me by priority mail so that my contractors could install the shower I needed. I would definitely recommend BathSelect as a company that truly cares about customer service.

I replaced an older low flow shower head with BT6107DORB. It's a great upgrade for sure. First thing, installation is incredibly simple. Just unscrew the old shower head, wrap a little Teflon tape on the threads and screw this one on. As for the head itself, the pressure on this shower head is excellent. I absolutely love the option to be able to use the handle and It is easy to clean which is especially important to me because I have hard water. The hose has plenty of length and is perfect for bathing my dog or my toddler!

We ordered 2 bathroom faucets and the matching shower head from Bath Select. I was very impressed how quickly it was delivered. The faucets and Shower system were installed by our contractor and look and work great. I just placed another order for a new faucet for my powder room.

We have made 2 purchase in the past 3 month. First we ordered for our master bath the Dijon 22" LED Color Changing Thermostatic Waterfall Rain Shower System and later within a month we ordered the Cecilia Stainless Steel Shower Set. We were sucsseful for Both our purchases the shower sets were stunning the quality of material are no doubt solid brass no plastic parts like you might get from other stores. The installation instructions were clear and simple although we ran into a small issue when installing the 2nd shower set but Bath Select customer service was professional enough to resolve it immediately.

We got our shower set installed last week and just could not have asked for nay better than this. One small issue though delivery was a bit slower than expected non the less given the communication from Bath Select customer service we decided to give it a 5 star review.

This is a fraudulent company with very poor customer service. I ordered a faucet from HOUZZ.COM to 2/11/2021 which should have been 2 faucets instead of one. Which was an error on my part. The faucet was "Clearly "advertised for 507.00 at houzz.com. Which we paid for with a credit card. When I called a week later to try to cancel the faucet since I made an error of ordering one faucet, I spoke with Maggie she said that she would inform the correct department to cancel my order. The next day, I called as spoke to Maggie again, she never cancelled my order. She acted like she never spoke to me. Maggie told me that my order was already sent out for shipment. A week after I spoked with Maggie, I was sent a notification that my order was just shipped. Really? Why can't you just be honest and do your job correctly? I made a mistake of purchasing another faucet from BathSelect on 2/28 to match the first one I purchased. The Price was again noted on their website. Today, is 3/12/2021, I get a call from Elina Henry who claims to be the boss of everyone and has been in the business for a long time. She told me after charging my credit card for 480.40 BathSelect have mispriced the faucet the faucet is worth over 7 hundred dollars. She told me that I had to pay the difference with a 5.5 % discount I told her that it was not my fault that they mis-priced the faucet. I mean come on, They've had my money since 2/28. Elina Henr is very rude and condescending. She told me that she is the boss and does not report to anyone and she does not care if I give her a bad review all over Social Media. Which, I will be doing for the next freaking month. Basically, she knows this faucet is hard to find. They are probably the only company selling this faucet so she resorts to trying to bully me into paying more for their misrepresentation. This company is partnered with HOUZZ.com. I have all the screen shots they advertised from their site, houzz and other online stores.

Their warranty is a SCAM. Stay away from this company. I purchased a fontana shower panel with a 5 year warranty. One of the jets came loose from the panel and was told that the warranty will not cover this issue. What good is the warranty if it doesn't cover the item purchased?

We were having a last moment requirement and Bathselect did the job exceptionally well so that we could complete the project on time.

Received product with no installation instructions... requested proper installation instruction from the manager but ultimately had to return product after waiting 6 weeks and getting the run around. This company is a joke!

BathSelect even charged me for the return shipping!

I ordered a sensor controlled automatic shower system in oil rubbed bronze along with a multi colored LED shower set and 2 beautiful waterfall censored faucets. I was so happy with my purchase and truly set at ease with the great customer service. I called for installation instructions and BathSelect sent it via email within minutes. Terrible Dishonest Company! Both the quality of the products BathSelect sell AND their customer service is lacking drastically! They do not honor their published return policy. Very unfriendly and difficult to deal with.

We purchased a shower head from them thinking the products they would provide would be of a higher quality. When we received the product, we took it out of the box, looked at it and noticed that the quality was lacking and placed it back in the box, nothing more. We did not install it, did not connect any water supplies to it, absolutely nothing. Just out of the box and back in. So we checked the return policy which stated the item could be returned if unused. We paid $40 for return shipping, and once they received it, they stated that the shower head had been "installed" providing a photo which showed no wear or use whatsoever. I went back and forth with them for over a week until I simply decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I don't plan on ever doing business with Bath Select again, and highly recommend against anyone purchasing anything from them.

I purchased a beautiful exposed shower system. It was $567. When I received the system it was missing the part that attaches to the long rod on one end and the wall on the other. Can't install without this piece. BathSelect were helpful, said they'd ship it right away, and they did. Oops wrong part, send me another, oops, wrong part. Third time is a charm, nope, wrong part. Now 6 weeks in, holding up my renovation, starting to blame me. Insinuating I'm purposely holding up my project, costing me for the plumber and tile guy to make 2 useless trips and costing me hundreds of dollars. They start ignoring me, said they sent a rerun label but they didn't. I ended up having to purchase another system, I didn't like as much, and call AMEX to get my refund. Do not trust this company.

Wow amazing purchased from Bathselect the Milan Bathroom Shower Set with Square Rainfall Shower Head & Body Massage Jets and got it installed last week. I must say I have done many searches for such a shower system but found non comparable to this one. My order arrived on time and When I inspected the package with my contractor we were both pleased that all the parts came with the package ready to install. We did not find any part flimsy or non brass everything was solid. My contractor also was pleased with the clear and simple installation instructions. Bathselect customer service was very helpful all the way in answering all my questions. Thumps up for a great product and service. Will shop again for sure!

Generally I dont write review but on your request Im writing this review because im happy with my shower system and there is no complaint from my side.

Shipping came on time, my shower systems was well packed and good in condition and on top of it my plumber installed this shower system very quickly.

So, go ahead and buy from them.

I wanted a shower head that wasn't stationary in order to clean my shower. Wella RainShower Head System Color Changing Water Powered Led Shower with Adjustable Body Jets served the purpose quite well. We are quite pleased with the various settings, the pressure and the two separate heads. I can now spray my shower glass with the hose head when I am cleaning it. And thanks to BathSelect's Customer Service team for amazing support for finding me suitable shower head.

4+ Months after I ordered a faucet for a commercial project, I have not received the faucet. BathSelect kept giving me and endless 2-3 week lead time, which was providing me false hope. I ended up ordering from another company, who overnighted the faucets free of charge and I received them in mint condition the next day. I requested a refund a month ago and they still have not processed the refund! They should be shut down. Completely inept company who appears to be DOING FRAUDULENT WORK, as TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NO PROCESS RETURNS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!

Bath Select Customer Service was professional and efficient in answering all my calls and BathSelect took their time in helping me select my showers for my new home. I have had great experience purchasing from BathSelect and the price I paid was a great deal compared to other stores I saw similar showers. All in all was a great experience shopping at BathSelect.

I bought the Valencia Rainfall waterfall shower set from bath select back in Jan Only had a chance to be installed back in April. I had bought the gold finish its brilliant gold perfect match for the rest of the bath fixtures. Surprisingly installation instructions was kind of basics so nothing was a surprise, and did not take much to install. All in all this shower set made the bathroom look more expensive. And bathselect deserve a 5 star.

Bought from Bath select the Platinum Shower Set with 5 Functions and came on time. Must say this is probably the Best shower system I have ever used material was all stainless steel and solid brass NO plastic parts whatsoever. The LED shower is just amazing changed my showering experience. It feels like in you in some fancy spa. Just simply love it and thanks customer service at Bath Select you guys have always been helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend :)

Ordered a product, BathSelect sent the wrong product. Sent an email. No reply. Called 800 #, and was told I would receive a call back. No reply.
Next day, left another message. Used 'Chat feature' for another # to call.
Spoke with Lazik, who admitted they made an error, they would send the correct product out ASAP as soon as it is received in the warehouse, which will take a week.
That afternoon, received a call back from my 1st message, told him I had already spoken with someone. 30 minutes later, same person, calling back on my 2nd message. Next day, he called a 3rd time, same guy, answering one of my emails.

Today, product was shipped on the 2nd, finally! But they did not overnight it as promised, it was shipped ground, so it will not be received until the 10th. ALL my emails are being ignored, all my calls are going to the same useless answering service.

I am going to find and place this same review on all available sites until the correct item is received.

I was a little bit nervous of buying the BathSelect Luna Thermostatic Digital Multi-Color LED Rain Shower Set because I wasn't sure how hard it would be to install. But, there was a great deal and I'm so happy I went with this shower set! It works exactly as described, being powered by the water flow and after couple months of installing and using it every day I can confidently say that it works with no problems and was actually easy to install. The customer service representatives were so nice and helpful, great customer service.

Bath Select has been amazing in providing all of my needs. The Customer service represents was very informative and educated on their products and answered all of my questions. Thank you for great affordable products as usual! You will continue to have my business!

Bought the 40" Monarc LED Shower Set, Complete with Mixer and Body Jets from bathselect just over 3 1/2 years ago, the product is just great and never ran into any issues we really enjoyed this high tech shower set and has been great functional system in the master bathroom. Last month we had problem with our tile finish some tiles broken loose so when my tile contractor was working around the digital shower mixer guess he cracked by mistake the screen. I called Bathselect and explained the situation to make story short I was able to get a replacement screen at fraction of fraction of cost. I did not expect the process to be a breeze. Great customer support and product service.

We ordered a showerhead from bath select. The product was great. The only issue we had was the knobs did not line up perfectly and could not be adjusted. The customer service repeat were excellent and replaced the knobs for us. BathSelect were really great to deal with.

There was a small water leak in my shower. I searched online and accidentally stumbled on this site. I was thrilled by the price I saw and swiftly ordered. I got exactly what I paid for within the delivery time range. It was a hitch free deal.

BathSelect are a scam. We bought a shower kit from them. They were very nice but then we found out from our plumber we could not use it because it would not meet code. So we tried to cancel the order but they said it was too late. When we received the item we never opened the box and returned it at our expense which was fine. Then they charged us 15% stocking fee- $120. WHAT? They don't return phone calls. Please save your self the aggravation and don't deal with them
