I bought two bangles form candere by Kalyan(936136) in june so after a month I recieved the product in July but after few days the product gold was getting shredded off so I complain to your team n Candere By Kalyan Jewellers arrange a return pickup for repair. But now they saying the product can't b repaired off as that bangles are the mix of gold n copper so may I know why didn't u tell me when I ordered it and also if it's of bad quality why u keeping such products on ur website.
Now your team is saying we can't refund u we can give u the replacement only but you guys tell me after buying another product If I face the same issue with another product I purchase after few time of usage.
So the main thing is that I have lost trust in you guys. You guys are not selling geniune products so I don't want to become fool again keep ur product with u and give me the money back so look into this on an urgent basis.

I ordered gold coins, and after a few hours I realized the same in nearby is available with very low price, have contact to customer support team Candere By Kalyan Jewellers didn't talk to me, but replied on a live chat, I told to cancel the order but they denied to cancel it,
This is not legal since I just ordered the product and product is with them, simply I just gave money to their hand.

If we purchase gold online we understand return could not be possible but in my case they can return my money because they have my product i have nothing. This is how such companies CANDERE KALYAN JEWELLERS are looting people.

I have placed order on 16th June. Order number#943393. Delivery date is already passed. Still it shows in manufacturing. Candere By Kalyan Jewellers didn't gave any heads-up about delay in delivery. When I raise concern with customer care, they give same reply sorry, your product will be dispatched in next 2-3 days. I'm hearing this since 15 days. Not sure if I get my order or not. Customer care chat support is very bad. They won't reply on time. You are inviting big tension if you order from this site. Today they mailed to loot again, asking more money saying that product weight has been increased. Did I asked you to increase weight? Your professional are not accurate in their job and I should pay for that. Really? Even after late delivery, for which I should get compensation.

I been shopping online jeweller since 2014 started with Bluestone. Recently I ordered 3 products from Candere 2 got delivered on time and 1 was delayed, there is no proper communication in advance nor with follow-ups Candere customer care provides update. Half the time customer care call won't get answered, chat we won't get any replay back.
Mail is too worst just copy past standard replays.

Candere By Kalyan Jewellers don't provide updated expected time of delivery.

My experience is really bad. I placed an order online #862558. It's been a while I have not received the product.The problem is that they're not responding also.At least as customer I am expecting a fair communication. I am not sure how to reach out to them. I sent several emails and tried to contact with them through online chat but Candere By Kalyan Jewellers are not giving me any update. If anyone from management is reading this post Please help.

Horrible experience shopping with Candere. Extremely bad customer service and bad attitude of the service agent Visal and Pooja. I ordered and made my payment to complete my order yet after almost a week or so i was askef to pay 780 something again. I asked why Candere By Kalyan Jewellers answered that i didnt pay for the product completely. But i used online payment method. I added the item to my cart and paid the amount through netbanking. I was told that it was my mistake and when i asked how. The agent replied that he doesnt know. He also mentioned that my metal weight ia less than the specification but they is no reduction in the final price. Extremely pathetic customer service. I said i wanted to cancel and he said yous still have to pay 10%. I pleaded to check and let me know cos i never made a mistake. Anyways he refused to escalate it and said i can do want i want. Anyways i paid the amount cos i didnpt want a 10% deduction and i have decided to never do business with Candere again. I will also spread my unhappy bitter experience with everyone and safe them from getting conned.

Worst place to buy jewels.

Once I entered to the shop, one of the Kalyan jewelers employee asked me whether you want to buy the jewels with Cash or Cheque. I replied that I have credit card and some old jewels to exchange. He told me wait for few mins.

I waited for more than 1 hour, the employee agreed to show me some collection of chains. Finally, I decided to buy one chain weighed more than 46 grams. The employee constantly asked me to go home and bring cash. He didn't agree on buying my old jewels as well.

I left the shop with complete frustration.

This happened in Thoothukudi during May month. I am one of the well known person in Thoothukudi. I assumed that If Candere By Kalyan Jewellers would do this to me and what would happen to the normal people.

Kalyan Jewellers expect us to buy in Cash, so that they can hide the black money.

Placed an order for a bracelet. After some time, it was informed me that the metal weight is increased and balance to pay. Mean while arbitrarily order was cancelled and 10% was deducted from my initial pay and balance was refunded to my a/c.
Firstly Who authorised to cancel? If it is voluntary from them, why should I pay 10%. Infact, I should get compensated for your misdeed. If not sorted, redressal to consumer forum will be taken up.

On July 26th 2020 I placed an order from www.candere.com for the purchase of 1 gold chain (6.27gm) and a gold/diamond pendant (1.50gm) amounting to Rs. 52,784/-. That the order got confirmed.
On 24th Aug 2020, I got an update mail saying the weight is reduced by 1.69 gms., so a refund of Rs. 10653/- would be done which my client recieved on 4th September 2020.
I reached the Customer care after hours of waiting time. I spoke with them about the reduced weight. Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said they would send me images on whatsapp which they never did.
So, finally on 6th Sep 2020, I received the delivery of the chain. The chain was very thin and so decided to return it. I connected with them and asked for a return.
They suggested me some other designs for exchange, but I did not like any other designs. Again the delivery was a big deal. It takes months to get something delivered. Probably one of the slowest deliveries for sure.
After that, they said they would deduct 10% of the total amount as per their policy. I was left with no other option decided to return. The return pickup was done on 10th Sep 2020.
That on 15th September 2020 I connected with them for update or confirmation of the return. They confirmed it after 20 long days i. E on 30th Sep 2020 after so many mail exchanges.
They were supposed to refund the amount within 10days from the day I received the return parcel(according to their policy. That it has been 20 days today and still nothing happened. They have not even given a reference id for the refund initiated. When I asked you for it, they said it will be shared once the refund is done.
The guy called Bhavin Parmar: Senior Customer Care Executive, does not damn have any clue about anything. How dumb!

I was not informed about anything. I have called them and had to wait for hours to get in touch with the customer support team. Even the customer support team did not help me with any of the information.
I asked for refund but there was no response from their side.
I contacted them regarding the said issue but they never bothered to resolve the issue of me so, I will have to handle it legally.

This is so unprofessional and I literally feel so harassed!

Cant imagine a brand like Kalyan Jewellers stooping to such low quality levels. Ordered for my wife and mom and was expecting them to be happy with the surprise. Unfortunately both delivered items were of poor quality and Candere expects a 10% deduction to be accepted by customers who are unhappy with the final product. What is published on the site was not delivered and I have no option but to stay with the order as cancellation attracts charges. Very unhappy

I have ordered 2 items 801807 and 801481 in the month of April and still it's in progress. Very bad customer service Candere By Kalyan Jewellers don't value customer even. I have contacted many times but they just replied me it will be delivered in 15 days every time. Now it's July end and still the order status is in progress only. I think they just loot the customer. Please deliver my orders ASAP. I have cancelled my wedding 3 times because of jwellary delivery issue.

The team at Candere made the experience memorable and enjoyable. Even I am located in Jordan, the ease of communication, through their portal, made uploading photos, sharing comments, reviewing images and finalizing the design extremely easy.

The experience was fantastic and my wife is absolutely love the quality and beauty of the Necklace and Jhumka.

A simple ring Candere By Kalyan Jewellers took more than 20 days, when called they just kept on telling its delayed because we need to manufacture it care fully. After 4 times calling and after cancelling they called to convince that it will be delivered on time and today it's not yet delivered. By the way the delivery date has already passed and no one has called to update me.

I have purchased two products from Candere so far I am loving the experience. It's so nice to browse through designs online and get them as expected.
Even through the lockdown Mr. Jitendra from Candere was in constant touch with me for the delays or sizing queries. With such a supportive staff it easy to trust and be carefree inspite of the lockdown.

Hoop earrings are one of my favorite things to wear. I've been on the search for a certain one in gold for quite some time. On the Candere website, I discovered one. It appeared to be ideal. I contacted them, and Candere By Kalyan Jewellers swiftly had it produced and shipped to me. It was completely unexpected and really kind of them. The real earrings are much more beautiful than the photos. Candere, thank you very much. I'll be back to shop and buy shortly.

The order ID 274270, it's been more than 25days since the order is placed and it's not yet delivered. It's not even shipped by now, when asked with customer support, there is only one agent throughout the support for Candere and he is Jitesh. Who knows if this Email goes to Jitesh itself. Mr Jitesh, who ever you are you're poor at customer service and you should leave your job and Candere is not going it right, this is not how you respond to customers and make fake promises. Every time I call or chat, you say that it will be delivered by tomorrow, there are many tomorrows passed.
I will take this legally, you might get money for free for me it's hard earned and I will never waste on websites like this and I will not leave you people.

Order No: 940369, First Candere By Kalyan Jewellers advertise the product on low prices and after you place the order they will ask you to pay more money stating different reasons. Their customer care is so pathetic they always give false promises, and then later they will cancel the product on their own and assume that matter is resolved. Don't ever trust them they are fraud and pathetic, you will loose your peace and calm while interacting with their customer service.

I hv procured 3 ornaments from candre, every thing is good except packing box, it does not suit to the ornament n not presentable, rest every thing is very good, their customer care executives are very responsive, specially I would like to mention the name of Mr. Jitendra who has supported me a lot till the receipt of the consignment, he is very helping, responsive n very loyal to his organisation.

I was facing issue and had no faith buying online however I received the same product what I see online on the website with all documents. Good customer service also too ms puja and henal helped me by sending links and following up at my convenience and were very sweet, over all I am happy with the product and my experience with candere for both product and assistance. I have ordered a necklace on 26th April 2020, today is 20th June 2020, not yet delivered the goods. Even Candere By Kalyan Jewellers have not given any update until I sent a mail to them about the status one month back, after that no updates nothing. I have paid full amount on 26th April itself. Now I am not sure whether I will get my order or not. Atleast they should show the basic responsibility to inform the customer about the status.

Initially I had cold feet to place the order online and that too for a jewelry but I liked the design so much that I started doing my R & D. I came in touch with a representative Mr. Navin Jethmalani who helped me with all the clarifications required. Thanks Navin if U ever read this. The shopping experience with Candere was smooth and the best part was update on day to day proceedings. The product was delivered well within the promised time and packaging was neat and beautiful. All my customized criteria were taken care. Will definitely recommend Candere.

There is a complete process to cheat with customer, will show a good scheme and offer you to replace with any cost. But will delivered order near to last week and will take a long time to pick order back and in all that process month will be closed after that new scheme will be offered in respect of last scheme now discount will be lower side, so you have to pay more.
And if you asked for all that company executive will informed you that it's scheme not applicable to this month with a word sorry.
In that case if you want to cancel then you have to pay 10% of your order value.
So in the end company will make fool to customer and earn money without sale.
Great source to make a fool to customer.

Candere By Kalyan Jewellers had a zero making charge offer and I purchased a nosepin. The delivery was

Promised in 2 weeks on request as it was a gift. One week later quality check was processed. Few days before delivery was expected they refused to honor the offer and cancelled my order.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service. I have the invoice, order confirmation email, quality check processed email and delivery date commitment via chat service. It was posted on Twitter last week but no one contacted me yet. Imagine the kind of service they have and the brand value they are trying to maintain. Poor!

I am still waiting for the jewellery to be delivered and the customer service dont have any clue whats happening with my order. One of the representative said the order has been shipped next day Candere By Kalyan Jewellers say its in manufacturing and after that they just stop answering the calls and wont answer the emails. I ordered from the website as Kalyan jewellers were reputed but after this experience I dont think I will ever order it again

I placed order #614379 on 6/03/2020 but today its June 18th I am not sure if I will get my order by next month also. Dont get betrayed by placing order with such a fraud money looting company. Candere By Kalyan Jewellers dont respond also properly when contacted and they dont share you escalation herirachy also when asked. Lockdown started from March 22nd and ended on May 31. When asked about delay, they are blaming entirely on lockdown. This is such a pathetic customer service. Dont ever get betrayed.its a $#*!ing false cheating company.

Yesterday visited Banglore commercial Street showroom, 29% making charge necklace after discussion he is ready to make discount of 9% for cash puchase but after knowing we r purchasing under advance paid monthly scheme he is not ready to give any discount in 29% making charge,
That means he know any how will buy with Kalyan jewellers, why to unnecessary discount

My account was debited by www.candere.com on 9th April 2019 for 14737 but order was failed. I got to know about the debit next day. I spoke to the number mentioned on website but Candere By Kalyan Jewellers say they haven't debited. Customer care person was apparently a school kid asking me only how can your account be debited without order confirmation.

I had ordered a diamond pair of earrings and it was not delivered on the date as promised. I was not given any update about the delay from Candere, I had called over 10 times requesting an update and everytime Candere By Kalyan Jewellers gave different excuses and said they will send me an email with the status of my order but no one ever did. It has been over 10 days past the delivery date and only after I requested and spoke to the manager to cancel the order they said they will deliver by this week but I still haven't got any update from them. Once they receive the money online they stop replying and have absolutely no regard for customers
