ordered wheels the wheels came in i test fit like there site says to do and they dont clear the brake caliper called customer service for return they want 25 percent restocking fee and i pay the shipping to return a set of wheels they said fits the car stay as far away as possible from this bunch of CROOKS

Ordered wheels that I wanted, Bb Wheels gave me what they wanted and said I need to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. That's like half what the wheels cost to begin with.

I ordered a set of wheels and lugnuts form this company. The lugnuts were not the same as shown in the picture, Bb Wheels require a special socket to use them and would look out of place on a classic car. I have been trying for 6 weeks to contact someone about returning them and I never get any response. They are really quick to get back in touch with you when you have cash in your hand but ignore you when it comes time for a return. The wheels I purchased are okay but the finish is poor and scratches easily. You get what you pay for. A cheap chinese product.

After making the HUGE mistake of initially going through Discounted Wheel Warehouse, I cancelled my order after days of waiting on my order to get processed and many, many phone calls of frustration later and instead purchased the same rim from BB Wheels. Troy helped me over the phone and he confirmed all the specs needed to avoid any fitting delays and processed my order immediately. I was provided a delivery ETA of about 4-8 business days, however, my order was placed on Monday and my rim was rushed to me by Wednesday! Unbelievably fast fulfillment and shipping! My new rim is already on my car while I'm willing to bet the clowns at Discounted Wheel Warehouse are probably still trying to figure out and fulfill my cancelled order. Amazing professionalism and customer service at BB Wheels! Great job! I highly recommend them.

Please, for the love of all things sane, STOP using FedEx. Everything else about the experience was great. Simple, straightforward awesome. But FedEx... Bb Wheels said my packages were on the way, then an hour later I called to see where they were and they "lost" them...? Now I have to call off in order to be home for receipt. FedEx SUCKS.

This place is a true Joke from the sales to the very very lack of customer service. Bb Wheels sent me the wrong rim twice but now they wanting more money out of me. Telling me they don't do refunds not even for they sad ass work and $#*! ups. I think they run they business like sad ass trump run this country. They stole 400.00 dollars from me. Facts

Very low price and great service. Ordered for my 2013 Ford FX4. Went down from 18s to 17s... smallest wheel i can run on my truck and I also get more sidewall and more of a selection of tires... Interco here I come.

One of the worst transactions I could of made horrible communication I didn't get a refund for a couple days shy of a month to return the rim would cost about 90$ Bb Wheels take another 60$. I'd email them for any updates wouldn't hear anything for about a week for them to say let them check with the warehouse to never get a reply. I tried calling then number never answered. Asked about getting a the correct rim resent to me with no reply. I'd go through my local tire store or anywhere else before going this route again.

Hello, I have ordered a set of wheels for my truck from bbwheelsonline. I went into their website, searched my vehicle, picked a set of rims that came up under my vehicle, ordered the wheels, had to put my vehicle info in again for the 2nd time at checkout. The following day a gentleman called me and asked me for the 3rd time what my vehicle info was and I told him and he replied, "Ok All looks good". I then was asked to change the shipping address from my house address to a business address, so I gave them the shops address that would install them. So the install shop received the wheels and already had the tires installed and ready for me to bring the truck and have them installed. Well unfortunately when I got to the shop to have them put on, the wheels did not fit. So I then contacted the company, Bb Wheels said they would be willing to return them at a cost because bbwheels sent the wrong bolt pattern, the shop mounted the tires before I got there, so now bbwheels is saying they are used. Well after a very long talk I agreed to pay the money to return them. They then decided on their own free will, that they will just send me wheel adapters to make the wheels fit onto my vehicle.(I NEVER AGREED TO WHEEL ADAPTERS). I have been waiting almost 2+ months now for them to finish helping me out because they have been ducking and dodging my phone calls. So as of now I am paying for $7,000 wheels that do not fit my vehicle and now it is to the point the company is ignoring my calls. If the company would have sent the correct wheels, or if their website would have pointed me to the correct wheels, or if the gentlemen that called me and verified my vehicle could have pointed me in the correct direction, or they could have done some real customer service and owned up to a mishap and corrected the issue the way the customer asked and made the customer happy. But instead I am now paying for $7,000 wheels I can not use on my vehicle.

BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. Bb Wheels refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.

1st time using this company. Very happy with my tires. The tracking system did not help me for I am not up to date with our high tech phones. I did received the tracking for Fed Ex was able to track my tires.
Prices are very reasonable
I will use this company again. No stress, Now it can Snow I will get where I need to,, Lol

Ordered a set of 33x12.50x17 MT and Bb Wheels came in as 225x75x15 AT. Not sure how anybody could mess that up. Then their customer service sucks even worse. (Elizabeth) Told me Fedex would be there 4-23 to pick them up, but didn't give a time. After I told her she could have put that in the email, because she sure wouldn't call me back. She said she wasn't going to keep letting me belittle her. Still have yet to hear from anybody about their mistake, and yes I ended up having to take them back to Fedex myself. Do not buy from these folks. It would have been less work to go buy them somewhere else.

I don't know why anyone would give less than 5 stars, this company is cheapest prices, best customer service and super fast shipping -- along with some double checking if you want it! Who could ask for anything more?

I ordered a part for my truck through bbwheels that Bb Wheels had listed that it would fit my vehicle item got here was no where near fitting called them waited on the phone for about an hr and a half getting pushed around from person to person then when i explained the issue they said they'd have to contact the maker of the item and that took them about a week to get back to me which i couldn't wait so i went and found a local place and got the correct parts, but after a week they contacted me saying that the company could send me the correct items but i already got other parts and i told them i just wanted to return the items which they told me i need to pay a 20percent restocking fee and pay return shipping if i have to do that my 100 dollard item I would only be getting maybe 40 50 bucks back when they're at fault for listing the parts for my truck when they weren't I've been inconvenienced by them and now i just want to get my money back and they were replying to my emails now their ignoring every message I sent its sad that a american company would treat you like this yet if i would have ordered these parts from china they would have given me my money back and said sorry yet small family owned american business bbwheels doesn't care and would rather screw people over that are trying to buy american

Suck! Is the word that comes to mind for their customer service. I ordered parts in mid August and a week later nothing had been shipped, so I called but left on hold and left voice messages and then emailed an inquiry. Bb Wheels replied with checking with warehouse and then a message from them that one item is back ordered at manufacturer, I said please ship other items in the meantime, so they did and I requested cancelation of the back ordered item. I received the other items, but no cancelation of back ordered item. Ithen requested another cancelation of the back ordered item. Suddenly a week later the back ordered item shipped and I let them know and that its seems to be to late to cancel now that it had shipped, no reply... I then requested to return the item after it was delivered, but crickets... So I called Monday and hung on hold for a half hour, then talked to customer service about this ordeal and would like to return item, they sent me to another agent that was corresponding with me and they said they seen my email that morning and said they'd accept the return, so they sent me back to customer service. I was then told they'd email me an RA. Wednesday, I still hadn't received a email with the RA, so I called. I was on hold for half an hour, then answered. Customer Service claimed no record of me calling on Monday... and they'd send me an RA, but I'd be responsible for paying the return shipping and there'll be a 20% restock fee. I said that was crap, and they should stand up and be responsible for this as they didn't cancel the back ordered item as requested and let it ship. So, its Friday and here we sit with an item that's unusable, as when receiving it I found out it was the wrong model# too. Plus in the meantime while requesting the cancelation of the back ordered item I found the item at another distributor and was available to ship immediately.

I ordered a set of rims I got 2 wheels in about 3 weeks other 2 have not got here yet( 5week later)and now the just stop commenting with me after telling me Bb Wheels reorder them 10 days ago. I know FedEx is part the problem but they are doing nothing to get me the rest of my order.
I would never order from them again.

I wish I could give negative stars... I just spent thousands of $$$$'s on a new set of Fury M/T's. I got them installed and two out of the four are out of round and Bb Wheels are bouncing my 1 ton diesel truck all over the place. BB Wheels asked me to have my installer take them back off to verify the tires are the issue and he was able to confirm that the tire's are confirmed wayyyy out of round and are 100% the issue. Fury and BB Wheels are only willing to replace one of the two messed up tires because the second tire is not bad enough for replacement? BB Wheels says its within spec and it's Fury's policy and warranty process... Now these tires are $550+ and are brand new tires with no miles on them and they are a liability... They are now asking me to have the tire taken back off yet again and drill the DOT stamp on the side wall and send them a photo of it drilled out. Now I won't have transportation and I am out even more $$ after paying the installer and I won't have transportation to get to work to pay for this mess not only all of that I still dont have the final approval to warranty the one out of the two tires to be replaced until I put a hole in the DOT stamp. I cant believe I am having to pay my installer for all of this additional work and along with that I will have no transportation and they are now telling me I will be responsible for the shipping cost on the replacement tire once it is approved. I cant believed that with how much these tires cost this is the quality and treatment you get? I want everyone to see this wonderful customer service and warranty process and I will be writing reviews until my fingers are bleeding anywhere and everywhere I can to warn as many people as I possibly can.

My buying experience was great. I got a rock bottom price and shipping was about 5 days. The tires I got ride smooth with no issues. I'm buying another set for my wife's car soon. I hate overpriced tires, so I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks BB Wheels.

I found a good deal on a set of wheels, only to discover them to weigh twice as much as the wheels I currently own. I assumed Bb Wheels would weigh as much as a normal set for their size (22lbs), but they scaled in at 33lbs each. There was no weight listed in the description, which they later used to blame me ("As you mentioned, we did not give you any indication or promise of an exact weight nor were you desires communicated to us before ordering. ") and slapped me with their default 15% "restocking fee" and shipping costs. I would recommend avoiding their cheap wheels, deceptive policy, and lawyer-talk if you are new to buying wheels.

I have never purchased after market rims before and I don't really know much about the specs and details of wheels on a vehicle. Without the guidance and knowledge of Nolan I would have spent Unnecessary money, had the wrong products and probably frustrated about the whole experience. He explained all my misunderstandings and got me what I needed and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely purchase more products from your company in the future, thank you!

Great looking wheels and tire look aggressive but dont have alot of road noise. Best part is you get wider stance without a leveling kit or lift... Doesnt hit anything... Great combo

I needed new lugnuts for my car and after paying what I now know to bea lot in the past, I decided to look elsewhere. I ordered myset and Bb Wheels came quickly! I was happy to return the old ones!

Ordered wheels and tires from these guys. I was amazed at how fast I got everything. There was some minor shipping damage on one of the wheels but Bb Wheels were really fast and responsive to resolve! Will buy again from BB.

I love that there are always things on sale. Everywhere else, there are sometimes promotions, but on here there are a good amount of promotions that are actually useful! I was able to get my husband's lugnuts free with a tire set he needed.
