I was told that the tax exemption could be applied...
I was told that the tax exemption could be applied and would take generally one day. That was not the case here. I thnk there is a delay in the time I submit a request for tax exemption and the time it takes for someone to email me back asking for the customer ID, then to be back on duty and apply the tax exemption. I ended up just paying the tax, as I kep logging in and trying the checkout to see if the exemption was applied. A little concerned that things did not go as CleanItSupply should have. Perhaps you should stress to people applying for the exemption that they include their customer ID initially. That would save some frustration. I cannot reach anyone on Saturday.

Office Chair Order
After researching options for office chairs, I found a brand and model that I wanted. CleanItSupply sold that particular chair and the price was the best I could find. Initially, I ordered the chair and was charged shipping even though my order qualified for free shipping. I called customer service and was credited the shipping value. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful - a very pleasant buying experience. I would recommend to anyone.

Consistently good products delivered in a timely manner
Consistently good products delivered in a timely manner. It has gotten ridiculous getting scammed by other companies with no delivery. Canceled orders. Or disappointing product size and quality. Cleanitsupply has been honest and I can depend on them. As a parent wanting my kids in school I make it a point to donate sanitizer items every 2 weeks. It was a nightmare before cleanitsupply. I highly recommend them.

A lifesaver during COVID-19. I'm a customer for life!
When the pandemic broke out, this was the only place I was able to find toilet paper, masks, wipes and other essentials. And at a better price than anywhere else. Everything shipped immediately and was at my door very quickly. Knowing that I had these essentials handy made this awful event a little less stressful. Now that I'm working from home (maybe forever), I'm going back often for office supplies, including furniture. The convenience is incredible and the selection rivals Amazon, without having to scroll through pages of products that don't match my search. I expect to be shopping here for the foreseeable future.

Scam artists!
My muti-billion dollar company had just applied for terms with this BS company whom didn't ask for ANY BANK INFO etc THEN replied within MINUTES VIA EMAIL stating we were DECLINED then followed by 6 more SOLICITATION HARASSING EMAILS TO BUY FROM THEM, FREE SHIPPING (BIG WHOOP!) etc.! NONE OF THEIR REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE ARE REAL! I'm a customer and there is NO OPTION NOR ANYWAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW! That means it was all done via the company's website writer!

Excellent service.
Easy to order, quick delivery. One product was received damaged, I reported it the day received. The company requested some info, I provided it right away and CleanItSupply very quickly handled the claim and replaced the damaged product within 48 hours. During the claim and replacement process they kept in touch with me on the status, they let me know when the product shipped and provided tracking information. Excellent service.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a product to three months ago and was told the first four to six weeks then I get emails saying that I should order more of that product while CleanItSupply still have it get my order still hasn't been shipped out and I keep getting the runaround from customer service and if it wasn't for the fact that I cancelled the credit card I purchased it on demand my money back but as I see on here that doesn't make a difference because people don't get their money back from them. This is a horrible company will never do business with them again.

Not shipped same day
When I called in to see why my credit card would not go through she said something from your bank might be holding it up. She said as long as you place your order by noon it will ship the same day. I sent my order in at 11AM and my product was not shipped until the next day. I went with you because we need the paper towels. Being that I was unable to receive them the next day I was disappoint and would probably not buy again.

Hammermill Paper Purchase
Paper was in stock and available where I have been finding it difficult to find specific paper needs for my business. An unlikely business to sell paper products but CleanItSupply had what I needed and more so. I will be purchasing more paper from them in the future. Delivery was lightning quick and I am very pleased with my experience.

It was excellent, I had a question regarding shipping and was provided the details I needed.

Great Prices and Fast Ship Times
I will be honest -I price compare a lot. Every dollar counts these days and I take care of two elderly parents, my own husband & kids and I work a full time job as a Catering Director. Getting cleaning supplies and the like for my home and my business are very important because I care about my family and my clients. Clean It Supply is amazing - prices are great, shipping is fast and the quality is there.

Great service and the correct product!
I received and-mail from them saying that original scent Lysol disinfectant spray was back in stock. At first I didn't know if it was a scam because it was IMPOSSIBLE to find it anywhere since Covid began. I looked up CleanItSupply on the Better Business Bureau website abound saw it had an A+ rating. I went ahead an ordered a case of the Lysol through the link on the Better Business Bureau website and received it within 3 days. A totally pleasant experience!

Too bad a lot of your items are out of stock. In any event, that does not stop me ordering from your company. Your items are priced well and arrive in a timely manner. I like the selection available and do not hesitate from ordering in the future. I ordered the clear garbage bags and hope CleanItSupply are of a good thickness unlike the liners I ordered in my previous order. I use them to pack clothes. I forgot to look if you sell dessicants.

Very quick and straight forward
Very quick and straight forward.
However, I DO NOT want to have to and should not be required to set up a Password just to purchase a 1 time item with my Crefit Card. I am not setting up an Account. Just a 1 time purchase. This is not required on any of the many other legitimate sites I purchase from. I should have been able to just proceed on to giving my address and payment information to check out.

The safety glasses I ordered for our company arrived in a timely manner and CleanItSupply were packaged very nicely. I like that they were individually wrapped in their own clear package and the lenses were protected by another clear sleeve. I tried on a pair and they fit well and look good also. Very lightweight and comfortable (not bulky and in the way) I think our employees will be very pleased when I take them back for everybody to use. :)

If you place 1300 off for next 21 minutes I dont think that's fair as if the CUSTOMER is looking at all the fabulous stuff than I feel it's making us hurry to check out to get the 1300 dollars off! So I lost out on that as I was in the middle of great stuff. Why cant you just say 13.00 dollars off of your list? I think maybe alot checked out to get the 13.00 dollars. Maybe I'm wrong but it's just my opinion.

Scam Do Not Get Taken
Ordered Lysol Item from Website Tracking # given was from Package that had already been delivered to me from another vendor in Texas before I even ordered from them. So CleanItSupply are able to hack into USPS computer to give you a real tracking number from someone else who has sent items to your home. Billing was from Dentist in California? Big Scam Stay Away. They make the Nigerians look like amateurs.

Review of my time doing business with CleanItSupply
Ever since pandemic began, I've been ordering from CleanItSupply from time to time. I like their products except for one time I ordered ZEP Pine multi-purpose cleaning solution (one box with 4 gallons) for about $25 and I was sent ZEP multi-purpose cleaner for over approximately $35 in Yellow gallons which wasn't what I'd ordered at all and it took some doing for the customer service to understand what happened, and at this time, I'm not even sure CleanItSupply corrected the wrong item having been shipped. Other than that, the orders have been correct.

WET TOILET PAPER ON ARRIVAL...
UPS sat your box of toilet paper on the tile floor outside the door of my garage... needless to say, the bottom TWO ROWS of the paper were completely soaked and had to be tossed. Stupid driver not thinking that cardboard boxes absorb rain water... I did not lodge a complaint with UPS because I do not want to piss him off so he pulls something even stupidter next time... so if you please can re ship me about twenty four rolls, I would appreciate it... the freight on the toilet paper was about 1/3 the cost of the toilet paper. It's irritating that you keep threatening to expire...
It's irritating that you keep threatening to expire my cart. You sent 6 separate emails telling me you're going to trash my order. That's just plain rude. I wasn't ready to order yet, but you forced me to do so to use a lesser coupon than I wanted. I'm going to look elsewhere next time to find a company that lets me accumulate things until I'm ready to purchase to get the appropriate discount for larger orders, without constant irritating pressure. Amazon has learned this. Your website people obviously care more about short-term gains than avoiding irritating customers.

Everything I want, and so easy!
Always easy and reliable when I order from CleanItSupply. My orders are not huge volume, but CleanItSupply still take care to get my order correct and sent out quickly. The shipping cost is not cheap but so worth the money for getting my supplies shipped directly to my home! Over the years I have ordered many various things in addition to my necessary supplies and have literally found everything I have looked for on their website. I first started using them because I got tired of going to my neighborhood stores and not finding what I was looking for, or the shelves were empty due to popular items being out of stock. Not anymore! So happy! Thanks for the great service over the years.

The customer care rep was very rude when I called to...
The customer care rep was very rude when I called to inquire to cancel an order. Instead of providing solutions she hung up on me.
Be aware weekend their custome care is closed and any order placed on weekend cannot be altered as CleanItSupply process the order right way as per the rep. I ended up paying extra shipping for ordering over the weekend. Im in look out for a better place where customers come first.

S&H credit not applied as promised. Broken promises
Placerd online order got to checkout would not take S&H free shipping code so called CC and during time talked to two CC reps. CleanItSupply took order amount over $100.00 (required for free S&H Charges for S&H $55.35 Not sure of cents. Never applied after ad of free S&H code sent to me from Clean It supply. Never had problem before. No response from emails. L

Called CS and spoke to two different reps but no response and did not look at ;the entire order to
give the free credit Danny
Dillon advertised on website from where I got this info Code sent to me by email from mgmt. I think
Not sure what CS did with code if anything. CS needs to be refurbished and giving service to the customer. That is what keeps companies going.

Delivery is poor.
Pricing was great, delivery was so bad every ream of paper was not usable, all had damage.
People who listened to my complaint were very nice.
I'm not a satisfied customer due to difficulty with the product i received (total trash) and the process to get it replaced.

I'm 71 years old and lifting and packaging reams of paper are extremely hard for me. You delivered trash to me and then expected me to package it up and return it to you.

Glass Chair Mats
The web-site was easy to navigate & user friendly, even for the most tech-challenged customer. The glass chair mats were delivered promptly and well-packaged. The three (3) glass chair mats which I purchased are such an improvement in terms of appearance and function compared to the plastic chair mats which I had purchased from Costco. Could not be happier with the shopping experience and the product.
