What Could Go Wrong? (Everything...)
So here's my story: I search and log onto a Canadian website to purchase a custom canvas print. It turns out to be a company based in Miami, USA that ships their prints from Germany through UPS based in the United Kingdom. I have paid more in shipping (which I agreed to) and now UPS brokerage fees than what the actual print cost!. Oh, and the print has never actually been delivered despite being told it was "in transit and on time" 7 days go from a distribution centre less than 1 hour from my home. Go figure? I still would like my order fulfilled but if that can't be done a full refund would be appreciated. I have tried every which way possible (for a mere customer) to contact UPS but to no avail. Thank you.

I was sceptical
I placed an order with Best Canvas. Ca thinking it was a Canadian website.It was only after the order was processed that it was revealed the product came from Florida USA. I was dissappointed and concerned. I had ordered a 30 x 40 inch picture. I then looked up the reviews and saw a few comments that were of concern and some that were fine.
I oredered it Sept 7th 2020 and just received it today Sept 16th 2020.
The box was a little sketchy, not much tape, a little damage... I was afraid to open it.
My curiousity got the best of me, I opened it and much to my surprise it looked fabulous! No marks or damage.The picture was even more clear than I had expected.
So my first experience was good... will probably order more.The picture posted looks better in person.

Sloppy and getting worse as time goes on.
Every order I've made (now over $3000 in the last few months and I would imagine a worthy customer) has had errors in it. Packaging is terrible. I keep emailing them about putting smaller canvases on bigger canvases because it stretches the larger canvas. The last order I actually had them cut the packing in the large canvas and put a small canvas inside. I had dirty fingerprints all over a packaged canvas! The photo wasn't aligned properly on 3 of my 30x40's. BestCanvas.ca often send one canvas in an order to meet their shipping promise' but then a few days later they'll send the rest of the shipment.

I'm losing faith and I can't trust to give this product to my clients. It's not a reliable source when you are always waiting for replacements.

Time to shop for another supplier. I assume I will get the automated message to contact them. I've contacted them lots...

Had a photo transferred to canvas and I'm happy with...
Had a photo transferred to canvas and I'm happy with the look and quality. Website was easy to use, received an order confirmation immediately, and a shipping confirmation about 48 hrs later. My disappointment with the overall process is that the order took just over two weeks to receive and the hanging hardware I ordered wasn't included. Plus, I actually thought I was ordering from a website in Canada (www.bestcanvas.ca) but my order shipped from Miami. Also, the website says all orders are shipped via Fedex, but mine was shipped via UPS and was hung up in customs for days. Would prefer to order from within Canada in the future, but certainly nothing wrong with quality and price of my order from Best Canvas.

Black edge issues
I ordered 2 prints with black edges. I have ordered these exact prints from other companies before with black edges but clearly Best Canvas should not be offering this option. On the smaller print the black edge is visible on the front on one side by about 1/8" making it look very odd (could have been missed). The larger print is ridiculous, the black border is on the front of the picture on one side by 1/2". This is not something that is possible to miss. The fact that someone attached this canvas to a stretcher then packaged it up and sent it out shows that there is ZERO quality control in this company. I have sent emails and pictures and BestCanvas.ca have only offered to reprint the small print. Not good enough! I will be returning these prints to the company COD and asking PayPal for a full refund.

Poor customer service and false promises.
I have had a very bad experience with "Bestcanvas.ca". BestCanvas.ca are not canadian at all. I ordered a print for a client 2 weeks ago. I had a tracking number 2 days later. I followed the tracking number and UPS hadn't updated anything. I contacted Bestcanvas.ca and was assured it was on its way. It wasn't. A week and a half later, still no product and no update from UPS. They hadn't gotten it to UPS. I was promised on two different occasions that they would reprint and ship. The second time I was promised 2day air mail. When I hadn't received a tracking number, I called. Only to be told they still hadn't reprinted, and that they can't ship to Canada any faster the 6-7 days. Not even in a special circumstance to make up for terrible service and broken promises. I have most likely lost a client over this. IF they get it right this time, and it shows up, It will have been over 3 weeks form the order date.

Disappointed
Unfortunately I was really excited to finally order a star map which I had been wanting to do for a while.
I made an error on the order and after trying to call several times (apparently the phone lines are not being operated due to covid), and sending some emails to rectify the error before production, I was not contacted.
After I was notified the production was complete, I sent another email requesting a cancellation before the product was sent, again unanswered (both times I received a confirmation my email was recieved).
I will be calling my credit card company to discuss cancelling the payment as i followed the procedure listed on the FAQ portion of the website which was ignored.
What disappoints me the most is that I would be happy with the quality (although i find the constellations are too faint for my liking), and would be have been pleased to hang on my wall.

Horrible experience
While the product was good, the customer service was horrific. I thought I was ordering a product from Canada, only to find out it comes from the US. The tracking provided was useless and I couldn't get answers to where my order was, which was a gift. Eventually BestCanvas.ca issued a new print and shipped it. Tried tracking it and the tracking showed that it was waiting to be picked up by a courier at their facility. For a week. Again, customer service never directly answered my questions and just gave canned answers. The "second" order showed up weeks after the birthday it was ordered for. Overall, it took more than A MONTH to receive my order. Never received an apology. I won't be giving them my business again

Damaged Pillow
I had ordered two pillows with pictures of them for my Aunt and Grandmother of decreased family members to brighten their day. I had originally ordered them was back AUG/SEPT. The pillows were sent to them with my Aunts turning out great but my Grandmothers pillow unable to by zipped/ zipper was sewn into pillow. I emailed the company and BestCanvas.ca sent another one to her. ( many weeks as from USA to Alberta). This happen twice with they getting pillows unable to by zipped open to put cushion in. This final attempt was 1) wrong picture 2) unable to be unzipped AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They're incompetent and will waste your time / money with they're products.

They sent me a replacement set immediately, turned a 1 star review into a 4. Would I buy again? Yes!
Update: After emailing them and explaining the various problems with my prints, and sending a few pictures, I received a reply within a day, and BestCanvas.ca shipped me a whole set of reprints, all 10 prints that I ordered. The reprints were fantastic. My original reivew begins below, and and update after recieveing the reprints follows.

Original review: So I initially gave my review 3 stars, but the problems with the prints that I thought I could live with, are just getting more annoying every time I look at the pictures, so I've changed it to 1 star.

First of all, their prices are in Canadian dollars, and there were no additional taxes, duties, or fees besides the invoice from Best Canvas. I paid through Paypal and the invoice was in CAD$. Shipping was through UPS ground and took about 2 weeks, from Florida to Vancouver, BC. Shipping was free because I ordered 10 prints, of varying sizes from 30"x20" up to 40"x30". Its was all fantasy art, so lots of light and dark and colors. Prices were great. The printing itself was pretty good, no issues there.

All my issues are with how it was framed and shipped. I am only completely satisfied with 3 of the 10 prints.

1 of the 10 had one corner where the two wood frame pieces were completely misaligned when nailed together, and so the canvas on top looks stretched and is very noticable, its a completely obvious error, I don't understand how it made it through any kind of quality control, unless their process is completely automated? I don't think so; some idiot stapled this print in place and knew it was $#*!, and let it go.

3 of them were poorly stretch and stapled in one corner, and so they have a bit of a wave in them, very noticeable with the way light hits them.

2 or 3 of them seem like they weren't stretched enough, and are a little loose on the frame.

All 6 of the larger prints, you can see the inside outlined edge of the frames going all the way around. Its mostly just visible on the black and very dark areas of the pictures if they are near the edge. I think that came from shipping, with the smaller prints leaning against the larger prints in the boxes. That's really annoying and draws the eye.

At first, I thought I'd live with most of the imperfections, but the longer I have them, the more displeased I am with them. So I give them 1 star. I wouldn't order again; may as well pay a few dollars more and see if another company will get them right, I don't think someone else could do much worse.

Update: So after contacting them, they immediately said they were sending a full set of reprints. The reprints arrived much quicker than the 1st order, only took about a week. And the prints are fantastic! I have to commend their excellent customer service. I'm very pleased, and knowing that they will so quickly remedy any problems with the prints they ship you, I won't hesitate to order from them again.

Clearly, whoever worked on my new prints was either much better at their job, or knew these were reprints and was far more attentive than whoever worked on the first set. If I had received the 2nd set originally, I would have given 5 stars.

While I originally said that I was satisfied with the print quality, I can now see that the original prints had some color problems that I didn't really notice until I had the new ones side by side; the colors on all 10 were just a little off; skin tone of characters was a little too pink and not flesh colored. But the new ones are perfect.

All 10 were excellently framed and stretched tight on the frame, unlike the 1st batch. Even the ones I thought were ok from the first batch, I can tell are loose compared to the reprints. No frame alignment issues this time either, all frames were nice and flat.

Packaging: A lot more care was taken with packaging the second set, putting cardboard between prints to avoid the prints from leaning on each in transport. I mentioned that many of the originals had pressed against the frames in places, creating creases in the canvas at the inside edge of the frames. Unfortunately, 2 of the reprints still had this imperfection, one very mild and one more noticeable. But I can overlook this, its nowhere near as bad and frequent as before.

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the reprints. The customer service response was excellent, and knowing this is how they will respond if I have any problems in the future, I won't hesitate to order from them again. If I had received the great prints the first time, I would have given 5 stars.

Terrible Customer Service and losing shipments
I had seen this company online and figured BestCanvas.ca were located in Canada... hence the. CA. Turns out they are located in the USA (Miami) and that is a little deceiving. I ordered a baby blanket for a good friend that I am going on vacation to see and the order process worked out well. As I get a few days in, there is no update on the UPS shipment. Come to find out my shipment has been "lost". So they apologise and yadda yadda (huge inconvenience to me as I wanted to make sure the product meets my standards before I give it to them). Now they ship me a second order, and I have to provide my friends address to receive the shipment while I am there on vacation to give to them, without a pre-check on the quality. The first order they screwed up on, they credited me the shipping on, (still awaiting that on my Credit Card). I called them up today as I have not seen any update yet again on my tracking number, I decide to cancel my order out of frustration and they said they could not refund me my order until I either receive the product or no movement on the shipping by tomorrow afternoon. I wish I had of read the BBB reviews before bringing my business to a company that seems to have constant problems. I just want my money credited back in full and to be away from this company.

Stay away!
Do NOT order from bestcanvas.ca. I ordered a blanket for Father's Day at the beginning of May so I had almost two months to receive the product. It is now JUNE and I still have nothing. The company apparently has no idea what happened to my order. When I e-mailed them BestCanvas.ca said "Regarding your request, we had to conclude that for unclear reasons your package apparently had never arrived at the depot of our shipping partner UPS."

They told me that they would make a replacement and ship it out. I was told that I would receive my order within 10 working days and as soon as the order ships I would get an email with tracking information etc. WELL, it has been almost one working week and I have yet to get an email saying that it has even been shipped! So will it magically show up within the next 2 days? Yeah, probably not.

I have now requested a refund! And I can tell that this is going to be a painful and VERY long process too. I am furious and it seems like a lot more bad reviews have popped up since looking prior to ordering. I am super disappointed. Never. Again. Scam scam scam!

STAY FAR AWAY from this online merchant!
STAY FAR AWAY from this online merchant! The. Ca website domain is a SCAM; BestCanvas.ca are SO not a Canadian company, in fact, they're located in Miami. The canvas I received was wayyyyyyyyyy too small for the cheap, 'put-together-yourself' stretcher frame (flimsy, piece of garbage, impossible to achieve a tight stretch/fit when you DIY). Nowhere on their website does it explain that YOU will be the one to stretch the canvas and staple it onto the cheap wood frame that you put together yourself. Tried to contact them, given that they adverstise a "100% Moneyback Guarantee" on their website; what a joke; no response to emails, tried calling to no avail. TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM of a COMPANY.

Negative review
So upsetting and disappointing. First, everyone should know that you cannot edit or cancel your order immediately after you have paid. I ordered Monday October 19@8:57pm, and at same time I received order receipt. When I opened this email it was Monday October *******@10:07pm(just over an hour). I saw I ordered the wrong image on the Large Canvas. I emailed *******@10:07pm to change the order. Nowhere on their website is it possible to edit or cancel your order at anytime even a minute. I have emailed them at least 7 times in the first 24 hours of ordering. I called four times, in 12 hours, each time being put on hold for 10mins with a automated voice saying an agent will be with you shortly every couple mins and then it says please try again later. My phone company texted to say those four calls cost you $15 ( not ever talking to anyone). I received a email this morning (from Bestcanvas)@7:22am asking to confirm my email and order number which I replied with both this was@7:33am.
At 11:27am a different agent *******@11:27am saying "Thank you for your message and please excuse the delay in reply.
Please note, that upon receipt of payment, all orders are forwarded to productions hence, the whole process is automated. Unfortunately, we are in no way able to interfere in the chain of production."
I emailed two more times today with no response.
If BestCanvas.ca do not have a way to be able to edit your order (even if only a few hours), I recommend you go with another company. I went with Bestcanvas because of the positive reviews, unfortunately mine is negative.

With this company. I ordered two large canvas prints in B&W and when BestCanvas.ca arrived they didn't look a thing like the originals I sent. They looked very over exposed and had a mauvish tint to them. I called the company and they were happy to redo the order but I had to wait much longer the second time around and had already missed the opportunity to give one as a wedding gift because of the first order. I was extremely disappointed when I received the second order and the change in the print quality was almost not noticeable at all. They were slightly darker but looked just terrible. I was really hoping that this would be my new supplier but the print quality was very poor. Customer Service was good though so that's the only reason I gave 1 star. There was a no hassle refund.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTING EXPERIENCE!
We ordered from BestCanvas.ca years ago and received a damaged print and one that had an important part of the image cut off. BestCanvas.ca gave a small discount for our next order. This time I thought I'd try one of their metal prints - BIG MISTAKE. All it is, is a matt print glued onto metal - AND THE PRINT CAME WITH A DAMAGED CORNER making it unsellable. It was put into the box loose with zero protection for the corners or image. This company has the name BestCanvas.ca but it is NOT Canadian and the prints come from Florida so expect to pay duty like I had to. I've contacted them 5 times by email and phone to see if I could get a replacement for the damaged print and have been totally ignored! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER purchase from BestCanvas.ca again. I'm happy to say I have found two great Canadian companies that know how to produce a proper metal print. These companies, PrintPartner and Canvas n Decor are easily approachable and have contacted me when I've emailed them. They are professional and accept TIFF files. Their prices are a bit higher but the prints are excellent and packaged properly and are so worth it! If you care how your images are when you sell or display them, spend the extra money on quality and forget discount, crappy places like BestCanvas.ca... Just because they say they're the best, they definitely are not! I rarely give a bad review as I usually just choose to go to another company, but when a company ignores my letters/phone calls 5 times, I felt I should warn others so they can avoid the same disappointment I have had.

I have placed the order and tried to get hold of the company since I wanted to get it faster. BestCanvas.ca do no answer emails and phone calls. My further investigation led to the knowledge that the company is running by german-polish guy, who is a pure scam.
As soon as I got money back via PayPal, after 1 month I received an email with the invoice. And - surprise! A month later I've got a parcel from them. With someone's print job. So, the company is printing, or just delivering garbage from a printshop nearby. I called them once again, they did not pick up the phone. So, I put everything into my recycling bin. WORST customer service and HORRIBLE quality
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices. In this case you don't even get what you pay for. I ordered a canvas from them some time ago - and the quality was awful. Notwithstanding using a professional photographer's high resolution photo, the canvas was so blurry the lines could only be made out from a distance. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance. The outcome was worse the second time around. I accidentally completed my order as I was still uploading photos, so only a portion of my order went through. I immediately called customer service (during business hours) and was told the call volume was too high for them to answer my call. I was not even given the option to wait to speak with someone. I called 4 more times, same result. That in itself should have told me the caliber of company I was dealing with. I ended up submitting the remainder of my order separately, which resulted in two $15 shipping charges for an order that would have received free shipping (or come close enough to it that the addition of a few dollar item would have qualified). I immediately emailed the company letting them know of the error and requesting a refund of one of the shipping charges so as not be double billed. To be fair, as a compromise, I didn't request a full $30 refund, only one of the $15 charges. I was informed that this would not be possible. When I inquired further and stated that it was my opinion that this was bad service, I was responded to with attitude and told to call customer service (even though my email detailed my attempts at calling previously). Upon finally reaching someone at the customer service number, the service only got worse. The way in which I was spoken to was beyond rude an unacceptable. The outcome is that I've now spent $30 extra on an order that will likely arrive and not meet my expectations - and I've had to waste my valuable time dealing with an issue that should have had a simple solution. I suggest you find a more reliable company for your needs.

Excellent service and value
Cheapest canvas enlargements I've found anywhere. The interface was intuitive and easy - simply upload your photo, zoom/adjust to fit, pick your options and complete your purchase. Checkout was a snap, and the order only took a few days to get here. My order was a photo of my Mom as a gift for my Dad from the car show BestCanvas.ca went to on their honeymoon in 1969. She's currently in hospital with multiple severe health problems, and my Dad is suffering so much watching her fight. He had mentioned that photo of her, so I ordered it for him. He was so pleased with it! Almost 52 years later, and I'm sure he still sees that beautiful young woman every time he looks at her. Thank you for your service. It means more than you know!

Stressful to deal with.
I ordered a canvas back in November to be a Christmas gift for my mother. It just got here a few days before Christmas, and upon opening it I discovered that BestCanvas.ca had proportioned my photo completely different than I had on the site while ordering. They zoomed in on one corner of my photo where I had it so the entire photo was showing with my signature as well. I also dealt with shipping issues, it being returned to sender before it even reached Canada. Also did not know until after I had ordered that the company is NOT in Canada, which I really didn't care about because the pricing was still in CAD thankfully but this meant shipping was going to take longer. The company also doesn't reply to my emails for 3-4 days which is very inconvenient.

Would not order from again, I'm still waiting to here back about the proportion being completely wrong.

Extra attention to getting it right
BestCanvas provide me with the most affordable means to enlarge and print my photos - OK so it is not a lab - but it does a fantastic job for the consumer market - if you want advertising quality go pay oodles for gloss. I am in Canada and yes I know BestCanvas.ca do the work in the United States, that does not mean the quality is lower than anything in Canada. They messed up on me once, I expressed my concerns in writing to the customer services and was pleasantly surprised to find that they put the issue right and reissued my prints in good time. I am from UK living in Canada and could not find anywhere in Canada that printed 60Mb images and shipped for the prices this company does... so negative reviews... go shop elsewhere. I will stick with this American firm that has a Canadian shop front.

Best canvas - best to be avoided
Still waiting for a product I ordered from October, what a diabolical company, I ordered from a Canadian site but BestCanvas.ca are based in Miami, they use ups innovations not normal UPS as advertised, which means they pick it up then pass it off to USPS and then Canada Post if you live in Canada.
After 2 weeks after 1st ordering, They initially told me it was UPS fault but it was lies as I rang UPS and they told me they had not received it, then they posted, and that was the end of it
Endless emails asking for a refund, with return emails like, send us a photo of the product cut up with scissors then we will refund you, unbelievable, still nothing received they are awful and lucky if they reply to your emails too:(

FLEECE BANKET
I was very unhappy with the fleece Blanket I ordered as a gift for my newborn grandson. First off I didn't see the drop down menu to order the premium plus blanket that was recommended to me until immediately putting in my credit card. Immediately after I tried to contact Bestcanvas.ca to change the order. I couldn't reach them after 4 tries so I sent an email in which I got an automated reply that BestCanvas.ca would get in touch with me. They never did after sending 3 emails, 6 calls. The order was filled and sent after a month. I was totally displease with service and blanket that had blotches on the picture and picture was not in proportion to blanket - huge - so it was not complimentary. I am going to try again to let them know how unhappy I am with a $53 cdn blanket - total waste of my money.

Product Never Arrived - No Customer Service
I placed an order of Christmas gifts in mid-November that never arrived. After multiple enquires I was told that the shipping company must have lost the order so Best Canvas decided to reprint and ship it again. I was told that the order would arrive in 1-business week. That time line came and went several days ago so I emailed again, this time asking for a refund. When no one replied I sent another email and then another. Today I was told that the company is not responsible for shipping issues and that I could email again in two days (which would now be Christmas Day)! I have repeatedly asked for a refund foe this unbelievably horrible service and no one with acknowledged or take responsibility for this mess - BestCanvas.ca will not even respond. So now, I am out of pocket $140 and have no gifts for family members. So so so disappointed.

On December 14th, TWO WEEKS LATER, I called after NOT RECEIVING the product. BestCanvas.ca said the order "got lost" in the system and usually they do not ever see the order come through. I felt very frustrated but I tried to calm, I felt like I had been robbed. The gentleman spoke with his supervisor after telling me that it could take about a week to ship to me because the product had just been put through and ordered to print. The supervisor said he would ship it for me PRIORITY in 2 Business Days.

My order at this point hadn't even been printed or shipped, I was so shocked at this lack lustre and ridiculous service. I paid regular shipping costs to have it for my family christmas gift. I emailed on December 17th asking them where my order is and they apologized and said that it would arrive before the christmas holiday. BUT that wasn't the issue or principle of the matter.

The problem is that it isn't here at all, STILL, after almost 3 weeks of waiting.

Today, December 19th, 2012, I called and when I asked about my order, he said "one moment please" and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke to a different person, she apologized profusely and helped me by giving me a tracking # and told me that my order will be shipped by tonight and has been put under PRIORITY overnight shipping and should arrive by the latest on Friday.

At this point, I am hoping that it arrives but I still haven't received anything yet. I have recently read and seen many more complaints online about this business now and they should not be in Business if they are just taking the consumers money and not delivering a service.

I have complained to the BBB today and many other places in order to not have this happen to someone else and to have justice in this society. This business is not a business, its a scam.

Amazing Service, Highly Recommended!
Have ordered multiple times and have got about 50 canvas prints from them. All have turned out amazing and the pricing is great. All have came very fast, it only took 3 days for them to come from Flordia to me in Ontario, I had ordered on a late Monday night, BestCanvas.ca already had shipped by Tuesday afternoon and I got it Friday. They package them very carefully as well, each time they have come in perfect condition and were carefully wrapped and protected, it actually took me about half an hour just to get it from the packaging as it was packed very safe. They look amazing, the pictures look way better than looking at them on a screen. Overall there has been zero issues with them after multiple orders, I would highly recommend to anyone, you can decorate your living space with amazing pictures of anything you want for cheap. Stores charge over double for some ugly random pictures, so why not get exactly what you want from this great company.

Amazing
This was my 3rd order with Best Canvas in the last year and this order was for 42 canvases. I was able to get all the grandparents and family members pictures for Christmas. The order was placed, shipped and delivered in less then 2 weeks and we are in Canada. The quality is amazing and the price is even better. It is so easy to crop and adjust pictures. You always have the option of editing before BestCanvas.ca are added to the cart. Some pictures fit in a different shape better and it is so easy to change the size of print so you don't get a print that you are not happy with. I have recommended Best Canvas to all my family and co workers. We will continue to use this website and recommend it to others.

Excellent
I have to say that I was very reluctant to use BestCanvas after reading some of the reviews - but I took a chance and was very much surprised with everything from the service to the quality - one of the things that first impressed me was the ease of the ordering and configuring my photo on the canvas, the fact that I called a service person and spoke to one instantly, and yes it is in Florida but there is both a bestcanvas.ca and bestcanvas.com - so my order that came to 74.00 was in Canadian dollars - I was also worried about the resolution of the photo that I had used in my order - by mistake I had used one I had resized down - I contacted them and BestCanvas.ca reassured me it would be fine and if not it could be reprinted up to 3 times - anyway I am very impressed with the quality and the service and will be using them again in the future. I used UPS and followed the tracking and it came exactly 1 week later after placing my order - very fast and effecient

I had a great experience with best canvas. Shipment took the regular amount of time to arrive and yes i had to put it together by myself but for the HUGE amount of money I saved compared to other canvas art prices it was worth it. If you can swing a hammer it was no problem at all. One of my three pannels had a tiny smudge but when I called best canvas about the issue at 10pm, BestCanvas.ca picked up on the first ring and re-sent the piece the very next morning. The one downfall is that the canvas's are not water resistant, meaning if you spill water on it the ink will bleed, but you can get a clear spray paint at micheals or other craft stores for about 6$ to fix this problem. I would and have ordered from this online merchant since. My experience with them has been great.

Bad customer service
Worst customer service ever.
I order canvas prints that were supposed to be delivered last week. UPS reported an accident that damaged the shipping anf BestCanvas.ca said the informed the sender (best canvas). I contacted best canvas to follow up on my damaged shipment, the answer I got from them was that I have to talk the UPS to arrange receiving the shipment (the damaged one). I contacted UPS and they informed me that the package will not be delivered and that they sent best canvas all the information. I contacted best canvas many times afterwords and they never replied back. It is best canvas and their delivery partner responsibility to deliver my order in best form and status and yet they ask me to do their work for them and do not reply to my emails.
Very very bad experience
