Excellent! Everyday I wear it out to shop and 10-20 compliments on this masks. Even threw a national disaster, it makes people small and laugh. I enjoy it very much. Did cut a slit on each eide to hook on ears so it doesnt fall down and let the seam out in back half up. So it lays flat on chest. But its perfect now. Thank You Im happy.

I paid $18.00 more for shipping so it can arrive within 3-5 days. Its been over 2 weeks and I havent gotten anything! And it was just a mask! A $3.99 mask. In that case I would of paid regular shipping. Really disappointed, would not buy from this site again!

I paid extra for expedited delivery of 3-7 day and I still have not received the masks. I needed them for a flight leaving 7/18/2020 and as of today, 7/17/2020, I have not received them and tracking has not been updated since 7/14/2020. I wouldn't have paid for rush shipping if I had known that the masks would not be arriving as promised.

The prices are a bit high with everything going on in the world today. However, my best friend is worth every penny. I would also like to see free shipping on orders over $35 or so. Other than that, I will give a better revue whenever I receive my first merchandise.

Where is my order? It's been almost a month. You charged my account the day the order was placed and it's no where to be found. You keep giving bogus shipping numbers. I'm having my bank reverse the charges. You are a scam. The vacation is over and the clothes are if no use. This is the worse experience I'm had with online shopping. I'm having my bank investigate. You're a scam.

I really like the organization of the web site and the products. The only thing I find "off" is that some product are not presented without a model, which helps see it from other prespective. In addition, there are little reviews or zero review with photos of some products. These are the things that just made me overthing if I should buy or not. Yet, im risking it and buying some products to see how it goes. If all went well, Im definetly going to buy more on this website!

Well the order came in and for the most part 2 of the 4 masks look nice however one of them was damaged and one of the earpieces poorly constructed. 2 with bling were pretty but their one size is not consistent. Not sure if I would order from them again. Only 1 is worthy of wearing in public without feeling like you purchased a second hand or blemished mask.

It's been two months now, maybe more, and Chicmetoday said my package had been delivered to MY mailbox a month ago and it never was. I've received no help, none of my products and no refund. I would never recommend ordering from chicmetoday nor try ordering from them again.

On July 19 I made an order and paid extra for express shipping that would arrive between 3 and 7 business days, until today 18 days have passed and Chicmetoday just write to me saying that one of the garments has already left and the other has not yet. I' very disappointed

I paid 18.00 extra for my items to be shipped within 3-7 business days, but 3 weeks later and I still don't have it. Lack of communication on this company's end as well. Please, if it's on back order let me know- it said in stock, I paid $18 extra, for it to still not arrive 3 weeks later.

I still haven't received my item. I did get an email asking if I had gotten it yet. There were options in the email to let them know if I had gotten it or not. I emailed back saying I didn't and someone responded with it's a very popular item so Chicmetoday need more time to prepare. Never heard of such a thing. It's been a month since I ordered it.

I ordered from your website about 2 weeks ago and have yet to recieve anything not even a tracking number i am really hopeing this is not a scam i ordered alot of things and was very exited but the shipping date was a lie please get back to me n where my order is and when i can expect it. THANKS

I paid $8.99 for shipping and I get this email saying that one of the 2 items I purchased has been shipped BUT does NOT provide any way to track the shipment. And paying a shipping charge of $8.99 for two face masks is extremely expensive which I won't receive for 30-DAYS!

Order a few received them all and love them thank you. Only the light up one wasn't working. Some how, only one side of the mask lights

I chose this company to get great service. 3 weeks ago I ordered a few masks from another company, Chicmetoday took very long to send an email to track the items. Looked for the phone number to find out why the items took so long to shipped came to find out the items were lost and no one called or sent an email to let me know. Talking to the representative, she was so rude that she didn't give me a chance to speak. I wrote all this to say I don't mind spending money when I get super customer service. Thanks for allowing me to give you a feedback and thanks for great service in advance.

It took nearly a month to get my order. It was ridiculously undersized, was mid calf instead of floor length. The material doesn't look anything like the picture. It is total trash. Chicmetoday have offered a "full" refund if I pay the freight both ways. If I don't want to jump through all their hoops I can accept a 20% refund of the sales price. These people are outright thieves. Stay away from them.

First time I ordered from here. And it's been terrible! I was told on checkout my order would take up to 7 business days... it's been a month and still haven't received my stuff. Then I get an email saying I should call the delivery people to check on my stuff. What? That is y'all's job! Not mine! My job was to order and pay... that's it! Terrible experience!

Paid $35 for 3-7 shipping on July 3rd. Today is July 22nd and still have not received my order. Plus asked about a refund in difference for shipping and nothing. Still shows my order in Cali. How can I order from another company this past Friday and received my order yesterday. Poor communication.

I ordered 3 items, only received 2, and I paid for express shipping of like $20 something dollars and it took approximately 3-4 weeks to receive order of the two, but Chicmetoday still charged for every single item plus the express shipping... would honestly look elsewhere... Maybe it took so long because they had to order it from China first...

I am not happy! You still didn't give me the discount I deserve for ordering 18 pieces and to top it off, I still haven't received them! Be ready to refund me for I am very angry! Please don't blame COVID 19, it's your inability to deliver proper service to me, the consumer!

Company is a scam. I contact them about shipping 3-7 days. I still haven't received anything then I get a bogus tracking number saying postal is still waiting my package after Chicmetoday sent me an email saying it's on it's way. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible terrible service.

Highly disappointed as I paid for expedited delivery 3 - 7 days in 7/3/20, when I placed order. As of told I still haven't received my order! Almost a month has gone by and every communication refers me to tracking number. Tracking showed package in Memphis, TN all this time. I communicated that I should be refunded the $18.99 shipping fee for expedited shipping since I didn't receive as shipping stated I should. No response though! Do not order from this company if you want anything in a timely manner. False advertising for sure! Can't rate product as still haven't received it!

Even though the return policy doesn't say masks can't be returned, Chicmetoday say no returns. The mask are unopened offering to return me $6 & I paid $33 in total. Took a month to get here. They say customer service is their number one priority I sure don't feel like it. The masks are very thin & not good quality.

I payed extra fees for fast shipping as i will receive it in maximum 7 days as i didn't receive my order till now, i orderd it more than 10 days ago.
I sent an email to make a complaint about 5 days ago, Chicmetoday replay as the order is late because of COVID 19 condition and this issue wasn't illustrated to me while i was making the order if i knew that i didn't pay for fast shippng.

I received an email July 9th informing me my order way shipped. I paid extra for express shipping and still have not received my order. My order was placed weeks ago. Very not happy that I paid extra to have my items quicker and it doesn't seem to be quicker at all. :(

My shopping experience was good. However, I paid $18.99 for Express shipping 3-7 business days because I didnt want to wait a month for my swim suit n masks. It took 2-3 business days to confirm my order and another week to start the shipping process and it's been almost 3 weeks and my order that was split in two is still In china somewhere! And to top that off my buy 3 items get 40% off was taken off of the cheapest item so I only got $1 or so off my whe order;(

I placed my order on 7/5/20. However, until now 7/27/20 my USPS tracking number still showing labeled created, not yet in system. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I should receive my items within 7-15 days as indicated on the order confirmation.

Website is difficult to use. You shouldn't have to keep going to more individual pages In my case, 27 pages in order to view the face masks alone. If you cannot just scroll to see the items, at least put 25-50 items per page. I would have likely bought more from you if it was easier to view the products.

Ordered and paid for products 13 days ago. Per website items were in stock and ready to ship. Recieved notification 12 days ago that order was processed but it still has not shipped per tracking number. Good thing I have other masks otherwise I would have been stuck at home. Will not be buying again.
