I Place my order back on June 13,2020. It was a big order never receive any information until June 20th it arrived at Inglewood Ca sat there until Jun 28th. Arrived Brisbane Ca Jun on the 28th of Jun and sat there until July 22, sat there till the 28 Jul when was transferred to Grapevine TX on Jul 28 an is sitting there since then Aug 8,2020. Im very disappointed cant get any kind of information why this is happening and the keep telling Pay pal is in transit since June 13 almost 2 month what in the world is happening I spent almost $100.00 and I will not recommend this company, terrible customer service

There's nothing about this product coming in from China. It seems that everything that comes from China either does not arrive is not what it says it is or is several months in making it to the house I think you should be more forward at the very beginning that this is coming out of China

I ordered 8 masks for my husband, kids & myself 4 weeks ago & I haven't received anything. I understand the Covid has packages taking longer but not 4 weeks long. I'm gonna try to find some more masks & cancel this order so my money can be refunded. Just Ridiculous

Items arrived today. Was nervous ordering from China due to last company kept telling me to be patient. 3 months later had to submit for refund. This company was patient with my emails. Assured me items were actually arriving. Thank you. With COVID-19 needed these for family. Would use this company again

My experience has been okay. The selection is great, but the shipping has been extremely slow. I have had few follow up emails and also I was unaware that this was coming from Australia. I used a US browser and prices were in US dollars, so I feel a bit tricked.

Ive already sent two emails and never received a response. My issues are:
1-it was promised to arrive in 5-10 business days. It arrived after that time and we had already left on our vacation.
2- most important color was the blue and of course that's one that beige was sent instead.
I would not have given one star if I had received a response from the two emails i sent to you.

Never had so much trouble finding Check Out - Pay in decades Hacking and Hacking created an account at home page then it let me check out.

It's been 2 months since I've received 1 out of the 3 items I ordered... I've been requesting a refund for the item & y'all keep telling me y'all sent me the refund for it... the only refund I received was on June 27th for the Zipper Front Solid Unitard Romper Black/L because it was out of stock... I've yet to receive the refund for the item Cheetah Print Colorblock Top w/ Face bandana & amp Short set multi color / M... plz rectify the situation, thanks...

I placed two orders and paid extra for Express Shipping but didn't receive my order for over month when I paid for 3-7 day shipping, and Chicmetoday didn't ship together. I didn't receive any of my money back for the shipping cost. You may want to remove the express shipping if you can't deliver.

I purchased an item and I immediately noticed I accidentally put the wrong address. I paid express delivery too. I then messaged and emailed support that I accidentally reversed the numbers in my address. No answer to my numerous emails and still not mask. I never received it!

I bought $70 worth of masks for work mid-May. I paid $18.99 for expedited shipping. (7-10 days). It has been over 2 months and don't have my masks yet. I've emailed over 8 times, being patient & understanding, originally asking for $18.99 refund. Chicmetoday continued to give excuses because of Covid19. Now the tracking number they gave me is invalid and customer service says it takes a few days... we're now on day 67. Do not buy from this site, I believe It's a scam site.

I have not received my order yet. The tracking number shows it was shipped on June 20 ( had ordered earlier than when I received the tracking info)but it is in holding since the June 26. There is no phone number to contact anyone. My family member ordered a similar product from Amazon and received there ordered already. I either want the product or a refund. I will never order from this seller again.

I understand it can take awhile to receive my items due to COVID-19, however, I received an email on 6/12/2020 stating my order was shipped. Since then, every time I try to track my order it still states it is in "pre-shipment" since 6/12/2020. I'm not sure why it would still be saying that when it's been almost 2 weeks...

Pretty expensive for shipping ($8.99 for up to 30 days) and $18.99 for shipping up to a week +
Poor taste, but in today's society, companies are thriving off of doing this type of stuff to their customers. Hopefully my item will arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Cute masks, but that's about it.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I've waited 39 days for my two packages i ordered. Even though I paid for shipping its still in California. No response from seller other than an email saying "sorry its still coming"

USPS tracking says they're still waiting on seller to proceed.

As far as I can tell my products are sitting in a warehouse for no reason. WHy did i pay 9$ in shipping when youre not even going to attempt to ship it.
Worst online purchase ever and worst seller ever.

Ordered 3 shirts. 30 days later I received 1 shirt. Questioned when I would receive other 2 shirts & was told it could take 40 more days due to COVID. On the tracking it says it's been in California since 6/28/20. By the time I receive these I will have to wait until next summer to even where them. I am always disappointed when ordering from Facebook ads. Never again. Buying MADE IN USA from now on.

These masks are not Covid safe. There is no fabric behind the rhinestones which means there are large spaces between each and rhinestone for moisture to escape. If you coughed or sneezed while wearing this mask I doubt even 1% of it would be held back. These are purely fashion masks. Which is very silly. Unless you just enjoy wearing masks for no reason.

Unfortunately I had ho through the website & put things in my shopping cart twice because I had to answer a phone call & the items disappeared out of the shopping cart the first time. I had over $115 of items the first time & could not find them all over again :(

Placed order on July 3 and got an email on July 10 saying my ordered shipped. When I check the tracking number it states that my order has never been received at the post office. So I still don't have my masks. Just want my money back at this point. Needed these masks and had to go somewhere else to get them as we couldn't wait any longer.

I had to out in two orders because if a system clutch, my first order only had one mask but I had 5 in my cart. Why I gave 2 stars is because I was charged for shipping twice when I shouks be charged once, I only wanted one shipment. Please adjust my shipping and I will change it to 5 stars please.
