Answer;

Unfortunately your order 15446159 has not been shipped yet because the following item is currently not available any more:
Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43

We are extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused.

Due to the particular situation, we can propose you two options:
- Remove and refund the product/s not available and send the rest of your order (in case you have more than one product in your order)
- Replace the unavailable product with an alternative one

Then i refused their offers and Bikeinn send me message which added above,

Although we were expecting your ordered item to be delivered to us sooner, it is taking longer than expected for it to reach our warehouse.

Following their latest information, the Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43 will reach our warehouse around 12/12/2019.

If this is too late for you, please log into My Account in order to replace or delete the item of your order.

And today they send me this message;

Our most sincere apologies for the delay issues.

Unfortunately the following product has not reached our main warehouse yet, although we had the information that it should have arrived already:

If you do not tell us otherwise we will keep waiting for the product to arrive along the next few working days.

DO NOT BUY FROM BIKEINN - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO NO END
I purchased 4 items from BikeInn on April 9. All items showed as "in stock," but shipment was delayed for 2 weeks because Bikeinn were waiting to get 2 items to their warehouse. No notification from BikeInn on the delay or offers to just send what they had until I reached out to ask about the delay. Items FINALLY shipped on April 26. I was told delivery would take 5-15 business days. It's now May 28 and current tracking status, dated May 1 shows "Item in transit to destination country." Considering the COVID-19 crisis, I anticipated that shipping would be affected, but COME ON!

I've contacted BikeInn several times with regard to the delay, and their responses are slow, unhelpful, and make no effort to compensate a customer who has been patient and has a legitimate reason to complain. I finally just disputed the charges with my credit card. I informed BikeInn about that decision and requested that they cancel delivery. Their response? "Well... we'll try, but that's kind of hard. Just refuse delivery on your end and well credit your card when we get our items back." Seriously? That will be years from now at this rate, if ever.

So 2 days ago, I ordered similar items from a competitor in the U. K. (Chain Reaction) for less money. Items shipped in less than 12 hours and are due to arrive in 4 days.

I never post comments like this on review sites, but my experience was so egregious, it's my societal duty to warn any and every consumer out there BUY FROM BIKEINN AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Ordered Osprey Katari hydration pack which arrived missing the reservoir, customer svc not helpful
I ordered an Osprey Katari hydration pack which is supposed to include the hydration bladder/reservoir but the packaged product didn't include a reservoir. Customer service was of absolutely no help - I've received neither a refund nor did Bikeinn sent the missing reservoir. I've ended up buying the reservoir from Amazon at a cost approaching the total of what I had paid Bikeinn for what was supposed to include both the pack and reservoir. It turns out that the manufacturer had made a running change to discontinue including the bladder, but the marketing description used by bikeinn did not change nor did the documentation pamphlet attached to the product itself. For just the bag without a reservoir, the price ended up being more expensive than just buying locally.

Absolutely not worth it
Bikeinn do have some of the best prices around, but dealing them is absolutely not worth it.

Shipping to Canada took a month (I rarely have packages from competitor bike shops in UK and US take longer than 2 days).

Once I received the order (a 9-speed cassette) it was missing 2 of the 9 cogs, not to mention the lockring (but I dont really mind reusing my old one). I contacted customer service expecting them to apologize and send the missing parts.

All they said was (paraphrasing): We dont do exchanges. If youre not happy, you can return the item. But youll be responsible for return fees (whatever that means) and delivery costs. So Im either stuck with half a cassette, or I can pay more money and have no cassette at all. Great.

So if you have money burning a hole in your pocket, and are tired of getting products in a timely fashion in return for your hard earned cash, then sure, by all means shop at BikeInn.

THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY OF ALL TIME
AVOID AT ALL COST, NEVER TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY
My Bikeinn order 18481528 has now been sitting for 25 day's supposably awaiting international departure at
DEN HAAG A. I order things from overseas all the time and completely understand that due to COVID 19 things have slowed considerably however at the same time that this item was ordered 1/8 I ordered several other items from other overseas sites all that arrived within 10 days. This company simply does not deserve your hard earned money, their customer service is appalling and don't be fooled Bikeinn could not care one tiny bit and foolishly think that they can continue to operate this way. Thankfully I used PayPal when I regretfully used BikeInn and I will now raise a dispute and BikeInn can now deal with PayPal. They will reply with some robotic apology that really means nothing and then blame it on COVID however if you look carefully they have always operated this way and will not stop until consumers stop purchasing from them. I have a substantial YouTube Channel and intend on doing a full consumer review on BikeInn and their practices, the only option for this business is to improve the way they treat their customers or simply close the business. I will leave a link to my YouTube review once I have completed it.

THEY KEEP WITH YOUR MONEY – DON´T BUY FROM THEM – NOT TRUSTABLE
I returned my Bikeinn order 17206696 more than one month ago and I didn´t get any refund so far. The case is closed on my account with the information "refunded" but I did not get my refund. The support doesn´t work at all, Bikeinn don´t know what they are doing I got already different informations saying that the refund was done, after that saying that it will be done, after and after with the same conversation but the fact is that I did not got my refund and it as already passed more than one month. When you try to push for more details they simply stop replying to you. They say that the refund takes between 4 and 10 days which is absolutely not true! I never saw such a bad service. Let´s see how much more time I will be waiting for my refund!

Deceptive Company
Take This As A Warning, BikeInn Seems Like A Scam!

For a few weeks now, their "customer service" (if that's what you want to call it) has been vague, providing scripted answers to basic shipping inquiries.

I placed my order on July 2nd 2020. The order took over 2 weeks to fulfill and departed the Netherlands, on route to Canada as of July 17th (at the time of the order, their website listed the estimated DELIVERY between July 13-17). Today is August 5th, with no further updated information. My last correspondence with them, approx. 1 week ago, suggested I contact local post, that they/customs are possibly holding the order. After contacting my local post, Bikeinn informed me that the parcel in not in the country at all.

I suspect this company operates on deception of shipping lead times and possibly stock. Just to take your money. Do they even stock any of the items they sell? If not please be more transparent with your customers. Company seems like a complete fraud. Considering putting in a claim with my credit card company. I have been ordering for years from other online competitors, without any issues. I should've stuck with them. Live and Learn

I have been scammed by Bikeinn
I have been scammed by Bikeinn. I placed an order for parts to build a new bike wheel (spokes, rims, tire, etc). A week after placing the order, i checked the status to see one item (spokes) listed as 'may be out of stock'. I inquired with customer service who told me Bikeinn were definitely out of stock, despite already selling them to me. I was then told to change my cart myselfto replace the item. I looked in to this but seemed to be susceptible to an extra fee. Customer service reassured me this was the right approach. So, I went through the process. At Checkout for adding the new item to my cart, the price was deceptively displayed to hide an extra shipping charge. After payment, i was shown to have paid for a new product, plus a new shipping charge, despite the original order not yet being shipped. Then i tried to remove the old product from my order. They did not credit me back to value of this order.

Now, I am being charged for my original order, including the part not being deliver, plus the replacement part, plus the original shipping, plus an extra hidden shipping for the replacement part.

Don't buy from this company
Similar terrible experience as the other customer reviews below. Ordered a pair of Look pedals on May 15th. Bikeinn were scheduled for delivery within 2 weeks and never arrived.

The tracking shows that a USPS label was printed but never actually accepted by USPS. Bikeinn has given the same bad excuse that others have mentioned below that the shipper has lost the package and that they will require 10-15 days to determine its location.

I've responded that they should either expedite me a new set of pedals or issue a refund. They will do neither a d have only told me that I should not accept the package when it arrives. I'm pretty certain this package will never arrived and that this company is just scamming people by dumping product before the eventually go out of business. Do not buy from this company.

Totally unreliable
Ordered a bike saddle. BikeInn said the saddle was delivered. The Track&Trace site kept saying "package is expected". When I asked BikeInn for an explanation, Bikeinn would start an investigation. After some time I contacted the postage company, they said BikeInn never contacted them. After I started a claim with Paypal, I suddenly received an email, mentioning that the package could not be delivered due to a wrong address. Nonsense, the address was correct. BikeInn just never sent anything. In the end I got my money back via Paypal. Never order at BikeInn, they cannot be trusted.

Lack of customer service
I ordered and paid for some cycling gloves over 2 weeks ago and as yet have not received my order. Made contact by phone to query where my order was [tracking site useless unless you speak Spanish] and was informed item had been delivered last Thursday, 22nd. March. I told the operator that no such delivery had been received and it could not have been made as both my husband and I are retired, so at home most of the day and neither had any card been left that a courier had called. I am now told that I have to wait 12-15 days for them to sort the matter and when I asked who I could complain to Bikeinn could not really give me any advise as to who I should direct my e-mail. When I pointed out to the operator he was not being very helpful, he pulled the plug on me!! Do not use this firm and I wish I had visited this site before ordering.

Bikeinn is a Scam
I bought a bike seat on the 27 November 2020. Order: 20180798 expected date of delivery was 21 December 2020. It was not delivered. I contacted them to be told due to the December delivery there was a delay. So I waited. January, February nothing. I contacted them again in March. Bikeinn asked me to fill in a lost item tracking form which I did. Then nothing. I contacted them again to refund me as no product was delivered. They informed me that if an item is shipped they will not cancel the order and refund. So that means once shipped ( if it was shipped at all) you will not get a refund even if no product is delivered. They don't have to send you anything. Its a scam. They will just keep your cash. Over 6 months have passed and I have nothing to show for my purchases.

Customer Service via robot
I ordered $111.75 worth of Shimano brake pads that never arrived at my Denver area home. The US Postal service says the pads were delivered. Bikeinn simply were not. It may be the fault of the USPS, but as I had not purchased any insurance for the overseas product (who does?), USPS was not going to provide a refund. But BikeInn does not offer any sympathy, as one can never talk to a human. An automated email response is all you'll ever get. And it is never sufficient in answering your questions. BikeInn's customer service is as bad as it gets.

Hopeless company
I ordered 2 tyres and 2 tubes on 9th June and paid for fast delivery. 8 days later a package arrived with 2 tyres but only 1 tube. I immediately contacted their customer services, expecting a straightforward apology and assurance that the missing tube would be sent. Since then I have received requests for photographs from different angles of the packaging and contents before my compalint can be "verified", and this is despite tha fact that I sent a picture of the package with my initial claim. I can't believe the obstacles being thrown upon me in order to receive the missing tube - cost £5.99 - and frankly am giving up on this useless company. I just want to warn anyone else that this is a company to be avoided, and whether through sheer incompetence or dishonesty their customer service is a joke!

Be Cautious
I'm not sure really who to blame this situation on but if you have to return an item I'd be highly cautious. I ordered a pair of the Shimano mw701 shoes in November 2019, Bikeinn arrived seamlessly in the US in under 2 weeks. Unfortunately they were too large for me so I requested a return and shipped them back by US Postal Service for $55. That was on 12/26/2019, it is now over 2 months later 2/29/2020 and Bikeinn has still not received them. Supposedly they are in customs. Either way it super frustrating and unless you are absolutely positive on your size I would not recommend purchasing from Bikeinn.

Possibly a scam
I ordered some knee pads that were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. I understand that international shipping has been a little slow lately due to the pandemic, so after 3 weeks without it even leaving Europe, I contacted them to inquire. Bikeinn told me to wait 5 more days. I did and the shipping status did not change. I inquired again. They told me to wait 5 days. I said I already did and then they ignored me. Thankfully my credit card will cover it due to fraud, but I suggest you don't even go down this road. Save yourself the headache.

Terrible customer service and severe delays
I am appalled at the customer service. I spend $50.49 on shipping costs! When I put the order in it said it would take 1 week to arrive. 3 weeks later no order. Bikeinn changed the estimated order dates but this also passed. I contacted them and they said they are waiting for stock of one item - despite it being in stock and them saying it would be with me in a week. They said if I want the order to be shipped I have to delete this item from my order. So I did that as I wanted the rest of the order. The order was then shipped. It's likely to be 5/6 weeks by the time I actually get the order! I have requested a refund for my delivery/shipping costs of $50.49 as no way should you have to pay this when the order is so delayed! They didn't even respond to this request, they totally ignored it! Do NOT use this company if you are in a Singapore!

Takes money under false pretences
I bought some Ergon Large Black grips which showed as "in stock", and a couple of other smaller items. Four days later I get a message to review my order. I log in and it says that the grips "might" not be in stock.

I message the "Contact Us" and ask if Bikeinn are in stock (they either have them or they don't - where does "might" come from). I also ask what the options are if they are not in stock - did they have the Small size, or one of the Blue colours? When did they expect to get stock? I also point out that all of these were still showing as currently in stock.

The response is that the Large Black is not in stock, and I can cancel the order.

I reply asking them to answer the other questions I asked.

They reply by telling me that the Large Blue is also not in stock (it still shows as in stock on the website). No response to the other questions! By this time the Large Black is showing as no stock on their website.

I try again to get answers - still no answers to the questions, so I have no choice but to cancel the order. I ask them to refund the purchase price plus the international transaction fees my bank charges for both the purchase and the refund - no response to that either. Then 8 hours later the Large Black changes back to "in stock"! If they were genuinely back in stock, why didn't they tell me (I did ask specifically when they were getting new stock) and I would not have cancelled the order.

They are just woeful - they were still taking orders and money from people, even after they told me that there was no stock of these grips, wait a few days and then offer to refund your money within 48-72 hours. So they take your money, keep it for a week and give it back to you, and you get hit by any bank fees in the process.

I do understand that system stock levels are sometimes wrong, but for them to be wrong on four different products, and have the company take 4 days to discover this, and then tell you that they "might" be out of stock, and then still leave them showing as in stock on the website (to trick others into paying them?), and then not answer simple questions to allow an informed decision - that is not good. That goes well beyond a understandable stock error.

I will never deal with them again. The prices are often good, but not good enough to put up with deceit and non-existent service like this.

Looks like I got lucky
I placed order for Bell Helmet on 15th May, 2020 destined to Bay Area, California. My CC was charged on 16th May, 2020. On 18th May, 2020 postnl was informed about shipment. For few days nothing moved. I got anxious and started reading reviews for Bikeinn. After reading reviews from current to previous years, I was pretty sure that i would never get helmet. I even thought of disputing my CC charges. But then my delivery dates were from 22nd May to 27 May. I decided to wait. Suddenly then I started seeing shipment movements and I could track on USPS and see my shipment reached SFO and finally it was delivered on 1st June, 2020. Definitely BikeInn is not fake. If Bikeinn have product in stock, they will ship it. In terms of delivery time, looks like I got lucky. Also overall I saved around 110$. Please see pics. Definitely company needs to improve their customer service communication. Chat windows ending abruptly, taking long times in chat queues.

Don't buy here - zero stars
I never post reviewed but this is how angry I am and don't want others losing their money.
I ordered a (expensive) product, the company took my money and then I was told it was out of stock and directed to edit my order on the website... however when I go to the website / app there is no way to view or edit the order.
Spent days trying to get through to customer service through the ‘chat' and email. No response.
You decide whether you want to give your money to a company that doesn't have the stock and won't respond / refund your money.
Read the other reviews and avoid at all cost in my experience.
