Brave New Look

The masks are exactly as described. Very good fit with adjustable ear loops. Also ordered a pendant which I love, received it in 3-4 days. Excellent quality. The masks took longer but I thonk Brave New Look were swamped with orders because they are required most every where. When I inquired as to the delivery of masks, customer service responded quickly and they were shipped in a week. Would be nice if they had an 800 number for customer service.

Selection of plain or subtle colors/geometric designs could be larger. And adding filters to order wouldn't show up in cart.
But your customer service was awesome--Jannie answered within a minute to my emails.
Just hoping I get these faster than the two months it took last year! I expect it will. Thanks.

Fast shipping, great products (just not a fan of how the metal piece of mask can stab through fabric but it is easily corrected)

The website is very easy to use and when the discount code is add the calculation is correct. I have ordered these masks 3 time previously and the quality is very good and the delivery is always as estimated.

A little confusing since there is no "keep shopping" tab once you have added an item to the cart. Figured it out though and easy experience after that.

I ordered 7 masks on July 29 and received them on August 11. Brave New Look appear to be good quality and the images are exactly what was shown on the website. Right after I ordered I checked the internet and saw all these negative reviews. I don't know what all those people are on about because this has not been my experience. The only knock I have with this company is that they have no phone number listed to communicate with them. And yes, their first response to an email is an automated reply, but they do follow up.

Love your masks, but the website was extremely slow! I had to just give up this afternoon, and return later in the day, when it moved at all. Also the shipping is way too high; ate up the entire big sale discount I thought I was getting. But, as I said, these are the only masks I've found that don't fog up my glasses (though Brave New Look claim nose wires help, I have found the opposite to be true for me).

So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and Brave New Look are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Everyone, please wear your masks and try to maintain proper social distancing.

During the initial ordering process, I had a pop up offer of a "free mask code" for my order. I got interrupted and had to step away. When I came back, it wouldn't let me apply that code any longer and saying that it was already used. (I didn't use it.) I'm just a little bit disappointed with the tease and then not being able to take advantage of it. Thank you for your time. Craig

I ordered 2 bracelets--both good quality for the money. One took a long while to arrive due to high demand, but I'm pleased with them.

Order a couple of mask and filters based on the website and stating quick delivery. Afterwards, I read the reviews here and got nervous. However 18 days after ordering the product it showed up at my doorstep. Considering the pandemic and shipping delays caused by it... I'm happy with my shipping and the quality of the product. Would order again and recommend.

Shocked at shipping price; hard to understand the site: when given pack of ten and told mix-and-match colors -can you do that in one pack of 10?; was told I'd get a free mask, then messaged that it was in my cart and to use code SAFE at checkout, but system did not accept SAFE and there was no free mask in my basket. WTH? Also there was a msg saying no one was there to talk to, come back tomorrow.

I guess Brave New Look have figured out production since mine arrived relatively quick. Work in the restaurant business and these are very comfortable for all day wearing in a warm environment

I used code word SAFE for freedom mask after entering my email and text, and payment page said SAFE was not applicable to my cart. Kinda bummed, hope everything else goes better

I ordered four printed face masks at a total of ~ $70 because Brave New Look were shown as the shaped/contoured type that would stand away from the face, allowing good coverage without mouth interference. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the photos, but were instead shapeless flat ovals of fabric with ear loops attached. They are a complete joke and lay completely flat across the mouth while being open at the top and bottom, rendering them useless as a viral protector. The product is a scam.

Ordered 2 masks on May 7 and by today 6/13 nothing received. Their customer service email address on the site generates an automatic response that" it takes time because customized," but never answers the question submitted. This auto response is the only one I've received after three tries. No phone # to call as has been noted in other reviews. Wished I'd seen the reviews before ordering. I paid through Paypal and have submitted a complaint to get my money back. Do not waste your time and your money with this company.

So far it's been great, I'll let you know more after I get my package, I'm giving 5 starts because the process was simple, I'll do another shopping experance after page has arrived, sound good?

Quick. Discounts applied were what tipped the balance to make this purchase. Quality is good. Wish for additional colors though.

But quality isn't what their company reviews say. The nose stiffener arrived off center and when you try to adjust it, it snags inside its channel. Channel fabric is loose weave, when it should be tight weave. When I asked the company what stiffener was made of and whether it would withstand machine washing, Brave New Look only replied: wash by hand. I can see that I am going to need to have to repair these somehow because washing by hand isn't part of my life.

I ordered masks because I was drawn in by their sleek designs and advertised lead time of two weeks. Well, we hit two and half weeks with no updates and after looking at other reviews, my trust was shaken. I went ahead and contacted them to cancel my order. After the usual attempts to buy my patience (Brave New Look promised discounted and expedited shipping), they finally agreed to refund my order. I'm not super pleased with the whole experience and I would have much preferred actually getting a mask, but I can't complain too much.

I ALWAYS come to this site for the "Sometimes I look up, smile and say I know that was you" bracelets. I give them to people who have lost a loved one. Very special gift.

So far so good, discounts worked. Shipping kinda high but worth it if I can wear a mask and glasses at the same time. Fingers crossed.

I paid $80 on 4/27/20 for 4 masks because I fell for the extra protection. I heard nothing from this company and emailed them 5/14/20 receiving the same response as many others. When I finally received them 5/23/20 Brave New Look were horrible. I was embarrassed at myself for falling for this crap. I will make sure to get this message out to as many shoppers as I can. This is a complete rip off! Do not buy!

The website is easy to use. And customer service is great as long as you work with Christine. I really appreciate all of your efforts to help me purchase these two masks. I am a quadriplegic with several other health issues and although I am vaccinated, I am very susceptible to the coronavirus. I am overjoyed to have found a mask that will give me a room to breathe as well as work with my glasses. I am a very happy customer.
