The winter coat I ordered arrived AFTER winter (!)- took like 6 wks to arrive and was WAY too small! I'm a 14 so ordered an XL! Also, the big, puffy collar I wanted was SKINNY and not puffy! Looked like a dead mink...
I emailed for a refund label and this was their response:

Buyer Beware of Berrylook!
Please please please do not buy anything from Berrylook! Most of their merchandising are deceiving in appearance.

After waiting over a month for several clothing items and 2 pairs of shoes, my order arrived (less a pair of shoes Berrylook never shipped.) I was completely shocked (actually horrified) to see how cheap and flimsy the clothing appeared? To add insult to injury? The XL sizes I ordered could fit a size 2 or 4 person?

I immediately emailed their customer service to complain and request to return the items and my monies back! I was very specific in listing the reason for returning each item.

I refused their initial offer that I give the clothing to someone else who can fit them and accept 35 USD or a 37 USD cash coupon to shop on their website ("this was more convenient " they said!).

I stuck to my request to return the items to a US address and my monies back!

It was a long hard fight but I got all that I requested!. A US address to return the items and after 3 months of persistent following up on my end..., I recently received my refund through Paypal (Thank God I used them for the purchase. That might have saved me after I threatened to take the issue up with PayPal).

I must admit... their customer service responded to all my emails! They kept apologizing as well. And I know they had their jobs to do but so did I (in getting my monies back!)

Here's the bottom line.

I don't wish my experience on anyone else. This is the only reason I went into such details above, so please please please save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere... Like in our beautiful!

Read about Berrylook on the BBB website. Something I didn't do initially but now learned my lesson... the hard way!

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered 5 items from this company. Took 4 weeks to arrive and the quality of all 5 garments was absolute CRAP, poor construction (strings hanging, buttons barely sewed on,) weird fit and the fabric was JUNK. Immediately contacted them for authorization to return, Berrylook take days to respond to email, then days of back and forth with them trying to get me to accept the products for 50% discount, or give them to someone... I would never give this crap to someone as a gift! Finally they give me authorization to ship them back to "Jimmy" in Los Angeles. I take to post office, ship with proof of delivery and tracking number. Arrives in LA next day, I give them proof of delivery, which they acknowledge, and they stall around with refunding my credit card. After 3 weeks waiting for refund, and them making excuses about their finance dept., and me threatening to file a fraud claim with my Visa card, still no refund. I went ahead and filed the dispute/fraud claim with Visa to have them refund the money. Never heard from Berrylook (or the weird company name they billed under, i think it was OrderPlus International?) This is the WORST customer service and junkiest product I have ever experienced. They are still advertising like crazy on the internet, despite all the horrible reviews, which I didn't see before ordering. NEVER do business with this dishonest, unethical company.

True to size in my experience
After placing my order for a dress with Berrylook, I searched some reviews to see if items were true to size. I did not find many answers to my search (one or two said that items were much smaller than Berrylook had anticipated), however, I did read review after review of negative experiences... mostly that items were never delivered or fell apart after the initial wearing. I was very skeptical of the company. I went back to the website to see if I could cancel my order, but did not find any way of doing this. Therefore, I decided to contact the customer service center and ask to switch the dress from a small to a medium. I received a timely response indicating that the change had been made. Great! :) About 4 weeks passed and I hadn't yet received my order, nor a tracking number which I was told would be e-mailed to me once the product had been shipped. I once again contacted customer service and again received a timely response, with a tracking number attached. My order arrived the next day in fact. It did indeed fit to the size which was indicated on the website. Although I usually take a small or x-small, my measurements were that of a medium on the website, so I decided it best to stick to what was written. The dress fit perfectly, and although the quality was not terrific (but what can you expect for a $25 dress?), I was satisfied with my purchase.

Don't order from this company!
I ordered a single black dress on 9/25 and received it today, 11/23. Yes, it took nearly 2 months to arrive! To make matters worse, Berrylook charged my credit card on 9/26! They had my money for nearly 2 months before I received my dress. My dress was out of season when it arrived! However...

When I received the dress, I was appalled at how different it was from that which was from their website photos. For one thing, it fit poorly, I ordered a size medium (I'd usually order a size small as size 4 usually fits me), but the medium was too clingy and tight. The dress was actually see-through, the cloth was not at all as per the photo: it was thin, polyester, and had a tacky shine to it. In the photo the dress appeared to be embroidered at the hem, but in reality the design was an ugly print. The dress was supposedly $72.01 but on sale for $18.00, but it isn't worth the room it would take up in my closet, never mind $18.00. And... the reviews on their website must be fabricated, there's no way anyone would review this mis-represented dress so positively.

To make matters worse, I'm currently trying to return the dress and they are giving me issues, offering me a $6.00 discount rather than accepting a return. Stay away from this company, it's not fake (as a fellow reviewer has suggested), but they are completely unscrupulous.

DO NOT BE CHEATED by Berrylook... absolutely SCAMMERS and IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER
DO NOT be cheated by Berrylook! Firstly, the products are NOTHING like displayed online. Not even anywhere near. Quality is horrendous, some zips are even on the inside. Threads everywhere, material is very thin and not wearable. Secondly, even after I told them that I want to return and refund, Berrylook said NO, and denied being such irresponsible seller. ON TOP of that, they didn't send me few items, and did not even refund my money that I have paid for those items that I never received. This is over 6 months now. After many many mails, they finally agreed to refund the money i paid for items not received (mind you, not even for the un-usable items received that I said I wanted to return to them). This promise of refund was in Sept, and up to today I have NOT received the refund at all. Wrote to them again early Feb, and they said will be done by 10 Feb, but it is again all LIES. Today is 18 Feb, no refunds. DO NOT BE CHEATED BY SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I have no idea how one could sleep at night running such business, cheating money from poor innocent consumers, those who worked hard for our money, but just this Berrylook simply happily take the money from us

Berrylook is TERRIBLE STAY AWAY! PAYPAL IS WORSE -
Back in June 2019 I ordered $315 of clothing from Berrylook- My PayPal account was debited for the full amount immediately. The items arrived over a month later, in 3 shipments, around the beginning of August 2019.

The merchandise was horrible quality. The pictures are totally deceptive. The fabric is awful, the fit terrible, and the general workmanship of pretty much everything was dreadful. I emailed the company around August 6th that I wanted to return several of the pieces, sent a cc of the packing list with RMA numbers, indicating what I was keeping and what was going to be returned. I got a response apologizing for my unhappiness with the merchandise and asking what Berrylook could do to help.

I responded with my original note- outlining what i was dissatisfied with and listing which items I wanted to return for refund. I got another email, basically repeating their first response, and so on and so on for about 6 rounds. Then they sent pictures of each item, numbered, and asked that I send the item numbers I wanted to return. I did. Then they asked again why I wanted to return them, repeat steps 1-6 above. Keep in mind that I would need to ship back the merchandise at MY EXPENSE - to CHINA (about $85) if I ever did get approval to return.

Then they asked that I take individual pictures of each item, on a hanger and point out what was wrong with each. I responded that they already had pictures andreiterated my complaint. This went back and forth for another 8 or so emails, getting nowhere.

Then I asked PayPal to step in. USELESS. PayPal does NOT support it's customers, it makes its money off of merchants and will defend unethical business practices in every case rather than siding with the customer. The final dispensation from the seller was that I needed to ship back EVERY SINGLE ITEM from the original shipment, not just the items I wanted to return, and they would refund my $315.

Remember, I never asked to return everything: there were 2 t-shirs and a blouse I kept and used. Now this is the best part. Since the seller only offerred to accept a return for everything, even though I never asked for this, PAYPAL sided with the seller and closed my complaint, saying that since I could not return everything, I was not entitled to any refund.

I countered with the fact that when one buys multiple items from a store, the store does not ever require you to return EVERY item bought in order to get a refund on anything. That's absurd. Not according to Jerry(the supervisor) at PAYPAL.

So DO NOT BUY FROM Berry look (Keep in mind this seller also goes under the umbella name of OrderPlus International and Luvyle.) And never trust PAYPAL to back you on any dispute, especially with China.

Horrible service/products -Should get ZERO stars. Buyer beware!
I am going through a battle with them now on two dresses ordered in September. I didn't receive them for 5 weeks and when I did, the color and size was nothing like I ordered and the fabric was so cheap, paper thin and see through. On a $54.00 order, Berrylook offered for me to keep the items and they will give me a $10 credit on my next purchase, but no refund! I told them I want a full refund, I have no desire to keep the items and I will NEVER order from them again, so they can keep their store credit and give me the return instructions. Well since they have been totally unresponsive since then, I am now disputing the charges via PayPal's customer service. We'll see how it goes. One more thing, don't believe any of the reviews on the items you are purchasing because I believe they are all written by the company themselves. I read the reviews for the items I was purchasing and they all praised the quality etc. what a bunch of BS. This company is horrendous and should be prosecuted for taking people's money and offering no return/refund policy. Save yourself a lot if headaches and BUY AMERICAN,

I have never written a review on a product.
I don't ever write a review. The reason is because I am just too busy. I have never written a review before. This is the worst company I have ever, ever bought from. I didn't even want to give them one star, but I had to in order to post a review.
I live Iin a small town where I purchase almost everything over the internet.

First - I placed my order three months before Christmas. I received part of my order right before Christmas. The second part of My order didn't come in until after Christmas.
Second- I am a size 8 so I ordered large & extra large. I used their sizing chart on every item I purchased. I bought over $300.00 in clothes.
A. Not one single item fit me. I had my daughter who is 12 & 100 lbs try them on. Some of the clothes fit her, some of them were even too small for her. But the moment I wash the clothes that fit her Berrylook are going to be too small for her. Let alone she didn't like the clothes I choose for me.
B. Not one item said what it was made of or how to wash the item. - I bought blazers for work. Ones that seemed pretty nice on the website.
C. Several of the items had every tag sown it to the garment cut off. You could see where the tag was cut.
D. The quality of the product has something to be desired. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for." It is completely true with this manufacturer ( distributor).
E. I tried to call the company but there is no phone number for them. So I emailed them. They told me it was past 30 days from my order date. So I could not send the items back and get a refund. NOW MIND YOU, REMEMBER I TOLD YOU I PLACED MY ORDER BACK AT THE END OF OCTOBER. SO THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD NOT RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS, BECAUSE I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE THE ORDER FOR 90 DAYS - PLUS, THE SECOND PART OF THE ORDER CAME IN LATER THAN 90 Days.

I wish you the best of luck if you choose to order from this company. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this company to even a poverty stricken person. You will not get an item that would even fit you.

Do Not Order From Barrylook. EVER.
Do Not Buy From Berrylook. Ever. Whether the management is mentally challenged, deliberately criminal or simply delusional and/or ignorant of cultural norms in the US as to how customers expect to be treated. Its total scam. Cute-enough booties arrived 3 weeks after order, the pinks ones with a broken zipper. I immediately e-mailed berrylook and Berrylook asked for photos, which I provided. They then proceeded to tell me that they do not provide return shipping, even for defectives, and that since shipping would be so expensive for me, they would store-credit $7.00 - "is that ok?" No, it was not. So, over 35 - 35! - emails later, and what seemed to be a deliberate attempt to delay me with additional run around and requests for more photos, I got PayPal involved under their Buyer Protection. Once this happened I immediately heard back from berrylook that I would receive a refund but that it might take 15 days. It took much longer and required additional e-mails from me offering to reopen my PayPal claim against them to get it. Oh, did I mention that the shoes are literally sized 1 full size smaller than described? Bottom line, scam, run around, constant polite responses refusing refunds, and after 35+ e-mails, and a PayPal dispute claim, I FINALLY got my refund 3 months after I ordered. And, the refund was only for the pink defective pair, and a black pair that had not yet shipped, and which I'd cancelled immediately when I saw how the things are sized. I did agree to take the hit on the cost of a stone-colored pair that I'd worn outside, where I discovered the sizing/cut issues. SO, at then end of this fiasco, I have no wearable booties from berrylook, but lost over $35.00 between the unwearable, unreturnable stone boots and the return shipping to their California wearhouse address (they tried to have me ship to China, but I refused). I wish I'd read 3rd party reviews (they have a few self-generated positive reviews on their site).

This company is a scam
I was going to order boots & shoes. Adorable in pictures. I am a smart consumer and I always read reviews from company purchased I'm not familiar with. So I scrolled the reviews on the items I was looking at. And guess what these reviews aren't from customers at all Berrylook are from their customer service dept. How I know? The reviews were always the same just I liked this product very much then a couple more sentences about how you should buy it. All misspelled like a 6 yr old wrote them. So I figured out this must be either a company from China Japan or Korean or India. But its clear they do not know english. Or how to spell. I mean every review was practically the same. And then I noticed there's at least 2 other websites with exactly the same clothes, the sweater i was looking at were 2 different price points. So do not order from this or other companies that have the exact same merchandize. This a conglomerate company with other companies under them. That's why they can sell the same exact merchandize for different prices what i was looking at was super cheap under $30.00 for boots. And super cute. Now I know their going to be garbage. So I'm going to stay away!

Totally fraudulent
I ordered what was supposed to be a new pair of shoes from this company. It took weeks to get them and when Berrylook finally came, they were dirty on the bottoms and soiled on the inside of one of the shoes. I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund and was told they do not pay to ship back to them and I would be responsible for the shipping. This after I paid $10 in shipping just to get them here. They offered me $5.00 back, then $7.00 and finally $8.00. I refused all their pitiful bids and told them I wanted a full refund and if they wanted the shoes back, they'd have to send me a pre-paid return label. Needless to say, I paid for them with paypal, who was just as useless at helping me and sided with them, saying that I needed to provide a tracking number to get my full refund. So I'm out $20 and this lowlife company continues to rip people off on the internet. I wish I'd looked at the reviews before trusting them. They are the worst online company I've ever dealt with. I've never know any company to send you defective merchandise and not offer to make good on it. Do not waste your money. I wouldn't give this company even 1 star if the site wasn't making me. The photos of their products are NOT what you'll receive.

I am writing a response to Berrylook letting them know Berrylook are a joke & I will continue to share my pitiful experience with anyone who wants to listen. This is NOT over!

Beware... One Hit Wonder Wear. Then Tear
I assumed for the price, this was not going to be the best quality. And looking at where the products were being shipped, I expected a delay and then an excuse if I even got to customer service. But I still gave them the benefit of the doubt since this was my first time ordering. Well, Berrylook were worse than my expectation. 5 pairs of summer shoes. Low quality products, yup. One hit wonders each pair. One wear and I'm sure that will be it. I gave them 1 star because the size and fit were excellent. Unfortunately the order came piecemeal, so I am still waiting for one more pair.The product picture ads are a smoke & mirrors job. The clear plastics with the bow, I ordered in blue. They are not even plastic, some rubber, plastic mix. For those who remember Ol' skool Jellies, these aren't even as durable as those, and they cost $2! As you see, Yes, that is a shoe twisted in my hand. The mesh sneakers - spider web thin. The espadrilles, yes they said they are faux leather, but they're really a thin card board-like material. The tie 'lace' breaks off, so be careful. Again, if you are only looking to wear the shoes just one time for a cute outfit, fine. Anything more than that, you run the risk of being embarrassed with a broken something or torn anything.

Blatant disregard for customer service and disrespectful of their customers.
I placed an order with BerryLook.com, my first order but although Berrylook advertised a discount for new customers, I could not redeem same, I tried to email them and the two email addresses bounced saying there was no such address.
The package eventually arrived seemingly an Ontario address but when I complained that the sizes could not fit any real person they gave me two options. (1) keep the products and they will provide me with a CAD$20 cash or CAD$cash coupon (2) Mail the package to China and I will be refunded my money after they received the package. The package arrived back at my home on May 31st 2019 having gone to the address they sent to me. No reason for the return of the package which was mailed to them at the end of February.

It is as if they only know certain words because each of the 6 individuals who responded said the same thing. "When we receive your package we will refund your money" That translated to never.
I find them to to be disrespectful, and demonstrates blatant disregard for customer service. Quality of items poor for what they charged and a step down from their display. Also sizes are extremely small.

Bad company do not buy anything from Berrylook
Bad company and do not buy from them. This is my first-time purchase from this company. I purchased 3 pair shoes at the Berrylook website on October 7 and supposed to receive from 5 to 7 business days. I never received the item. On the 23rd I sent an email where are my items and I received an email said to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx and the representative said the items are still with the seller, only a label was created. I send an email to cancel the order because Berrylook said the items were on the way to me but the items were still with them, they ignored me and never get a response from anyone. They sent the items anyway and I received it on November 2. The shoes are terrible, cheap made and they do not fit. I have been trying to contact them from October 23 until December 2 No response. This is the worse company I ever have to deal with. I don't want their ugly shoes I want all my money back and I want them to send me a free shipping label to send the items back because it cost $ 90.00 to send it back to them. The bad thing is, when I tried to contact my credit card company to dispute the amount, they contact the credit card company and said I still have the items but they never contact me. When the company mailed me the shoes it was from California and they gave my credit card company a China address to return the items and when I went to the post office they said it would cost me $90.00 to send them back. They would not contact me and help me and to solve the issue but they would contact my credit card company to make sure they keep the money. They know exactly what they are doing to rip people off. I am stucked with 3 pairs ugly cheap shoes with the wrong size. I don't know what to do because no one is replying to help me with the issue. Berrylook people if you can see this review, I do not want the shoes and I want all my money back to my credit card and I need you to send me a free shipping label to return this item back to you. I want my money back for pain and suffering and for all this trouble you've put me through. Your items are still new because I cannot wear them because they are cheap and they do not fit me. Customers, watch out for this company because they rip people off. I saw the same shoes selling from another website for half the price of the price they are selling. I will encourage none to buy from this company. Bad, bad, bad and terrible company, they will rip you off to take your money and you will be stuck with a terrible experience like me. They want free money and use people like me to take advantage of. Please watch out. I wish they have 0 star because they do not deserve any star.

DON'T ORDER! Extrmemly poor quality-junk!
I never order things without first researching a company if I am unfamiliar with them. This time I made the mistake of doing so. After I ordered and had problems obtaining tracking info, I went online searching for reviews. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING! On 5/15 I ordered a pair of sandals and a top. Nowhere on their site did it provide any details on the materials the products are made of. Should have been a clue to beware! Tracking was difficult (tracking site had no information for a long period of time) so I contacted the company and was told to be patient. I received the 2 packages 6/8 (almost a month later). The items came from Hong Kong in nothing more than a plastic bag with a sticky closure-no padding/protective materials at all. The sandals were in 1 package inside a plastic bag, with an elastic band wrapped around the pair. When I opened it I was stunned to find the very poor quality: all man-made materials, embellishments sewn on very loosely with what looked like fishing wire. I wonder how long Berrylook will last before they simply fall apart. Worth it to carry an extra pair of shoes in case they do just that! These sandals were not worth even $10 (and they cost $20)! I have seen better quality at the popular dollar stores!
The white blouse was a wrinkled mess, threads hanging form everywhere and from the floral trim embellishment, and dirty/stained on the neck of the blouse. A tag was attached but NOWHERE on it did it give the material--whish is obviously some very cheap fabric. The very brief instructions say hand was. Good advice--this would never survive even the delicate cycle of any washing machine! I had to cut off many threads from all over the blouse and apply stain remover before hand washing it.
While the items are visually cute, they are of the absolute poorest quality! This cannot be seen in the images on the site so buyers are fooled! The fact that no material information is on their site should serve as another clue that they hide the poor quality by withholding this info. I will avoid the most likely process of return as I do not care to communicate with this company again. I will make note of how long they last before falling apart! Cute-looking stuff on their site, but pure junk!
Buyer beware--shop elsewhere!

I used PayPal and was able to get a refund.
Thankfully I used PayPal to purchase this item, using an American Express that I kept on file with PayPal. We ordered three items, two of which were dresses for my wife to wear at our son's wedding. My wife wears a large, but ordered extra large because others said items run small. I ordered XL pants. NONE OF THEM FIT. Wipes arms would not go through arm holes, and had we tried to zip up the other one, the dress would have ripped.

I attempted to ask them for return postage so we could obtain a refund since this was so badly match to the sizes we expected. Berrylook wanted us to keep the items in the give us a partial refund and a credit towards anything we might want in the future. Give me a break!

So I contacted PayPal and American Express for PayPal acted much more quickly, and actually issued a full refund because the company refused to provide us with a return postage label. If we had to send it back to China, you would have had to have sent it out with some sort of tracking number, and the cost of the postage would have been absurdly high. In the end, PayPal told us to keep the item since they wouldn't provide us with return postage. And PayPal was able to facilitate a full refund.

Ordered from BERRYLOOK in May. Promised free shipping and to receive in less than 30 days. All Attempts to contact the company in vain until I got PayPal involved. Berrylook continued to make promises of shipping merchandise and after involving paypal they sent half of the items and nothing was as ordered. No size tags in clothes and way too small. After many attempts to ask them to send merchandise or refund my money, I finally received a partial refund for merchandise not shipped. Pay pal offered to recoup the rest of the payment Berrylook received but I chose to take the loss after so much frustration knowing that the merchandise I finally Received was not as advertised. The issue with BERRYLOOK took nearly 3 months to resolve. I consider myself lucky to have been able to have PayPal resolve the issue after presenting photos and emails as proof and ruling in my favor and receiving my refund. The merchandise on the website looks nice but after my order from them I decided to look up any reviews on the company and discovered that other customers had similar problems with Berrylook. My first mistake was to not look up the reviews before placing my order.

We ordered two dresses on December 27,2018. Paid a total of US$59.03. The items we received nearly a month later were TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the photos on their site. Berrylook were made from very poor-quality material and the workmanship was indescribably poor. Awful. 5-year old kids would have sewn them better.
We complained and were instructed to return the dresses, which we did almost immediately in late January. (They do indeed have a lot of nasty conditions as regards the return.) After numerous inquiries via email, they confirmed receipt of returned items and assured us that a refund of just US$49.90 would be issued in about "15 to 20 days".
It has been over a month now (end of February 2019) and no refund has been received yet. We have sent numerous angry emails demanding that they refund our payment but to no avail.

Repeat: Berrylook are dishonest cheaters, scammers, and thieves.
They have to be shut down and sent to jail.
We have already referred the case to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Where is the minus stars review?
I ordered 2 tops in June, 2019. It took until Stepember to get a response and Berrylook continuously requested the same information. I responded only to get another email from someone else asking the same questions. One top: round neck, loose fitting abstract print blouse, color orange red, Product Title WP-023397211, SKU 960DF4ED9F1A, and a round neck loose fitting stripes (sic), khaki, blouses (sic) WP-021106457 and this number was followed by 6A3Y/006304291. After not hearing from them, I tried to send it to the return address on the original package which was Tom Pan, 929 S Azusa Ave., City of Industry, CA 91748. There is no such city according to two post offices. I have a copy of the confirmation email they sent, a copy of the letter I sent them saying I was going to return it to the address on the package, and copies of the emails that have been sent and received the past few days. Up until then, I had heard nothing from them since the order confirmation. I do not know how to attach photos or copies of the correspondence, but I do have copies. I am giving the tops to Good Will.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their website shows trendy fashions that look good on models and mannequins, but BEWARE. If you get your order at all, what you get will be poor quality, poorly constructed, ill-fitting goods.

All the blouses I ordered were described as "loose-fitting" and on the website Berrylook appear to be. What I got are blouses that would not fit a skinny child. The sleeves are cut for someone with toothpick sized arms, not a normal US size medium. The body of two of the blouses was too short to tuck in (not the length shown in the web photo), and on one, cut so narrow at the bottom that instead of hanging loosely at low hip as shown in the picture, it barely fit at my waist. The fabric quality is poor, and uncut threads were hanging everywhere.

You will wait far longer for your order to arrive than what the website says. You will get NO RESPONSE or VERY DELAYED responses to any email inquiries. You will get a different person responding each time if they respond at all.

It is nearly impossible to return anything. First they will offer you a very small refund (in my case, $8 on a $65 order) or a coupon to use to buy more crappy stuff from their website! (in my case a $12 coupon). It took me five emails to get them to respond to my request for how to return items for a refund, and I only heard from them after I told them I had initiated a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. After I told them this, they sent me the address of a "receiver" in Los Angeles where I could return the items (at my expense). But that's not the end of it. This receiver would then send the items back to China to their "refund department" where they will determine if the items are even eligible for a refund. This return shipping to China is also at my expense, and I deduced that if I were granted a refund for the returned items, the shipping cost would be deducted from that refund. Apparently the return shipping could cost more than I paid for the items.

Please kindly, don't buy from this dealer.
Products are the most pathetic quality you would ever see. You will not dare to put their clothes on and go out.
Don't be overwhelmed by the beautiful images you see online.
Luckily I didn't make a big order with them but I still feel annoyed with both the quality and the size.
But if you have a child or relative that is small 4 sizes below yourself, you might give them the clothes to wear it even though you can't because of the poor material.
Believe it or not their clothes only fit for sweeping floors.
I don't like mothers or ladies like my get trapped in because of lack of money.
Based on this horrible experience, I would rather pay a bit extras for one decent piece that will last with me ages rather than this bunch of junky stuff that I can't even pass to someone else.
Please keep your money safe and don't fall victim for those online scams.

When I requested a refund Berrylook told me that I will have to pay the shipping!
I said no as I don't trust them anymore, they might take the rubbish products and not refund anything.
I asked them to refund part of the money and I will keep 'this rubbish to remind myself of such a ascam.
They still haven't paid me the amount agreed to be refund from January until today 13/03.

Buyer Beware! Scam!
This merchant is in China and it's IMPOSSIBLE to return an item even though Berrylook state they offer a full refund if not satisfied in 30 days. After a huge hassle to just get their return address, which I finally received from my credit card company, I attempted to return the item I ordered. The reason for my return was the material was supposed to be a "wool-blend" but it was literally a felt material of very poor quality. The address they provided me was in China and it cost $69 to return the item I ordered. I believe most people wouldn't have returned an item that cost that much to ship and I normally would have not either, but it was the principle of the matter. Soon after shipping, I get a notice from the US Postal Service that the merchant refused my package as they would not claim it from customs. Luckily, my credit company reimbursed me but only after I provided them with documentation for the second time. I ordered the product in January of 2019 and this issue was just resolved this week. Berrylook is a total scam. They sell cheap products and have horrible customer service.

I received three of the shirts in late March and another one trickled in around April 1 and the last one came the second week of April. The shirts are made of such poor quality, The fabric is extremely thin probably a polyester blend. The colors of the shirts do not match the pictures that Berrylook show on their website. So I attempted to get a refund to send the shirts back ha ha good luck you will never talk to a customer service person. You have to email them with what you want to do. They wanted me to take pictures of the shirts and explain why I wanted to return them. Oh Em Gee is there anyone else that you buy from online that would request this. So stupid. They just want to pester you to the point where you are fed up with trying to solve this problem. And that's exactly what happened to me. I was so sick and tired of emailing these people to try to get a refund on my shirts that I finally gave in and excepted a $20 refund for the amount of $80 that I spent. Never again will I buy from Berrylook. I wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered the shirts. At least someone from Goodwill will like the shirts.

Worst experience ever!
Berrylook is NOT WORTH buying from. I bought over $80 worth of clothing and after receiving them the material of all items were garbage, the sizes were not right, and the length of the dresses were completely off! Nothing I bought looked like the picture! Then after contacting them to get a refund the customer service people made communication so difficult. I had to contact them via email and the fb messenger multiple times. After multiple attempts I was finally contacted. Only to learn they'd resend a second batch but the next set of items were even worse than the first batch. For example, one of the dresses was obviously printed but the pattern was defected and the sewing was coming part. When I asked for a full refund I was told that Berrylook could give me $20 or a cash coupon to buy more from them. What a joke! No thank you!

Other issues:
If you decide to return an item Berrylook does not pay for shipping... YOU have to.

No where in their policy does it state that you can't ask or return items more than once. Although it states they want customers to be satisfied. A complete LIE!

Scam! Beware!
Sizes are not consistent. One item you are a medium, next a 2XL. I ordered and a month later nothing. Contacted company, told delayed then a few days later package on the way. Once it arrived it was incomplete. One item, a 2XL was so small my 11 year old, 55lb daughter barely fit it. First time she wore, the seems split. A black dress used white thread causing it to look cheap. Everything is cheap Lycra. Many threads hanging. I contacted again about last two items, told item was sold asked in my requested size, pick something else. So I looked on site and saw item still for sale, so I gave options of bigger size if available or two others just to be safe. Then no response other than package on way, yea! Not so fast two weeks and nothing. Fought to get tracking to discover, sent to wrong state somehow. Contacted and nothing, tried again a couple days later, nothing. I opened PayPal complaint and Berrylook drug out process and requested again for replacement item choice. I responded back, but they didn't respond and PayPal closed out complaint. (BTW, you have 28 days to the hour on complaints). So 5 months later I am mostly out almost a $100 with a few items that needed to be repaired. Beware, they only respond to positive messages. There are better Chinese sites out there who stand by products!

RUN! Do NOT do NOT order!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to take with me while on vacation... it literally took a month to receive them, and when I did, both pairs were damaged (what made me very upset was having to go to two stores to buy replacement shoes for my trip). One of the pair of shoes I can't even wear (apart from the damage) were 3 times to big. I emailed asking... why would you even send damaged shoes to me? There response "can you take them to a shoe repair place"? My response "HELL no I'm not doing that". I did not give you my money for damaged shoes. I told them that I wanted a refund and was given instructions on how to send them back... 2 weeks later nothing. These disgusting people took my money, and sent me damaged shoes. When I called asking where my refund was... some guy told me that I needed to get on a computer and follow his instructions step by step. He got to a certain point and an "error" occurred he asked me another question and when he realized that it was a public computer (he couldn't get my personal information) he got upset and hung up. DO NOT give them access to your personal computer! I am reporting them to BBB!

Would Never Order From Here AGAIN
I ordered 1 blouse( 19.95) and paid 8. Xx for 7-13 day shipping. Twelve days later I was checking that status of the shipment realize that not only had my order not shipped yet but Berrylook had added two other blouses and charged $14.70 for 6-8 day shipping. My total that they charged my card was $78. Xx. My original order, which was confirmed at check out was $28. Xx.
At this point, I e-mailed them but never received a response. After reading all of the reviews, I was afraid that I would not get any product or my money back. So, I canceled my order. I t had not been shipped yet( even though at this point, it was well over the 6-8 day shipping that THEY had charged me.). Also, when I went to the section to e-mail them asking about the incorrect order, there was an alert reading that there would be an additional delay of up to TWO weeks for my order...
I'm glad I canceled my order. I did get my money back ( took a couple of days)minus $5.00 restocking fee since it was ready to be shipped. I feel like they should have refunded ALL of my money because technically I did not get the shipping service they charged me but after reading the awful reviews, I was okay with cutting my losses and taking what I could get back.
Also, the positive reviews, in my opinion, are fake. If you notice they only have two or three reviews on avg and all of the reviews are about clothing. If they were " true " reviews, they would have reviews of other types of products. Just like the leading review site where you click on the reviewer's name and you see all of the businesses they have reviewed.
I will never order from here again.

Size Does Matter
I placed an order for a Medium Classical Lapel Double Breasted Plain Swing Woolen Coat. With shipping, I was charged over $55.The shipment arrived, however the incorrect size was shipped. The outter bag was labeled Large and so was the coat. I contacted the company and advise Berrylook sent me the wrong size and air. They quickly responded and asked for photos. I sent three witch included a copy of the garment bag and the coat would still have the tags on all of which showed size large. They then offered me a $14 credit to use on their website. I told them that simply would not do and I paid well over that amount. I asked them to ship me the correct size and they could then send me a shipping label and I would be happy to return the large garment. The next offer they had was to give me an $11 refund and for me to pay to have the large garment return back to China. That is absolutely ridiculous. Since I ordered the correct size I should not have to pay to have the large coat shipped back to China. I will never order from this company again. I'm pretty sure I will never see any type of refund or see the correct size.
