Absolutely awful experience
Placed a $435 order in April 2. Called customer service 10 days after placing to check on shipping. Was told the warehouse was backed up, and as a courtesy the company was sending the order with expedited shipping. 4/20, I finally get shipping email. Carrier is said to be USPS. When I check tracking, USPS says BrylaneHome are still not in receipt of the items. I called customer service to check on the issue, was spoken to as if I were stupid, and ultimately told I needed to wait an additional 30 days to file a claim with USPS. There was no professional conversation, and being condescended when I asked for clarity is unacceptable. I will file fraudulent charges with my bank to recover funds. DO NOT EVER waste your time or hard earned income on their sh*tty service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Can One Company Make So Many Mistakes
I placed a order in Aug 2019. This is not the first time BrylaneHome have messed up my order. The prices might be right but the frustration is not worth it. If I could give them a negative STAR - I would.

The first time the product was previously used because the screws were missing from the package. They didn't want the item back and instead gave me credit.

Two of the items needed to be assembled and since I don't do well on that I placed the boxes aside until I found someone who could assembly them for me. I opened the box which was suppose to be a Kitchen Cart and what did I get? A 50 Pair Shoe Rack on Wheels. Not quite the same thing. Their standard "sorry but it is past the 60 days".

I also ordered 1 bathroom rack. When I opened the box there were 6. I called customer service and the only thing that can say "It is more than 60 days". So at the regular cost of $60 (times 5 for a total of $300) they don't want the items back because it is past the 60 days. So I'm free to sell these free bathroom racks since they don't want them back and I wasn't charge for them.

Bad Customer Service, Worse 'Return Policy'
I just had the worst experience with this company. I ordered 2 curtain panels from. I received 1 in the mail and was charged for that one. Then I find out the 2nd curtain panel is backordered and then BrylaneHome cancel that order all together. So, I'm left with 1 curtain panel - not what I ordered. I read their return policy and tried to print a return label online, but was unable so I called them. They tell me their system won't bring up the curtain panel they sent AND charged me for so they are unable to issue a return label and I must pay out of my pocket to return an item that in reality was not what I ordered. A manager said this would be cheaper because they would have charged me $9.99 for the return label... this is NOT in their return policy if you go read it online. Absolutely ridiculous & terrible customer service. I will never order from this joke of a company again & neither should you.

SUPER FAST DELIVERY SCAM
I ordered draperies from this company with super fast delivery. It is now four days later and customer service refuses to tell me if my package has been shipped. I have received no emails regarding delivery or shipping either. When pressing their customer service reps, BrylaneHome are rude and say they have no information. After explaining that I'll just cancel my order and refuse delivery, the rep said he will cancel the items to be shipped from their warehouse. So I then proceeded to say, if you can cancel items that haven't shipped, why can't you see if my package has shipped? I then requested a manager and they have me on hold. They charge an extra $17 for super fast delivery but don't ship out the merchandise. They sure took the money out of my account with super lightening speed, though.

DISHONEST!
I placed an order January 2nd it came to $90.29. Two items were back ordered each $10.99. Credit card was charged $65.26 and now today $13.60 twice bring my total to $92.46. Now I'm paying $2.17 more than my original total. Watched my shipping confirmation and saw that I'm paying $1.50 in shipping for the 2 back ordered items. Why do I have to pay additional shipping when I was already charged $12.99 for shipping. The items being back ordered was no fault of mine. And $2.17 isn't much but imagine how many other customers BrylaneHome are also doing it to, that $2.17 becomes big money for them. Inquired and they actually had to nerve to say that their new shipping fees went into effect on the 4th of January and applied to my back ordered items. TOTAL CRAP. This company is dishonest.

Don't do business with this company
I wish I had read the company reviews before placing my order! I ordered the Florence oversized queen bedspread and two standard pillow shams and paid for expedited shipping. The reviews for the bedding were very positive. I signed up with UPS to receive text notifications on my shipment. When I didn't receive any updates, I contacted a UPS agent and was told to have the shipper file a claim. Upon speaking with a customer service representative and her supervisor from Brylane Home I was told that BrylaneHome would not file a claim for at least 30 days from the time my order was shipped. In addition I was told that a credit would not be issued for 30 days as well. Ultimately, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute with them. Brylane Homes was not interested in helping to solve my problem, remedy the situation or accommodate me in any form or fashion. I will never do business with Brylane Home again.

Don't bother
I ordered a bedspread and two days later I got an email stating that the product was not in stock. No information about when or if it would ever be in stock. BrylaneHome do not advertise a phone number to call because they don't want to talk. They go out of their way to hide any contact information except an internet form to fill out. It took an hour to find a number but I did and called. Got the run around on the phone. They said it was in processing and payment could not be returned. I don't know how it could be in processing if it is out of stock. I probably lost my money and the product. It is despicable for any company to take advantage of retirees or anyone during this time of Covid 19. We are all struggling but companies like Brylanehome and Fullbeauty brands are the most despicable because they use this time to take advantage of people stuck in their homes.

Won't Help With Errors; Customer Service OK
Ordered four outdoor wicker chairs on sale. One of the chairs was constructed differently than the others, it's hard to tell from afar but when you are sitting in the chairs you can tell one of them is different. Another chair did not ship with the cushion and pillow as it should have. When I chatted with customer service BrylaneHome were extremely unhelpful and asked me to email them a "picture of the missing items" so they could investigate. As far as I know it is impossible to email a picture of something that is MISSING from the shipment. Had better luck when I called customer service. I was told they they DO NOT ship any "replacement" parts. Explained it was not a replacement -- I never received the item. Then I was told they could still not ship any "smaller" parts and I can't send it back for an exchange because the package is too big. The only option I was offered was a 10% discount on that item, came out to about $15 refund. Had to take it since it was the ONLY option they offered.

Won't order from them again... two errors out of four products = 50% failure rate. Disappointing.

Returns are IMPOSSIBLE! And extremely costly.
I ordered 3 shower curtains to use for another purpose. Upon receiving them, I realized BrylaneHome would not work and set about to return them. I attempted to let BLH know that I was returning them (following their express procedure) using the online system and ended up being charged for an additional 3 more PURCHASES of 3 each instead. When I realized their error, I contacted BLH by phone and was told i most definitely had ordered them and would have to return each of the 3 packages when they arrived. This, even though I caught their error within 18 hours and they could not have begun the shipping process yet. (It was 3 days before I got my "notice of shipping.") I am being charged the shipping on each package so THEIR MISTAKE is costing me over $30. Please be aware that this company has very poor return practice and it will cost YOU! I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN! If Amazon does not have what I want, I will do without!

If I could give a ZERO I would!
I ordered several cushions from this company on 4/16/21. As of 5/4/21 I had received all but 2. I called the company, waited on hold for 22 minutes, no one answered. Reached out by Chat, but unavailable, so I emailed them. Only other option I had! No reply. Emailed again, 5/12/21, Chat still unavailable, no reply. Emailed 3rd time, 7/4/21, no reply again. Finally on 7/19/21 I got someone on the phone after a 15 minute hold! BrylaneHome refused to credit my account, stating that I waited too long to reach out to them. It had been over 60 days, and they said my order was delivered. I explained part of it was received, but not two of the cushions. They wouldn't budge. So therefore, I have cancelled my account with them, never to do business with them again!

Totally terrible customer service and lack of information
We ordered 4 extra wide outdoor recliners with cushions on April 27. It was supposed to be a two week delivery. I have called numerous times only to be told various stories. Finally, we just received our new Brylanhome magazine. The chairs are now $20 cheaper. Since we have not yet received the chairs, I asked for a price adjustment. I was told that I would have to cancel the order and reorder. I requested to speak with the supervisor numerous times. I was simply put on hold and told no, the customer service person could not understand the questions I asked OR she chose not to answer. I was told on June 30, that the new delivery date was July 12. So today she told me I would get them tomorrow. I repeated the fact that I had not received any information on them. She said the new ship date is end of July. Geeeeeez. Do not order from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

STAY AWAY! From Comenity Bank and Brylane Home
I used my line of credit and paid off the balance, never missing a payment or being late. At the end of June 2019, after finding out that found that I was charged a membership fee of $19.00, I contacted Comenity Bank to have the charge removed. BrylaneHome instructed me to contact Brylane Home customer service which I did. Three days later I received a response that the charge would be credited. Fast forward 2 weeks and the charge is still on my account and was never credited. I send another message and finally on July 27th, I received an email that the charge was credited. Today, August 14th, I receive my statement expecting a zero balance and low and behold, I find that there are 2 late fee charges due to the membership fee I never authorized plus interest charges and now I owe them $51.00. Stay away from them!

Bathtub storage pole
Brylane Home was a good company 20 years ago with quality products. I have as of late returned items that did not meet my standards, or Wal Marts for that matter. I can truly buy better quality at W. M. but let me say I think BrylaneHome sell a lot of junk also. I shopped by catalog and phone for 40 years and my mother did before me, when the world was a Catalog Cornucopia, but we always got great value. I no longer expect that from B. H. I recently purchased a Bathtub Storage Pole. I understand backorders and have no problem with the 2 month wait, it happens! ( get over yourselves young ones) Unfortunately what i received is a wobbly badly made joke. I'm actually shocked that anyone would think this is an acceptable product! I'm keeping it against my better judgement because my brother had a stroke and now lives with me and i need storage and have more important things to worry about. If it last 6 months I'll be surprised. B. Home can I tell u what u should do with all your crappy Polished Cotten and Microfiber sheets? Stop selling garbage! I feel so bad for this generation they have no idea what quality is, or that sheets and furniture use to last 25 years or longer.

Everything was misleading
From comforter I ordered in a full instead of queen size to not have it draped on the floor like in the picture, to the return process, to it being 17 days after receiving my FIRST email claiming BrylaneHome got my item, mind you I got the email 2 more times the following days so when did they really start working on my return. It's also odd that I didn't get these emails until Nov 4th, when USPS last interaction with it was 6 days after dropping it off n Oct 26, so who handled it between the 26th and the 4th. Just causing too many questions. The first email claims the got the item on the 4th, the second 2 claims were on Nov 5th, well it's Nov 21 and I still don't have the return in my account. I called them on Tuesday and was told that there end needs 3-5 business days and it may be an additional 3-5 business days to get into my account. That would have put me at thursday the 19th, it's now the 21st. I returned the item at a $10 loss due to them taking return shipping out the refund and yet I still am out about ~$36, which might not seem like much to some but that's $6 less than my SMUD bill or cover the taxes on a new phone as mine is giving out, so yea that money spent on a comforter that would have been draped/dragging on my floor could be used elsewhere in my life.

Don't Waste Your Time! Literally..
I placed and order for sheer curtains on 2/18/2021 and as of today 3/2/2021 I still have not received the curtains and Brylane Home has not provided me with a tracking number. I called Brylane customer service today and the rep was very short and rude stating that she doesn't know what delivery service is handling my package and doesn't have a tracking; only knows that now the E. T. A. Is now 3/12/2021. When I click tracking on Brylane's website it has been stating that the package has been in my state (California) since 2/28/21. So I should now believe that it should take almost 2 weeks to receive a package that's already in my state? Make it make sense! Companies like this who LIE about product availability and waste customer's time and money need to be shut down!

Not worth your time
I ordered two pieces that are 6' high. Ended up in a Fed-Ex facility for a week. I called Fed-Ex BrylaneHome said that the shipper had restrictions and I could not place a trace they would have to call. I called Brylane, offered to confrence in Fed-Ex... no mam we don't talk to Fed-Ex. Then go to a manager- no, we will not speak to them, we wait 20 days and if you do not receive the package we issue a refund. TWENTY DAYS. And yet they could not stay on the phone for 5-10 minutes more to just "okay" a trace with Fed-Ex. If these things ever arrive, it will be the last I order from this company.

Never again!
I very rarely write reviews but I have to share this one…I bought a side table from Brylane Home. Com on the 7th of January. It is now the 29th and I still have not received it. I checked their web tracking to see what is going on with the order and it says its processed. Not sure what to do about that I called customer service. The woman I spoke with was nice but had no idea what happened. After checking with her supervisor she said the product was on back order and should have notified me when I ordered. No notice was posted on the site when ordered. Then she said I should have been sent an email letting me know what was going on with the order, again that didn't happen. Then she said it looks like the order has been cancelled but she's not sure why. I have never been so disappointed with a company and their lack of communication. Through multiple processes the ball was dropped. Not once but several times. This was the first and last time I will ever order from this company. Please don't fall for this company buy from Amazon instead. At least BrylaneHome guarantee their products and send you plenty of info about your orders. I will NEVER order from Brylane Home again. And BTW I found the same table on Amazon and ordered it through them instead.

Took my money but no kitchen waste can came to this day
Ordered first and last order in feb. Recieved bedspread. Kitchen trash can $80 to this day has never arrived. According to brylane my fault because even though BrylaneHome said would not charge to my account with they did right away and said was back ordered I was past 60 days for returns and could not get get money back. Hard to return something you never recieved.The agents were hostile. I supplied the fedx delivery number which had made a delivery label but never recieved the package from factory. Was my fault and no refund. Do not order from this company. They do not keep track of your order and take your money. Very deceitful practices order number was *******4404 and fedx verification is **************816

Baker's Rack
I ordered a baker's rack from Brylane Home. When I showed the baker's rack to my friend, he said that the rack was going to be too small for the space that I had. I went on-line to start a return but was told that I had to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service the lady told me that she couldn't give me a return label and that I would have to return it myself. ( Do you know how heavy a baker's rack is?) I will never buy anything else from Brylane Home) So now I have to give the baker's rack away because it will cost more to send it back than it actually cost.

I do not recommend this company or any of the others associated with this company: Roaman's, Jessica London, King Size, Woman Within or anyone else. If not needed to buy from all of them often, BrylaneHome will without letting a customer; no matter how much one's purchased in past, they will cancel your account. I was cut off from BrylaneHomes several years ago. I tried to buy something for Christmas back late November, early December told could not use card. I could use my Roaman's card as 90 day deferred. Did so. That card - with an outstanding balance on the account - now closed as of February 6 2020. This done without letting me know. Seems closed due to inactivity. Really? With an open, outstanding balance?. I tried making another purchase with the BrylaneHomes account since they were sending me advertisements and catalogs I thought reopened. Nope. Nor will they reopen. I have to reapply for a credit card. My card was a PLATINUM card. Should be since a good customer. Not so. I will be cancelling all the aforementioned cards.
