I am so irritated by this place
I am so irritated by this place. I placed my order before Thanksgiving to make sure I would get my canvas on time, CanvasDiscount emailed me saying that the size I ordered was "back ordered" and would take longer to receive then expected. Weeks go by and I hear nothing from them, I tried emailing and calling numerous times to find out where my order was and no one answered or got back to any of my emails. I finally received my cheap looking canvas 1 week before Christmas rolled up in a box (which was not what I expected at all) and not only was the size WAY off, it was damaged. Part of the picture was rubbed off smack dead in the center of the photo and there are spots all over the top of the photo. I tried emailing the company once again and heard nothing back, the photo was so bad that I had to pay another company to expedite a new canvas for me so that I would have it in time for my dad's Christmas gift. I still have the canvas sitting here and still after the 3rd email now, have not heard back from anyone. I will be filing a dispute with my bank tonight after reading all of these reviews. This place is a rip-off, I do not recommend ANYONE buying from them.

Dec 4th, 2011 - placed my order for my wife's Christmas gift (was told I should RECEIVE the package within 2-5 business days)

Dec 13th - No package and no sign that the package will be coming soon, so I first call the company and get the busy tone the first 5 calls and finally on the 6th get the answer machine only to find out their voicebox was full. So, I resort to emailing the company about my situation and gave them all my contact info, and I got an automatic response back saying one of their workers will email me back with details within 1-3 days

Dec 15th - NO PACKAGE, NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL... I try calling the company again. Get busy tone for the first 20 calls and then to my surprise a human being picks up the phone. She asks for my name and order number and tells me she recognizes my name and just made a FedEx label for me and that I will be getting a tracking number in an email immediately. And sure diddly doo I got an email when I got off the phone with a FedEx tracking number and on top of that she upgraded me to priority overnight shipping. Too good to be true? Yep

Dec 18th - NO PACKAGE. Call up FedEx to see where the package is and CanvasDiscount tell me Best Canvas made a label but never gave FedEx the package! I try calling Best Canvas multiple multiple times but never get anything more than a busy tone.

Dec 20th - NO PACKAGE. Call at least 30 times getting a busy tone and finally get an answer by an annoyed worker. Gave her my name and order # and got put on hold for 9 MINUTES! She comes back to tell me my order got lost somewhere in the mix and her boss will immediately print and send my order as soon as he gets off his break and I will have my package before Christmas. Soon after, I got an email with a new FedEx number and another overnight priority shipping upgrade. Also, I finally received a response to my email sent on the 13th restating that I have a new FedEx number.

Dec 23rd - NO PACKAGE. Call up FedEx and I hear the same story as before: Best Canvas made a label but never gave FedEx the package to ship.

Dec 25th - NO PACKAGE. I am not surprised and expected nothing more out of this company. I give up hope on ever seeing my wife's Christmas gift in 2011.

Dec 26th - NO PACKAGE. I don't care for dealing with Best Canvas any longer. I call them up and shockingly get an answer on the first ring. Gave the lady my info and she says my order somehow got lost, but could get it to me by the 30th. I told her that I no longer believe what the company tells me and I want a full refund. She says that is okay and that I will be getting my refund in 1-5 days.

Dec 27th - The one darn thing this company actually followed through on. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. OH HAPPY DAYS!

Please don't use them. They should not be getting paid for false advertising and false promises

Horrible customer service
I ordered a 40 x 60 blanket that was a collage of photographs of my mom my brother and I for Mother's Day. Nowhere on their site does it say that their blanket is actually cropped down to 38 x 53 which is a pretty severe cropping. This resulted in my mom myself and my brothers head being decapitated from the top and bottom of the blanket. I spent two hours trying to call them on their ridiculous customer service line. Their phone line literally hangs up after 10 minutes and 39 seconds you can time it yourself. Forcing you to get back into the queue and wait again to be hung up on 10 minutes and 39 seconds later. I never did get through to them on the phone and I do not think CanvasDiscount actually have anyone answering the phones. Furthermore they claim their phone lines are only open from 11 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. which is the shortest customer service I've ever seen on any business on this planet. And yet they claim they have VIP customer service what a joke! They did respond to me within 48 Hours via email and instead of believing me when they knew damn well how much crop they do on their blankets, they asked for photographic evidence. My mom refuses to get a cell phone so she had to get a neighbor to come over to take pictures and then those have to be downloaded and sent to me and then I sent them to Canvas discount. Their response rather than admitting that they drastically screwed up, was well we're sorry you're not happy with what you sent us but you going to have to cut the blanket into pieces and send us a picture of the pieces we know you're not just keeping it before we refund your money. I don't know what kind of sick crazy jackwad would ask somebody's mom to cut up an art project that their son made for them but that's not going to happen I proved you idiot screwed up you didn't apologize and you need to return my money and nobody should ever use these morons again.

Run far away from this site!
I would leave 0 stars but i not think it is possible. I placed an order of 11 prints with them. Approximately 3 weeks later I received their box. Which contained someone else's pictures and no packaging slip. After calling for half a day since the on line agent was unavailable I finally reached a very short rep in the phone which could care less I had someone else's photos. I was told to go ahead and throw out the other person's pictures and that I needed to go and reorder everything from my original order that CanvasDiscount would just replace the other persons order. It did not make sense to me that I had to redo my order but they were just going to refill the other person's order, but I did it anyway I emailed them as they requested once I have replaced my order they notified me that they would pull it start reprocessing it. I then had to call back when they had not pulled it and placed my order the 2nd time. It has now been seven days since that and my order has now gone from in production, to order receive I called for about an hour... got a rep on the phone and told her I needed help with an issue in an order that I had placed and I was promptly hung up on I have now been calling again for a little over an hour with no answer. My suggestion to you is do not place an order with them go somewhere else save yourself the headache

Confusing, Annoying, Useless Company.
I chose CanvasDiscount due to great reviews I had read last month and decided to use this website and get a gift for my mother for Christmas. I ordered ONE small canvas on December 9th 2019 expecting my canvas to arrive in the 2-6 day guaranteed delivery promise that CanvasDiscount makes only to find out that after this company took my money out of my bank account CanvasDiscount send me an email saying that shipping may take longer than expected. I then received a tracking number from a shipping company in GERMANY. CanvasDiscount promises that their products are made in the USA so why is it coming from Germany? I tried contacting their customer service only to get a live person after two tries. Their customer service representative said to me just like their website that "they guarantee it will arrive before Christmas." WELL, it's two days before Christmas and still nothing but a USPS update from a couple of days ago that it is in customs in NYC. Thanks CanvasDiscount for ruining a Christmas gift for my mother. A damn mess. I will be seeking a total refund and I will NEVER use this site again and will tell everyone about this scam of a site.

I recently ordered 3 gallery wrapped canvas photos...
I recently ordered 3 gallery wrapped canvas photos from canvasdiscount.com (46"X36", 36"x24", and 20"x16"). I was surprised how cheap CanvasDiscount were since I got all three of these for the price of another site for just the one 46"x36" (and that's with the other sites 50% discount). I decided to order before reading the reviews (my mistake) but am glad I did because I would have never bought from canvasdiscount.com had I read the reviews.

Before checking out I decided to read the return policy just in case the photos didn't come out correct and that's where I noticed that it said some canvas's weren't shipped already assembled and that you had to do it yourself. This concerned me since I have never done it before so I emailed them to clarify. They sent an email back the next business day stating that all gallery wraps are delivered ready to hang. After that I decided to go ahead with my order since it was free shipping on orders over $100.

I got a little concerned when I noticed that the billing was done overseas and that's when I decided to check the reviews. Wow, these reviews put canvasdiscount.com in the worst possible light. I immediately emailed *******@bestcanvas.com (since I noticed some people had success emailing him) with my concerns. George quickly responded and assured me that the canvas's were on high quality canvas and that they come pre assembled.

I got my order today and I have to say I couldn't be happier. Everything came out great and it was all already assembled ready to hang like promised. Looks like canvasdiscount.com heard peoples reviews and actually decided to do something about it.

I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to decorate their home and not spend a fortune on some of the other sites out there. 5/5 Stars!

This company has so many websites across different...
This company has so many websites across different countries advertising the same service and I believe CanvasDiscount should stick with one website instead of renaming it over and over again due to the incredible loss of goodwill stemming from extremely poor customer service and borderline criminal operations. My suggestion is WorstCanvas.com. Here's my story:

On December 2nd, 2011 I purchased a 24"x12" printed and framed color photograph canvas with a hanging system from BestCanvas.com for $61.04.

It has been over one (1) month since I placed my order and I have not received the products which I had purchased. I have tried contacting BestCanvas.com by telephone and twice by email; however, I have not received any reply nor have they contacted me regarding my inquiries.

Also, read Yelp.com reviews (Everyone here should also post elsewhere to prevent other people from going through this agony). This link also confirms the fraudulent nature of this operation:

Fast production and shipping, limited default settings
Pros: The size, style selection, and upload process was easy to use and easy to edit. The print weight was lite and easy to hang. The print quality and color on the canvas was nice and clear and true to the original photo. The shipping came fast, which was a real positive for me.

Cons: The user interface doesn't allow you to see a large enough example of what the final product will look like. The positioning of the photo on the canvas via the user interface is truly limited, and doesn't allow you to reduce the photo smaller than it's default minimum size on the preview screen - forcing/requiring you to select a larger size in order to see "more" of the photo on the canvas. This is a very negative aspect of this service, in my opinion. With the quality and size of my original photo, I should have been able to see a greater portion of the photo and have it fit more fully within multiple (and smaller) options, but the interface didn't allow it. The print was stapled to a lite wood frame that was an inch shorter both in width and length that the size I had ordered, as well as the photo seemed to have been printed a bit larger on the canvas that what I had originally chosen. In regards to the overall quality and cost of the product, no matter what the marketing psychology is attempting to pitch to buyers with "value", I would put the cost higher than it should be.

In conclusion: I wanted something quick, easy, and quality enough to beautify my wall. It's good enough and fulfilled my purpose.

I then saw on your site the all orders over $75 get free shipping. I got my email of confirmation and it had said I was getting charge shipping? I thought simply there was a glitch of some sort. So i decided to call in "*******926"

The guy I talked to told me I need to order over the Canadian website. I had no idea there was one. Your employee said once you order over the Canadian site, I should call back in and you guys would apply the credits that I was expecting, hence "SAVE75" and Free shipping over $75.

Then I called to get my credits with my Canadian order "#CAA*******373"
The guy I talked to found the guy I was originally talking to and said CanvasDiscount will apply a $70 credit. I was happy that you had kept your word. Later that day I was realizing there was no confirmation email for that credit. So I called in again! They lady I talked to said there's no record of a credit being added?

I'm pissed! I can't believe what I had to go through. Very misleading and a waste of my time! You will not see me ordering from you again and I will be posting this email on sites that rate your site.

Canvasdiscount finally did send me replacements
I tried to delete my prior review but I don't see nowhere to do so so I wrote this new review...
I ordered my order early November and it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. My final piece of my order came January 10th. I had a lot of issues alone just to to get my items. Broken items, missing items, damaged items, wrong items. But When my actual real blankets finally arrived some were all blotched with ink on the back of the material. I only post it on here about the material but I received some sort of thin flannel type material of the same pictures I ordered on my blankets in the mail out-of the blue. I don't know if CanvasDiscount sent them for replacements or was left over patterns or what but it's fine with me. I'm just going to sew them to the other side of the ink blotch blankets. And consider my order done. I give this company credit for at least trying to do a good job and get my order right. I am not a satisfied customer but yet I am not an unsatisfied customer as well. After all the crap I've been through just trying to get my order. I am just going to accept what I received whether I have to fix it or not at least it is my order. Thank you canvas discount. For finally putting this miserable Christmas gift order to rest...

I have order my blanket order from this company about three months ago, in which was suppose to be a birthday present. I've called back multiple time, and the caller would say,"you have to wait another 4-7 days" I would wait nothing would come I asked what is taking long? CanvasDiscount told me I had to wait 4-7 business days so I counted the days again nothing had been delivered. So I call back again and I ask where is my order and they tell me that it wasn't even shipped out yet, so would I want a replacement or a refund? WHAT I REALLY WANT IS MY BLANKET? So, I listen to the service agent again and I order for a replacement which I waited the right amount if business days again. So, I called the company again with a rude costumer service lady when I asked where is my order again? She again told me that I would have to wait another 4 days and if I don't get it call back and either get a replacement or a refund. I asked if there's anything else they could do since I've been waiting three months now she replied nothing. So, let me just help you guys in saying don't waste your time or money with this company!

Surprised
I was super skeptical. I read a bunch of reviews and I thought CanvasDiscount all sounded scammy, but for the price I figured I would just try it.

I just used iPhone photos. When you upload your photo to the website, they automatically give you just the sizes available to the resolution you've uploaded. I still was able to order a 30x40 canvas (still skeptical at the point). I paid under $100 for all three prints. Expecting some sort of major weird discount-y thing to happen.

The canvases arrived in within a week. They were wrapped professionally and securely. They were stretched appropriately on the wood frame and they look high quality. LOVE all three of the prints.

The canvas is rather thin compared to say, a classic oil painting canvas. For me, this isn't an issue, and they are still going to look great on my wall. I would just say that's the "get what you pay for" part of the whole deal.

The only critique I have is with the web cabibilities. Other websites show a 3D proof of your canvas (what it will look like stretched and wrapped), and also convey what the resolution will look like on the canvas. I was uneasy ordering, because the website only showed me a low resolution proof. I'm sure there have been many customers who have not followed through with an order because of this. Again, because of the price, it's hard to say it's not worth the risk...

Cheap price, poor quality workmanship and materials
You don't get what you pay for, you can get the same price with a much better result by using their competitor. Canvas material is like a thin polyester, not "canvas" at all and when mounted on their wood framing the imprint of the wood framing is as if it was ironed on to the material, leaves an imprint... stretching the print is sub par by them... usually has fold and waves in the finished piece and the framing is skewed as well... I have bought many from this company as CanvasDiscount were cheap and had to work at fixing the pieces... but now that I have found CanvasChamp... bye bye canvasdiscount and bestcanvas... one in the same. I have been communicating about replacement... they will replace with evidence of a destroyed canvas after I have PAID THE PRINT WORK AND backing /hanging hardware for it... wanted to donate to goodwill, want me to donate or destroy PRIOR to getting replacement with no idea if the replacement will be any better... their return/replacement practice is sub standard. They have received the evidence of the poor workmanship via photos in email to them. This is a German owned company, not American and have horrible customer service communication, can not get through to them via phone lines... must email and wait for them to respond... sub standard biz practices in my opinion. I am an Artist.

It's always been hard for me to know what to buy for my sister. And this year was no exception. I was going thru our family photos and came across some really good ones of her, her husband and her son. So I got the idea of creating a little collage on the walls of her new house utilizing (3) of the photos. I had (2) made in portrait format and another in landscape. I couldn't believe it when she called just a few days after I had ordered them. She was just over the moon with them, and hung them up that very day. I asked her about the quality, which was something I was very concerned about. She stated CanvasDiscount were as crystal clear as if they were the actual photos. I was happy to hear that being I had also purchased some for my own home. Mine came later that evening, and they were exactly as she had described hers to be, absolutely perfect. So perfect in fact that my little puppy growled at the one I had made of her. We haven't hung ours yet, but to understand how clear they are, the portrait one is of me when I was 18 and I'm in my 70's now. You can see the clarity. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting a beautiful photo canvas.

This company changed their name from "bestcanvas" to this, "discountcanvas" I'm guessing because the bestcanvas name got called out for being a SCAM. Obviously, this was done to fool people into thinking that this company doesn't have a history of bad reviews. It's kind of silly, what are CanvasDiscount going to do when the bad reviews start piling up for their new name? Change it again? Lol I mean look at the reviews for both names - not even one 3 star review.

Anyway, I placed an order a month ago and immediately received an order invoice confirmation stating that my order would be shipped within 5-7 business days, and a shipping confirmation email would be sent. Well, it's a month later and I never received my shipping email, no tracking, and no product either. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and even if it is shipped tomorrow it likely won't get here by Christmas.
I called their customer service number and as it is a Sunday I got no answer. Emailed as well and am awaiting a response, if I ever get one at all. (Based on the horrible reviews I probably won't).

I can't comment on the quality of the product because I never received it.

My concern right now is how I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank. I used a debt card to pay for this transaction and it that's equivalent to using a checkbook. If anyone has any suggestions please help.

I ordered a photo with the "oil painting effect" stretched...
I ordered a photo with the "oil painting effect" stretched on a frame from bestcanvas.com. I placed my order using a discount which gave me $88 worth of credit for $40.

The first problem I had was that Best Canvas only applied $80 toward my purchase instead of the $88 it was worth. When I called to inquire as to what the issue was, no one picked up despite repeated phone calls mid-January. I decided to follow these calls up with an email. More than a week later I never received a response.

My item was shipped promptly and I received it within the same week of placing the order, however when I opened it I saw that the photo did not have the 'oil painting' effect which I had ordered. It was simply a plain, enlarged photo stretched over a cheap wooden frame.

I again called Best Canvas a week later to complain and again after several calls, I could reach no one. I also again followed up with an email and as of today, I have received no response. Fortunately I complained to the company from I purchased the credit about the deal and CanvasDiscount have EXCELLENT customer service resulting in me getting a full refund for the voucher I used.

Best Canvas is obviously not in business for the long haul. Perhaps it's someone's part-time business? They don't seem concerned with retaining customers and there is no customer service. I imagine legal problems are ahead for this company.

Don't, just don't.
I ordered three of the "magic mugs" as Christmas presents for the grandparents. One in dark blue, one in cyan and one in orange. There was no magic to these mugs. You can see, at minimum, the outline of the pictures when the mug was room temperature. The color did completely disappear once the mug was hot and the picture could be seen clearly, but CanvasDiscount were almost creepy at room temperature. When I reviewed them at LivingSocial's request, I was honest. The company reached out to me and asked for pictures. I sent them and got the following back:
"Thank you for your message
Magic mugs in black have the best magic effect because the picture won't be seen at all until hot boiling liquid is inside.( like tea and coffee)
Magic mugs in other colors always show the picture printed on them without hot water only the original colors come up once the hot boiling liquid is in.
Please kindly let us know if you want a redo and we can change the color to black"
It would've been nice had their website stated that the pic could been seen on all the colors besides black. I would've ordered black...

My husband and I decided to get 3 canvas of our wedding photos and realized canvasdiscount.com was the cheapest and so we started the super easy ordering process. Yeah, it was probably way too easy! CanvasDiscount make it super easy for you to order, yet they lie about the amount of time it will take for you to recieve your order. Anyway, although it took forever to get our package, we were excited when we found out it had finally came... To our surprise, we recieved a package that didn't look like would fit 3 canvas portraits... This is of course because the box contained a bunch of pieces of cheap wood and poster type of the photos we chose. We were in shock because we realized we had to assemble it ourselves and did not notice anywhere on the website that we would recieve our products this way. I mean, are they serious? Do they really get away from doing this?

The one positive thing I can say is that the quality of the photos were decent. I read other complaints of poor quality prints, etc.

Anyway, my husband and father in law just took over an hour to assemble just one of the three canvas portraits. That is just rediculous! I wish just like the rest of you, we had read reviews before making a purchase.

After doing some research today, I learned that this company has changed their web address numerous times. Hmmmm, I wonder why? Could it be because they have got terrible reviews, complaints, and maybe even law suits against them? HECK YES!~

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS! GO TO WALMART'S WEBSITE AND ORDER FROM THEM... I BELIEVE THEIR PRICES ARE BUDGET FRIENDLY. YOU'LL PAY MORE THAN CANVAS DISCOUNT, BUT AT LEAST YOU CAN RELY ON THEM SINCE THEY ARE SUCH A HUGE COMPANY.

Three Attempts, Three Fails
Honestly, I cannot possibly imagine how this company is getting good reviews. I have to think at least some portion are fake and or bought. That or they've just plummeted in quality. Here was our experience:

We ordered a canvas print of a photograph we took while on vacation. The first print arrived and it was so dark, you could hardly make out our faces. On top of that, the canvas was stretched poorly and unevenly. The canvas came mounted on thick frame that was supposed to be white on the sides. The white was showing up on the front of the canvas and it was completely uneven. Imagine a Polaroid picture, except the white frame is completely uneven and not square.

There is a "contact us" form on the website and it says that you have to send in pics of the problem if you're requesting a reprint, but when I tried, the form wouldn't send and I had to retype everything - over and over again. Anyway, long story short, I ended up calling in and after a very long time on hold, I finally got someone who said she knew about the website problem and to just email her the pictures I had. Once CanvasDiscount saw the print, they agreed that it was too dark and improperly stretched. They offered to resend it printed and stretched correctly. Nice, I thought.

Attempt 2
For the second print, the color was now correct, but the canvas was still stretched improperly (same as last time) and this time the canvas was dirty. It's worth noting that each canvas comes completely sealed in plastic wrap. Anyway, all four corners had dirt on them (which showed up extra well on the white that shouldn't have been there). Also, there was a big black smudge in the center of the canvas. Again: pictures, call, email, reprint.

Attempt 3
Attempt 3: The canvas was for a third time stretched improperly and again the canvas was dirty. I mean, how is that even possible? At that point, I gave up and asked for a refund and (spoiler alert) I'm probably just going to end up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

All in all, a very poor experience. Whatever they've done well in the past, it seems they're no longer doing it. Try literally anywhere else.

Ordered my prints on December 4th because CanvasDiscount advertised 24 hour turnaround time. It's December 19th and I STILL have not received them. I have called twice. The first time, the person told me they assured me they would arrive by Dec 21 (leaving on a 10-day trip Dec 22nd). The second time I called, they told me the prints are in transit and scheduled to arrive on December 23rd! I am pissed. I understand that this is a busy time of year and that they had "printer issues", but don't advertise 24 hour turnaround time over the holidays if you cannot deliver.

Amendment to my previous review- I finally received my prints after we returned from our trip. The prints are lovely and were very well-wrapped for shipping. The company ended up refunding me 25% of the cost of my order because of the inconvenience. It amounted to about $36.00. I was grateful for that, especially since I had to in turn ship my prints to their recipients. The company must value customer service since they even offered me another discount after posting my earlier bad review. All in all, I was not please that they didn't make it to me on time (1 star) But, they were very nice once I received them (5 stars). This averages my review to 3 stars. If not in a rush to get my prints, I will likely order from them again since their quality and customer service was good.

After reading some sketchy reviews I decided to go ahead and order a canvas print from Canvas Discount. And even though it seems like a really bad idea (especially after reading most of these reviews) it only cost approximately $40 for a 12" x 36" canvas print, which is a really good deal, and at least worth a try.
I ordered my canvas print on a Wednesday, and it came promptly the following Monday morning. It came assembled, and the colors matched the image on my computer monitor almost perfectly. The only problems were that the black border for the canvas was a part of the front-facing image on the 12" sides, and there were a few barely noticeable lines/wrinkles in the canvas where it got bumped around from shipping. Other than that, It's a generally nice image and worth the $40 I paid for the job. I wouldn't use canvas discount if you're a professional selling photos in a gallery, but if you're just beginning to sell your photos and are on a budget, or are just looking to hang some pictures around your house, it is a very reasonable, practical way to go, and I honestly believe you will be satisfied with your prints.

Could get a 5* if they fixed the poor packing methods!
I like the print quality and pricing - but this company falls down completely when it comes to packing the artwork well enough to stand up to the delivery journey to my door. The canvas slides around the box in transit because it is not firmly taped down and because the ship with no corner protectors and place it face-down, the corners get abraded through the flimsy foam sheet. This is not rocket science to fix but all CanvasDiscount do is offer a re-print. I have taken them up on it twice - so that I now have received three damaged attempts at the same canvas. I hate to give up on them when the print quality is so good for the price, but I would rather pay a bit more and get it delivered intact. They have failed me so I am going to try other labs.

Update 8/4/19: Note how this company gives the identical stock response to every negative review. It is NOT TRUE - they absolutely do have my email address and I have sent them images as well as a video showing their poor packaging method which caused damage to the canvases I received - three times! It sows that they really don't care - just give lip service.

I received the package yesterday and was quite confused as the box was 4"x4"x12" long. I ordered a 16"x20" canvas picture. Hmmmm... well, I was very surprised to learn I had to stretch it myself. I put it away last night and decided I would figure it out today.

Well, with 200 thumbtacks at hand, a hammer and a good attitude, I am reporting total failure of this product. I consider myself a pretty handy person (plumbing, household maintenance, no problem). The cheap frame (that you have hammer together yourself) has splinters that put a small hole in the canvas in the corner. Stretching the canvas is very difficult with only 2 hands and if you like your photo's level, you can pretty much forget it. I have made 2 solid attempts totally over an hour of time. Still no better.

I am waiting find out if CanvasDiscount will return it AND send me a shipping label, but I am fairly certain that will NOT happen.

This is a seriously misleading! Don't show the finished product on the site and deliver a half finished product. OR show the upcharge to purchase it assembled... then a customer will know what they are getting.

While the price point is very attractive, you will never get the product you are envisioning from this site. Spend the money at shutterfly or snapfish or any other site with decent reviews.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! After CanvasDiscount sent me my original order of a black and white image, which somehow ended up in a brown tone, I had to have a reprint done, but once again the reprint was done wrong. Finally it was black and white like the original image was, but it then did not stretch to cover the stretcher bars that were provided for me. Once again, I called and spoke to someone about the issue that I was having and she told me that I could return the print and emailed me a shipping label. After shipping it back to them, I did not get a refund. After three weeks of patiently waiting, I called them to see what was going on with the refund and the man that I spoke with was not only completely unprofessional, but he told me there was nothing that he could do for me over and over. He claimed that they did not have the canvas that I sent back to them, that they never received it, and that they did not have a record of them sending me an email with a shipping label. I spent over ten minutes with him on the phone asking him why I had to pay for a mistake that I had not made and all he responded with was "I'm sorry ma'am, there is nothing that I can do." He basically tried to blame me and act like I was making all of this up and did absolutely nothing. There was no customer service, no compassion, nothing. Do not trust these people with your money! They will rip you off and leave you empty handed. I am now out $63 and do not even have a product anymore to show for it.

Shameful company
I think the folks at CanvasDiscount/BestCanvas spend more time putting up fake positive reviews than CanvasDiscount do working on canvases. No quality control whatsoever--- no customer care--- once they get your money, you are no longer of value to them. I've placed a few orders now in the last several months and I've had a number of problems including: bad prints (misalignment's, poor faded color, ink blemishes, loosely wrapped canvases), false promises for reprints, no responses to e-mails-- I've been hung up on when calling customer service, I've been hung up after being on hold, I've had 10 e-mails go unanswered within two months--- basically I've been scammed out of $1,000.
These guys used to be good-- I used them a number of times last year and had good experiences. They now ship from Germany(?) even though they are a Florida-based company. Yeah, sure they are. New ownership? They used to ship their canvases with foam padding, tightly packed with care and strong wooden frames-- now they ship in unprotected shrinkwrap, loosely in a box with no padding and their wood frames are flimsy, light and the lowest quality of wood you can imagine. Please watch out for these guys. CanvasDiscount--- you really have to shape up-- or just close your doors. This scam-show is sickening.

Acrylic Prints & Canvas
I ordered at CanvasDiscount twice several hundreds of dollars both canvas prints as well as acrylic prints.
While the price was one of the major reasons to decide for CD I came to realize that even though the prices have been pretty low the money is still wasted - the poor quality of the the 7! 30x40 Acrylic prints is simply inacceptable.
All of the acrylic prints show

-airbubbles between the photography and the acrylic sheet
- chips on edges of the acrylics probably due poor cutting process resulting partwise in saw tooth appearance of the edges
-the adheasive between the picture and the acrylic sheet does show visible distortions when pictures are mounted with lighting or in daylight conditions (i. E. close to windows)
The photo is attached to a single sheet of acrylic and not protected or supported in any kind from behind - which leaves practically no options to attach any kind of "invisible mounting solution from behind" - competitor products have a sheet of sintra mounted behind which contributes to stability and alternative mounting options. I would strongly recomend selfadhearing sintra sheets but CanvasDiscount will increase the costs significantly and you need to know what you are doing attaching those yourself.

Canvases offer a poor framing and the frames can be seen clearly as imprints in the pictures ( I orderd both versions standard frame as well as the 1.5' version)

I am very disappointed and whish I would have choosen a bit more expensive but quality option - there is no way that this quality is worth the regular pricing they state on their HP.

Don't believe the turnaround times or the quality/satisfaction guarantees!
The turnaround/shipping times promoted on the company's website is not at all accurate, which has lead to my business losing out on $$ opportunity. I was offered a profitable business opportunity from a local vendor on short notice. I chose canvasdiscount.com SPECIFICALLY because of the quick turnaround time advertised on their website. I have screenshots from their homepage that states: "Ready to ship within 24 hours".

I placed my order on July 26,2019 after business hours had closed. So I expected that my order would be started the following Monday and shipped out Tuesday. The website states that shipping is usually 2-6 business days, so I was confident I would get my order by the end of the week.

When I hadn't heard back by Tuesday (July 30), I emailed customer service (as that was the ONLY way to contact them listed on their website). I heard back on Wednesday (July 31). The email I received back says:
"Please note that all orders enter productions after our accounts department has established receipt of payment. All orders enter the production planning at 7 A.M. during the business days or the next business day at 7 A. M if the order was placed after this time during the day.

The manufacturing lead time for:

1) canvas products is 1-2 working days.
2) photo gift products is 3-5 working days.

Delivery may take:

1) canvas products 3 - 5 working days.
2) photo gift products up to 14 working days."

I went online to double check what I had read, and the "24 hour" promise was still there on their homepage. I dug deeper and also found on their shipping FAQs page: "Wall decoration (which my order falls into) shipped within 24 hours, delivery in 2-6 business days."

This email was unacceptable to me as it was CLEARLY different than what was advertised online. I then searched on Google to find the company's number so I could speak to someone in person. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that my order went into production on Saturday (7/27). She also told me that my framed products took longer to produce, hence the delay, but again... THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE. On the website, it says that wall decoration ships in 24 hours and both canvas and framed products are advertised as "wall decoration" on their website.

I reached out to the company via Instagram and received no response.

My husband reached out them on Twitter and received no response.

I only received a response once my order had shipped. But I didn't need it at that point because it didn't arrive in time and I lost out on a sizeable sale and marketing opportunity. When I asked for a refund, CanvasDiscount told me they would refund if I sent the giant order back on my dime (which is unacceptable as some of the prints are 30x36!) or if I destroyed all the products and sent proof of the destruction. How crazy is that!?

I am extremely disappointed in this company (and the lack of response I have received from my complaint) and will NOT recommend them to my fellow photographer peers or customers.

Worst company EVER!
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! This was my first (and last) time using this company for my photography business. I wanted to surprise my best friend for Christmas by having a secret photo shoot with her twin daughters, having a beautiful framed print made, and handing it to her on Christmas Day. Normally, I would have used my regular company, however my print would not have arrived before Christmas. I found canvasdiscount.com and right there on their site, it said "guaranteed delivery before Christmas". It was two weeks before Christmas, so that was perfect! It wasn't until after I ordered and received my shipping notice that it said my print would arrive January 4th. Of course I was annoyed, but what can you do? January 7th, my print arrives. Luckily, I opened it myself rather than just handing it over to my friend because the frame was broken! The packaging was not damaged even the slightest, so this had to have happened while CanvasDiscount were packaging it! I had to turn around and buy a new frame for it! I emailed the company and sent them pictures of the damaged frame and asked for a refund. When they eventually got around to emailing me back, they told me in order to receive a refund, I didn't need to send my "canvas print" back, but instead, "take a sharp object and cut through the canvas" then take pics of the destroyed print and email them proof it had been destroyed. I emailed them back explaining that I didn't order a canvas print, it was a framed print, which the print itself was ok, but the frame was broken! I told them again to look at the pictures I had sent. Days later, I get another email with no apology for the damaged product, or any kind of acknowledgement regarding my message in any way, but instead, a measly coupon code to use on my next purchase! Out of curiosity, I checked to see what my coupon discount would be...$12! My framed print I had purchased was $50! I will NEVER do business with this company ever again! Horrible customer service and extremely disappointing products!

I will be contacting Pay Pal tomorrow, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney Generals office and anybody else I can think of to get this Business in trouble. I have tried calling this company directly but no luck. So I emailed them. CanvasDiscount replied, but I still have not received a Fed Ex tracking number. This was their reply to the email:

Thank you for your order. Were sorry but your ordered wasnt processed due to some paypal payment issues on our end; not yours. Please allow us to resolve. We'll have your prints printed and shipped tomorrow. We just ask for your contiinued patience and cooperation while we resolve. Thank you and have a great day.

It Couldn't Have Turned Out Better
This picture was a cherished memory for my family. My brother had died in a snowmobile accident 8 years ago. I wanted my family to have a family picture taken, and my mom didn't want one taken because my brother wouldn't be in it. I had lied to my mom and family telling them, my daughter was taking a photography class, and she needed to take a family picture for a class. It was all a lie! My daughter and I arranged for her to take the picture of my family picture with my parents and two sisters. Then my daughter layered my brother into the picture looking like an angel standing next to me. The picture was perfect, and I wanted it on canvas. I ordered the 12X36 canvas print of something was very special to me, and was going to give it to my family for Christmas. CanvasDiscount delivered a perfect looking print on canvas. It turned out better than I actually expected it. When it arrived only a few days after I ordered it, I opened it, and I was completely speechless. It was the most beautiful print I ever saw. When I gave it to my family, CanvasDiscount also were speechless! I thank you CanvasDiscount for an incredible job on my very special print!
