I ordered one platinum diamond ring 984564 & received the same. Ring is good but Candere By Kalyan Jewellers charged very high for Diamond, Difference of Rs 46707 from other websites. I. shooted them mail also but didn't responded in proper manner. Planning to go to consumer forum to get back tge difference amount. All problem occurs because their customer care didn't conveyed all the things to the customer. At the time of my purchase 40% off is running on diamond price but they didn't applied the same in my order thats why feel like cheated. Any higher authority if reading this can contact me on *******177. Else soon will see you guys on. Consumer court as this us the matter of 47000 Rs & we belong to middle class family, hard earned money for us.

I ordered two necklace then i paid the amount in EMI options I paid four only two is remaining after 4 EMIs Candere By Kalyan Jewellers are telling that amount got increased so I need pay 26k more for that now I said I don't want that jewelry so cancel it but now they asking to deduct 10% on total cost it's coming around 6k they will deduct what a fuking rules that's my money why they asking to pay deduct amount of mine they kept my money for 1year they need to pay interest for me. They are cheaters don't trust them guys

Literally the worst thing that has ever happened to me was the thought that i had to buy from you guys.

Firstly you took so $#*!ing long to ship the item and when you got time to $#*!ing ship it you chose one of the worst companies on earth "Bluedart".
Another $#*!tiest fraud that you guys advertise is that sit and relax no one knows what is inside the delivery bag/box. Shipping bag literally states expensive jewelry you morons. Stop that false advertisement first.
Now come to the shipping part by the worst delivery company, delivery guy called me and asked that sir are you at home? I said yes and he said he is standing below my building and will come upstairs soon.
Whole $#*!ing day passes what i get is a message from Bluedart saying that the package is delivered. He $#*!ing delivered it to some literally random flat. I called immediately and someone in your CS team said he has raised an inquiry and would investigate and call in the next 30 minutes.
Its been literally more than 10 days now and no one has called.
Also, you guys have emailed me that i would receive a refund for the size difference and i have not received that too so $#*!ing process that fast.
$#*!ing worst experience ever!
No going to buy anything from you guys also had told this to everyone i know so no one falls into your $#*!ing scam.

My boyfriend stays in India, and thus we thought it is a good idea for him to order a ring online for our engagement from an India Jeweler. We selected this company as it is affiliated with a large jeweler in India. We ordered a cushion cut diamond ring, the delivery was a week late and he ended up having to go to a store himself to collect the ring a few hours before his flight to my country for the engagement. The late delivery was not the worst nightmare thought, he was in a rush, and did not realize Candere By Kalyan Jewellers gave him an emerald cut diamond instead of a cushion cut diamond. The diamond certificate, on the other hand, said that this is a round cut diamond. Candere had messed up every single aspects of this order. Nothing was right with this business, don't buy anything here.

I had ordered necklace on 9th Nov 20 and cancelled on next day(10/11/2020). Even after 25 days of cancelling I still didn't received refund. While contacting customer service Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said reason if refund initiated but due to bad payment gateway transaction is failed. Every time I contacted customer service same answer is getting to me. Cheating customers with the name of reputed sellers. Also listened about Kalyan is they are selling totally fake products their products in the open market is less than 25% in value. Also no other buyers is not showing interested on this gold purchased from Kalyan. Shame on this sellers money will not get easily., please be aware of this fraud products & seller.

I had bought a gold bracelet jewelry online from Candere order Number 1015026 on 26 December 2021. When it arrived on 5 Jan 22, we realised it was small and wanted a return as per policy as it could not be exchanged within the time we required it. Here the problem started - the first time we asked for a return Candere By Kalyan Jewellers confirmed it but nothing happened. Realizing that the 15 days return period would get over We again raised a query through email with no response. They keep telling you all sorts of stuff on WhatsApp chat but problem does not get resolved. The customer care number kept getting disconnected. Finally we managed to get through but the pick up and refund is yet to happen.

I was little worried to spend 40,139 Rs on a diamond ring that I has seen only online but after reading the return policy and diamond grade card report with easy monthly installment service, I bought it. The ring is stunning and it looks just like it did on the website. It was delivered on committed date in a nice box that was perfectly packed. Buy with confidence and you wont be disappointed. I ordered a 22Kt diamond ring and it's the most beautiful ring that I would have ever owned. I got amazingg support from the Kalyan team as ring took 1.5 months to get delivered to me as I ordered it during the lockdown. But Jeetendra sir from the Kalyan team was in constant touch with me on call and what's app right from the selection of correct ring size to the time it finally got delivered to me. I opted for a wrong size initially but then he personally got in touch with me and helped me with the issue. I really appreciate their services and I am looking forward to order more in future.

Easy way to shop, But I was directed to another gateway for payment once after I selected net banking. I didnot find IDBI bank for net banking in the next page, instead I was about to make the payment through debit card. I stoped the payment since the page did not seem genuine. I closed the page and came back to Kalyan Jewelry page and again I made the payment through net banking.

This review is in regards to an online order done by my brother. At time of order the amount got deducted via paytm gateway. My bank was OBc and as per *******@candere.com the amount got fluctuate in their account after 3 days of the payment. As this was an anniversary order for my wife. I thought as the order would be delayed so I requested for a cancellation. I was surprised when the agent called my bank "Ghatiya" and ask not to do any future payment from OBC bank. Also Candere By Kalyan Jewellers asked for 10% cancellation over the order. It just a simple request to all those client who are looking to shop with Kalyan or any brand associate with candere. Dont purchase with them. They are just looting hard earned money

My to be Fiancé liked a ring online for me which was size 6 with the specifications of 18k Yellow Gold, SI GH Diamond Quality for INR 52,243.00
Since we live in the US he was gonna have it order online and ship it over here but Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said it will be $80 for the shipping which is approx INR 5340 more. So he asked his friend to have it picked up the ring from the store itself since she was visiting India at the same time. She goes in to the store and was said that we can't order online and have it shipped to the store and once you buy online you have to ship them back if there is any repairs or replacement. The store is not responsible for that. Any way so our friend asked them at Kalyan Jewels to have it made there and she can pick it up once its done. They said that they don't have the mould for the same ring. Like SERIOUSLY? I mean its understandable that you don't carry all the online designs in the store but someone is in your store requesting you to make a ring which you sell online. Why Kalyan jewels direct us to Candere when we want to see designs or buy something? Why Kalyan jewel can't help us when Candere and Kalyan has a tie up? Why being such a big jeweler who have so many branches doesn't have a mould for the ring which they sell online? Any way my friend was asked to come again another day to talk to someone else for the ring and so she went in again and the staff said we can't do anything we don't have the mould for that. So after being disappointed twice my friend went to a local jeweler and placed an order for the same ring with the same specification for the diamond and the gold and it costed INR 41,205 and it came out perfectly beautiful. It took 3 weeks to get the ring made. And look we saved about INR 15,000.00 for the exact same ring! Kalyan/Candere has terrible management/organization they have no idea what they are doing. The staff is not helpful at all. And more over TOO PRICEY!

I bought an earrings for the occasion of rakhi 20 days before. Till date, no reply, no proposer response from customer services, same replies. Until the customer ask, Candere By Kalyan Jewellers dont reply, but they spam my inbox everyday with offers, new products, old products all kind of nonsense. But never send an update about the product. Zero efforts after sales. Buy from them when u dont care when it arrives to you. Buy it and forget that your bought an item from them. They give you surprise, when you reborn, they will deliver it to your new mother..

I had a very bitter experience with Candere. When I made first two purchases it was hassel free so I made a purchase again and that was when the hell journey started.
I was not sure about the product so i just placed it in a cart to review again later. That very moment I got a call from Customer executive Miss Khusboo saying the prices are going to be hiked after an hour so kindly do the purchase ASAP which I did. The next day when i viewed the product again I observed that the product price was slashed by Rs. 600/-. After that though i placed many products in the cart but I never got any call from Candere team again.
Secondly after three weeks of wait I got intimation from Candere about the shipment details. Continously I was checking with the given tracking id but the result data showed that there was no consignment with that tracking number. I contacted the customer care again and Candere By Kalyan Jewellers said that the tracking id was wrongly updated
Lastly after I got the proper tracking id I found out that the product was already delivered though in reality I did not receive my order. It was a prepaid order so I was frantic. I kept calling the customer care number but nobody responded. When I connected via chat, all I got was false assurances and lastly the most interesting solution was that the whole system of candere is down and that they will arrange a call back with me, which nobody did.
After two days of trying the call Miss Bhasin responded my call and said that the product is already delivered. What the hell! If the product was delivered to me why would i take such a pain. I asked for the refund of money saying that I am appalled and disappointed to which she let a small chuckle. I was frantic here and she on the other side found it funny.
I am still trying to trace my product calling all the DTDC courier services in this area and Candere team on the other hand is doing nothing saying the product is already delivered.
My review is not on the products but on the poorly managed after sales customer care services.
My final verdict is Please do not buy from this site ever.

I bought necklace for my mum's anniversary online as I live in London and cannot be present to visit stores. Also I find shopping online much easier and stress free compared to visiting shops as I can take my time to decide. Trust was a big factor as I paid from my international debit card and incurred charges for shopping internationally. All the team at candere has been immensely helpful and customer agents are polite and friendly and trust and transparency was maintained throughout. Also to mention I had bought my wedding jewelry from Kalyan jewellers and now I am there forever customer! Best people to deal with.!

I have raised a request for Refund and it has been more than 45 days of unending false promises and fake commitments over 35 email conversations from you guys that the refund will be processed. There is no professionalism in any of the replies on the mail from your customer support which makes me wonder if you are really doing it on purpose or you are doing it to play around with peoples money. Order number - 521168 Customer Support - Bhavin. No idea if he is real too. I would advice any of you guys to not get into the trap of CANDERE and wait for your hard earned money by asking them to refund it. Its such a waste of time and also zero accountability from CANDERE.

I was looking to purchase jewellery first time online, with little bit doubts in mind I decided to give a chance to Candere, Candere By Kalyan Jewellers were quite professional to help me with all my queries. Placed the order and was waiting for product, got proper updates of various stages of manufacturing and safe delivery with nice packaging. Thanks Candere for making my purchase memorable!

Did anyone filed consumer complaint on this company ("Candere"), We buy a product with a price in online, but at the time of delivery Candere By Kalyan Jewellers increase the product weight and demand more money. Initially on my first order I thought it was manufacturing mistake, but they are purposely doing it. Then I looked in online, many of other customers have this experience.

Because of their fault in the manufacturing, I don't want to pay and told them if you can't send it please do cancel it. They have told that they will charge 10% of the cancellation fee. This is how they try to ransom the customers. I felt there is no use in speaking to them, instead taking it legally would be much better at-least we can stop them cheating other customer.

Other unhappy customers, please share your complaints to this mail ID

I called Minesh Sharma to place order, I ordered 3 product out of which 2 were delivered and 3rd one was put to refund as the product couldn't match the quality management.
One of the customer service Named Minesh Sharma told me with a mail to few people in cc that the refund will initiate by 20-21st May but there is not receipt or anything shared but this person. I kept mailing Minesh and candere support since past few days but there is no reply.
This people are really frauds and can cheat to you to a level where you will buy gold and land up not getting product nor refund.
This online service should be banned by consumer care act

Initially I was hesitant in placing order with them but talking to their support staff gave me confidence and my decision was not wrong. I have placed many orders with them(ring/bangle/earring). Candere By Kalyan Jewellers always delivered before time also jewelry design were very neat and clean.

I would like to mention Jeetendra here who is my go to man for any doubt/help/service I need at candere.com.

I would definitely suggest you to try candere.com for any jewelry shopping.
