We clicked on an item at www.bikeinn.com and it directed us to a fully detailed video of what appeared to be the product we would receive. Unfortunately bikeinn Com sent a much lower rated product, a low end of the family of bike transport bag. After complaining to their Customer Service, Bikeinn advised that all their products link up to a video that is not directly representing the product clicked on. This is very deceiving as well as not appreciated as bikeinn.com will accept the return only if we ship it back at our own cost. I will be writing back to them to escalate my complaint.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Once plugged in the rollers made a loud buzzing noise twice and then stopped and then could not be connected to via ant+ or Bluetooth. At this point I could see they sent me a defective unit and a clearly used unit. As you can see from the pictures there was gunk around all the stickers and the unit just looked worn.
HERE IS THE BEST PART!
I selected the option to do a full refund. They sent me a link for a return label with prepaid shipping which all worked fine. I sent the item back to Spain from the US. As if today this is what they are telling me, "Dear customer, we have already checked your returned item and it has been sent to the manufacturer in order to verify if the defect is covered by their warranty policy. Please bear in mind that if the manufacturer rejects warranty, you will be charged for the costs incurred (transport, service and / or repair charges)."
This was by no means ever discussed and I never asked for the item to be sent back to me. I already know they are going to try to charge me more money regardless if they send the item back or not. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BIKEINN OR ANY OF THE INN SITES AT ALL. COMPLETE SCAM.
UPDATE 1-9-20: Bikeinn has not responded to me for 18 days of me following up almost daily for a refund. Luckily I was able to do a charge back through my bank and got all my money back today. Again DO NOT BUY FROM BIKEINN!
Be aware this company trades under numerous names, like TradeInn, RunnInn, BikeInn, DiveInn, DressInn etc.
I personally hope that the site you do chose to spend your hard earned money at has a higher level of customer service than BikeINN. Basically, if you would like to pay for something, but never receive it then definitely order from BikeINN. 2 months and nothing really wish I never came across this site.

That's where the nightmare began. They sent email saying my tires shipped. That only took 2 days so I got excited. However since then tracking says " IN CUSTOMS, PENDING US CUSTOMS DISPOSITION CODESpring GDS US, United States". My bike tires sit in customs somewhere in New York. I ask company to research. All they say is here is you tracking. I ask about customer refund so I can go buy from different vendor and say NO since they mailed it, I need to be patient. 3 weeks later I email them every day and more excuses. They refuse my refund even though they promise fast air mail shipping, free refunds & 100% customer satisfaction. Do NOT do business with them, especially if you live in the USA. They lie and deceive to get your money. In this country, they would have already been put out of business. 3 weeks later still NO tires and I have spent over $100 in Uber rides to gt to work. The company does NOT care. If they were in America, the government would have already shut them down..
I don't know why the US Post Office shipping got hung up in customs and DHL did not, but I would suggest anyone making a return from the US to use DHL.
Also if Bikeinn offered a way to just purchase a prepaid DHL shipping return label I would have gladly done it (suggestion on how improve their service).
Anyhow it worked out in the end and while it cost me $55 on a failed return Bikeinn did step up and covered the DHL cost.
Now that I know the potential issue and how to address it, I'd consider ordering from them again.
I ordered something expensive and it didn't arrive when expected. Bikeinn didn't let me know there were any delays which meant I had to chase them up Bikeinn have NO PHONE number, just an arrogant operator on chat (I was No 14 in a queue). On checking the tracking, Bikeinn didn't give the item to the courier for FOUR DAYS! DREADFUL SERVICE. The chat operator said there had been delays but the truth is they couldn't be bothered to send the package for four days. STAY AWAY, I won't be using them again, I didn't realise they weren't based the UK but Spain instead.
Do yourself a favour and give them a miss.
Don't get impressed by the shiny website, Bikeinn are not serious professionals. Stay away from BikeInn!

I contacted customer service and was told that if I did not want to wait, I could cancel the items that were not in stock and the company would ship what was in stock. I took the advice given by the service rep and removed all the items that were not in stock for my order.
I was refunded for the items cancelled, but not the shipping paid for these items. I was charged $65.99 to ship 4 items that should have cost $16.99 to ship.
There is no reason I should have to pay a shipping cost for parts that were not shipped. As far as I am concerned, this company has stolen nearly $50 from me.
I have reached out multiple times through email and the chat option with no resolution. I get a reply to maybe one out of three emails... it is a generic response about shipping delays due to covid. I was able to reach someone once through the chat, after hours of waiting, who said I would be contacted within 24hrs by some other department - It has been two weeks now and nothing. I'm not sure what else to do... just this morning I have spent 2.5hrs waiting in queue for the chat support. I have been stuck at number 1 in queue for over an 1.5hrs... I started at number 73...
The whole experience has been terrible... I should have listened to the terrible reviews of this company. I'm definitely regretting giving BIKEINN a chance and will never be using or recommending their service again.
I'm experiencing the same thing like most of these complainers. Ordered May 24,2020... tracking update didn't move until JULY 1,2020. Finally THERE'S MOVEMENT! Bikeinn wasn't like this before the pandemic. ALL businesses are affected! At least I'm thankful my package is NOT lost. I was exchanging messages with Bikeinn's CSR and I totally understand their predicament. At least, they're responding... and their info is accurate. And most of all, my package isn't lost. I told them, I don't mind the delay as long as my package is delivered. I'm getting my package tomorrow July 6,2020 but I shouldn't get my hopes high just yet, it might still be a delay of a day or 2. WHY? Because there is a freakin' pandemic. Ships and containers are held and quarantined. There is shortage of staff versus the amount of packages moving around.
Be more understanding. Geez.
And an update today 7/6/2020, I have received the package in perfect no defect condition. Below is the photo of proof. Patience is a virtue
I called DHL a day later and was told that Bikeinn had contacted the courier who instructed them to destroy it.
Tradeinn/Bikeinn suggested that I hadnt paid customs fees. (I have never paid customs fees within the EU on probably hundreds of packages in the past, why are they the exception.)
I contacted them asking for a reshipment or refund. They offered me 5% discount off my next order.
I have no way of knowing if it was even the right part I ordered it could have been a €5 bike light instead of €50 adapter.
At best they are highly incompetent in customer service at worst its a Scam. AVOID!
Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews as it wasn't a very high priced item. Hopefully PayPal will rule in my favour.
Be very careful on choosing a bike transport bag from BikeInn.com
We chose a bag and watched the associated video very carefully, we ordered 2 such bags and received much lower scale bags from BikeInn.com. When we complained, Bikeinn responded that the video is a generic video demonstrating another bag version 3.0 which is very hard to find on their web site and cost pc 5 ½ times the price of the bag listed which we purchased. We demanded a return authorization, they gave us an RMA as long as we paid the transportation charges going back to them. After we escalated the issue, BikeInn.com (TradeInn Retail Services) accepted we ship the return at their transportation costs. BikeInn.com then reimbursed the cost of the bags only. We were left with the cost of the original transportation charge of $75.46 CND and the additional Canadian duties of $27.25 CND paid which BikeInn.com refused to credit back. That represents 19% of the transaction's cost. Different countries might have different Customer Protection laws, but I can tell you that in Quebec, Canada, if you represent products in the same manner as you site does, the company would be contravening effective laws. To ensure that I was not the one misreading their web site for the product we viewed and purchased and their associated video, I showed their web site versus the products we received to 8 Quebec enthusiastic bikers. All 100% of them agreed that the video is misrepresenting the products BikeInn.com shipped. Peter
After ordering a costly pair of cycling shoes, six weeks ago, there hasn't been any information on the order status whatsoever, and the company has been ignoring all my messages. I placed the order at the beginning of June with the promise of getting them in two weeks, sometime around my birthday, but this company shipped them three weeks after even though Bikeinn "assured that my order will receive their best attention." They sent a tracking number that proves how late they took to deliver the order despite my paying for fast delivery - in addition to the U$350+ for the pair of shoes. On top of everything, the tracking number does not provide any update either and still shows the same status since they sent the order.
I understand that COVID-19 and all that mess makes things hectic, but at least answer a single email, please! I just hope the order does not get lost in the mail, as I've seen it has happened in most of these reviews.
They are probably spending too much money on their website and propaganda instead of investing in customer relationships.
I would just avoid them if I were you, just for peace of mind.
Bikeinn sold a pair of shoes as size 13, I ordered and they arrived as a size 46, I need a 47, apparently.
Ordered a second pair as a 47 but somehow it changed to a 43!
They said in both cases the error was mine and that I would pay the cost of return shipping.
Phoned DHL who said they needed Bikeinn's account number to quote discounted shipping.
THIS SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT TO THE END USER, WE SHOULDN"T HAVE TO DO *ANYTHING* to get the discounted rate.
As it is, ~$135 to return both shoes from the US to Spain.
Now I'm stuck with $300 of worthless shoes.
NEVER AGAIN!
As of 8/27/18, this issue has not been resolved and this company refuses to issue a refund.
If you look at these reviews, only a handful of people actually got a shipment (so they must ship sometimes), but most of us experience this phantom shipping that never arrives. After waiting for over 3 weeks, I solved my problem by getting the CC company to reverse the charges, and ordering the same items from Amazon for a slightly higher price. Unfortunately, I'll never get back the 3 weeks lost waiting for my shipment from BikeInn. Sad!
I really hope that someone in Spain or Holland reads this and launches an investigation into this company!

So what you're telling me after 4 previous requests by me to locate my package, is that the order that I placed 7 weeks ago on April 16th for two bike tires is missing, and,
1. You cannot locate it,
2. I have not received it,
3. After 6 weeks waiting on your defective shipping methods, I no longer have a need for it,
You tell me the order cannot be cancelled or refunded until I receive it and send it back to you (sounds pretty unlikely at this point, don't you think?)
This means that if it never arrives, which at this point seems highly likely, I, as your CUSTOMER am paying for something that I never received and that you, the SUPPLIER have no responsibility to your customer to do right by me and refund my purchase until you receive the item back (which also seems pretty unlikely since the trip here has taken 6 weeks so far and has not even shown as leaving the Netherlands for 5 of those weeks, which I take as meaning it's lost in transit).
The responsibility here is YOURs, not mine, and as a business you should know better than to screw your customer for your poor choices in shipping service. Your denying any responsibility and refusing to refund my payment for your lost inventory will be captured in my next review.
Please plan on continuing to receive more negative reviews on your site until you resolve this issue. Your reviews are already extremely poor; possibly you don't care if you have no plans to continue to do business under your current name.
This is my last attempt to get you to do the right thing and refund my money. I will never do business with you again.
I hope any reader sees this and thinks twice about choosing these people to do business with.

If you want to speak to someone, the phone is maybe answered 1 in 10 times. Their web site doesn't work with Safari, and even with Google where they say it should work but doesn't.
Stay well away... long wait for the original delivery and if you have to return it... a very very long wait.
Initially I wrote a negative review about the delivery. I needed mtb gear for a visit to a bike park and actually looked at multiple online stores that could deliver within a week.
I wouldn't have been upset if Bikeinn had a free delivery service (I ordered for more than 200) and that would have arrived later BUT. I had to choose a delivery service (UPS/ GLS/ etc) which had different delivery dates and different tarives! If I pay more I expect I pay for something. Bikeinn handed my package over to the delivery service on the last day the delivery was expected to be delivered at my home address.
Anyway, I received my package 4 days later... but not complete! One of the products I ordered was a set(!) of mtb knee guards; I just received the one for my left knee!
After writing a message, asking how this could be solved, I received the answer that I had to fill out the return form and add photo's of the item and the shipping label, then Bikeinn would "investigate".
However, after filling out the form and adding the required photo's... the only button I could click on was "create return label" (which means I have to buy a return label for 7,99).
So I wrote them again, complaining that I didn't want to buy a return label. Answer: I used the wrong form or topic... So I checked again... No, I didn't order the wrong color or size, my product was not damaged, etc. My only option was to fill out the form and buy a return label.
After writing my review on the delivery, I noticed how many people had written a review about not receiving their ordered products or refund(!).
Too be honest, it started to make me worry that this could easily end in a discussion wether I really received just one single knee guard from a set (how can I prove that?) (because honestly, how does Bikeinn wants to "investigate" that? (as they replied in their first response).
I wrote a last message suggesting that they would send met the "other" single knee guard OR, if it really was so necessary to return the single knee guard I received, that they would send me a return label (I didn't make a mistake in my order!) (I would get the shipping costs back if they believed my complained was righteous).
I received a long response starting with "my right to return items within 90 days"... after which I stopped reading.
To compare; I bought a bike this year (online) and the manufacturer delivered the wrong rear shock in the frame. After 1 single mail, I got apologies, received a copy that they ordered the right shock right away (since it was not in stock)... and UPS came to pick up the wrongly installed shock at my front door! That's what you do as a company when you make a mistake!
I have no trust at all that they will solve this situation so I choose to take my loss (104) and have a very expensive spare left knee guard.
But please people! A very few people seem to be lucky with their order at Bikeinn but this the third review site about Bikeinn that I found and the dominant buyer's experience is incredibly negative!
On top of this all, Bikeinn was able to get my review offline at Trustpilot, claiming that they didn't believe my review was "a genuine buyer's experience"! Wish they had put more effort in communicating with me (instead of the standardized answers) instead of spending so much time on checking review sites to protect their image. Horrible company!
