I just purchased blinds from Blinds.com so I have no...
I just purchased blinds from Blinds.com so I have no idea about customer service, product quality, or if shipping deadlines will be met. However, so far, I am completely pleased with how easy it was to place the order online and how user friendly the website is. The cost is a little higher than my local big box home supply store but the store did not have the exact product in stock and there would definitely be a wait time either way. Plus, it would be an all day endeavor going to the store and having the blinds cut. Time and energy saved is worth it.

Wish I read these reviews first
I ordered 2 cellular shades for my bedroom in January. 1shade arrived 2/23 and the other is still out there somewhere. Called CS x2- spoke with nice rep, who told me due to the storms in Memphis there is a week delay in shipping from there (originated from China). Well my 1 shade made it out - a week after the storm. We are into the 2nd week of March and still no 2nd shade. If anyone can help me get this delivered I would appreciate it. Thank you

Really have to pay attention
Really have to pay attention. If you change one detail it may affect other choices already made. Example: I entered all my choices and I don't want a wand… then my wife says- "make it cordless". Well that automatically changed my order to a wand, which I did catch right away. I almost paid an extra $80 and would have got a wand, which I would have returned and had wait a lot longer.

Blinds.com have all the options and decisions selections for the buyer available by just clicking on the options preferred by the buyer. Wonderful to see such a well-designed web site, from blind/shade option selections to little bits of help here & there, largely in the right places.

So many other web sites these days have gone through so many "improvements" that Blinds.com are garbage and frustrating, and their web developers don't care.

Please stick with your considerate and holistic look at the smooth flow of online processes.

Everything was good with the experience
Everything was good with the experience. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was that I tried to reorder an additional blind to match a previous order, but Blinds.com don't carry the fabric anymore. I had to get something that complimented but didn't match my current set of blinds. I bought from a large online retailer because I thought there would be consistency over time, but that turned out to be wrong. Make sure you buy everything you may want all at once when you put in your order.

So thankful for the samples provided to ensure I picked the perfect color. Ordering is a breeze! This is our second order with blinds.com. I love the faux wood blinds I ordered for most of the house 2 years ago! Their customer service was so helpful with that order as we have some tricky corner windows. Now looking forward to updating the office with cellular shades! Thank you for making a quality products!

Great telephone support, pretty clear ordering process
Great telephone support, pretty clear ordering process. The Estimate my advisor sent me didn't clearly offer me an edit option on the summary page, so I had to call back to ask how to change the grommet color that seemed to default in. The next advisor I got (only about a 5-second wait!) guided me through that process. I like that the salespeople are here and are native English speakers, who also speak clearly and patiently and intelligently, which really helps with communication. Thanks!

The 1st time I ordered I ordered 5 blinds, 1 was 2...
The 1st time I ordered I ordered 5 blinds, 1 was 2 inches to wide and 2 of them were about an 1/4" to wide and because I didn't open them right away I didn't know, when I called and was unable to exchange replace or return... just put a bad taste in my mouth for this company and wanting all my blinds to match basically left me at the mercy of "eat your loss" and order again. I am now waiting on a backorder to see if second round of blinds is correct. And still I ordered another one. Let's hope it goes well.

You have a good selection of blinds and it's pretty...
You have a good selection of blinds and it's pretty easy to make sizes for my windows. Your color pallet is a bit off. Glad I ordered samples and hope the color of my blinds match the color of the sample I selected. Your subtotal at the bottom of your "CART" page included the sales tax but that sales tax amount was not shown on that page, which caused the subtotal to not match the price less the applied discounts.

This is my second order, both Nathan Gordon and Cory Campbell were very helpful when I called for assistance. Nathan helped me understand the process and gave some great help in choosing the blinds I wanted. Cory was very helpful when the shade I had chosen was not available in the size I needed. Both of them quickly sent samples that were just what I was looking for. I have not installed the blinds yet, but the sales process was very easy!

Repeat customer
I needed to replace corded blinds I ordered a few years ago with cordless for my babies' room. The previous color was discontinued. A representative recommended a new color and sent samples. It is close enough but the pattern is slightly different. I also ordered for my office which I am happy with, but I did notice prices were significantly higher than the last time I made a purchase.

This website was extremely easy to use
This website was extremely easy to use. It provided step by step instructions on how to measure each type of window covering. I love the updated miniblind color selections and finishes - as someone who did not really like miniblinds my mind was changed after looking ay all of the great selections. I highly recommend this website for your window coverings; the prices are second to none--even for brands like Levolor and Bali!

Pretty good for the price.
I liked that I could label and name every set of blinds. And stack coupons (always a game changer when coupons can be stacked). One of my blinds rods was cut too short and wasn't capped at the end. But that's my only complaint. The website was pretty straightforward. Although I can definitely think of ways to improve user interface…. Overall, pretty satisfied. Blinds.com arrived quickly. Installation was straightforward, no missing pieces. Great quality. And I love that I could order free samples without having to pay for shipping. That's what ultimately helped me decide.

The FAQ page lists two emails service@ and customerservice@ and both bounced after I spend a bunch of time photographing and explaining my questions. If you can't be bothered to provide service that way then don't list it as a contact option. If it was up to me I would have ordered with somebody other vendor who understands digital communications in 2022. I hope the product and installation is better.

Terrible product and a terrible company
Worst experience I've ever had with any company! Took 3 months to get blinds, then Blinds.com only sent 3 out of 4 and it took 3 calls and another 3 months to get the missing blind. On top of that the Valances were all cut different sizes and were all literally incorrect. Then to end my terrible experience I tried calling these clowns and had either wait on hold for 2 hours or request a call back that never came. Absolutely the worst company ever!

I do wish that you would have a navy blue color for...
I do wish that you would have a navy blue color for the Outdoor Exterior Shade that is NOT Coolaroo. I have had problems with Coolaroo shades before (along with many others). I would prefer to get outdoor solar shades from anyone else than Coolaroo in a dark blue. Second, I do wish that Blinds.com had a "No-Tools Headrail" option like your competitor. I really need that but -- I prefer to do business with Blinds.Com. Your prints are superior. Thanks

Great blinds and buying experience
I wish there was more measuring guidance for putting more than one blind in the same window opening. Both chat and the phone design consultant said to NOT adjust the measurements on my end, but it seems counter intuitive to me - since you will be subtracting from all three blinds, it feels like there will be too many gaps. But I followed their guidance... and am relying on the SureFit guarantee.

As a follow up, the blinds worked out well. There is a tad more room between them than I would like, but not enough to complain about. If I were to do it over, for the 3 blinds in the same window, I would add. 5" to the center blind or. 25 to the two outside blinds, just to have less gaps. I wish Blinds.com had better guidance on that.

But overall, I got 4 of the same top down blinds and am happy with how they look, the quality, and the ease of installation (although my concrete block house required different screws and a specific drill).

I really liked that the phone design consultant was able to send me a picture of my paint color next to the blind color that most closely matched it - because I totally would have ordered a different color just based on the internet colors.

All in all, I am very happy and will be placing another order soon!

My mistake solved
I ordered 2 blinds and discounts were applied. Once in the cart with the two I could not get my thirds blind. When I created a second cart with one more blind it gave less of discount. I paid 20 dollars more for the last blind. Company alerted. Blinds.com took care of it and enlighten me as to what I did wrong. Recommend them highly.

They explained what I should have done and honored the discount. Happy.
