Worst customer service ever!
Firstly you took so $#*!ing long to ship the item and when you got time to $#*!ing ship it you chose one of the worst companies on earth "Bluedart".
Another $#*!tiest fraud that you guys advertise is that sit and relax no one knows what is inside the delivery bag/box. Shipping bag literally states expensive jewelry you morons. Stop that false advertisement first.
Now come to the shipping part by the worst delivery company, delivery guy called me and asked that sir are you at home? I said yes and he said he is standing below my building and will come upstairs soon.
Whole $#*!ing day passes what i get is a message from Bluedart saying that the package is delivered. He $#*!ing delivered it to some literally random flat. I called immediately and someone in your CS team said he has raised an inquiry and would investigate and call in the next 30 minutes.
Its been literally more than 10 days now and no one has called.
Also, you guys have emailed me that i would receive a refund for the size difference and i have not received that too so $#*!ing process that fast.
$#*!ing worst experience ever!
No going to buy anything from you guys also had told this to everyone i know so no one falls into your $#*!ing scam.
After paid the 1st installment of this ear ring , Frequently I informed u that I wanted to replace the ear ring design .At that time ,I had not got any reply from your team .. Except the above mention problem ,everything was all right .
Since we live in the US he was gonna have it order online and ship it over here but Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said it will be $80 for the shipping which is approx INR 5340 more. So he asked his friend to have it picked up the ring from the store itself since she was visiting India at the same time. She goes in to the store and was said that we can't order online and have it shipped to the store and once you buy online you have to ship them back if there is any repairs or replacement. The store is not responsible for that. Any way so our friend asked them at Kalyan Jewels to have it made there and she can pick it up once its done. They said that they don't have the mould for the same ring. Like SERIOUSLY? I mean its understandable that you don't carry all the online designs in the store but someone is in your store requesting you to make a ring which you sell online. Why Kalyan jewels direct us to Candere when we want to see designs or buy something? Why Kalyan jewel can't help us when Candere and Kalyan has a tie up? Why being such a big jeweler who have so many branches doesn't have a mould for the ring which they sell online? Any way my friend was asked to come again another day to talk to someone else for the ring and so she went in again and the staff said we can't do anything we don't have the mould for that. So after being disappointed twice my friend went to a local jeweler and placed an order for the same ring with the same specification for the diamond and the gold and it costed INR 41,205 and it came out perfectly beautiful. It took 3 weeks to get the ring made. And look we saved about INR 15,000.00 for the exact same ring! Kalyan/Candere has terrible management/organization they have no idea what they are doing. The staff is not helpful at all. And more over TOO PRICEY!
I was not sure about the product so i just placed it in a cart to review again later. That very moment I got a call from Customer executive Miss Khusboo saying the prices are going to be hiked after an hour so kindly do the purchase ASAP which I did. The next day when i viewed the product again I observed that the product price was slashed by Rs. 600/-. After that though i placed many products in the cart but I never got any call from Candere team again.
Secondly after three weeks of wait I got intimation from Candere about the shipment details. Continously I was checking with the given tracking id but the result data showed that there was no consignment with that tracking number. I contacted the customer care again and Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said that the tracking id was wrongly updated
Lastly after I got the proper tracking id I found out that the product was already delivered though in reality I did not receive my order. It was a prepaid order so I was frantic. I kept calling the customer care number but nobody responded. When I connected via chat, all I got was false assurances and lastly the most interesting solution was that the whole system of candere is down and that they will arrange a call back with me, which nobody did.
After two days of trying the call Miss Bhasin responded my call and said that the product is already delivered. What the hell! If the product was delivered to me why would i take such a pain. I asked for the refund of money saying that I am appalled and disappointed to which she let a small chuckle. I was frantic here and she on the other side found it funny.
I am still trying to trace my product calling all the DTDC courier services in this area and Candere team on the other hand is doing nothing saying the product is already delivered.
My review is not on the products but on the poorly managed after sales customer care services.
My final verdict is Please do not buy from this site ever.
Did anyone filed consumer complaint on this company ("Candere"), We buy a product with a price in online, but at the time of delivery Candere By Kalyan Jewellers increase the product weight and demand more money. Initially on my first order I thought it was manufacturing mistake, but they are purposely doing it. Then I looked in online, many of other customers have this experience.
Because of their fault in the manufacturing, I don't want to pay and told them if you can't send it please do cancel it. They have told that they will charge 10% of the cancellation fee. This is how they try to ransom the customers. I felt there is no use in speaking to them, instead taking it legally would be much better at-least we can stop them cheating other customer.
Other unhappy customers, please share your complaints to this mail ID

One of the customer service Named Minesh Sharma told me with a mail to few people in cc that the refund will initiate by 20-21st May but there is not receipt or anything shared but this person. I kept mailing Minesh and candere support since past few days but there is no reply.
This people are really frauds and can cheat to you to a level where you will buy gold and land up not getting product nor refund.
This online service should be banned by consumer care act
I would like to mention Jeetendra here who is my go to man for any doubt/help/service I need at candere.com.
I would definitely suggest you to try candere.com for any jewelry shopping.
