I read a ton of bad reviews from this website. But I do my own research glad I went ahead and ordered. I am happy with everything received. Everything was good quality, some items even better quality than I received from websites from the U.S., nothing looks cheap or haphazardly put together. I spent 300+, but will definitely order again shipping took about 10 business days but once processed received in 5. A 15 day turn around from overseas is excellent. So happy with my purchases

The experience in dealing with customer service was great the time it took to out my order together was way too long... I had 6 pieces and one wasn't available and it took more than a week and a half to prepare the order... so instead of getting it in the two weeks as stated it took almost a month so not impressed. Also the quality of most of the pieces was definitely less than desired. Most were completely see through but the shipping costs to return isn't worth it... doesn't make sense

When inquiring on why we pay for express shipping when it takes a month or more to revive product- no response. When inquiring on why the site allows you to place items in your cart and pay for them then send a message saying item(s) are out of stock- no response. The lack of communication is so annoying and the reason why this is my last time shopping with you all. Customer service sucks and I have spent a lot of money but no one within belle wholesale cares!

Do NOT buy from these guys, go elsewhere -- you've been warned. I bought nine items, but after several attempts to try to find out the status of my order, I finally cancelled after 32 days because Bellewholesale still had not shipped my order. I then asked for a refund, but only got a partial refund. I demanded a full refund, but they said that they can't refund me the shipping costs because they separately pay a shipper. What? My items were never shipped, which is why I cancelled the order. STAY AWAY!

I understand it's a pandemic but this company held my packages for 30 days (which is against the law) Bellewholesale said it would only take an extra week and I'm still waiting for my items that haven't been shipped yet. They do not reach out to you to give updates. Furthermore, I asked them to cancel my one of my orders because it charged the wrong card they canceled both! Then went and took the money back out for the other order the next day! Without my permission! Causing me to overdraw my account. The items on the website looks amazing but I will never purchase from here again... I'll take my chances somewhere else! First and LAST experience here.

Don't like that when you click on an item and you're done with it trying to go back to previous page to look at more, when you click back, it takes you to beginning again. Makes it hard to want to look at everything you have and just look at the cutest stuff.(And It was hard to not like anything) But good thing for me because I might've spent too much. Great job on sense of style and keeping it classy and sexy and comfy, I'm so excited to get my first purchases from you guys.

I bought six dresses that took almost three weeks to arrive. I kept waiting everyday which is one thing I never noticed when I bought them. All six were too small. I wear a large to an extra large being a size 12. All the dresses look good on line but are made of cheap material. Last but not least for any girl their return policy is you pay to send them back $35.00 the other day. Bellewholesale did offer me a $10.00 discount on my next purchase. I would burn the money before I deal with this company again. I would give them less than 1 star. They must be a sister company to Shine which also is pretty bad.

Products are nice and of good quality for the price. However, the support service was tedious to deal with. I had to send some extra information or Bellewholesale would cancel my order. It took longer to get my products because of that, and the interaction felt like a phishing email the whole time...

Like I mentioned in my review comment, the emails felt phishing and I was scared they were trying to steal my information. It took longer to get my stuff, because of them asking for extra information.

The site has a lot of cute stuff. Can pay with Klarna which is a plus. Delivery is a hit or miss.
My first time buying from them it took over a month and half to get some items, others had to be canceled. Stuff that doesn't fit can't be returned even though Bellewholesale say it can, because it would be too expensive so they give you a voucher to compensate (covers one item). After that hiccup, this second time around, everything arrived earlier than expected and most of the stuff fit. It's great to wear a couple of times, some of the items have already started losing colors after first wash but I still liked them overall.

The website works good. Sizes on womens clothing makes absolutely no sense but I guess thats not really the fault of just this store. Why cant women also just have sizes in standard measurements. As a guy I know if I buy an xl shirt its gonna fit the same. Appearently you cant just do that with womens clothing. Im buying a christmas gift and I really dont know why fashion designers put women through this hastle. Especially the difficulties and constantly changing sizes for plus sized women.

These bad reviews are not fake. Don't let belle wholesale fool you. I've ordered packages over a month and a week ago almost two. I paid for express shipping and I've only got 20 items. They've broke my 20 items into 7 packages. And one package with 9 items still haven't got shipped. To come to find out. They're using whole sale companies like shein, chicme and more to sale the items. Bellewholesale just sent out my package yesterday where it takes 7 days to even get to my district location. I paid over hundreds of dollars in shipping to be scammed. The prices are good but it's not worth it. They're totally a scam. Do not waste your money here and if you have file a dispute get your money back and tell them to keep their items. They're so money hungry but we won't play about our coins we worked hard for. I turned my sister on to them which we were highly upset. She spent over 3,000 with them not including shipping. Very terrible I recommended this scam

I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. Ordered 3 items - 2 of the items took 6 weeks to arrive - the last item took 8 weeks to arrive.
Once you order something from them, you will get a spam email every day. Their "unsubscribe" button does not work (actually there is no unsubscribe button, you have to go to "report problem" then click
"do not receive emails anymore" and that does not work)
I emailed them multiple times to remove me from their list and Bellewholesale never did.
I can imagine how anyone had a positive experience from this website!

The quality of the items, for the most part, is very good. I would recommend purchases here to anyone who is considering. I already have saved items for future purchase.
There was a bit of delay in shipping due to back-ordered items. However, it is the Holidays and that is expected. To alleviate anxiety, the Bellewholesale team maintained communication with weekly updates on the processing of my order, as well as shipping. I am both grateful and sold.
I will definitely continue to make purchases here.

Worst experience ever. Bellewholesale took my money and didn't ship for months until I threatened them with a legal letter. Product is horrible and customer service is the worst. They are like robots. You cannot unsubscribe, even if you never subscribed in the first place, they will hound you with multiple marketing emails daily for more crap that they won't ship. When you unsubscribe you get an error. I can't get rid of these people and will never EVER buy from them again. Please ignore their persistent ads on instagram, the product is nothing like what they claim and there are numerous complaints against them. Any good reviews they have are FAKE.

I placed this order to have matching pjs and family pictures done for Xmas I just got this order today 4 of January a new year from the one I was trying to use it for I'm kinda in limbo about ordering again I realize that mail has a lot when it's Xmas time however I should've gotten mine way before because I bought it in time to get it my outfit don't fit even as a xl and I didn't get a pair of the socks so I'd like a full refund on those items I think it's only fair so thanks

I sent emails Bellewholesale never sent anything saying nothing other than it had been shipped I couldn’t track cause my emails wasn’t allowing me to get it up so idk what the issue was there I finally found the page again and was able to see the 85 dollar order and told them after that it was here in a week

I did not even noticed I had placed the order so I place a new order with extra items. I thought is was odd as I did not submit anything the first time. Long story short, I had two orders and had to cancel one. I explained my issue via messenger and was told I could cancel with a 10% penalty. I said absolutely not. The orders were duplicates and I contacted them within minutes. After getting me very angry, the last order was canceled. No thanks, no apologies, nothing. Not a place I would order from again. It did arrive faster than expected but customer service is questionable.

Very poor. The person was asking why I was canceling the order when I clearly stated I had a duplicate order. Then on top of that, she wanted to deduct 10% from order to cancel the dup.

Do not order from this company. I have never written a review of a company before but this company is the absolute worse company I have ever ordered anything from. The cloths are made extremely cheap. If anything does not fit you can forget about any kind of refund. Bellewholesale actually wanted to just offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase instead of me returning two dresses. One the size of the dress was totally inaccurate and the other was so cheaply made I don't think it would even standup to one washing. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

I would have loved to have had a better experience. But unfortunately I paid for express shipping and it did not arrive in the time as specified. Now that it has arrived, the quality isn't that great and the sizes don't don't fit US sizes maybe it's just this particular style. But the pants are not tailored to the ankle, Bellewholesale are tied in a knot, when you zoom in really close then you see it. The pants are long and wide leg. Please show pics of the pants as is and only styled. Hoping these can be returned without too much of a hassle, but the return process is basically none when you read the policy

I thought I was getting a good deal because the prices were so low until I saw the shipping charges which negate any savings. I'm better off ordering from Amazon with prime because the shipping is free and the returns and I would've received items in 2 days. The clothes were not great and I didn't bother to even try to send them back because I didn't want to upset myself if there was a crazy charge for returning or I wasn't refunded the original shipping charges.

I was very excited to get this black dress with silver chains but when I received it the quality was very bad and see through and it says one size fits all but it wouldn't go past my thighs and I have very small legs. Also one of the top chains were snapped when I received it and I bet if I were to try and pull up the dress any higher it would've snapped all the chains because of how low of quality the material was made out of. Definitely do not recommend.

I tried contacting them twice on the website and I had no response but when I emailed them Bellewholesale replied within 12 hours.
