The customer service is excellent. We will use our tickets to Sight and Sound in November. Will let you know how satisfied we are with the seats afterwards!

Has to go to a vacation deal place we could not find
Has to go to a vacation deal place we could not find. Finally found it. The guy would not give us vouchers. After 20 minutes we finally got them. Wasted an hour on this. Never again. Was a horrible experience.

Phone issues made making reservations very difficult. And I clicked on the wrong night for Pierce Arrow the first time and apparently it can't be changed so I ordered again. What the agent said and what this page says are different. $38 for all of us? That had better be right.

I was stunned to see that my purchase did not show how many tickets were paid for and there were huge hidden fees tacked on at checkout. I will not use this portal again. Shame on you.

We will, that is the ones who Jesus died upon a cruel tree to only rise from the dead in three days, but being able to see Jesus's life being portrayed on a stage is mesmerizing. We are so excited to be able to attend this performance of Jesus it as if we will see first hand the miracles, Peter being pulled from the sea, 12 deciples interacting w/ the Jewish population, Roman interaction and trying to control again the Jewish population- Gods own chosen people.

So easy to find the shows that we would be interested in and we are excited to here because it is our first time and we are overwhelmed by all that there is to do so we don't wanna waste our time trying to figure out what to do so this side has made it so easy to plan our itineraries. You asked me about AAA but then you did not apply the discount and I also was looking for something about having a season pass because that was supposed to give me a discount and I didn't see anything. I felt rushed so I didn't lose my spot

So far everything is ok since I spoke with a representative. However, I am disappointed that I could not download the tickets and print them. I was not aware that I had to pick up the vouchers at a location that was not the theater.

Show list was easy to navigate and you seemed to have a more complete listing of available shows and activities compared to other sites. Making the reservations was simple and quick.

I haven't had any problems booking shows. When I had to call them to confirm that I made the reservation on the correct day, (the reason I took a star off), the woman was very friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy Sight and Sound so much. This is the first time with a wheelchair, so am hoping to get a seat where we can transfer from wheelchair to seat,

Don't Go Through This Site Rip-Off
This place bransonshows.com is all about up sales and screwing you over on ticket prices. Prices are at lease 30% over the actual theater prices. Do not use this site. Go directly to the shows website. So frustrated with these guys. Never Again!

I felt your cancel 48 hours was miss leading, it should say "48 hours prior" also there should be a warning that ordering less than 48 hours in advance you can not cancel! Also the $50 cancel fee and the fact your order is not refundable only for credit all this should be stated at the beginning not after you book! Your customer service rep Brandon was not helpful or able to explained any of this and hung up on me! I did use the tickets and Branson Shows showed up in my phone fine.

Talked to a representative the very next morning and all was fine. Assured me I was not charged twice, and if that had happened it would be credited to me promptly. Very satisfied with experience.

We used to see it every summer when we were kids! Also, my high school friend told me her cousin's husband used to hang out with the Haygood family every summer, and so did she!... Her name was Natacia Schmidt if that rings a bell! Curly black hair.
Also, we are going to see the Petersen's show the same afternoon that we are going to see this show!:-) woohoo Branson!

Very Helpful to this first time traveler to Branson-- wish Branson Shows sent the itinerary with the confirmation of the order... that would give a better and secure feeling. Like how do we get our tickets, etc.

Needed to confirm a late date reservation while on road so the online process seemed best. Because I ordered on a Sunday afternoon the day before the show and didn't receive the voucher instructions until noon of the next day it was a little tight but it was on time. Mandi was our itinerary specialist and I will say she was very nice, not pushy but very informative. Good start to our Branson experience.

Very easy and hopefully accurate. My confirmation did not have the exact show, the date and time, and the final cost of it, as I was hoping it would. I guess we don't know until we pick up the vouchers later.?
