Horrible Customer Service! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BrylaneHome AGAIN! I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered two items one month ago: a comforter and a bedspread. Their comforter arrived several days later, but their bedspread did not. I called customer service after a week and was told that I had to wait another week, to see if the order would still arrive. I waited and called them a week later and was now told that I had to wait a full month before BrylaneHome would call it lost. It was obviously lost, but that reality did not matter to the company, or that this was a gift. Now a month later and three waiting-on-line calls, after my initial order, they have finally admitted it actually never shipped. They credited back the cost of the item. I reordered the same item and asked them to waive the shipping charges since I had never received the item and it took three calls and a month to establish that fact. They would not do that. They offered nothing and were not even apologetic. They appear to not care about customer satisfaction or having reasonable, timely, workable rules. I would never order from BrylaneHome again and suggest you don't either.

Highway Robbery
I ordered a set of chairs for $99 on sale for $59. The day I got them I decided I wanted to get a couple more sets. When I clicked on the Buy Again button, the price had jumped up to $299 on sale for $167. Over the course of several emails and calls, the price jumped yet again to $499 on sale for $165.
There is no excuse for this and BrylaneHome refuse to honor the original price even though I found their chairs on a different site for $119. They could have easily taken care of this and saved far more than they are fixin to lose, as I have shopped all of their sites at one time or another.
No more, not now, not ever.

Wrong order over charged
I am un happy with customer service, clearly BrylaneHome have no one who listens and monitors the calls. I Call to tell her they were supposed to send me a summer sheet set. And a flannel sheet set I was supposed to get 70 percent off. Instead they charged me full price instead of 31.98 I was charged 51.98 for both sets of summer sheets 103.96 instead of 44 dollars for both sheet sets. She told me to return one and she would give me my money back. I kept one sheet set she was not going to give me the difference of 70 percent off. Yes I got frustrated trying to explain That I was overcharged, no I did not swear my voice did get loud. She then made me listen to music for 30 seconds on hold. She comes back on the line I finally convince her she overcharged me. Supposedly she is going to credit my account. The whole time her volume was low I could hardly hear her. I kept asking her to turn up her volume she did not. I was on speakerphone turned all the way up could barely hear her. Very annoying. They are not going to get 5 stars from me.

Promo Code on Catalog Not Accepted for Order that Qualified for free shipping
I placed an online order 7/4/21 for $190.95 worth of mdse. My catalog had a Promo Code BHCYGFREE for free shipping for orders over $75. Code is valid until 8/23/21. However, the system would not accept the promo code. The order got entered so I emailed C/S FOUR times to address the issue asking for their assistance and received absolutely no replies.

Today I finally called and stayed on hold for almost an hour. I explained the situation to the c/s gal and she said there is nothing that can be done once an order is entered. She said "I should have called them the MOMENT the problem happened" but since I didn't, there is nothing BrylaneHome can do. I explained that their hold times are significant and there is no way a customer would know that they had to call "at that moment" … and all I want is for them to honor the free shipping and refund me the $19.99. She said that is their policy so Im out of luck.

I would like for them to honor what they advertise in their catalogs. They have terrible business ethics and policies. I told her to take my name off their catalog distribution list as I would not continue to do business with a company that has bad business practices. I have since read many, many bad reviews on them and their bad c/s. I just wish I had read those BEFORE I ordered.

Absolutely the Worst
First and ONLY time customer. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received.

Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because BrylaneHome have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY.

Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it.

Stop literally anywhere but here for your home goods
This site is overpriced and a scam! I ordered bedding which I really needed on 6/1. Its 6/17 and it still has not shipped. Their customer service is so bad it borders on funny. I finally spoke to a supervisor who activated free return on my items but claimed she could not cancel the order which I think is bullcrap because tje hold on the amount in bank account was released presumably because they're taking so long to fulfill so BrylaneHome could kill the order. Just think they know they suck and refuse to do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Go to Shein instead. They're in Europe and take a whole to fullfil and ship but theyre still faster than this co. In the states!

Terrible Service
Take my advice. Do NOT order from BrylaneHome.com.
I ordered a recliner from them on 5/1. We received half of it on Monday 5/17. I called Fed Ex on Monday when we opened the box and discovered we only had the bottom half of the chair. BrylaneHome said the shipment was only one piece and they didn't have any other tracking numbers for me.

After I waited on hold for Brylane Home customer service for 56 minutes, I was told that even though FedEx had no other tracking numbers and considered my package delivered, I had to wait 12 days before they would consider it lost. I found that an unacceptable answer and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me I had to wait until Friday to see if the shipment arrived.

This afternoon I called back. After holding for over an hour, I was told that I need to wait until tomorrow because today was the fifth business day. Unacceptable, ask for supervisor. Supervisor informs me that FedEx delivers until 8:00 local time so they still have 5 hours to deliver it.

I tell him I know for a fact that there is no way it's coming today, but okay, what happens when I call back in 5 hours & wait another hour on hold? What will you do for me then?

They will send me a return label. I have to ship the half they delivered back. Because... get this... they don't ship out parts. Um, the heck you don't, because I have had part of a chair in my living room for 5 days now.

So, when I get the label, ship it back, pray to the warehouse gods that they actually receive and process it, then and only then will I get my money back.

Cheap goods and poor customer service
I bought a bistro set online for what appeared to be a metal set. Once the shipment arrived the two chairs and the table were made out of cheap plastic. Unfortunately, there were no screws to assemble the items. I contacted customer service who told me BrylaneHome would only give me a 30% discount. The customer service representative could not tell the correct size screws to purchase from any big box store. I decided to return the items but could not find a return label. So I shipped it back from UPS at a cost of $90. Incidentally, I attempted several times to reach the company about obtaining a return label and they could not locate my order. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRYLAND HOME EVER AGAIN! Cheap merchandise and exceptionally poor customer service. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW! TERRIBLE COMPANY!
UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, NOT HONORABLE AT ALL! BrylaneHome like to do bait and switch, while hiding behind their little check boxes that prompt you to agree to the terms. By the time you get to the end to place the order, they apply the lowest dollar amount possible, and don't honor the add that leads you in (example: free shipping a $65 dollar value you don't receive, instead its a $10 off for entering your email). Loosing out on the higher promo amount. Cowards hide behind their misleading promos, by telling you something like "you will receive it on your next order". Why in the world would I want to order anything again when my first experience with them has been and ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I cant cancel the order, even though its in the processing stage! Now I have to do the footwork, and return it if and when it arrives. I order from many other online companies that like to honor their customers, Wayfair, Montgomery Wards, Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, and I plan on continuing my future orders with these companies, and putting this unprofessional company in the rear view mirror. BYE BRYLANE HOME!

Dishonest customer service
Placed an order as a gift & then discovered daughter already owned item. Called customer service the next day twice! Held 30 minutes each time and was hung up on. Called again the second day and reached c/s. Was advised order could.not be. Cancelled as it was due to ship today. Looked@ order status online item was still peocessing. After much persistence on my part rep still refused to cxl order. I asked for a supervisor and after a 5 min wait was advised that my called would be returned within the hour. It's been 2 1/2 hours and no one has called. Dollars to donuts when I check the statis this evening it will still be "processing". Would give no star rating if I could.
Here it is 5/10/21 & my order is not here! Now my rating is -0. Never again!

BRYLANE HOME AND ALL ASSOCIATED COMPANIES ARE FRAUDULENT!
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I PLACED AN ORDER ON APRIL 2ND AND BEFORE MY ORDER WAS EVEN PROCESSED THERE WERE SEVERAL CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT.

I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY AND NO ONE COULD GIVE AN EXPLANATION THAT MADE SENSE SO I REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, TO WHICH BrylaneHome REFUSED EVEN THOUGH THE ITEMS WEREN'T PROCESSED OR SHIPPED. I CALLED MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT AND ONCE THEY REALIZED THIS THEY UPDATED THE STATUS OF THE ITEMS TO "SHIPPED" AND USED ANOTHER NAME TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT. FAST FORWARD, AND IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE THEY CLAIMED THE ITEMS WERE "SHIPPED" BUT NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED.

THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY PROVIDED STATES "FedEx LABEL CREATED" AND THE STATUS WENT BACK TO "READY TO GO" PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM, THEIR FRAUDULENCE IS WELL DOCUMENTED THROUGHOUT THE INTERNET. PLEASE BE AWARE!

Bad company with terrible customer service
I wish I've read reviews before placing an order. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, so far no updates. Almost impossible to reach customer service(BrylaneHome don't respond via emails nor pick up the phone, i was on hold for hours), after 2 days trying I finally did reach them via chat. But they were unable to cancel my order or give me any timeline. On top of that company charges for some rewards program, first $1.99 and after 30 days $14.99. So beware! I was able to cancel it after $1.99 charge via different phone number (*******549 in case someone else sees weird charge of $1.99). My cc was not charged for the order so i can't even dispute it yet...

Dissatisfied customer
I ordered the solar lamp post. Only one light worked even after a couple of days in the sunlight. I tried numerous times calling and sent several emails only to get a generic response unrelated to my questions. After several weeks I finally talked with someone who would send a return postage free label. It never came. After a follow up call I was told it's too late and I would have to repurchase the item again but BrylaneHome would give me a discount. Made it sound like it was my fault why they closed their phone lines for weeks and wouldn't return my emails.( probably due to Covid 19). I'm now stuck with a broken item that cost $89.00. I am angry because I have done a lot of business with this company to find out they treat their customers like this.

Rude, poor business practices, hang up on your call
In early June I made a $107.37 bath towel catalog mail order. After 30 days I had not received anything and the auto phone system said that I had no order. So I waited for a customer rep. She was nice but could not give me any information other than there was no record of my order. My check had not been cashed. The following day I got an email saying that BrylaneHome never got my check, but since the Virus it takes Brylane 6 weeks to get to a mail-in order. By this time (30 days after my order) all but one of the items I ordered were out of stock. I figured the post office or Brylane lost my check. BUT today, July 23, I received a refund check from Brylane for only $35 with no explanation of where the rest of my money or order was, so I called. Today's customer rep did not even let me tell her about their refund check and she hung up on me. I called again. This rep kept claiming that I had made 2 orders and the check was for the small order. I tried to tell him that I only made one order and one check, but he kept insisting that I made 2 separate orders. He did end up explaining that some items are in the mail and others back ordered till October, but he also rudely claimed that I was moody etc. If I never get my items I will file with Consumer Affairs, and because of today's rudeness I will never order from them again. I have ordered from Brylane since about 2007, and this was the first horrible treatment, but it was so horrible that I will not risk ordering from them ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/WILL NOT HONOR SALE PRICING FROM CATALOG
I placed an order online less than a week ago. Received the Brylane Home catalog in the mail and called customer service when I saw the items I ordered were on sale. The RUDE manager named JoAnna said BrylaneHome don't honor sale prices on current orders. I wanted to cancel and re-order. She refused for me to do that. They cannot honor it? WAHT? Any other store I have ever asked will do this. The customer service department is so rude. Is it too hard for them to figure out how to look at the difference in price? So frustrated. The cost difference is way over $30.00. Maybe to them it is not a lot of money, but for the average person like me it is! I may have to re-think ordering from here again. I have many other places I can go to. Very disappointed and just sad that this is the stance this company has taken.

Horrible customer service: return experience
I returned 3 items from my order. I connected them to get a status update because nothing was showing on my account. I used the return label and packing slip that was provided and the said BrylaneHome could not do anything and hopefully it would arrive before return window ends even though I mailed almost a month before the period ended. I explained I just wanted my refund so I could order new items for my new home and they said they cannot do anything. This is why people order from wayfair, target, kohl's, and Amazon! Customer service matters. Now I'm paying interest on a credit card purchases because they can not get their business in order. Ridiculous! Very disappointed!

Horrible customer service and quality
This company does not stand behind anything BrylaneHome sell. You have 60 days from shipment for them to RECEIVE a return back. If it fails, doesn't work properly, or in any way requires repair after that, your problem.

You can spend $650 on an office chair, and have start degassing on day 65, oh well, you didn't return it on time. Would you like to order a new chair? Seriously? They don't even offer a discount on a replacement!

Stay away for your own good. Absolute WORST in customer service.

I know, buyer beware, but I thought the chair was a pretty color. Seriously, there are a LOT better websites out there.

Horrible all the way around - buy it from somewhere else!
Ordered product - arrived completely destroyed - asked for and received credit but the credit was for the incorrect amount - an amount less than what was charged. Balance erroneously left on account was charged a late fee and finance charge. This is for a defective product immediately returned! You would think this is fairly easy to address... you would think. Just the opposite unfortunately. Still working between Brlayne and their supported credit company Comenity and it is a war. No one is disputing the discrepancy, BrylaneHome just won't give us the credit! Several calls - requests to speak to supervisors... nothing! Just don't do business with companies like this... there has to be better!

Avoid Brylane Home at all costs
I purchased three sets of solar lights and was told BrylaneHome would be in within ten days. I tried online to find out when the items would be shipped. When I put the customer number and they said they didn't recognize it they didn't recognize any of the information I had. I called them and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone came on the line. I was told they had no idea when the product would be in. Two weeks after that the product was delivered I opened up up and put them outside for two days they worked and then one broke. I called Brylane Lane Home four times and was on hold for each day over an hour each time with no one who picked up the phone. While on hold the first thing mentioned was when you buy anything from Brylane you are accepting their terms and conditions. Finally when someone picked up phone I explained my problem and was hoping I could return the broken light and I would be sent a new one. The person I spoke to said he needed a supervisor. The supervisor came on the phone and said. They DO NOT REPLACE and they DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK. And then the woman referred to the terms and agreement that we have to abide by. I don't know any company that I've ever bought anything from that didn't take anything back they said it was used for two days and that's it this company is cheating the public they don't stand behind their products and just because they had that terms and condition lines that gives them every reason to cheat us. Shame on that company. From now on I will only use companies that I can return the broken item and get my money back or get a replacement. Do not buy from Brylane homes. Their customer service is appalling and they must have no more than two people who work there because no one ever picks up the telephone. It was a shockingly horrific experience! Beware of Brylane Home.

Very disappointed
After giving this company several tries, I have had trouble with each order. This last time I contacted their resolution dept. and I remain unsatisfied and not a fan. Most recently, I ordered a dresser that didn't arrive. I was charged for it though. It tracked to a city nearby approximately one month prior to calling them about it not having yet arrived. At first, BrylaneHome just wanted to tell me that it's in transit, but when I pointed out how long that had been the case, they said they'd refund my money, but the amount they quoted for refund was lower than what they stated in the email they'd sent me which stated the breakdown costs (subtotal, shipping/handling, taxes) specific to this item. When I pointed this out, they said that the email information was inaccurate. I explained that the email was generated by their company. He stood by his statement. They refunded me the lower amount and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. Not the first issue with them, wasn't going to be the last. Done.

Poor Customer Service
I was trying to return an item as the color is not what was expected and the needed color was not available on their website, even though I had previously purchased it there. Due to Covid-19 and quarantining, it was difficult to return the item in a timely fashion. Return policy is 60 days. The order date on the receipt was October 28 and I shipped it back from the Post Office on December 28th. That's 60 or 61 days depending on how you count it. I didn't even ask for a refund, I would accept a credit for a future purchase. The item was returned to me saying it was received too late. Really, for one day! I frequently purchase from this company, but, if an exception can't be made during a PANDEMIC, I feel their customer care is lacking and will never purchase from them again. I tried calling the Corporate HQ and left 2 messages... so far no call back!

Final review
Several years ago our son bought one of Brylane's large office chairs. He was very satisfied and even when parts broke their replacement service was good. So we decided to use Brylane again to replace his worn chair. Bad decision.

The quality of the chair was not the same as the first chair: the lumbar support tends to throw you out of the chair and is not adjustable, only one cheaply made lever to lock the tilt and/or raise and lower the seat and the ability to tighten or loosen the spring tension for the seat tilt was not existent. So we elected to return the chair.

Now the fun begins. The first thing we find out is that Brylane will not cover the cost of return shipping which was roughly $70 thru FedEx (we were supposed to use them because Brylane supplied the return shipping label). So, with this in mind, we disassembled the chair and repacked it in the original box only to find out that FedEx will not accept it because there are a few indentations in the box (which BrylaneHome made in shipping the chair to us). When we mentioned this to FedEx they said that they (FedEx) tend to give a little more latitude to the shipper than they do for return shipping. So we went to UPS who had no problem with the 50 pound box, but their cost was $86 for shipping.

So, do the math. Original cost for the chair including shipping (plus added fees for large parcel) was $192.00. At this time (prior to my writing them a letter) they are going to refund $150.00. So now I have paid $42.00 for a chair that I do not have - but wait - I need to add the cost of return shipping which means I paid $128.00 for a chair I do not own. I have nothing to show for spending $128.00 but THEY have the chair and will resell it again tongue in cheek. I paid for shipping BOTH WAYS and Brylane comes out smelling like a rose. That's quite a scam.

Final advice: never buy anything online that you cannot try out or try on until you check out the return policy. It can come back to bite you where it hurts. A quality company with integrity will have a return policy that takes the fear out of buying from them. We will not use Brylane again and do not encourage anyone else to buy from them. If I get a favorable response to my letter, I will note that in a future review.

January 18,2017 Update:
Well. There is no need to write a letter to Brylane as Brylane responded to my earlier review which I am posting to this followup:

"Corinne D. [BrylaneHome Rep] Hello Brad, I am a Customer Service Specialist with Brylane Home. I was disappointed to learn of the poor experience you encountered. Please note, we do provide pre-paid return labels for most orders. If a return label was included on your invoice, there would not have been a separate charge through FedEx. Rather, we deduct the return fee from the refund issued for the returned merchandise. We apologize for any confusion."

Please forgive me if I am a little slow, but to not charge me for the FedEx shipping with a prepaid label and then to deduct the shipping out of my refund for the returned merchandise - is that not the same result as my paying for the shipping up front?

So, I rest my case. Everything I said in my previous review of Brylane's horrible return policy still stands and is further exacerbated by the entire lack of Brylane's "Customer Service" department to actually understand the problem. Their lack of a "customer oriented" return policy is deplorable.

January 26th:

My last comments in response to Corinne's (Brylane) one-liner saying, "The return fee for using our provided return label is $7.50."

Well, I think its more than time to nip this entire joke in the bud. So I will wrap things up by commenting on the most recent response to this pathetic situation by Brylanes Customer Service (Corinne).

This is the chronology (I could provide dates, but the sequence serves the purpose). Please refer to my original review to fill in the details:

1. I ordered an office chair as a gift for my son.
2. Received the chair and assembled it. Chair was not as advertised and some parts did not work at all.
3. I called Customer Service at Brylane to find out about returning the chair. I spoke to a man who told me that I would need to disassemble the chair and repack it in the box it was shipped in and take it to a FedEx location for return. I asked if the return label covered the cost of the shipping. He said no, that the cost was my responsibility. (Please note that no other information was provided or offered.) So I checked with FedEx online to get the cost of shipping a box of this size and weight and they gave me a price of $70.00.
4. I disassembled the chair and repacked it in the same box it came in and took it to a FedEx location for shipment. However, I was told they could not accept the box because it had some indentations in it (wish I had pictures) and they were getting lawsuits for damaged merchandise. I told them that this was the condition of the box when received that the indentations were done by FedEx in shipment and that none of the indentations even penetrated to the inside of the box. The supervisor told us that they tend to give the shipper more leeway than to those of us who need to return items. We offered to put more tape over them or reinforce the few indentations with more corrugated material, but were told that would not be acceptable. However, they would provide a box for us to the tune of $90.00. We declined.
5. We took the box straight over to UPS. They accepted the parcel without any question and could not understand why FedEx had a problem (a point to remember when shipping), but the cost to ship was $86.00. Done deal.
6. In the meantime, I receive a response from Corinne in Brylanes Customer Service (I use quotes because it has been anything but customer service) informing me that after I paid for the shipping up front, Brylane would simply DEDUCT the cost of the shipping from the money being returned to me for the original purchase. Please note, DEDUCT not reimburse. Again, no other information was given or offered or provided. I submit that Brylanes Customer Service must be required to use as few words as possible and give as little information as possible when responding to customers. Or they are giving bonuses for whoever can have the shortest one-line answers.
7. I edited my original review with all of the information I had been given by Brylanes Customer Service only to receive another response from Corinne that, according to her (and this is somewhat of a guess because of the lack of a clear explanation once again, short comments) the cost for the return shipping of the chair would have been $7.50 if I had used the return label with FedEx. AMAZING! It took THREE (3) separate communications to say what should have been said the first time I called Brylane to ask about the return shipping. And, like I said, this is only a guess.

Additionally, and this might seem petty, but why am I having to pay ANYTHING for returning a product that did not work?

In summary, Brylanes Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If the man I spoke to originally had simply said that the return label will cover the cost of the return shipping which is $7.50, but that it will be deducted from my refund, then the only issue I would have had was the rejection by FedEx of their own box.

However, since Brylane forced the issue of having to ship with FedEx, it was THEIR problem, not mine, to provide or pay for an acceptable shipping container. As a result, we were forced to go to UPS which cost us $86.00. I believe Brylane should reimburse us for this shipping expense. They have the chair, I do not. Its an issue of integrity and righteous business policies.

I will take this up with Corporate. In the meantime, I would suggest that Brylane take some time to work with how their Customer Service personnel communicates with their customers not only on the phone, but in emails or other forms of media. Do not assume that the customer knows anything, but take the time to make sure they understand whatever process they are asking about.

Therefore, I stand by my original review and contend that you should be careful if dealing with this company. If I get a favorable response from Corporate, I will provide an update.

March 11,2017
I promised that I would write after submitting a letter to Corporate and this is the result of that letter. Brylane Corporate did not even give me the professional courtesy of a reply - much less the good manners to acknowledge that a customer had even written. So when all is said and done, they have their chair and I am still out $128.00 with nothing to show for it. Sorry folks, THAT is a SCAM. I know some of you will think I am just a disgruntled type of guy and dismiss this altogether, but just wait until this happens to you. You have a right to your own opinion, but you do not have a right to your own facts. Like John Adams said, "Facts are a troublesome thing."

Horrible product and customer service
I made the mistake of ordering from Brylane Home and I'm very sorry I did. First BrylaneHome trick you into giving your email, thinking you will get 20% off, then they immediately charge you for a trial "membership" for $1.99 the first month, and $14.99 the following months. What? Who ever heard of that? Then, I called to cancel (you can't do it any other way), and was treated as though I was lucky to get the $1.99 credited back to me. The lady on the phone acted as though she was really put out and I was interrupting her day. Shipping is another story. They say initially that your item will be delivered in 7-14 business days. Mine wasn't even shipped until day 12, and sat in Indiana for about 4 days, and was finally delivered on day 19. Not too happy about that. Then my sheer curtains, which are supposed to be pale rose, were more like a dirty brown rose. The picture actually looks better than the item, but it's obvious they don't look like the color advertised. They are so ugly. BUT trying to return, they charge you shipping again of $9.99, or you can get a e-card to buy something from them again. Why in the world would I want to do that?! I admit I took a risk ordering from them, and I'm here to warn you not to make that same mistake. Don't order from this company. They are sneaky, cheap, and their product is not as advertised. I learned to always read reviews about a company before ordering.

Bad customer service
I ordered 185.00 dollars worth of merchandise with my credit card my arrival date was April 13 when the order did not arrive by April 15 I called recovery services at Brylane BrylaneHome stayed someone put the wrong expiration date for my credit card and it would be another 7 days before I receive my order. I stated can they express deliver because it was no fault of my own he said No so I stated they will nott receive anymore business from me which he clearly didn't care and at this point I don't either it wouldn't have been that big of an issue to express my order I DIDNT input the Wrong Expiration Date. But if that's how the customers are treated by error of customer service reps THEN THEY DONT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS

BUYERS BEWARE! THEY ARE SHARKS!
Brylane home tries to trick me with their very SNEAKY FALSE 40% off catalogs! BrylaneHome use this as a cover to RIP me off! It's a big SCAM! Where they got their prices already"PRE-SET" for me to think I'm saving $, but I'm not! People beware of these catalogs with their prices in RED INK! It's a F'N scam! Then today when I tried to order from another catalog with no RED INK on their prices, I tried to use a 40% coupon from their site exp 7. 31. 20, then the rep tells me it's not a valid coupon! Omfg! I hear the BBB calling me! Brylane home you need to stop your BS & stop ripping people off! Your crooks & sharks! Stop it cuz if it wasn't for us customers, you'd be out of business! So I bought a set of sheets elsewhere! For less money too!

STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY AND THEIR CREDIT CARD!
I fell for the easy credit card pre-approval because my mom absolutely had to have something she saw in their catalogue. First of all, let me say that the quality of their merchandise is very substandard.

I never looks the same as in the catalogue.

I always kept my account in good standing, making my payments on time. However, recently BrylaneHome really pissed me off! I am very vigilant about my credit report. So I was very alarmed when I received notification that there was a drop in my credit score.

When I checked, I was infuriated to find out that I'd gotten decrease on the credit limit on none other than the BRYLANE HOME CREDIT CARD! It went from $500 to $100 for no reason at all without any notification!

And they had the nerve to report all this to all the credit agencies!

The worst part was that I voiced this in an email to them and sent back a cookie cutter response, saying "thank very much for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience!" AS LONG AS I LIVE I WILL NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN! AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WHEREVER I GO!

They don't honor the sale prices
My grandmother ordered 4 pillows for her outdoor furniture. At time of order it was buy one get one 50% off. The pillows she selected said in stock. A couple weeks went by and then she received an email that BrylaneHome were on back order. She went almost 2 months with no update on her order. One day they finally showed up, sent separately with a separate shipping charge for each. When she looked at her invoice brylanehome charged her full price for all 4 pillows! After numerous attempts to call them she finally got through to a person. They told her the pillows were on back order and that the sale price wouldnt be honored. When she placed the order, they infact said in stock. This place is a rip off and impossible to reach customer service. Don't buy from brylanehome as you'll be disappointed and managers clearly dont care if they lose customers and refuse to make things right!

Terrible service
Brylane says it will ship product within a reasonable timeframe and then simply doesn't ship it. BrylaneHome blame the product manufacturer (for my order, I believe this is Skylane) and say that they can e-mail Skylane but do not know when Skylane will reply. To that I say: if you can't manage your supply, that is not the customer's problem. Stop advertising that manufacturer's product and misrepresenting that it can be shipped within 2 weeks if that's not true. I spent $860 at this company that said the product would arrive at my house within 7-12 business days. It is now 17 business days past when I submitted my order, and it still has not even shipped, nobody can tell me when it will ship, and it definitely is no where near arrival at my house. Based on the other reviews, I fear the condition it will arrive in, and I dread a return scenario. This place is a logistical mess.

Unfair business practices
Stay away from this company. How many of you order something without finding out the total first? This company has a policy of not giving you your order total unless you ask for it! How many of you order something without getting a confirmation number unless you ask for it? Brylane Home has a policy that BrylaneHome won't give you a confirmation number unless you ask for it. If you order something that has a heavy shipping charge attached, they don't know how much the item weighs! I tried to order some bamboo tab curtains and valence but they could not tell me how much they weigh, which is critical for hanging especially when you rent a place and don't want to put curtain rod holes in the walls. The sales person placed my order before telling me the total; when I said I wished to cancel the order she said it was cancelled. I then received an email with my order status (which was not cancelled). I called Brylane Home to ensure it was cancelled and they said it was but that there would be a hold on my bank account for 2-4 days, WHAT! This is a terrible way to treat customers, I will never purchase anything from them again and I suggest you be careful if you do!

Unauthorized use of my credit card.
The purchase I made was Feb 28. My credit card was charged for the amount of the purchase and on March 6, it was charged $16.15 for shipping. Fine all is well. It took 3 weeks for my purchase to arrive and never showed any tracking information. On April 6th I was checking my account, low and behold there is another chatge from Brylane Home for $16.15, applied on April 5th! I tried to call, no answer. I tried to chat on line, no answer. I finally sent an email. No reply. Sent another email, still no reply. I'll take this as far as I can, to get my money back. I'll take it to the attorney General if I have to. The amount is not that concerning, but the unauthorized use of the card is!
