Brave New Look

These masks have been a life saver. Quite literally. Been ordering them for the last year. Solid construction, great fit. I did find a couple masks that had different sized ear loops. But it was only once and hasn't occurred since.

My favorite mask, super comfortable and ordering was easy. No requirement to set up an account -- if I have to set up one more account, and unsubscribe from emails I didn't choose in the first place, my head will explode! Seems like a good company.

These are the nicest masks I have seen since all this virus mess started. Brave New Look are double thickness, well fitting and really nicely sewn. Will order from this co. Again as needed. I rec. Within a couple of week of ordering. They were packaged very nice.

I've read many bad reviews about this company's mask. I have some pros and cons concerning my experience. Cons- I ordered in early 2020 back when pandemic first began and like everything else, it took a while for order to arrive(approx. Mth and a half). Once Brave New Look arrived, I've been wearing them with no problem. I ordered 8 black mask and an extra supply of PM2.5 filters. The only one issue I've had with one of the mask is the a rubber piece that adjust the ear loop tightness split. Pros- The mask still going strong to this date (2/15/21). I simply let the mask soak in warm before wand washing. (Don't forget to remove the filter before washing). The mask fits my face very snug and I personally feel it protects from coronavirus way better than the surgical mask or cloth mask without filters. I'm only speaking for the black mask I ordered; not sure about other mask this company sells. I'm about to order more since I'm a Postal worker and there's not much air circulation in our building when the A/C or heat isn't blowing. I would recommend the black mask since I've used mine for over a year.

Returning customer here! These are the only masks that my daughter does not try to chew holes through, and that my 3yo son will wear successfully at preschool. I'm not sure if it's the shape which keeps the mask from touching the mouth, or what… But we've just come back to purchase over 100 more! We're done buying expensive fabric masks because they're full of holes or otherwise rejected. And no more laundry… Thankful mom here!

I was skeptical about ever receiving my order; ashamed I lashed out re lack of response at first. The negative reviews for this company, which is new to me, are unwarranted! I eventually did receive a considerate personal response from Kristine (and business response from Amy). Thank you ladies!! Brave New Look are overwhelmed as many (EVERY) business has been during covid!! Bottom line, received masks within timeline stated from onset and very satisfied!! Will be ordering again from them! Emailed customer service, got immediate response, and continued followup. Sending out replacement items today.
Would recommend their customer service, and will review later when product is received, but if there is a problem with your order people - reach out to them, Brave New Look are responsive!

I received my masks one week after ordering them. I received notices when the order was fulfilled and when it shipped. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The masks are well made and use the PM 2.5 filters. It took a little bit of time and effort to insert the filters (2-3 minutes) but that will get easier. We both wear glasses and are not experiencing any fogging. Thank you folks at Brave New Look, we will order some more. I want a Starry, Starry Night!

Brave New Look is easy to order from! I can't wait until we get our new masks! My only complaint would be that Brave New Look don't have different sizes for Women & Men. But overall a great experience!

I ordered from Brave New Look because I needed a simple, washable and trendy face mask ASAP. I got concerned after reading reviews that your company was a scam. I did get my masks. Floral skull print. I LOVE them. I ordered them on May 2 and got them May 18th Not bad in my opinion during a pandemic. Especially because I live in the North East. Please work on your customer service. I would have given 5 stars if you had better customer service. Thank you!

Easy checkout--I especially appreciate not being urged (or required!) to open an account before checkout. I've been steadily eliminating all vendors who make that demand. I don't want another account which means another dang password to remember. THANK YOU!

The masks I ordered, the butterflies, are the best masks I own. I have all kinds, but none as comfortable, soft, or as beautiful as these. Great customer service also. I emailed to check the status of my order and received a response within hours. I definitely recommend Brave New Look and will be ordering more myself.

It took almost a month for my masks to ship and Brave New Look still haven't arrived. They shipped via DHL which delivered the package to USPS which has said it's out for delivery for 3 business days now, but has still not arrived. I can't blame Brave New Look for the shipping delays entirely, but I with they would have used a more reliable shipping option than DHL. I was hoping for a smooth process so I could place a larger order

Love this bracelet-I ordered one 2 years ago but sadly it's very discolored so I'm delighted to get another one. Shipping seems high

Received the facemasks in a reasonable amount of time, however, the filter inserts were missing which made the masks as effective as wearing a. 99 cent bandanna from Wal-Mart. I did get a response from customer service with them apologizing and committing to sending out the filters within the week... and that has now been five weeks ago. I'll presume now that I am one of the (what appears to be) many people essentially defrauded by this company.
