Initially it took nearly 6 weeks of emails to get them to provide an address to return items to. (They set the policy of 30 days for returns).
I used a 7 day guaranteed delivery service. 3 months later the items are still in transit. My delivery company has investigated, the address given is incorrect - and a simple google map investigation confirms this.
After a further 3 weeks of daily emailing for more information on the address which has never been given they have now provided a new address which is at least 80km from the original one! This one is not recognised by googlemaps either.
I will use this information as evidence that return was attempted and thwarted by Berrylook when processing a charge back via card company, however it is a painful process.
My order was worth over £100 which is why I am bothering but hopefully I can save others some time with failed deliveries if they are also provided with these fake addresses, just send the evidence from googlemaps that the address you have been given for returns does not exist and insist on a refund via paypal/chargeback.

And BerryLook - your customer service team have my order no already in case you were thinking to offer to investigate in a laughable attempt at looking concerned!
To add insult to injury, at the end of each email the following is stated:
"In any case you are not satisfied with our customer support's response, you can file a dispute by going to our Resolution Center:
Your case will be taken care of by our dispute management team in first priority."
Please note there is no Resolution Center site listed. There is no Resolution Center site listed or mentioned anywhere on the website.
RUN AWAY from Berrylook!
I emailed them about a refund and they wanted to only give me half of the cost. No, definitely not. I didn't want the item. We went back and forth several times and it took weeks in order for me to even get a return address. I had to pay for the return shipping so I was out even more money. They never let me know when they got the package. I had to proactively reach out to them to demand a refund. After several days they responded and said, "Please take note that this will take 15-20 for the refund to be fully processed." What does that mean? It's been 22 days since that happened and still no refund. It isn't even a refund for the full amount I paid including shipping.
This place is a scam and just wants your money. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one.
I ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1/607/214/3005 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them
I finally got my money back from PayPal and Berrylook have reassured me they will be investigating Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co.Ltd (which is the operating company for BERRYLOOK, LILIGAL, FLORYDAY, MISSIAPICK, FASHIONMIA, KYRAKISS, etc)
So don't waste your time with endless correspondence with Berrylook and if you have not received your items yet either.
I assure you, You won't be very happy with your purchase.
So you better start your claim ASAP.
You are entitled to claim your money back from your Bank or PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE:
1- Berrylook will be asking you to close your claim against them in order to get your money back.
2- They will try to tell you to keep the items and refund you half of the money or offer you a gift voucher (cash coupon).
3- Or to return the items at your cost to get your full refund, which probably cost you dearly as it is in China (also they will provide you a fake address & your items will be returned, or they will tell you they haven't received it at all, and they can not give you a refund.
DON'T FALL FOR NONE OF IT, just push back and you will finally get your money back.
If you can support your claim with pictures of the items you have received, a screenshot of their website and any correspondence you might have with them, as well as links to any of the websites where thousands of Berrylook scam victims have written reviews incluiding this one and trustpilot, it will speed up the process and help PayPal and/or your Bank with their investigations.

STOP asking me about my order number, nor sending me an automated phoney email over and over again which I have already provided you in the past.
I do not want you to resolve my problem now! My problem is resolved, I got my money back.
I am here to STOP YOU (BERRYLOOK) SCAMMING OTHERS! And help others getting back their hard earned money which you tried to steal.
By this time (January 20,2020) I have neither any refund from Berrylook or from PayPal, where I have active dispute since December 10,2019, nor the merchandise back from the seller.
Now I am trying to get my money back opening the dispute with my bank. If you don't want to get into all this trouble trying to contact the "seller" with no contact numbers to call and no response to e-mails, and dealing with PayPal dispute processing without the expected help, using weeks of your precious time, please don't use this company! This IS a SCAM and a FRAUD! The best option is to report Berrylook to econsumer.gov and dispute your purchase with your bank.

Consider reporting them to Federal Trade Commission so Berrylook can start an investigation in this co isn't and hopefully ban the sales they are currently able to make to consumers like us.
I ordered clothes for an extended overseas trip and before I ever ordered i asked to ensure that expedited shipping would have the items to me before I left for the trip. They responded saying if it took longer than 15 I would be refunded. ( see email in picture). So I paid the exorbitant $60 shipping fee (on $100 worth of clothes) and wouldn't you know it, it indeed took too long to arrive and I couldn't take them with me on my trip. So, I asked for the refund for the shipping as promised- they refused. You. I investigation on my end, I found out they were shipped standard service not expedited and they pocketed the money for the service. NOT OKAY!
Moreover, of the 4 items I ordered, I only received 2 of them. The other two items never arrived even though Berrylook Insists all 4 items were delivered. The two items I did receive were a joke, one of them literally had no seams on the end of the sleeves, neckline or waistline. It was just straight cut material. What. The. Actual. F@$k?
All of these things seriously ticked me off, but none of them half as infuriating as trying to get in contact with them. They online contact form doesn't actually work (Deliberately, I suspect) and the emails I received back just parrot the same generic BS over and over. They just keep sending tacking information and never bother to read what I actual say in the email. What's even worse is you can't email with the same person, so every time you try and respond to the last email a new person responds having no idea what is going on!
At this point it's now become what my husband refers to as "the Berrylook thing". Everyday, I now compose and email requesting the please resolve the issue. I have sent 87 emails to them and it appears they are obligated to always reply, even if it's a generic (very poorly translated) response... usually blaming the post office.
I included a couple of the emails below; including the one where they tell me they can refund the money if it takes more than 15 days. Also the one where they ask me to send documented proof I did not receive my parcel by taking a picture including the stamp from the post office?!?! How so that even possible?
Please save your money for ANY other company, and if you already had a similar experience to what I wrote above. PLEASE REPORT THEM so they can be shut down.
Worst experience I have ever had as a consumer with any company, ever, period.
I purchased two (2) swimwear items, which were unsatisfactory as the sizing is ridiculously whacky! BerryLook refused return, although the items were hygenically tried on but never worn, used, wet, washed or labels removed!
BerryLook offered me a $15 voucher by way of credit compensation, then advised it expired in 36 hours.
When I tried to place my order, THE $15 VOUCHER WAS NOT APPLIED!
Only a 5% new customer discount of 0.84 cents was applied!
AND although the website clearly states FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING, I am being billed $11.65 for SHIPPING!
I have tried to email BerryLook = fail! There is no phone number, and BerryLook's own
Contact Us page fails because it will not permit the Captcha to be submitted!
This is an absolute DISGRACE.
Australia is a HOT WEATHER COUNTRY of 26+ million people and rapidly growing.
BerryLook is incapable of accurate SIZING; BerryLookand makes offers of Credit Vouchers impossible to utilise, and makes charges for shipping even though it clearly states FREE WorldWide Shipping on its site.
I am unimpressed, not happy, and have wasted nearly three (3) hours of my SUNDAY trying to make a purchase using my valid voucher offered by BerryLook and have been unable to get anywhere except very, very annoyed!
I ordered from Berrylook, the order took so long I thought it was lost. After I received the merchandise, it was so poorly made. The sizes were not appropriate, their were threads hanging from some of the garments. There were a couple items that were so thin like paper, it was horrible. This is a terrible company with poor quality products and even worse customer service. Berrylook are most dishonest, having made promises.
This is just a scam and a rip off. AWFUL. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The thing that is even more vexing than the stupidly long delay is the fake tracking facility. Your number can "never be found" no matter which shipping company you try to click on. Don't use this site they are thieves.
I will be filing a law suit against this company, and will have them taken down on all public websites. Nobody should buy from them, I repeat, do not buy from this company. Another thing that happened is that I tried to find a number for their store because I thought the store was here in this country. I found a number, but it was a scam where they can get into your computer and get your info and I was stupid enough to fall for it.
They were asking me all this info, such as the last 4 digits of my social. I said "why do you need all this for a refund? Well I fell for it and they their was some charges on my credit card that I didn't make and a fraud alert came from my credit card. So I had to

To get a refund a person puts the number for the store they said they used to get their refund, but it is really the scammers giving that phone number so they can get your info.
I understand that you get what you pay for but I will spending my money in Forever 21 as their clothes look like Saks 5 th Avenue compared to Berrylook.
I am trying to return, and after filing a complaint with my credit card company, I finally heard from the company. ( Other emails were ignored). Now Berrylook want pictures of the clothes. Took me an hour to upload their pictures next to the pictures from the site. Now they are silent again. So annoying! They need to be put out of business.

I tried to leave a review, but there is no way to write one. The posted reviews are canned. Probably done by the people who work on the site.
I looked them up after trying to contact them for a refund and have found many others who have reported them as a rip-off. I wish I had looked earlier.
I bought 4 items - 2 dresses, a sweater and a necklace. Took weeks to get to me to the point where I bought a completely different outfit for the wedding because I was worried. The first of 2 packages arrived. I can typically wear medium or large in the US but I ordered large for the dress - couldn't even get it on! Lucky of it was a medium but definitely not a large. The necklace was broken. The sweater is not a large either. Second package arrived - repeat situation on the size. I contacted them and it's complete run around and to get my money back I can pay to ship to China and I know I'll never see the money.
Don't buy from them - the sizes are all wrong, the quality is poor and the customer service is awful.
And for the positive reviews here - I read them and clearly by the language Berrylook are written by someone at the company. The English isn't great and matches what I've seen in the emails. They are just trying to raise their star rating! I'm sure it's part of their job to go on and write positive reviews to suck people in! Don't fall for it!
Notice there is no contact information provided where you can actually speak with a person... Notice that your emails are responded by multiple staff members... I personally had seven different people. Notice how you get excuses, including suggestions to give the crap away as gifts to a friend the size of a leprechaun instead of attempting to return it...
I found it most interesting that sandwiched between reviews with one star ratings are those with five: poorly written and grammatically incorrect suggesting that Berrylook were composed by the company itself. (Try reading them aloud with a really bad Chinese accent just for fun!)
I'm stuck with a bunch of garbage that I will be donating to charity. But I am thankful it cost me less than $150 for yet another valuable life lesson... the world is full of trickery but you can protect yourself by researching the company, reading the reviews of those who had bad experiences, then weigh it out and be ever mindful that you could possibly lose your hard earned cash... before pressing that SUBMIT button.
