I am in process of redoing my kichen and bathroom. I was a little frustrated not knowing what to buy to stay up to style. To much to choose from. So i got help and BathSelect recommended a stain fixture that was perfect for my kitchen. Im so in love. It looks so good. I really appreciate someone tak8ng time to help me.

I bought the most beautiful shower set and bathroom faucet from BathSelect. It was pretty easy to install. My husband and I installed it with little trouble. I feel like I am at a luxury hotel every time I take a bath! I would highly recommend this company!

BathSelect helped me all along from my shower customization to product finish selection and recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised to see shipping took only couple of days and was free. We have been remodeling all the bathrooms in our house. Bath Select has been a very convenient site to buy all our faucets and accessories. A very wide variety of faucets, easy site to navigate and very competitive pricing. Our shopping experience with Bath select has been very peaceful and quick.

I placed order for shower set on 5-8-20 and on 5-23-20 my order still hasn't been sent from Bath Select to FedEx to be shipped. I called Bath Select and was told BathSelect will call me back and yes you guessed it... No call back yet. BS has taken payment out of my account but cant seem to tell me why they aren't shipping the product. If you're on any kind of a reasonable time schedule do NOT order from BS. Saving 25 or 30 dollars by ordering from BS has not been worth the hassle.

BathSelect have sent us a mismatched mixing plate. Chat was useless. Opened a request, no response. Tried for 4 days to get an answer on this ticket, nothing. This is costing us money every day our contractor cannot complete this installation. Basically, if we wanted the shower, we'd have to turn the knob to the off position. If we wanted the jets, it would turn on the wand. Totally mismatched icons, and it's not even the plate that was supposed to come with our super expensive shower sets (both of them).

And on my fifth try, they hung up on me.

Case support, fail.

Phone support, fail.

You get an answering service when you call the posted customer service line. No one calls you back. BathSelect have a spot online to submit return requests. No one follows up. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has responded. I am currently out $975. Stay away!

In 2017 I order BT6107DORB the shower arm missing parts. Just now installing so i am not sure if the parts missing are my fault or did not come, when i call cust service 1st got answering service told BathSelect would contact me within 24 hours. After 4 days i submitted an online email. After called them again 3 day online answering service. Still waiting.

BathSelect is hands down an excellent company. Their customer service was above and beyond all my husband and my needs. BathSelect answered all of our questions and left us feeling very confident in the product we were purchasing for our new home.

That said we absolutely love the finished product in our new home.
We have been using the bathroom fixtures and shower for a few months now, and could not be more pleased with the water flow from the product. We definately will be repeat customers in the future. Do try this company you will not be disappointed.

We found at BathSelect great shower selections at reasonable price. I ended ordering 40" Monarc LED Shower Set for my master bathroom Odele Shower Set for my guest bathroom. Both shower sets are just great and feels heavy. The contractor installed them end of March this year and we our happy with our purchase. All in all this has been a pleasant experience with BathSelect and customer service has been very friendly all the time. We had to give 4 star for slow shipping since we were under tight schedule and delivery game a day later than expected.

We have got from bathselect the gold shower system with digital display, our contractor installed this shower system last week, and he said installation instructions were straightforward. We would have given bathselect 5 star but shipping was bit slow. We will be buying again from bathselect soon.

I got a fantastic top quality shower head from Bath Select. Prior to shopping here, I had been told I could get amazing shower sets here and I'm glad I followed people's recommendations. My plumber attested to the authenticity of the product I got. I also recommend this to everybody.

I purchased some products for my new bathroom at BathSelect and BathSelect were nice and cool (a. O. big shower-head with led-lights).
Good website, reasonably priced, easy to order and quickly delivered. All you want from a good (web-) store.
After some time I discovered a manufacturing problem at the shower-head, contacted BathSelect and they promptly sent me a replacement. Good quality service!

Can recommend BathSelect and certainly will buy more products myself.

Can't believe how beautiful their products are for the price I paid. I'm remodeling the kids bathroom and the master and was able to buy the faucets for three bathrooms for under the budget. Cheaper then buying from commercial stores and better quality.
