Reliable site for cleaning supplies and disinfectant products.
I have ordered from this site to date at least 14 times since the pandemic began. I have had good experience with purchasing my cleaning products and disinfectants as well. I have ordered disposable paper dinner plates as well as disposable and reusable masks. I ordered Purell advanced hand sanitizer too. I had a slight issue with one of my products being damaged and CleanItSupply replaced it without any problem.

Great new chair mats!
Purchased 2 Lorell tempered glass chair mats. We had plastic mats on carpeting at our desks and both chairs left depressions in the mats. Saw an advertisement for another brand that cost about 7 times more than these but took a chance on them as the customer reviews were very positive. Happy with the purchase as these are awesome chair mats at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. Delivery was very fast!

Chair underperformed expectations, bad return policy
I was not able to return the chair I got, which I wasn't super happy with because I didn't have a pipe wrench to disassemble the chair. I think that's a really weak excuse for a company to send a bad product and say "Well, since you don't have a pipe wrench, too bad!" At least give a partial refund or set up a deal with a store or shipping company for in-person returns.

CleanItSupply were nice, response times were very slow but not because of CS, because they had to wait for a response from the warehouse which took about a week. Unfortunately, I was told I'd need a pipe wrench and otherwise I was SOL of $160 and stuck with a chair that I'm not super happy with.

Horendous Customer Service
I can't even give them one star, but I have to, package of 10 reams of copy paper was destroyed, but yet CleanItSupply delivered it. 5000 sheets thrown into a box that looked like a bomb hit it. Contacted the seller several times over a two week period and kept getting lie after lie on how they were going to get UPS to pick it up. They never did. It sat on our door step for 12 days, and after finally calling Amazon, they finally gave us a tracking # and UPS is coming today, hopefully. Has not yet been picked up and it is now 5:15PM. Found out that the tracking # was just ordered after we contacted Amazon. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed of themselves. Thank G-d for Amazon, they are the only one who took care of this. They are now saying that they might not use my review, because it is a negative one, again great customer service, they hide the bad reviews. What a nightmare. Shame on you, the seller!

Shopping
I realize when shopping under "danny deals" or any other of his specials i must act as soon as i see something i want, need or would like, as CleanItSupply are quickly snapped up by other buyers. They are such great deals! Next time i order i know to act fast as i waited to long and saw somethings " disappear from the offerings" over 2 days. I learned my lesson.

one of the bottles of scentiva leaked while in shipping,,, bottle cracked at where the pump screwed on,,there was scentiva liquid all within the double plastic bags, everything, even my garage smelled like scentiva,, not complaing about the smell,,,so i called customer service and explained and she immediately with no questions asked is sending out a replacement bottle with indicting on order to securely wrap for shipping.

Today it was straightforward and easy by changing my card directly. It was royal mess - tried to purchase through PayPal 4 or five times and always declined with no one (Cleanitsupply, PayPal, or the bank) able to site why it was declined You folks said you go by what the PayPal says and can't override, PayPal said the same only the bank bust have declined, bank says CleanItSupply didn't decline it but have been the vendor. You really should get that fixed!

Long delay, then after complaint got wrong product
Ordered online poly wool duster. Hadnt recd for over a month so contacted Customer Service. Got an apology by email from Bailey and a duster was sent quickly. But it was a synthetic duster and not the poly wool one I ordered. By email, Bailey in Customer Service insisted the correct duster was sent. I took a photo of the duster I received and the original order and emailed it to Bailey in Customer Service on November 2,2020 and have heard nothing since.

Delivered Products Disorganized
One thing that was crazy were the amount of email confirmations that we received for this order.
The Hefty plates were delivered on pallets in vary case sizes making it difficult to count the items received. The pallets were stacked in an inconsistent manner also.

Some boxes were plain with 2 packages of 100 plates. Then there were other Hefty boxes with 6 packages of 100 plates. At least if the cases were stacked in an orderly fashion on the pallets counting would be easy but it was ridiculously disorganized and time consuming.

You are the best company ever! Your selection, prices, accurate description of products, qualiof products, not to mention your superb customer service A++, during these trying times I knew I could count on you at CleanItSupplies and living with severe anxiety isn't easy let me tell you, you are all so nice, and easy to talk to, i'm always at ease and in a state of calm interacting with your website, speaking with customer service support, while waiting for my packages. I wish every company were like yours and that people were as kind as you all are. I tell everyone about your company.

What Customer Service? What Order?
I can't even say that the customer service is horrible because it's nonexistent. I have been waiting for my packages AND for a response regarding the delivery status. NO return call (which was supposed to be within 2 days of leaving a message), NO return email (which CleanItSupply provide you with but don't bother to respond), and now NO option to leave another message (the call mysteriously disconnects). Shop elsewhere for your cleaning supply needs. I wish I had read reviews prior to dealing with these pretenders. Who dismisses consumers this way at such a horrid time in people's lives? This business has no business being in business!

Needed a discontinued mop bucket part, and found it easily!
Rubbermaid no longer manufactures the specific dirty water bucket container for my model of mop bucket. The mop bucket was close to useless without it, as any clean water would get mixed with the dirty water when I compressed the mop head! I had trouble finding the part online, but here you were! It was easy to buy, and shipping was extremely fast. Now the floors in my company's warehouse are clean again. Thank you!

Awesome company!
I had an order for a somewhat large amount of the same item, and when CleanItSupply came (which was fast by the way) 4 of the item were defective and unusable. I emailed them about it and got a response from Matt, just a few hours later. He made sure if the amount that was defective, and immediately sent me out replacements of them! The replacements were packaged very well and I had no further issues at all. The service and overall shipping time was seriously some of the best I've ever seen! Thank you very much Matt for the help and awesome service. Your site is awesome and I will definitely be ordering again from you. I definitely give 5+ stars to cleanitsupply.com. Thanks again guys!

Clean it supply garbage bags
I quoted your brand garbage bags to a business for resale. CleanItSupply excepted the quote. I went to order your brand garbage bags and was shocked to see that no free shipping was available for your brand garbage bags. Freight was so bad that i was now losing money on the deal. I had to switch to genuine Joe garbage bags to get the free shipping. Ended up making 5% on the sale vs 20% if I had free shipping with your brand.

Problem solved, quickly.
When my desk chair broke, I needed a replacement FAST. I had several requirements... leather, high back, arms that pivoted out of the way, etc. After searching the internet, I found several that met my requirements... most required at least a week or two for delivery. I called your number to find out delivery, and was told "1-3 days". I have never purchased from you before. I found the website easy, and was able to call for some help while in the middle of my order process. Got a call back 15 minutes later, resolved my question, and completed my order. It did take a couple of days to ship, but I still had my new chair within about 5 days.

I was asked to get water for an event held at my plant. I could not get the amount I needed in the time frame I was given. I googled "bottle water" and CleanItSupply was one of the sites that popped up. I called customer service, she gave me emails of the department I needed to contact for my order.

Quick ship!
Due to co vid, my thinking is that it's not your fault so many products are out of stock. I only bought one item, pine sol baby and it was packaged pretty well, still had a few dents in bottle which bug me.

Also, i never asked for a bombardment of emails everyday. Just because i give you my email address for confirmation and shipping information does not, in my opinion, should allow you to send freely. It turns me off and i think it would other customer as well. You are not the only company that does this. Every company does. It's not fair and a pain to UNSUBSCRIBE to many emails per day.

I placed order #1474802 on 4/12/21 and for whatever reason you voided it. Only for me to find out on 4/20/21 that it wasn't sent to my customer and was voided. When I went to bill the client and CleanItSupply notified me that they had not received the order. So now I had to order it again over a week later. This means I can't bill the client for another week while I wait to see if Clean It Supply is going to ship the order.

Better than going to the store
This is the second time I've ordered from CleanItSupply and I likely will order again.

Pros: Wide variety of products, quantities and sizes. I live in NYC, so I'm happy to have access to a wider range of items than I can easily access near my apartment. Pricing is better on many items.

Cons: IMMEDIATELY after the order is placed, marketing emails start coming in. Order arrived in numerous boxes. A few items were more expensive (specifically trash bags & Charmin toilet paper).

I tried to make same purchase 2 times last night but...
I tried to make same purchase 2 times last night but kept getting error message invalid card but however there was 2 pending charges on my credit card. I attempted the purchase again today to see if it would go through and it did using the same card credit. Now I see that there is a code for free shipping, which I wasn't aware of before I resubmitted the order. I would like to have the shipping credited back to my card.

If you place 1300 off for next 21 minutes I dont think that's fair as if the CUSTOMER is looking at all the fabulous stuff than I feel it's making us hurry to check out to get the 1300 dollars off! So I lost out on that as I was in the middle of great stuff. Why cant you just say 13.00 dollars off of your list? I think maybe alot checked out to get the 13.00 dollars. Maybe I'm wrong but it's just my opinion.

Tried to cancel my order after seeing the insane shipping charge.
Refuse delivery, because CleanItSupply only give 15 minutes to cancel an order.
Well I tried to cancel in less then that.
They keep you on hold till you time is up before they get an associate talks to you.
Plus, they send pop ups to pay fast or prices change in 15 minutes!

I will tell every cleaning company we work with to

It was easy to find what I was looking for and prices were better than other companies. The problem is when you get to payment you get shipping fee shock! To get free shipping you have to spend $1500. 00.
Thought I would give them a try anyway. I am not a company, I might spend that much in 10 years. It also seems like everything came from a different place (warehouse?), there were three different shipments. Maybe it has to do with Covid-19?
