Very good
When I ordered prints of my paintings, I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company, but I was not. I was worried that I would be stuck with some huge shipping/duty/tax, but I Was Not!. I spent over the free shipping limit and there were no added charges to my total :)) .
The prep rate is quite fast 2 days (11 prints) and shipping from Florida to Ontario under 1 week, even with the hurricane.
The only thing I changed for my second order was I lightened the pictures of my paintings just a tad as I found the prints came out about 8% darker than the picture I sent, so once I changed that on my end my next order of prints came out just fine.
Very pleased over all, with the quick shipping rate and no faults in the packaging /no damage. I will order from Best Canvas again. And if your have a 1-2 weeks wait for orders at you site, you can ship them out to your customers in under 2 weeks. And not have to stock pile tons of different size prints.

Do not order from this website.
I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift, with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It arrived over a week late. I couldn't get any updates on its delivery, as neither of the phone numbers available on their website were working and the tracking number BestCanvas.ca gave did not work. Also, no one answered my emails about it until over two weeks later.

Additionally, I ordered the blanket to Canada. On their website, it is indicated that they will pay customs fees. They did not do so, and I had to pay it at the door.

When I emailed to complain, they offered me a voucher for my next purchase (hilarious -- NO WAY will I order from them again). I have followed up asking to be reimbursed. I will update this review if I hear anything. If not, I will be considering alternative legal options.

Overall, total scam. Don't order from these con artists. Many more legit companies offer the exact same product.

Will definitely buy from again
I will absolutely buy from this company again. The price was unbeatable for what I got. The print quality is very good. There's a couple of very slight black marks that weren't on the original picture, but are hardly noticeable so I'm not worried about them. I bought from this site not only because BestCanvas.ca were affordable, but also because they offered some unusual sizes that no local shops would do - I ordered a 16x24 canvas because it allowed me to keep the entire focal piece of my picture without having to crop anything out (I would have lost a lot if I'd had to choose a 16x20 canvas, which is the typical aspect ratio most shops will offer). Like many others I assumed this site was Canadian since it's a. Ca domain (another reason I ordered from them), but it turns out they're in Florida. Because of that I worried I'd have a long wait time, but it was printed & shipped the following day and arrived in just over a week. Prices are in CDN dollars, and there were NO extra duties/taxes/fees crossing the border. I was a little nervous at first after reading some of the negative reviews, but for the price I figured it was worth a try. Turns out this was a quick, easy, hassle-free transaction, and they'll be my go-to site for canvas printing from now on. If I ever have a negative experience, or if the canvas starts to fade or crack prematurely, I'll be sure to update my review, but for now I've recommended them to everyone who's asked about the awesome pic hanging on my wall.

Ordered from Bestcanvas.ca over three weeks ago. The site says dispatch within 48 hours. I began to get concerned a week later when I had not received anything. I emailed them and got an automatic email stating BestCanvas.ca would get back to me within 2 days, they did not get back to me. I have now called and emailed countless times with no answer to my calls (the mailbox is full) and no replies to my emails. At this time I wish I had checked out this company before ordering. The only thing that makes me feel better is that i only ordered one canvas and was going to order 5. Best left alone for sure. The price is good but they are cowboys for sure. Now off to call my credit card company...

Complete frauds
I have now read some of the other reviews and realize that I am not alone in my frustration. I ordered a product on Dec. 10th with "guaranteed Christmas delivery" and it has still not arrived. I emailed a week ago inquiring about where it was, no response. I then emailed again, no response. Finally, I emailed yesterday and still no response. I've called their number at least 6 times where the message says "there's a hurricane and we've sheltered our employees inside" which is complete bs. Thank god my order was not ridiculously expensive so I'm not out a lot of money but it is so disappointing that I am down a gift for a friend. Once I (hopefully) receive this order, which will certainly be sometime next year, I will not be using them again.

Atrocious Customer Service!
We ordered a custom printed blanket for my son for Christmas, ordered from Best Canvas as BestCanvas.ca had a Guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Well, Christmas came and went, there is no blanket.
When I got the initial shipping notification, they said that the shipping service did not provide tracking, so we were literally waiting daily, hoping the gift would arrive on time.
I reached out the company to express my frustration, and was given a voucher for a future order, and assured that our item would be there any day... a week went by, still no item. Following New Years, followed up again, and this time they miraculously had a tracking number, though it goes dead as of Dec 29, with no updates.
I contacted UPS with the tracking number, they said that the shipper would have to contact them, as the tracking number I had wasn't the correct format, so they couldn't tell me where my package is. I have sent 2 emails this week, demanding a resolution to this matter, both have been ignored!
I have no idea how their product is, because we have never received anything more than broken promises and the run around... and left with a very disappointed boy on Christmas... and ongoing!

Delivery status
I would like to state that I sent 5 orders within 1 week and half. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of my first order. Secon and third one were a bit of an issue but Best Canvas solved my issue rapidly. So when it was time to put in 2 more orders I did not hesitate. So their delivery time is 3-5 busines days. My UPS status has been in the waiting to received the merchandise for now 1 week, I keep emailing best canvas and obviously BestCanvas.ca do not read their email as they keep giving a pre generated response to my question even if I provide them with more information on the same email. SO my original 5 stars has now come down to a 2 as a result. I feel ignored. I put my orders in and accepted orders from my clients based on their superb first performance and now I have no produce to give to my clients...

I ordered two items for a gallery and a gift
I ordered two items for a gallery and a gift. The shipping said it would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive any notifications or updates so I followed up THREE WEEKS LATER. BestCanvas.ca said that they haven't processed my order (but it was still charged to my credit card) and asked if I still wanted it, offering no further discounts to the delays or showing much concern, even when I complained. I paid for a spot in a gallery with nothing to show, because these guys were late and didn't tell me. If they had notified me, I would have made preparations to create another item, but I was hopeful that it would arrive in time.

If I hadn't followed up, they would have never sent it and would have still been charged for it.

This is horrible customer service. Although the product and the prices are good, the horrible customer service will make never come back. I would pay more to ensure better service. I will NEVER refer these guys.

Scammers
I ordered my print on December 9th as a Christmas gift thinking I had plenty of time to receive it, given that the site guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It is now December 23rd and I haven't received anything. Nobody has responded to a single one of the 4 emails I sent to this company. I called the number included in my "shipment confirmation" email I received on December 10th and it says the number has been changed and to get the new number I am going to be charged $3.49?! Then I finally found another phone number to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on (this happened TWICE). The only conclusion I can come to is that I've been scammed. DO NOT order anything from this company. I am now going to cancel payment and report them to the proper authorities.

Horrible customer service
I have ordered from them several times over the last few years I placed $300 order the week before Black Friday as Christmas gifts for my kids our family photo shoot because I needed to ship some to children living far away I needed to place three separate orders/when I put my postal code in it would not except it so then I tried to pay with PayPal it would not give me the black Friday discount\I called the company at 10 to 4 and at 4 o'clock got a recording that BestCanvas.ca were closed for the day well that was frustrating so I emailed the company without reading my email they replied to me that my order had gone through and I received the discount\they were referring to the $300 order I had two more $300 orders it's a process I realize it may have been a website glitch but I could get no help whatsoever on my fourth email I just decided to go somewhere else kept getting form letter responses

What a disappointment...
I do wildlife photography and I was looking for an online printing service to have some of my work printed out. I selected this company Bestcanvas.ca and just received the 3 metal prints and the 1 acrylic piece that I ordered from them. Am I disappointed with what I got? That would be an understatement... Upon opening the box I discovered that ALL 3 metal prints had been very poorly cut, with multiple jagged pieces sticking off of all of them. Several of the corners were compressed and cracking, and 1 piece actually had the metal showing through the photograph slightly on one corner because, again, the items were very poorly cut resulting in a tear to the image surface. Upon examining the acrylic piece, I see the backing is already beginning to peel off in one corner, and while holding it up to the light to examine the backing I see that the acrylic surface has a bunch of small scuffs on it! The entire order shows negligence! Wow... Does this company have ANY quality controls? BestCanvas.ca are definitely one of the cheaper options in the marketplace, and maybe they can afford to be because they are cutting corners, rushing their work and shipping goods without making a reasonable effort at inspecting them. What a disappointment.

Excellent all around
I ordered 7 prints from 40 by 40 down to 8 by 12. BestCanvas.ca were perfect. I have used shops in Vancouver because I was "worried" about using online printing services. The shops in Vancouver cost me around $200 for a 40 by 40. To be honest, I cant really tell a difference in quality. There is a slightly... very slightly... better quality in using the mom and pa shops in town, but not enough to justify the cost difference.

Also, yes, these guys are in the states. Yes, I was a little surprised. But wow, some of these reviews are from overally emotional people. I mean, at the end of the day, the prints arrived on time, no duty and are great quality. And what doesnt come from other countries... wow.

Ridiculous
So my 1 year anniversary just passed and I thought I'd get my wife a canvas of us together. Great idea right?... wrong... I ordered from bestcanvas.ca... why are you shipping it from the states? Why is my package being held at customs? Why am I paying an additional 20$ for that? And why the hell is my canvas getting here on May 25 when I ordered it on May 2nd... I ended up getting the canvas 11 days after my anniversary not a very good idea after all. I even told customer service that my package hasn't come yet and I'd really like it here for the 15th. BestCanvas.ca didn't seem to care really... anyways all in delivery was garbage and 50$ for a canvas in the end was not worth it I'd never use bestcanvas again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Worst company ever!
If I could review a minus 5, I would! I ordered 12 canvases from this company and out of the 12,2 of them had to be remade 3 times before I finally just gave up and accepted that I wouldn't be getting them. The larger one was damaged and had a big dent in it because BestCanvas.ca didn't package the smaller ones with it properly. The image on the other one was only stretched on 1 side and the other 3 sides were black! When I received the replacement order the skin tones on the larger one were tinted green and the small one had the same issue. Each time the replacements had the same issues and nothing was corrected. A total waste of time and money. I've only had these canvases for a month or so and the ink on the edges of the ones that were ok is already wearing off and they're above a dresser so it's not a high traffic area!

Dishonest, poor quality, masks, not worth it
Ordered test masks of both types to test them out.
First of all, BestCanvas.ca miserably fail the lighter test, which means the masks are completely ineffective, which is almost criminal at the moment in our area.
The adjustable nose clips they claimed to have were nonexistent, so that was a lie, and the claim of having adjustable straps was a stretch. The neoprene option is thin as paper and offers no coverage above the nose or below the chin.
You'll be safer, more effective and more comfortable tying a piece of cloth across your face (I've checked)
Wanted to put in a bulk order of around 100 and distribute them with proceeds going to charity, but will gladly be dealing with a different, better business.

Masks save lives, but these are not masks, so think about what that means.

Pretty sure this is a fraudulent company, or at least a company that claims something that isn't true... I placed an order 20 days before Christmas with a promise that it would be delivered to me before Christmas (it was advertised ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE). It is now end of day Dec 23 and the product has just left the facility and it is still sitting in the USA. There is NO way the product will be here in time. I have sent several emails and tried calling but haven't heard back from them. If I do not receive a refund as I will be needing to rush to purchase a new Christmas present, then I will be going through my credit card company to try to receive my money back. STAY AWAY! Waste of my time!

I had an experience with Bestcanvas that I will never...
I had an experience with Bestcanvas that I will never forget. The canvas arrived well packed but the colors were bleeding, and the picture was looking horrible. I contacted the support team, explained them the situation and within a day I received an email saying that canvas can be replaced without any extra payments.
The process of return and replacement took about 2 weeks, but the new canvas was awesome. The company representative apologized for the incident and did a good job of monitoring progress of the new order. Thank you for resolving the problem with my order with understanding, and I would like to personally thank the company representative for being in touch all the time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST CANVAS
DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST CANVAS.CA... I ordered $600 of prints and framed images. BestCanvas.ca showed up with shipping damage, and some were broken, some were mis printed. I went back and forth for a month they kept asking me for pictures. I sent through e-mail. Then they said it didn't work in e-mail and asked me if I could use a 3rd party transfer site. I did this 2 times. They then informed me that I could destroy all the images with a knife sliced corner to corner and send proof for a refund. I destroyed the entire order and sent In proof. After this they e-mailed me and said they would not issue a refund. So unprofessional save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

BESTCANVAS also does not wrap canvas prints with foam in between prints so if you order more then a couple you can guarantee quite a large amount of canvases will have shipping damage.

The metal print that I ordered not only had the corners damaged from not being shipped properly but the print wasn't printed as I placed it and it cut half of my water mark. Also the colour came out "flat" there was no shine or glaze to it at all.

The framed photos are framed with foam with a very thin plastic veneer over it. The "glass" covering is also made from thin plastic, the inside was filled with white particles (life dust) so it was very un appealing and it is backed with cardboard. On top of that all the print underneath has the printer head lines in it... it is such low quality.

The worst photo processor on the planet!
I should have known better after recently receiving a canvas that had a white border that slightly overlapped onto the main body of the photo - pretty shoddy work. However, I recently decided to order an aluminum print of them (not inexpensive at over $50). It arrived this morning and the first thing I noticed was that the mounting hardware that I ordered separately for $6 and was clearly shown on the invoice was left out of the box. Understand, you do not receive prints from them ready for wall mounting. You must either furnish your own mounting hardware or pay them for theirs. A total pain to say the least.

If that was the worst part, it would not be so bad in that BestCanvas.ca would be able to ship me the missing, paid for hardware. The surface of the print had bubbles of various sizes and not surprisingly (they furnish no padding for the photo as part of the packing material - simply cover it with a membraneous piece of foam and put it in the un-protected box), the upper right edge of the metallic photo was irreparably bent.

You need to be a detective to track down their alleged customer service. They requested that I send them photographic evidence of the damage which I did, but I am having a difficult time confirming receipt of said evidence. Avoid these derelicts like the plague! There are too many good photo processors out there and as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Of course the exception to that was my aluminum print which again was expensive and is obviously something above their production heads!

Added 1/18/18 The company did in fact issue a credit for the merchandise. Their first offer was to reprint the photo, but based on my very negative experience with their quality control, I declined. Having said that, it changes nothing about the review other than the fact I was finally able to make contact with them.

Beware and prepare to wait forever!
This website is fooling Canadians. BestCanvas.ca purchased a domain name ending in. CA. This makes Canadians believe your order will arrive in a reasonable amount of time since you assume it's in Canada. But it's not!

I ordered my custom blanket as a surprise for my girlfriend arriving from China to visit me in Canada. It's now been just over 3 weeks and no blanket because it's coming from Florida USA. VERY UPSET. She is leaving home today and the tracking on the package still says it's stuck at the international postal office at the border.

This website buying a Canadian domain name is straight up deceitful. They are USA OWNED AND USA BASED IN FLORIDA.

Not happy at all and my girl is going home without my special gift I was so excited to give her.
