I've just opened my third jar of invisicrepe, that in itself speaks volumes. I've never used a creme like this before that l actually can't wait to apply to my skin! My neck and arms where I normally have crepey skin have improved so much that for the first time in years l wore tanks, and sleeveless shirts over the summer. My high neck winter sweaters will disappear from my wardrobe also! I'm more than happy with invisicrepe. I've seen such an improvement in the skin on my neck and chest this is the best moisturizer and skin softening balm anywhere. I actually look forward to applying it everyday just because of the way my skin immediately feels as soon as l start to massage it in. It's like a cool drink for my skin!

This product is a huge SCAM. First, I ordered this product with the intention of getting it every three months or so. It comes with a sculpting brush so you can apply the thinnest possible layer of cream (or whatever this [insert bad word here] is) on your face so each time I used it, there was barely a dent in the product. That being said, that was the only PLUS about the product. It dried out my face so badly, if I used my usual exfoliator on my skin, it actually BLED. So I decided to cancel. But lo and behold, the DAY AFTER I called them to cancel all subsequent orders, I saw that my credit card account was being dinged for yet another jar. So, I called them again. First, City Beauty said they had no record of my initial call, then they said they found it but that the order had been sent ANYWAY! So, not only is their product hideous, so is their customer service! STAY AWAY!

Do not pay directly with your credit card. Use PayPal or buy from Amazon. My credit card was compromised after making a purchase from City Beauty site. I usually only make online purchases through PayPal. But this purchase I made on a whim and used direct payment. What a big mistake! Days later, over $2000 charges on my bank account to companies located in LA. I live in Hawaii. Was only discovered when City Beauty tried making more purchases, which would make my account overdrawn. Took months to resolve it with my bank. But thieves got away with big purchases from Nike and Wish. Please review you bank and card statements after purchasing from this company and make sure everything looks legit. They are very sneaky by purchasing small first. Then they go in for the big bucks!

I ordered 3 City lips.in mat, I received them in Gloss. The price I read wasn't $160.00US Dollars but $100.00US Dollars.
I have been charged $160.00US Dollars on my credit card. Wothout my consentment. This is fraude!
I wrote straight after been charged, called on the phone no answer both ways. I requested to cancel my order of colors city lips and a refund of the mistake with the balance due to me back. Into my bank account... An absolute ignorance to my request up to now.
I received 3 gloss city lips. I am expecting anytime via Westeck.in St Lucia 3 more City lips in color which I never asked for, I hate colors on my lips.
I had time to test this product, however, haven't see any result at all as yet after 4 days! Wha a pitty...

Listen, I've tried so many glosses, plumpers, moisturizers for the lips and this is the first product i've come across where I would say "YESSSSSS - you figured it out". I don't need my balm for moisture anymore. This gloss is so moisturizing and gives such a nice shine that I don't need to apply balm anymore. I enjoy the look and let it sink in for some time before adding my lip color and my lip color looks really nice on top of this. I'm not 100% sure my lips feel plumper but City Beauty feel healthier which I feel leads to a fuller looking lip in general. I started with the clear but will definitely move into the colors as I really like the lovely feeling of this gloss.

Of the 2 order numbers quoted in your automated reply I have received 1 - UM124841158US. Your tracking number says it is in Auckland however it has been delivered.
The second order number UM124841144US I have not received. This order says it is still in the US in the tracker.
I have however received a different order - UM124837184.
Each order I received contained 1 lip stick. The original order was for 2 lipsticks and 3 plumpers.

I have sent many emails. I have received only automated responses. I have tried phoning you - phone message says 35 minute wait but you never answer. I have tried on line chat - puts you in queue for up to an hour and disconnects you half way through so you have to start again and never get anywhere. 100% dissatisfied customer. I have received the 2 lipsticks. I just want to know where the 3 lip plumpers that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR are.
If I do not receive a personal response I will post the above on every post you make on instagram and facebook.

Love Love Love this cream i have never felt my skin look or feel this good even in my younger days. I have super sensitive skin and react to most skin care products i am so thankful to have found city beauty now my skin is silky soft and smells fantastic. I live in the uk and although my order was subject to extra cost due to customs charges this product after trying it is so worth it. I have read some of the negative reviews and i have to say this was not the case for me when i received my order and opened the beautiful looking pot i would happily give this as a gift to my friends and family if only to stop them from using mine can not imagine why any one would want to send back my skin feels fab for 24 hours plus unlike other creams i've tried which have been very disappointing in the past that until i found this product i stopped wasting my money and thought i would have to put up with dry old looking skin. Citybeauty thankyou for giving me skin i now love.

I ordered a tube of their lip plumper. It is pricey. Has a guarantee, so thought I would try it. When I was placing my order, a popup came up and said instead of ordering one, get two for less than the price of two with no shipping charge. I did. Guess what? Instead of just getting the two that came up, City Beauty sent me three and still charged me for shipping on the initial single tube I ordered. I called and complained about their tactics and was told well, basically too bad. If I don't want all of them, I can send them back. So now, instead of spending 35.00 for one, or 50.00 for two with no shipping, I have 89.00 worth of this stuff. 50.00 was more than I wanted to spend but was the better deal. Most other websites send you what they promote. In fact, I cannot think of another website I have ordered from that uses these tactics. Beware of the rip off and they are not really interested in promoting goodwill to their clients. If someone actually gives a darn at this company, I will update you all. Thanks!

I admit it. When I bought this cream, I didn't expect it to work and was a bonafide skeptic. At forty-four years old, I am no stranger to anti-wrinkle creams, firming lotions, and magic serums all promising to turn back the clock and restore skin to a more youthful appearance, all a let down. Until now.
First thing noticed was the thick creamy texture, which allows a small amount to go a long way, accompanied by a fabulously light floral scent. I began using it as part of my nightly skin routine, and immediately loved how soft it left my skin. My hope was to tighten and firm the crepey area starting to form just under my chin, and give me a more youthful jawline.
With little hope, I applied the cream faithfully over the next few weeks. Much to my delight, within that timeframe, I saw drastically noticeable results directly on the areas I had hoped to correct.
This product works as advertised, and I am now a faithful customer.

I ordered this product gave them my address of a nebraska address and zip code my order was sent to Kansas how dose this happen and when I had to call customer support City Beauty reorderd my order and said that it was because I gave a street address and a po box. So it has been reordered and they still messed up my order I had 3 bottles and another item ordered so now my order is short and as far as sending a email to customer support good luck they still haven't replied... totally disappointed i have attached my order and the address I gave compared to where it was delivered as far as the product well havent tried it hope I haven't wasted 125$ an hope the product is better than the service

I always have had hope for the miracle... next year I will be prettier. Magazine articles gave me hope to "fix" my "problems"... I go to the beauty isles, and say Oh Yes, I will look like(?)... always, always my younger cute enough little self, would feel I needed to be better than I already was. I am 63... I still carry that hope... yet I must admit, miracle products I have tried left me feeling. Oh brother, duped again... City Lips? I like the product, are my lips plumper? Maybe, after a week it is difficult to tell. Yet, when I have City Lips on, my lips LooK pretty darn good! In fact, I will go out of my home with just cear city lips and no color lipstick... that is huge since I have been wearing lipstick since I was 20...

I have been using the above cream for a few months now and am very pleased with it. It is soon absorbed into the skin and feels good straight after application.

I do have problems with Psoriasis but I have had no problems with allergies or any reactions with any of their products.

City Beauty's Customer Service is excellent and City Beauty are easy to contact both via phone or email with queries and advice. I also receive regular emails from City Beauty with news of new products and other helpful beauty tips together and surveys to complete with regard to introducing new products to choose from that you may be interested in purchasing, once available from City Beauty

All in all, I can confirm that I am happy to highly recommend their products, in particular, the Invisicrepe Body Balm.

I am impressed with city lips clear gloss. I've used many other lip plumper and City Beauty tingle but dont plump and most cases I get cold sores from it. I dont get any of that using city lips. It feels so smooth on my lips and nourishing. I just recently put 2nd order in to try ones with some color. I wear the clear one at night and when I'm home because i dont wear shiny glosses, only matte. The ideal would be the same great clear city lips but somehow more matte and not so glossy, if that's even possible. Otherwise, I love it. I'm only starting to get subtle lips lines given I am a smoker, and I feel it does help with plumping them. No matter what, I am a forever city lips customer!

Previously ordered sculpting cream and lip plumper. City Beauty were just very expensive moisturizers but oh well so are other name brands. Could have gotten something that worked as well from the drug store. I decided to give them another chance for a dark spot remover. What a nightmare and haven't even received it yet. I was given an option of 1 or 2 and ordered the two..."Don't go away. Get 3 for this price" So I ordered 3 but they didn't make it clear that it was 3 MORE. 5 bottles. Customer service is terrible, delay after delay until the email says 2nd order will be shipped in 48 hours. I called within 30 minutes of that email and "It's been shipped." That, I believe is an outright lie. I will honor my contract for 2 unless it is totally ineffective but not for 3 extra. I do not have a photo due not received yet but this is from the email... Keep this one.

I can't tell you what a relief it is to be finally free of cracked, peeling, dry and sometimes bleeding lips! Your product is a miracle. I've tried EVERYTHING, even baby butt rash products and nothing has worked. I am happy to say that your product WORKS! I didn't buy it for the plumping but I also get plumping too. But most importantly, I do NOT have dry, cracked, lips anymore! I use it once in the morning before I go to work and once at night. I wake up with soft, smooth, non-peeling lips!

I'm licensed medical Esthetician & makeup artist and I see ads for makeup daily, promising everything under the sun. I was intrigued by Citybeauty based on the ingredient panel which based on my knowledge sounded promising. Who doesn't want plump, fuller lips and less lines? Without stinging? So I ordered the clear and I'm very glad I did! Instantly my lips felt hydrated and in my severely dry climate this was a bonus. My lips looked amazing just after the first application and I couldn't believe that the gloss stayed with me through an entire workday. I can honestly say that this gloss has delivered on all citybeautys promises and I will be recommending them to my clients!

I wanted to order City Beauty lip gloss to try out for the first time. After ordering City Beauty send you promotional deals to add products for a "one time low price offer." Do NOT click these! It immediately bills the card you used for your initial purchase without any chance to review in a cart or authorize the transaction. Customer service was terrible! I immediately emailed them requesting to cancel the transactions and was told they could not because it had already been processed. They deduct up to "30%" for a restocking fee for returned items as well, so I will never be able to get a full refund and I will have to pay for return shipping. I don't care how good this product may be, the company's customer service and click bait scams are the worst!

I bought 1 sculpting cream and received the cream plus 3 boxes of a lip pump I do not recall ordering. I checked my bank account and had been charged an extra $87. I called City immediately and customer service was very nice and helpful. City Beauty emailed me a return form, which is simply a one page with their address and a blank space where you would write the item number, from your receipt, and include this paper in the box when you return it. They do not send you a pre-paid shipping label, you have to pay for shipping. I spent $11 on shipping via ups priority, but you can spend less with other shipping options. I agree with other buyers in this page, their tactic is horrible; when you are trying to check out you get a few popups and it is easy to click on something by mistake and add to your order, my mistake was to order by cell phone. I am wondering if I could have avoided it, if I had ordered on the computer. I honestly didn't see I had added anything at the end, I reviewed the order and did not see the extra $89. I was told I could open the unwanted lip product and try it, they return it for a full refund. I sent them back the unopened boxes instead. I thought it is a waste to open something so expensive and send it back! Buy the way, I have been using the sculpting cream for a week and do not see the difference. I am 60 and younger looking but have now fine lines over my upper lip, (not from smoking) but learned you can get those from drinking from a straw. And I drink smoothies. I will use it a little longer and see what result I get after a month. If this works will leave another review.

I did see a difference using the city lips plumper but I wouldn't say enough to warrant $35 for it. I received a coupon with my last order that said I had to use it within 2 weeks of receipt. To me that's not real customer friendly. For one, your products are NOT cheap, and for another who wants to buy something 2 weeks after you paid for the last item, especially at that price? My first order I began an auto ship but wanted to change the date - NO where on their website could I find a "manage autoship" to edit. I tried to use their 'chat' feature but a window said I had to wait 53 mins for the next rep. Because of that I'm going to cancel. The lip plumper is nice but not worth the money City Beauty charge. I'm now hoping I'll be able to reach them and cancel my account. I remember ordering something from them a couple years back and having trouble returning the item for refund as well. I have to warn potential customers that this company, no matter how popular their products are, are not customer friendly.

City Beauty Invisicrepe Body Balm is a good product. I have seen good results when using it consistently.
It helps dramatically with the thin and slightly wrinkled areas on my arms and thigh areas. I have tried other products that were just as expensive from QVC that did not work. I won't spend that much money again so I only buy this when it's on sale from City Beauty. The problems I have had is that City Beauty don't offer sales that much on the products that I really like and because of Covid, sometimes you don't receive your products for a few weeks. I have been out of this product for over 1 month now so when I receive my order I will have to start over again with repairing my skin :(
