Bb Wheels

I have ordered from many online companies and working with the good people at BB Wheels has been the best. I wasn't sure about my order and some fit questions so I called and spoke with Troy and he was wonderful. He answered my questions and helped me find a perfect fit. Will buy again and will refer friends and family. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. Great work!

Unfortunately I purchased a set of four rims from BB Wheels. My credit card flagged the purchase and unfortunately my order did not immediately go through. I did not receive an order confirmation email nor a payment confirmation which the website said I would receive. I had called BB Wheels right away who informed me my payment went through and it did not flag them to review my email address, nor review my order. I ordered black rims, and due to order information not being emailed to me, I was not able to clarify my order and ensure the right item was being sent. The immediate order confirmation page with an order number showed black rims. The rims arrived a dark grey color, without any special lug nuts that Bb Wheels required. Most places include lug nuts with the rims you purchase. When I called the company, they refused to send a shipping label to return the items and informed me that I would be responsible for the 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee was approximately $82 and with shipping, the total cost would be almost half the cost of the rims. No one should have to worry with a $400+ purchase about what would happen if there was an issue with your order. I certainly would not recommend BB Wheels and will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Got a killer deal on black Friday on a new set of wheels that no other sites could even match. Jesus was very cool to talk with and super helpful. Will definitely be a repeat customer when the times comes.

After hearing from another retailer that my Smittybilt fuel cover would be delayed until December, I did some searching and found the same item for less money and no shipping delays from BB Wheels. Item arrived a few days later and I saved 10% as well!

Horrible customer service. Nick hangs up in your face. I called on several times and as soon as he hears my voice he hangs up the phone. He needs to find something else to do if he cant answer the phone correctly.

I bought a tire online. And boy i did great with the special price and FREE shipping... i really like the tire, tread pattern, fit, the look... all meet my expectations. Oh yeah the ease of checkout and quick delivery... i will buy again at the right time. Good place to buy tires.!

Bb Wheels followed up with me the next day of ordering to make sure I know the rims I got wasn't OEM size. Which is was very professional. Wasn't the factory size but it fit with a the ready lift. But the best was the shipping time. Got both the rims and tires within a week of ordering. Even with this pandemic. Definitely buying my next rims and tires here again.

Ordered parts to put my 4x4 back together. Paid in full, Bb Wheels used a crap trucking company XPO they lost the parts, now all I can get is," wait" give us how ever long it takes the trucking company needs to find it. Today makes a week called them and was told the trucking company wants more time to look. They made it my issue. Which it shouldn't be, I did my part, paid in full, they picked the carrier, I gues they would rather loose a customer than piss off the carrier. Shop local don't trust them.

I buy lots online and have shopped with most major retailers. BB Wheels has been the best. Very down to earth and honest in their approach. Did great joy answering my questions and getting me the wheels I needed.

What a joke this place is I bought an Aries brush guard for my wife's vehicle while she was at a town I was going to install it. Upon opening the package I noticed that the brackets were missing. I called BB wheels Bb Wheels said they had to get a hold of the warehouse to have them shipped there was no guarantee on when I was going to get them, my wife will be home in two days. Call back to get a Tracking number they told me the brackets haven't even shipped yet probably won't get them for like a week week and a half. BB wheels is a joke. Call them seven times and act like they don't care. As I speak to a manager he's unavailable.

Do not do business with these clowns! Ordered four wheels, four hubcentric rings and new lug bolts. The lub bolts were wrong, the hub rings were wrong AND ONE OF THE NEW WHEELS WAS DEFECTIVE/BENT. I HAVR DONE EVERYTHING Bb Wheels HACE ASKED ME TONAND STILL WILL NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT WHEEL. SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ESLE.

This was, by far, the best online purchase that I've ever experienced. Their purchase support was incredible, helping me find just the right rims for my truck. Their product support team is exceptional. I had no trouble contacting them at all. My salesman, Brandon, was available and active in solving a technical issue. When Brandon was not available I was allowed to talk straight to the manager. I cannot describe how pleased I am with this purchase and experience with B&B Wheels. I recommend them without reservation.

Do not order from these people are are lier Bb Wheels are refusing to send me another rim and said it was my son fault when my son wasn't able to drive his truck bc the rim was no good so whatever you do don't order these people need to be out of business

I searched on their website using my vehicle info. It gave a list of wheels that would work. Found ones I liked and called them. Bb Wheels put me through to a "fitment expert". I told him I was putting lift kit on vehicle and wanted to know if these wheels would work. He asked how big the lift kit was and I told him. He said they'd work fine. I asked him what size wheels and he told me 285/55/20. About ten minutes later he called back and asked how big that lift kit was. I told him again and he said get 295/55/20. All of it went to the shop and it was way way off. The wheels he said would work had a -18 offset. It ended up needing a +18. The tires that actually fit were 270/55/20. So I have $3000 in wheels and tires that were of no use. Called them and they wouldn't let me talk to so called fitment expert. Claimed he was on another line for our whole 45 minutes. Some guy named Jack basically said tough. Said fitment expert only means bolt pattern is correct. I said if that's true why'd he ask how big my lift kit was before saying if it would work. Then tried to say no proof I'd ever spoken to fitment expert. I asked if the expert (not) was denying speaking to me. Jack wouldn't answer. Stay far far away from this place! He

So happy I bought from BB wheels... friendly service, great prices, and quick shipping. One of the wheels came with shipping damage. I called them and Bb Wheels got me a replacement in 3 business days. Amazing.

I purchased wheels from BB Wheels on February 27th and as of March 13th I have only received 2 of the 4 that I purchased. One has been sitting at a FedEx location since March 2nd with no explanation why it's not being shipped and the other was supposedly damaged in transit and returned by the shipper. This company is refusing to refund my money for the wheels I never received and will not assist with getting the one wheel from the FedEx location. This buying experience has been the absolute worst. This is not a reputable company so buyer beware.

I ordered my wheels and incorrectly entered some data. Their team caught the mistake and called me to confirm and ultimately fixed my order. Will order again from BB Wheels!

This was our 4th order of tires with BB since last year. We always get great service thats why we continue to utilize them and tell others about them. We have never had a issue except for once with a FedEx Contractor on a delivery. Not BBs fault.

Be very careful buying from these crooks. I bought a set of wheels from them. Received the wrong ones then Bb Wheels tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee if I returned them. Had I sent back it would have cost me about $250 between restocking fee and shipping for a $500 set of wheels. So I will keep and resale myself. Do you research they are about 20% higher than everyone else. I only went with them because I could get wheels a little quicker.

I ordered a set of wheels for a truck. I entered the truck's info on their website and Bb Wheels said that would fit. They did not (hub bore to small). I returned the wheels but they will not refund my money and they will not contact me. It has been over a month since I returned the wheels. I have made attempts to contact. They have the wheels and the money and will not respond to emails. They claim to be a family owned buisness. What they actually are is a group of scam artists and theives. I am suer that they will post the " I am sorry that you had trouble, please contact us so that we mmay resolve this" response to this. Trust me folks, I have contacted them looking for a resolution with zero results. Buy your wheels elsewhere.

I'm a 100% disabled Veteran who gets just enough to live on and to help his wife pay or bills and make rent here in California. Since this hard working woman needs her vehicle to get to work, and she drives 1 1/2 hours each way, her tires are very important and thanks to BB Wheels i was able to afford a great set of new tires! I'm extremely grateful for the great low prices and the service you all have provided us and probably a million others. The tires are on their way! HOOYAH! George L.
