Like a lot of people, I've received late items, broken items, poor quality items, and was promised a refund on items that never actually happened. I once received a belly ring where the piece would only screw together backwards... which was a very bizarre and perplexing dilemma.

I also have a huge problem with their ratings system. Body Candy continually creates "new" products. These are really just the same products slightly rebranded to make them appear as a separate item (adding or subtracting a single beed makes it an entirely separate product with no ability to link back to or see any ratings for the quality of the original item or any other items that are virtually identical). This makes it impossible to leave reviews and have them actually show up. Even if the reviews are approved after a lengthy waiting period and actually allowed to show up on the original item, BodyCandy delete the original item and rebrand it as a new one. This creates a constant environment where ratings are intentionally deleted and unable to be posted on a virtually identical products. So, the entire site is created to make it so that consumers have no way to voice any opinion on the quality of items that their receiving and have absolutely no way of knowing whether the item that their purchasing is going to work for them or not. I've purchased virtually the same items over a period of TEN YEARS. But no rating that I've ever given is still on the web site because the product "no longer exists."

This is particularly problematic because so many of the items that Body Candy sells aren't waterproof. If you get into the shower or the tub or a pool or any body of water or even go to the gym and sweat at all, without taking off the vast majority of the naval rings that they sell, you're going to end up with a rusted belly ring and your entire naval covered in green rust after your first use. Silver rings are pretty much unusable across the line. Some of the black or gold plated rings are okay, but the gems or other pieces that they have attached have the exact same problems and will leave you covered in green rust looking like some creature from the lagoon. It's really frustrating because this problem could easily be resolved or, at the very least, available to the public through reviews. But Body Candy systematically makes it so that reviews and customer feedback are impossible.

There was an initial problem on my part where I messed up the address (as I just moved), but the problem was fixed very quickly for me!
After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find half of what I bought missing. This problem too, was solved quickly and professionally. I expected a much more difficult and frustrating experience, but the support staff did an amazing job. I will be buying from here again!

Fantastic, the staff was considerate and quickly solved every issue I had. The problems I made for myself (like putting the wrong address, oof), and the ones that were out of my control.

I always love the jewelry I get. Though I've realized some fit a little small here and there, the threading works for other pieces for my medusa. 5/16ths is jussst a teeny bit short. But BodyCandy are heavy duty and last for the great price they are! I hope they add more medusa jewelry that's a tad longer in the future! My only wish is they add pieces with iridescent stones instead of the clear stones. I would give the jewelry a bit more of a pop and elegance.

I ordered from body candy about a year ago. I got 6 belly rings and a couple nose studs. BodyCandy were all beautiful, came on time and nothing has broken since receiving them. Over a week ago I ordered 2 nose studs and a hoop and I have not received a confirmation email for it to be shipped. Maybe the virus is causing delays so I'm going to stick it out and wait longer for them to send it. I really hope I don't get ripped off because I love their jewelery.

Very easy to navigate this website. BodyCandy give opportunities for discounts on items by asking for your email or offering discounted items at checkout. They send coupons in emails frequently and great at communicating with customers and making sure that the customer is satisfied completely with their purchases. The jewelry is great quality and very stylish. I hope to see more products on this website very soon and I will be purchasing from here again!

I have shopped here off & on for (probably) as many years as Body Candy has been offering their wonderfully eclectic array of incredible body jewelry to an online public. I have never encountered an issue (in any respect), and if anything, their quality of metals and craftsmanship for price, et.al, far exceeds any competitor I personally can think of... EXAMPLE: Whereas Amazon now allows any Tom, $#*!, and Harry to sell similar forms of jewelry under misleading terms, etc. - and that nowadays turns any part of your body green - Body Candy actually continues to regulate and gives a@#=& about US, the little people. AKA the consumer and customer and ultimate reason some individuals continue to live and remain creative. Thanks, BC

This is the worst company to order from first off it took them 2 weeks to finally ship out my order and you can't get in contact with customer service at all. BodyCandy provide the same automatic response ever single time and once I finally received my nipple piercings the quality was poor nothing like they promise I only had them in for a week and had to remove them because I noticed it was causing an infection. Save your time and money and don't even bother.

Only place to buy Nipple Rings on line. Only problem is when you order something and BodyCandy are out of them they give you some type of Credit that you have to ask for instead of sending the item when they get it back in stock... Because I have Credit for a pair of Glow in the dark nipple rings that were paid for & you were out of, but gave me credit for but I never received... I have not Ordered anything else from you except for my Monthly order of nipple rings...

As someone just starting to stretch my ears, not a lot of inventory for 12 - 8 gauge plugs or tunnels. We'll see how fast shipping is and the quality of the products when it arrives.

Update: My products arrived within 5 days of placing order and were well packaged. My error was not looking at sizing appropriately and ordered two plugs that were too large. The other pieces are of great quality for the price! I will definitely order again!

I ordered from BodyCandy last month and it mid Dec and I don't have my nose rings. Emailed them and received a "tracking" number that isn't trackable via USPS. Does that even make sense? Why give a tracking number that BodyCandy state... is NOT traceable if it starts with XXX. Dumb and useless. Will never order from them again. I will go to a reputable jeweler or even Amazon before giving BodyCandy one penny. Sad, sad business.

This company has a 15 day "replacement policy" so be sure to open and try the jewelry right away. I did not and the first day I wore a set of nipple jewelry, one of the gems fell out. I tried the other set the next week or so (got tired of it looking "ugly" with a missing gem) and one of those also fell out.

Overall, the jewelry is functional but don't expect the "high quality" that BodyCandy say. Customer service was useless and offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. No thanks - I don't want poorly made merchandise, even with a discount. You get what you pay for...

I have been pretty happy with all of my orders from the Body Candy website. The quality of the jewelry is not amazing, it often turns my skin green or smells weird in my septum or the color flakes off. But the prices are usually good, and the selection is great. So going in, if you expect Hot Topic-quality, or the equivalent of a dollar store in body jewelry, you won't be disappointed.

I refuse to buy my jewelry anywhere else since finding body candy. I'm always skeptical about online shopping, especially when it comes to body jewelry but body candy is perfect! BodyCandy have the CUTEST selection for every piercing you can get. There's so many different options and styles, and they make it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I've shopped the Body Candy website 3 different times and have had zero issues each time. The site is super easy to navigate. Each item has all the necessary spec information listed so I always know what I'm getting. The items I've received have been exactly as described on the site. I also like the facebook connect option so I get a FB message detailing my order and when it ships. It's safe to say I love Body Candy!

In my original shipment I received one rather than a set of gauges, but upon contacting customer support everything was fixed! Very nice customer support and super helpful, remedied the situation so quickly! I've only had 1 problem with body candy over a. Of years. I purchased a read CZ Nose piercing That turned out to be kind of multi colored purple. I am trying to be happy with it but it is not what I wanted. Other than that I have had years of value And excellent quality merchandise. Customer service has been very helpful anytime I needed to contact them. Recently my post office Returned an order Without Me receiving it. Body Candy has already re shipped it.

Ive been ordering from this website for years, BodyCandy never let me down yet, i would lose my spacers all the time and this was the cheapest and best material surgical grade steel and titanium, now i get my 14k-18k gold nose hoops from here with the prices and the quality i have kept coming back and im ordering from canada, fast shipping has always arrived, only unfortunate thing is they discontinue things that were great and was upsetting.

I've ordered A LOT of merchandise from Body Candy and everything came quick and good quality merch, accept one set of rose gold earrings that turned a awful color quick. And I didn't receive a set of dangly tree silver earrings, and BodyCandy were supposed to accredit my account and never did. Other than that. Outta all the merch I've bought over the year plus (so much I'm starting to run out of stuff to buy). That's the only issues I had and that's minor, like 1% on comparison to the rest. So I'm super satisfied. I love Body Candy.

First of all I placed a smaller order before a much bigger one and the bigger one can first and the smaller one took forever past what it said. I got some pincher tapers that had heart design on them. I lubed my ears up with coconut oil and the images instantly came off and I had blank ink on my ear. BodyCandy want me to send it all the way back after it took forever to even get a hold of them and risk getting deducted 25% are u $#*!ing crazy.
