This is a really disgusting place. I bought the deal at xtreme and acro gym party place. When I went to the place and tried to set up a birthday appointment. I was shocked by the place. It's so old and shabby. Not sure how CertifiKid can be a birthday party place. I want to get refund. But they refused. I will tell anyone just to stay away with this disgusting website. Would have been nicer if I could have clicked on the event and selected how many children tickets I needed and how many adult tickets I needed. Instead of clicking on the kids tickets, ordering the number of tickets I needed, Then going back to the event to order the number of adult tickets I needed.

My family has been using Certifikid for the past three years to get great ideas and deals for fun things to do with the kids. We've gone to pumpkin patches, shows, sporting events, museums and more for much less money than we would have paid otherwise. We have also found so many fun places we wouldn't have otherwise known about! We have made so many amazing memories thanks to deals we have bought on Certifikid. We love the site and recommend it to everyone!

I had trouble adding a new card to my profile. I had to update the card several times. Finally, I deleted my old card and entered a new card. I was denied a purchase several times even though I had clicked on a radial to use another payment method.

We just move to the area and CertifyKid has help us to know our surroundings without braking the bank. One dear friend recommended it to us and it was the greatest thing. We haven't had any problems with it. So 100% recommended.

I ended up having to ask my husband to create an account after I attempted 4 times to reset my password and log in. I tried 3 times from my cell and then tried my laptop with no luck. It was frustrating and time consuming.

Certifikid does not clearly advertise deals with all details and then when you the consumer realizes that the deals are shams, CertifiKid tell you they have a 5 day return policy and basically they look forward to your continued business. I bought a birthday deal for my sons 3rd birthday at Monkey Joes. As it is similar to BounceU we assumed when it said private party room it would be like our parties before. Not at all! It is open to ALL during our party! So, my 3 year old could be having their party at the same exact time as a slew of 12 year olds with no rotation or barriers etc. This is unsafe and was not at all clearly advertised by Monkey Joes nor certifikid who publicized it. Stear clear of this company! They don't care about their customers and do not vet the experiences that they aimlessly promote. STEAR CLEAR OF CERTIFIKID!

I have used Certifikid deals for so many activities for my kids in the Washington DC/Baltimore metro areas. We have discovered classes, vacation spots and activities and gotten to try them out with discount admissions! We have also really appreciated their discounts to sporting events and seasonal events like pumpkin picking or seasonal light shows. It's a great resource for families!

First purchase and the deal you offered is amazing! Even better than Groupon with additional promotions and i love that all these events you feature were vetted by you. It's so disappointing when you look forward to taking your child to something and it doesn't turn out like anything you expect.

Site is faulty. I was taken back to the selection of event screen several times and asked to sign up several times though I had already done so. Additionally, the event date availability changed so i had to continually press the back button to get to the original cart for purchase. Way too much of a hassle.

I purchased $25 for TWO SNOW TUBING Tickets for Montage Resort. The voucher stated that it expires on March 31,2017. I went there over the weekend and the resort was still open. However, CertifiKid closed the tubing early when we got there. I spoke with the GM there and they told they cant refund me since I bought it from a third party, which was Certifikid. I emailed them and they replied "We have spoken to the vendor regarding the early closure and they will honor your voucher for next season so you may use it then once they reopen". Unfortunately, we do not have the means to go back and forth easily when the place is 4hrs away! Nor we plan to go there ever again after this experience. I emailed the vendor asking for refund to no avail. Even though its a small amount, my hard earned did not deserve to be cheated on. Their customer service just keeps dodging and not helpful at all. Buyers beware of this merchant!

I wish that it could help me with typing my sentences because I still am not the best at typing good full sentences and I was trying to get better at not typing run-on sentences. Thank you but overall it is a good app. I don't have a business so I chose a random here is proof of purchase.

Was very frustrating to sign in. I have an account and had to repeatedly try to update my login information. After multiple attempts when my new password wouldn't work, and asking for new password attempts multiple times, I had to use a work email to completely start anew. Once I got in, however, the shopping experience was easy.

This is a great thing to do with your children as easy as an expensive and you just don't know what you're gonna get my email I love this website and are always looking for something to do now and I'm always looking for something to do with them now there's unexpected and this website does that

It took 5 tries to actually make the purchase. I even tried on the app, but it told me I had to go back to the website. How can the process be so cumbersome to update a credit card on file? I nearly quit - Just not worth my time when the site doesn't work.
