Certifikid has been really awesome for our family! We love getting out together, adventuring together, having fun, and trying new things, and we've been able to do more of these activities thanks to deals on Certifikid. Deals have info about when they're valid and when CertifiKid expire, helping me decide if they're helpful to our family. I do wish they had more deals for tweens and up, but activities for the older kids can be challenging to find anyway. I highly recommend checking Certifikid for deals for your family!

It really bothers me that I am forced to opt in to marketing emails to finish checkout. You realize this is already illegal in Europe and California? Just b/c it's still legal elsewhere doesn't mean it's a good idea, it fosters bad will.

I have gotten some great deals on CertifiKid. The best one was a deal for the Watermine in Reston over the summer. Now that I have to pay for both my kids the 33% off deal was fantastic. I always check here before I buy tickets for anything involving my kids!

I have been using CertifiKid for years now! Absolutely love the deals you find and CertifiKid are all in one place, no going to multiple sites! I have purchased deals as gifts for my family, friends and coworkers. Always a new fun adventure to find.

I had a problem with a certifikid purchase of a karate place. I purchased the gift certificate when it was available in November/December and finally had a chance to use it on Wednesday, January 9. The place itself was unkempt and dirty. Not sure the last time the toys were sanitized. Bathroom was also unclean and I didn't want my children using it but I had no choice. The lessons itself were not even worth the discounted price as my children were distracted by all the chaos around it. I submitted a request to certifikid about my experience and that I wanted a refund. I received a response that it was the past their 5-day window refund so CertifiKid were unable to refund my money. I can't support/trust a company like certifikid if they can't stand by the companies they highlight, do their due diligence and refund dissatisfied customers.

Anytime we are looking for activities to do as a family we pull up the CertifiKid site. There is always a wide range of places to visit and local activities at discounted pricing. As a mom to three young kids we are always looking for things to keep us busy and not break the bank. CertifiKid has given us great families memories from theater shows, museums, and day trips! We cannot recommend CertifiKid enough!

I have recently moved to the area due to military orders. It is awesome to find a place that offers SO much information in one place. We are always looking for things to do and this is super helpful to find out what is around us to do!

Last March I planned to have my daughter's 6th birthday party at Skyzone. Pressed for money, I purchased tickets through CertifiKID.
Then COVID struck and I had to cancel her party for the sake of doing our part to keep everyone safe. CertifiKID refused to refund my money and instead gave me a credit. I wrote 2 emails begging for a refund so I would have the money to put towards an alternate birthday plan for my daughter and CertifiKid still refused. I thought they'd have a heart especially in difficult times, but nope. Here we are a year later, still fighting COVID, and my money still sits in their bank, not mine. There are never any offers on their website that are of use to my family, especially now because almost everything is still shut down due to the pandemic. So once again, I'm trying to plan something special for my daughter's pandemic birthday #2, with a credit I'm unable to use.

Unlike other deal sites that have an overwhelming number of items to search through, the deals on certifkid are sourced and quality deals for families. I have saved a ton on getaways and camping trips for the family! And am also exposed to new and fun places for my fam.

Won’t buy any coupon from this website anymore. I only got one coupon but CertifiKid charged me twice. I did send emails to claim the money. They asked me to check this and check that. And still they didn’t want to refund me. Their system has problems but why waste my time on making so many excuses? Very annoying.

I've been using CertifiKID for over 2 years and always had a seamless easy experience in purchasing and redeeming deal vouchers. CertifiKid have so many more deals than other similar sites. The site is very user friendly and I've saved my family so much money by purchasing vouchers through CertifiKID. Not to mention all the priceless family memories we have been able to create!

In the past but most recently I used them to purchase tickets for Disney on ice. I contemplated about paying 75$ for Disney on ice tickets and you can imagine as a family a 75$ price ticket is HIGH and a big bill. Before I bought them off Ticketmaster I received an email from certifikid and gues swhat they had the same tickets for only a portion of the price 17$. Omg what a savings with that discount we were able to attend more fun places this fall. I can't wait to see what's next for us to explore but I love certifikid and I've recommended this website to many families at my daughter daycare. The best thing ever woohoo.

I love CertifiKID, CertifiKid offer reviews, great deals on events in the community, they always offer contest/giveaways to give back to their following community. I love everything about CertifiKID, I highly recommend them for all they have to offer in discounts and great deals.

I don't write reviews, but I had to for this company. I was advised to use this site to purchase tickets for an event my daughter was performing in, and while on this site I looked at other things Certifikid promoted. I saw an offer for a make-your-own jewelry company where you send in your child's artwork and it is turned into a piece of wearable jewelry and sent back. I purchased 3 of these for $78. However, the coupon was only good for a month and we did not get the artwork into the company in time (our fault, yes). I emailed customer service if we could at least use the amount we paid for the voucher towards the price of the items but never heard back from Certifikid, basically rendering it worthless. At least with past Living Social or Groupon sites, if the voucher expires you are allowed to use the paid amount towards a purchase (the non-promotional value). I won't be using this site again.

Quick and easy. The only exception is the Google Pay feature that is a complete fail and made my experience very trying. Once I skipped this and input my information instead of autofilling it there was no problem.
I almost left the website and did not complete the purchase because of this.

So glad I had tickets saved me from breaking my 5yr. Old's heart. CertifiKid should make free children's ticket with purchase of adult ticket large enough to see when they pass them out at school. Barley adverted disaster with the kiddos. Thank you again.

I purchased a summer camp deal from Certifikid and found out that the vendor went bankrupt at 5:30pm the week before my daughter was to begin. Vendor wasn't replying to messages. Wrote an email to CertifiKID at 6:30pm (after business hours) explaining the ordeal, asking for a full refund, included the voucher number as well as the confirmation email from the vendor listing the camp dates for the following week. I expected them to follow up with me the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I woke the next morning to see that CertifiKID had refunded me the full $320 I spent on the voucher at 11:30pm the night before! That's good customer service. Anyone who had paid for the same camp directly through the vendor probably lost all their money. I'm grateful we didn't.

I have bought from this company over and over again and have always been happy with the experience. The deals are great and I like that CertifiKid have activities and also great products. I have even used this site to buy gifts. I don't understand any of the other reviewers who bash CertifiKID. You can't please everyone.
