Moon River Christmas Show.
This is a wonderful show which we saw last night at moon river theater. The show was wonderfully entertaining with great talent, letterman, Cowsills, Nadia Cole, and Rick Thomas. If you are going to one show this week, make it this one. We were so impressed. Playing till December 9, 2022.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! ZEROS STARS IF I COULD!!!!
I bought $500 worth of tickets for my parents 50th anniversary, the order was in my name because I am the one who purchased them, once the purchase was complete and I received the itinerary vouchers-which is a joke I want tickets not vouchers- did I see I had to show my ID to to get the actual tickets, so I called them back and told them the situation, so they changed the information to my parents name so they could pick them up...Fast forward 6 months, my mom is now having health issues and they are unable to even make the trip to Branson, so I called to see if I can get a gift card instead so they can go at a different time when she's better, and I am being told because the original order was changed- mind you I didn't change the date, shows, nor show times, the only thing that changed were the names from my name to my parents name, so they now tell me because of that "change" I am unable to get a full refund, they can only refund me $70...I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE OR BUY TICKETS AT THE ACUTAL TICKET BOX OFFICE!

I want to purchase 2 tickets, but no where does it...
I want to purchase 2 tickets, but no where does it say how many tickets or where we will be seated. For the price that I am paying, I do not think this is a good plan. I would prefer to speak to a live person but there is no phone number listed. I think I will cancel and take my chances. We have been to every production at SNS and am very disappointed.

It was quick
It was quick. But never saw where seating was going to be. I thought I was booking directly through sight and sound.
It was a royal pain picking up the tickets at the ticket office would've preferred to of had a scan code sent to my phone like we have experienced many other places we have vacationed.

Easy to do online
Easy to do online. But was very disappointed when I had to change my tickets and was charged $50 for making change. I don't remember seeing that there was a change fee.

I booked 2 shows and hotel package last night but when...
I booked 2 shows and hotel package last night but when I looked this morning I say a different show that we would rather see. I called and talked to an agent, but she said that the one show that we didn't care about and wanted to change was a non refundable ticket. I spent the extra money and booked the other show anyway but not happy about the fact that I couldn't get a credit for the show that we are not going to attend.

Branson Shows will rip you off! They do not care about their customers. My mom and I booked show tickets for our family. We thought we had booked one show, but somehow booked two that were scheduled at the same time. I called them right away to explain what happened. They refused a refund, even though we can't be at two different places at the same time!

I believe you have double charged me for the Jesus show. I had paid for the Jesus show, and when I selected rooms, you added them both together for a second charge?

Absurd Process
I ordered silver dollar city tickets days in advance. I received many emails with confirmations. The ticket booth is more than an hour from the attraction. I waited in line for an hour. I don't understand why there is no option to print my own tickets. I will never do this again. When I tried to refund the process became more complicated so I just stuck with the line. There is zero customer service. This is the worst structure to organize a business. This process NEEDS fixed. This is absolutely absurd. I expect compensation.

I would love to be able to pick the actual section for our seats rather than just know we'll be sitting somewhere within 4 very large sections. Did I miss the opportunity to do that?

It was ok. Site was a little awkward to use.
The site needs to make it clear that voucher pick up is at the ticket site not the theater location.

The only issue I can see is not knowing what seats we will have. Knowing what seats would be available would help as do not want seats far away where hard to enjoy performance.

Very easy to book show tickets. I called the 800 # before complete checkout to inquire about seating options and was told I should get aisle seats in center section.

Typically when purchasing tickets for sports or concert even, I am able to view seats and select the seat I want. It is unusual to buy tickets and not know what I am buying.

Always enjoy the Presley's when we come to Branson. Branson Shows are a wonderful group that touch's hearts with certain songs. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Your website finally didn't freeze up after having to do itb5 times and you gave me the normal price I got the first time I tried reserving after Branson Shows tried charging me $200.00 more. I was furious.
