Great customer service
LOVE love LOVE this store! So sexy! Sexy shoes! And I love how on top BelleWholesale reps were in keeping me posted on delayed shipment. Bellewholesale reassured me the sandals were on the way and back ordered because they are so popular. Let me tell you, these sandals were worth the wait! They are my favorite shoes I've ever ordered... so comfortable and so pretty.

The reps got right back to me to reassure me that my shoes were backordered and I really appreciate how professional and on top of things they were.

If I could give it zero, I would. Buyer beware.
This company is running some kind of scam. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on a suggestion of a friend. What a mistake. I ordered a 8.5 and the sent a 4.5! When I apprised them of their mistake Bellewholesale were not accommodating at all. Note that the company charges an egregious fee of $13+ for shipping AND return shipping. The CSR dropped my live chat. Despicable customer service. I've been selling for years on a platform and treat my customer with respect. This company does not know customer service. I'm reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They won't fix their mistakes, yet place it firmly on the buyer. Their business practices are shameful. They don't back their website. I'm out of luck and out the money. I'm not spending another $13+ To pay for a company's faulty website. Buyer beware.

Hopefully you're satisfied because if not it's very difficult for resolution.
I ordered product in March 29,21 that was unsatisfactory. I requested a return, which said it was ok in May. I received a refund for part of the order(7/7/21) that I received and sent back, the other portion of my order was never shipped to me and was canceled but never refunded. I've ordered maybe 1k in product in all and when in a situation where I change my mind it takes 45 emails to get half tailed help. Thumbs down from pissed consumer!

Not worth the grief
Once I finally received this item, it was to big. So now the fun begins... I returned the item through the USPS, Bellewholesale have received it on 6/21. I have been asking for my refund and now have to waste my time and jump through hoops to get it. I have the receipt from the USPS and they ask me to send them a copy of it, however they do not give you the option to attach it anywhere. Not to mention, anytime you send them a message you have to wait 24 hours to even hope you get a response.

Terrible!!

Disappointed on several levels.
One item, a resin ornament arrived broken because it was packed, without a box in a single layer, bubblewrap envelope.
The second item appeared to be a glass ornament, but turned out to be a small, flat, metal ornament no bigger than a half dollar. On Santa's face, Bellewholesale painted thin black eyebrows beneath his raised white eyebrows!
All in all, a very disappointing experience dealing with this company, especially after waiting weeks and weeks and weeks for delivery.

Unsatisfactory
Me and my daughter ordered two pairs of Leopard tennis shoes. After 6 weeks her shoes where at the door. She reached out to Belle and Bellewholesale told her the other pair of shoes where never shipped. It's been 7 weeks from that time. No shoes no refund. I have made several attempts to make contact for a refund or find out where are my shoes. Nothing no reply... We have contacted the bank. Make no mistake do not order from this company no phone number no reply. They took our money and ran. Very disappointed. Unsatisfactory rip off. Do not order buyer BEWARE

Expecting more
Long wait period is not the best. I wasn't really pleased with the two piece shingle outfits. The bottom pants were okay but could use extra length due to taller customers. The bra like shirts were a no go, needs to be larger sizes for larger breast women, and would be great. All the ones I received look like Bellewholesale are for skinny petite, little tittle women. The different color jumpsuits were not the same material as on the website. But I like how some have the stretch material.

I never spoke to anyone over the phone. Very hard to contact you. However I did place ticket and spoke to Olivia through the ticket. It was okay I guess.

Be ore upfront with your return address
The dresses are not high quality. The customer service process for returning was too complicated. I asked for a return upfront. It took three rounds of 24 hour wait time messages to get an answer for the actual return address. I didn't want a coupon or a discount code. I wanted my money back and I said that from the start. The dresses were way too small for the size labeled. The material is see through and I would not feel comfortable wearing it to an event. I will not be purchasing from you again.

Taking 12 hours to answer my messages and not being upfront with the return address wasted my time. Bargaining for a discount coupon or future cash towards a purchase is not what I wanted. I said I wanted a return. After taking three days to finally give me the answer, I ran out of time to return it so my money was not returned.

Communicate with your customers
Communicate with your customers. When things aren't in stock just a simple notification on the package being delayed or not available. Offer more status updates. For products that can't be sent express just say that, don't hold a package hostage because just 1 item isn't ready for shipping especially when a customer PAYS for express 6-8 business days after said processing time of 4-5 days obviously those item are needed! Your processing and Express shipping timeframe doesn't equate to 30 days so there's no way I should be receiving my package 30 days later when I paid for Express! If there's a problem, COMMUNICATE! And that doesn't mean keep sending me coupons in the meantime, send product status updates and shipping details.

Dissatisfied customer
I was disappointed that even though I double checked the sizes before ordering, the sizes I received did not match he size charts published. The order was delayed even though I did have to pay such a large amount for shipping and this shipping fee was not returned even though the delay was due to product availability not transport issues.

I contacted the customer service to ask when can I expect order, then is when I was notified of the delay. I then inquired if my shipping fee being returned or reduce, this was never address.

2020 Santa ornament purchase
Ordering experience was acceptable but everything went downhill from there. It took almost a month to receive my order and I only received half of the order. No note included or email as to where the rest of the order is. The four ornaments that I did receive are poor quality for the price and one came broken - the foot is broken off one Santa. Mailing packaging was poor - ornaments came in a plastic shipping bag without and padding or protective wrap. Where is the rest of my order? When can I expect it? I am very disappointed with this shopping experience.

Extremely Disappointed in 2020 "COVID SANTA" Christmas Ornament
Was looking forward to everyone's expression on receiving this item as a cute "summary" of the year we've all had (bought 10)! However, didn't receive them until 12/29/20; ordered them 12/5/20. Bellewholesale arrived via USPS packaged in the typical gray bag (no padding); they were each in a little white thin bubble bag. Only 1 survived the journey to our house with minimal damage that was barely noticeable; all 9 others were in various states of "amputated" limbs and broken pieces from the PPE and highly-sought-after "COVID pandemic supplies" in "Santa's bag"! If you order from this supplier, be sure to ask for appropriate packaging to keep your item(s) safe during it's shipping! I will not be ordering from them again and advise anyone to think twice before doing so! I rarely give reviews or feedback when making purchases, good or bad, but in this case I felt it was necessary so the supplier and the public can both benefit from my experience.

In LOVE WITH BELLE WHOLESALE
Ok, I was skeptical at first not that I wouldn't get it but if it's going to look like the pictures will it fit me good etc. I'm in LOVE WITH BELLE WHOLESALERS! My order came in 2 separate shipments but my 5 outfits for $119.00 are AMAZING! The material, quality, the look and feel are very similar to that of my other favorite store BEBE. YES all five fits look just like the pictures, Bellewholesale fit even better remember to be realistic about your sizes I promise you it will be flattering. I'm a customer for life so so so happy the clothing God's has reached out and graced me with the store I've been looking for.

Sizes not accurate
I ordered 4 items and all but 1 were too small. The one that fit online it said Nike and when I got it it said Ike and the material was not comfortable. When I went to return them I was told Bellewholesale would only return 20% if what I paid and could keep the clothes and give them to someone as a gift. I still haven't received my money for the returns.

Was told to return the items was too expensive and they would only give my 20% of what I paid. What kind of return policy is that?!

Nice product (too small); returns are difficult.
I knew it would take forever to receive, so shipping was not an issue. However, once it arrived (and a nice product, just too short for my long torso), I had to dig through saved email to find a refund link. There is no link on the website (that I found) and even though the package has been received at their facility, I still had to upload a picture of my postal receipt. Why is that?

So far, a bit sluggish. I had to search for a return link, and upload a picture of the receipt I received from the post office when I mailed the product back. The CSR is doing a fine job via messaging at the website, but it's the process itself that needs to be re-vamped.

Stay away from this website! Zero Starts!
The worse customer service!
The quality of their clothes is poor and the sizes are either too small or too big, depending of what you are ordering. Most of the items that I ordered I returned them. I paid for the shipping cost and after several weeks, still I don't receive the refund. There is no contact phone number. The correspondence is through email only. I am getting the same automatic response every time that I send an email requesting for my refund money. Do yourself a favor and stay away of this company! The WORSE!

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME AND NO SHIPPING REFUND
I ordered my clothes on November 26th and one month later, still no clothes. I contacted them and Bellewholesale said it should come before January 1st and that they would expedite my order, but it hasn't even shipped out yet. I asked for a refund but they said they can't refund my money because the clothes have already been shipped. But for a VERY long time it has been at the same Chinese facility - it hasn't moved. Don't bother ordering from here, because there's a chance you won't even get your items and they refuse to refund your money. Also, the shipping cost is very expensive, and they won't give that back either, whether the clothes shipped or not.

It's legit
Well this company is legitimate. I ordered a Jean jacket. It took over a month and a half for me to receive it. When it arrived, it was beautiful! Just like the picture. My problem with the company is. There is no email confirmation once you place a order. No updates. It's just you pay and wait. No tracking. I found that very frustrating. It left me feeling like I had been scammed. I was thankful I had paid with PayPal. Because of PayPal it was some sort of receipt. So just as I was about to open a claim and request my money. Bam the package arrived. I have to tell you I was shocked. I was even more shocked that the item was beautiful! I feel like I lucked out. I will not order from them again. I suggest if you are thinking about ordering…pay through PayPal! Order something under $60 to lighten the blow of having no contact from the company. This company is over seas…China, Japan, Korea. One of those. So long story short. Bellewholesale are legitimate…. BUT! It takes forever! You really have to roll the dice and if you get your product. Consider yourself a winner. I hope my review will help someone

Covid Santa
Only after I placed & paid for my order did I see Chinese writing. I wasn't sure if this product now had to ship from China and the order never specified a delivery date. Although ordered in plenty of time to receive the product before Christmas, it arrived afterwards. Because it did not arrive before Christmas, I had to purchase additional ornaments for Christmas which was an additional cost. I really like the ornament once I received them ( I ordered 8) I just didn't like the delay in the order.

Surprisingly poor quality
I was very confused by the multiple different ornament options all clumped together as "color options" for the same product. It was hard to fully comprehend what I was ordering and actually wondered if I did order the correct one right up until I opened my purchase. I had a hard time finding a way to contact this company about the poor quality of the products I received. The response was quick and I am satisfied with how it was handled, but the customer service was the only pleasant part of the experience. I'm also incredibly irritated that I was automatically signed up for an email blast I want no part of, there's no way to unsubscribe, and I've contacted the service department multiple times to take me off the mailing list and yet I keep getting promotions. I'm about ready to just block this entire site since I know I'm never buying from here again.

You start off making us think we have a good deal for...
You start off making us think we have a good deal for low price until you get to check out! There is no way your shipping should be a couple dollars cheaper than your purchase price! And wait 30 days for delivery or pay $24.99 extra to get product in 6 to 8 business days! Something that starts off as $19.99 ends up costing you almost $50.00! Is that even legal? Now lets see how long it takes to get here, hopefully i can wear it before winter is over. So if you want something for summer. You better order it by winter to get it by then.

There are two dresses that I unfortunately was not...
There are two dresses that I unfortunately was not able to find. I put it through in different ways and it just will not pop up. One was the polkadotted print halter backless list ruched maxi dress medium and the other is the polkadotted print long sleeve V-neck body con dress small. I was quite disappointed when I could not bring those dresses up to order them in this order but in spite of that so far I am happy with the process of the ordering thank you.

Stay away
I ordered on the 20 th paid for expedited shipping another 28 dollars it's the 28th I'm writing this review. Still haven't received my products. I called *******245 and was told the usa isn't allowing them to send packages. But 1 package was mailed off and Bellewholesale even sent me a tracking number. The guy from the number said he will send my money to my account and I should receive it in 2 days. This is very bad business. They should have never accepted the order if they can't ship out products. It seems like a scam or very bad business. I will never order again from them.

Customer service and shipping
I hate your customer service. You have an unfair system. I ordered a pair of shoes and shirt. I was so excited to receive them and I never did. The shipping company stated your company has to make the claim due to the type of order it is. I advised your company three times and you refused to assist. You people are horrible and disgust me. I will consistently complain everywhere online multiple times including with the Better Business Bureau.

My order no. 0B000284090 never reached me while Bellewholesale keep saying its reached to me and received by me. I asked them to give me the info of consignee who received or any signature or proof but they keep on neglecting. I have lost my 223$ with them. They don't even put tracking on their website proper or officially whenever you track its gives you wrong and face info. I dont recommend them after what had happened to me. This is my second order with Belle Wholesale. To be honest, the very low prices and kinda skanky photos put me off (I'm 55-years-old, so this may be a generation thing), and made me a skeptic at first, but I finally decided to "bite the bullet" and place my first order of various "ribbed, sleeveless, casual tops." However, when my order arrived, I was gob-smacked: the quality of the fabric was far above my expectations based on the purchase price. Honestly, had I come across these items in a store, I wouldn't have thought twice about paying twice the amount, including the shipping and insurance costs. Now that I know this is a legit company offering high-quality items at substantially-reduced prices, I'm hooked.
My second order is twice the dollar amount of my first order. I hope this company branches out into more casual clothing.

Mainly bought for the unique shirt
Love the heart shirt! Really cool pearl like beads and looks like melded on instead of stitch, so well made. It could be a tad larger, I do wear a large in all other shirts, but it's fine, definitely will not shrunk and because it's knit it'll probably stretch out then be just right. Again, I did get this for the shirt so the pants are just ok. Wasn't expecting them to be knit as well, so Bellewholesale fit to the skin so I'll be wearing tunics with them. Overall good buy.

Ghosted with no refund
I bought a dress back in October for Halloween. The quality wasn't great, the straps were barely sewn on and I knew it wouldn't hold up. I reached out to return the item. I received one response asking for images. I sent my images, then followed up 3 separate times to get more information on what was next. I reached out to their site again (different support person) and Bellewholesale told me my refund exceeded the 14 day limit. This was not true at the time I reached out. I genuinely felt like they ignored me until it was "past their policy date". I won't be ordering from them again.

Not Happy with product or delivery

21 after Christmas. Package poorly secured. Three or four broken due to poor bubble wrapping and Fed Ex throwing package on porch. Product appeared to be lacquered glass 3 dimensional ornate, not plaster of Paris 1 dimensional. When bill came on credit card it was a womens wear company not the Belle... Co on the invoice. I reported it to Fraud unit at Citi card. Bellewholesale closed my card. Now I have broken product I dont want. While do I return it to, and I hope you are paying for shipping.
