No customer service
I would give them am negative 100 stars if I could. I ordered parts from them 2 months ago and still have not received them. I first tried to call customer service to get the parts that were missing from the new tiller but no luck and thought it is only $15 and it will be easier to put in an order and pay. It is now to months later and trying to call customer service almost every day with no one picking up the phone. I have also tried emailing with no response. I will gladly pay extra in the and buy from a different company and not have to deal with this one. Stay away, no customer service at all.

High quality, good price
I sold my 50 year old log splitter instead of dragging it 21 hours to my new ranch and regretted it in no time. I have 47 acres of trees, and need it more than ever. I couldnt find anything even close to the quality of that old machine, for even twice what I sold if for. I finally settled for the 27 ton (or 28, not sure) champion tow behind that can be used vertically or horizontally. The price was reasonable, better than most Ive seen, and the power is what I'm used to. It devours any stump or log I put on it, and the automatic return is a new plus for me. Home depot sold it, want happy that Champion Power Equipment said it was in stock and ready to haul, but when I got there it was in a box, had to kill two hours waiting for them to assemble it, had to redo some of it when I got it home, but very pleased with the splitter.

Impressive Quality!
I bought this unit (model 46596) back in February and have been itching to take it out of the box! We had a very cold February around here so I had to wait. But finally! And was I ever impressed with the quality and looks of the unit. Added oil and gas and it started on the fifth pull... I forgot to turn on the engine switch for the first two; sorry! Ran like a sewing machine and performed as expected right out of the box. Guys, I am pleasantly surprised. Here's to many, many years of service.

19in champion garden tiller
I have a large garden space 60 ft long and 70-80 ft wide. My favorite Garden tiller I have owned starts with one pool and breaks up and tills new hard ground quite easily. Till depth is very adequate i will most likely never need to till with deepest depth on depth adjustment. It is a Great buy, it will work as hard as you want to push it. Very pleased and feel lucky that it is a quality tiller. Thank you. I would recommend this tiller to anyone who is a serious gardener that takes pride in their work.

4650 watt dual fuel eletric start inverter generator
My new generator was delivered by UPS the other day and when i opened the box and tried to set it up, the instructions were a bit unclear. However, after i figured it out and pushed the start button, i was very surprised by how easy it started, but was especially pleased when i realized how quiet it was and that it maintained a well regulated 122 Volt output! (Confirmed with my digital meter) The generator i had before was as loud as a world war 2 bombing raid and the output voltage ran a consistent 138 volts... high enough to fry all of my connected equipment. The Champion is a real hit at my house!

Like it initially, but haven't really worked it hard.
I just received and assembled the Champion 25 Ton Full Beam Log Splitter, Model 100251. Assembly was very simple since I had assistance to handle the massive main beam, which would have been a chore without help. The only issue I had was the fitting which connects the hydraulic return line to the tank. It is a tapered angle fitting which undoubtedly was engineered to fit into a hydraulic oil filter if included (this model did not have one). When installed directly into the hydraulic oil supply tank it will only screw in 3 1/2 turns or about 3/8". The female port in the tank is threaded about 3/4" deep, but there was no way the fitting could be threaded deeper (I TRIED). It seems to be functioning okay for now, but I worry that it may be an candidate for leakage later. A better designed fitting would have been a wiser choice.
Reading the reviews before I bought, I am surprised that the clear pressure side hydraulic line has not been changed to a heavier hose with threaded connectors on each end vice the clamp on fittings. I can understand how a very hot, potentially dangerous oil shower could result from the clamps working loose.
The final suggestion I would make would be to make the shut-off switch to a more accessible in case a sudden shutdown is required.
Other than the few issues I have noted, this seems to be a solidly built piece of equipment which I hope will serve my needs for many years.

Model #100812 - 5000-Watt Generator
This generator saved my family during a winter storm by supplying power to our main house heater, refrigerators, freezer, TV, internet, and a charging station for cell phones and devices. We were out of power from Monday morning at 8am, until Thursday night at 7:15pm. On Thursday, I ran the generator from 8:45am until 7:10pm straight, without refueling, while everything was plugged in and running. Best purchase I could have made.

Junk wood chipper
I brought a champion wood chipper ar Home Depot, used it two times and it jammed two, and then it broke, I called tech support waited on hold for 45 minutes until I did the call back and then it took another 1 and half hours for them to call me back, Champion Power Equipment told me take the the repair shop, so I did, 3 days later the shop called and it was done and that said it was not a warranty issue and champion would not pay it and I owed $65.00. Will never buy champion again!

REVIEW 12000 WATT
Have only had this size Champion a short while and have used only several time. I have found it to be a dependable machine to date with good power and dependable starting which is very important to me. It's a bit loud but not unexpected for this size generator. Can't rate gas consumption yet, haven't used for any long periods of time. I want to note that I also have a 4500 watt and have used it for the past several years with no major issues except one and that is the spark arrester getting clogged up, which prevents starting, time will tell if it occurs with this on.

Extraordinary Customer Service
Eliminator Performance Small Engine Repair in Southern Ontario, Canada has just purchased a Champion 3000 psi Pressure Washer that does everything we need it to do for our business. Just a shout out to the Customer Service Team at Champion, you are by far the best in the industry. We have serviced a number of Champion products and when we needed help the Champion Team went far and beyond what we expected. In some of the cases parts were supplied at no charge because of upgrades or past recalls. While others put you on HOLD listening to music Champion reacts and takes care of business. Thanks Champion it is a pleasure doing business with your Company.

So impressed that I purchased 3 of them!
I've had several portable generators, and after one of our hurricanes, I decided to go bigger, as I am a Ham radio operator with some power hungry equipment. The 5500 watt generation I had did an ok job supplying my needs, in order to share power with neighbors on either side, a little juggling was needed. After much searching and comparing, I purchased the 7500 / 9375 w unit, just before another hurricane. After a brief break in period, Irma was upon us. I ran this unit for 72 hours, almost continuously. NO problems with supplying me and 3 neighbors... one with small children, Champion Power Equipment all needed refrigerators and a few lights. I was so impressed with the performance with this unit, that when the Ham Radio Club I'm a member of, needed a generator for our mobile communications trailer, it was a "No Brainer" as to what my recommendation would be. We purchased a Champion "Dual Fuel" 4000 watt unit which right after breakin, was pressed into service for a 24 hour "off the grid" emergency practice event. It ran on propane for 30 hours non stop, with no problems and supplying really clean power. Finally, after our recent "Field Day"exercise (another 24hr off the grid event) using a inverter generator, I purchased the Champion 2000 watt inverter generator for myself. It was delivered today, and after unboxing, adding oil and fuel. It took 1 pull of the starter rope to "be in business", A quick check with my oscilloscope and plugging in my radio gear, showed nice clean power, and verified my decision. Thanks for making such great generators!

Reliable Equipment
I have bought a Champion Generator 9500/11500 and with good luck only had to use it a couple of times so far, and it was very easy to use, I have also bought a 20 ton Champion Wood Splitter 5 years ago and it splits 2 loads of over size fire wood each year with great results, and no problems still running like new. L had quit a few friends and neighbors ask about the Champions I own and tell them Champion Power Equipment can not go wrong buying one. Sorry I am not used to using a computer fully but can fax you a copy of the receipts if you like.

2000w Generator and Hanna
Several weeks ago I purchased the 2000w Champion Generator just in case I ever needed one. Well, living on the Texas coast, we got a recent visit with hurricane Hanna on 25 July 2020. We lost power around 11 pm. Next day pulled the generator out of the box. Read the instructions before start up. Added oil. Added non-ethanol gasoline, Place it in an open location. Pulled the start cord and it started on the third pull. We connected at window unit AC and that made the 24 hour long wait before power came back comfortable. The Champion Generator did its job. Thanks Champion. Good job.

Easy to use/High quality
Ordered Portable Champion 5500. Wheels, wheel vibration mounts and handle were very easy to assemble. Heavy so the wheels are helpful on asphalt and cement, don't recommend trying to pull over gravel, Champion Power Equipment even tell you "not made for rough terrain"
Filled with gas and oil and she started right up and we had our generator humming in no time! Whole process took 30 minutes max from start to finish. I ordered this on line through Tractor Supply and it was delivered the same day! Awesome product and good to have in these uncertain times!

Just Propane
Ordered a 2500w duel fuel generator MAY23 arrived today MAY28 unboxed the unit which came nicely packaged. Filled the unit with the supplied oil 10-30 added a hour meter to record usage for servicing. I didn't add any gas just attached the propane line to a 20lb propane tank which I will try and only use propane. More environmentally friendly and not having to carry gas. I switched the operating turn dial to chock and proceeded to pulled the starting rope about 15 times. I saw several YouTube videos about how hard it was to start the generator on propane. Yes it wasn't easy. It tried to start but stopped. I switched the dial to propane setting and pulled 3 times and the generator started running woohoo! I let it run for 5.3 hrs. I walked away from the exhaust about 20 feet and it was not loud but quiet. I'm pretty glad about non generator noise while camping / Boondocking. I'm sure the generator will run the A/C unit on my travel trailer which only uses less than 1100watts. I will change the oil and use synthetic oil as I use it in my other inverter generators. Oh FYI I did at times plug in several electrical items to run the generator up.

Bring on the storm
Bought a Champion 9500/7500 gas generator for the up coming storm season. Living in Florida, you have to be ready for power outages. It was easy to set up and ready to use. Put in the oil that came with the unit, poured in the gas and started it up. With the battery start up was easy. Plugged in the 25 foot extension cord that also came with the unit and plugged a window air conditioner, the frig, the micro wave and a lamp and everything worked fine. The large gas tank {5+ gallons} will keep it running for a long time.

Great value
It was easy to assemble right out of the box. The unit was really packaged great and nothing damaged. I put the oil and gas in the unit. I followed the start up procedures and the blower started up on the first pull. I started blowing leaves and worked great. As I was blowing the leaves to the street, I could slow down the throttle and control the leaves from going to far. I am very impressed with this walk behind leaf blower. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Awesome machine
Found it very hard to get it started at first, it took alittle over 45 minutes to do but it finally started. Found it doesn't accelerate to full throttle unless the line is only have length. But works great if you trim line to half length first. Only used it once so far but it did a great job once i figured out what I needed to do to get full power. Still a great machine ounce you figure out what works best for each machine. As shown in photo line is half length for mine to reach full throttle.

A life saving necessity during a "Power Outage".
My wife needs and "Oxygen Generator"; she is an asthmatic, during the last brutal ice storm, here in Oklahoma. We were out of power for five days. We had to call "Hospice", to help us through the ordeal. Thank God for "Hospice" nurses who were able to come to our house, in " 4-wheel Drive " Vehicles to help us.
This year because of "Climate Change", and impending hotter climate; I want to be ready and the probability of "Electrical Grid" failure; I bought a "Champion Duel Fuel 7500". We are prepared and our " Champion " is ready.

Model *******550 Prtable Generator review
Picked up this Genny at Canadian Tire last week.
The price was under 500 dollars on sale.
Cannot get a used unit for this price. We will be using this to power up lights, Fridge, Freezer and Boiler system at the house. We have a lot of outages in our area.
My friend is a master electrician and he installed wiring and breakers to code.
The generator started easily, is acceptable for noise level and all instructions and start up info is plainly on the unit.
I like the large tank. This is a good fit for my needs.

Great Generator
I ordered my Tri-Fuel Champion Generator and it arrived just in time to take care of us in Hurricane Ida.
I had prepared a valve and tee at my Natural Gas Meter, so it was a easy hook up. The Quick Start Guide helped a lot as Ida was baring down on us. My neighbors had to go out in the storm to fill their gasoline tanks on their non-Champion generators. It is under cover waiting for the next storm, which we hope never comes.

Best power washer in 20 years
I love this power washer, no problems at all, love it best one we've ever had. You need to keep the back of the machine towards you, while using so the hose doesn't come in contact with the exhaust, I know people burn their hose because the machine is facing them. I watched to make sure that didn't happen as it had in the past, when we had a gas one years ago. This one takes 1/4 time to do my house compared to my last electric one. I am so excited and happy with this purchase. We also have a champion log splitter where we have done over 100 cords with, starts up right away, and also have a generator... no problems with these machines. None at all... thank-you champion for your high quality equipment!

27 ton champion log splitter
I love this log splitter. It was very essy to assemble and started after only a few pulls of the rope. I love the option of laying flat or standing straight up. I have back problems so having it straight up and a piece of wood to sit on is very comfortable for me. The ram is very easy to lift up in the standing position. ( my old splitter made by another manufacturer) was very hard to stand up and move around. This one is very easy to handle and it works like a dream. I love it!
