The Long Wait
First the purchase date was November 6 2020 not December 27 as indicated on this form. Was given a delivery date of December 4th and when it didn't show up I notified the company through their on-line chat. Was told that because of covid and that the health and safety of employees there were going to be delays. That being said I was receiving emails stating that order now quick delivery. Contacted the company again through their on-line chat and was given the covid story again. With this in mind my order was 4 straight cut pieces of vinyl, nothing fancy just straight cut vinyl panels. I called the company and when there appeared to be a glitch on answering the calls from people who already ordered, I chose the option of placing an order and my call was answered immediately. After explaining the situation, Vicky said she would talk with the production and just like that my order was shipped and received January 3 2021. I am not impressed with the client service of Covers & All, I know orders take time and with covid even more so but it's the treatment of people who have order and paid.

Poor fitting "custom" cover.
I ordered two covers. One for a chair and one for a V shaped sofa. The chair cover fits really well. I'm very happy with it. The sofa cover has a large amount of excess material, approximately 4 inches on both sides and drapes over the front on the ground. It looks sloppy. The drawstring bottom doesnt do anything because the material is too heavy in comparison to the weight of the string used. This is very disappointing considering I paid over $400 for this cover and had several conversations back and forth with the design team to get the measurements right. I would be hesitant to recommend this company in the future.

Only been a couple of days but so far happy
It was difficult to find a cover for the chairs that I have. False pretences
Although the process of ordering was straightforward and the product, once received, was very good, I am terribly disappointed that it was made in India. My belief was that this is a North American manufacturer and that my money was going to workers here justifying the high but acceptable price. As well, I received three emails letting me know when on time arrival was scheduled but none letting me know it was going to be late. The person on the chat line offered no valid reasons for any of this.

My concerns were not well addressed and Covid was to blame for the delay in my delivery. COVID IS NOT NEW!

Fire pit table cover
The cover fits perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Good strong material, great fit. The problem I have with this company is that I used a Welcome code to get 20% plus free shipping off my first order. Got the 20% but after 2 calls and 2 promises to get refunded for the shipping it never happened.

I didn’t get free shipping as advertised. Covers & All said it was for over 100.00. There is no fine print availability to get that information. I made 2 calls. Both representatives said they would reverse the shipping to my card. Never happened.

Fire Table Cover
Required a cover for our fire table that has a glass top to block the wind. Being a unique shape, I had been searching for a company that makes this cover and could not find anyone, even the manufacture of the table does not sell replacement covers? I continued to search and found Covers & All. Covers & All have the exact table that I required the cover. The cost was very good even with ordering their top of the line canvas. I was able to order exactly the right cover by inputting the tables measurements onto their webpage. Placed the order successfully and was told March 10,2021 for delivery. I received the cover March 3,2021, several days earlier than expected. The cover is excellent quality and fits perfectly. I will diffidently order another cover from Covers & All in the near future.

Custom Fire Pit cover
When I ran into questions I liked that I could click on an option to get more info about what you are expecting from me in reference to style, measurements etc.

The communication with the design team was absolutely wonderful, we got exactly what we wanted. We picked the extra durable material because we live in Canada with some harsh winters. The material quality was great! Very heavy and durable. We were pleasantly surprised with the built in vent system within the cover. We are extremely happy with our purchase: Thank you!

Piccolo Wood Burning Oven cover
I telephoned to get an understanding of your order process & was provided with all the information I needed. The agent was very helpful and courteous. Once I took all the measurements as outlined in the diagram on your site I had a number of conversations with staff to ensure all measurements were correct. Specifically the chimney area where a damper handle was longer than the radius of the chimney. This was a detail that was necessary to pay attention to or the cover would not have fitted, it was up to me to ensure the measurements were correct before I signed off on production. I was given a delivery date of approximately 3 weeks after sign off & it was delivered a day earlier than was quoted. I've tried the cover on the same oven we are getting at the vendor location & it fits perfectly.

The dollar value limit of $50 for the Subscribe20 offer...
The dollar value limit of $50 for the Subscribe20 offer was not obvious to me when I saw it on the website and received the confirming email for signing up. It should have been, although it didn't change my decision to place an order that received only a 10 percent discount based on the total value. Although your "chat" staff member did answer my questions, there was a "snarky" tone to his responses. His answers also implied that I should have known in advance that this reduced discount was the reality, and left me feeling he thought I was stupid (something that I rarely, if ever, experience in my dealings with people -- on-line, or in person). You see... as I'm typing this, the bottom lines on my screen say exactly this: "GET 20% OFF + FREE SHIPPING*". Rather than expecting me to notice the * and then search your website to determine what it means, why not just spell it out up-front? Doing so would definitely have been more honest, and shown more respect for the customer.

It took us almost 2 hours to order the 2 tarps due...
It took us almost 2 hours to order the 2 tarps due to problem having the payment processed. Setting up an account was also not smooth. There was no problem with our internet, or our credit card. We were using 2 different IPads and we order things online all the time. We tried 2 search engines- Safari & google Chrome. We spoke to 2 agents on the phone who were polite but could not assist us. We sent a written request for assistance which was acknowledged but have not yet heard from anyone yet. Surprisingly Covers & All cannot help with an order on the phone. I tried a fourth time tonight and spoke to a third agent whose only advice was just try again. The product looks like it will be great and I hope things move along better from here. Not a great start, so will wait to recommend your company to see how the product and service delivery go. Wendy & Shawn O'Connor

Extremely helpful
It was a little challenging to place order, I'm new to the iPad, the measurements are what the cooler description says, is there a little give on the cover, can you please let me know, was very pleased any questions I had was answered quickly, and always very pleasant to me

Wanted the cover in black with black name on the top, so happy Covers & All sent me a sample of what it would look like, was very pleased, they didn’t try to talk me out of it, wanted the cover to look classy, I wish they were located close to me , I would bake them some of my award winning homemade butter tarts, that’s how happy I am.

Not from North America
Delivery Date was almost a Month late, everytime I would contact Customer Service, I would get a different answer and I would never be able to get a new ETA of delivery.

Product was delivered from Pakistan, I was under the impression the product was from GA.

The material is nice and soft, but it came with a rip/hole in one of the sew sites. There were some straps missing to tie the cover underneath, and I have had to use other methods to attach the bottom of the cover to the couch. The piping to tuck into the couch cushions could be larger and thicker as I am constantly tucking them in after someone sits on the couch.

I would say the cover works for an outdoor piece of furniture, and if you are okay with waiting over a Month after you have ordered it and don't have "perfect" expectations, and don't have any project deadlines, then it's worth it.

I couldn't get a straight answer and each time I contacted them, I got a different answer and Covers & All would never be able to provide an ETA after the delivery date was missed.

Wrong size
I ordered 2 Cushion covers in size 21 x23 (seat cushions)and 4 size 23x21 ( back cushions)
Covers & All sent me reversed covers. Now two of my back cushions have covers that are 2 inches longer
I know that I measured it right since they had instructions what is length and what is width
However the ones that fit right look great and fabric is good quality.

Well I did not know when is going to be delivered.
One time I called I was told that is out of production.
No delivery date so I called back again and it was still in production but I was given a sipping date

Reasonable quality - but problems with measurements
The products are of reasonable quality - however be cautious in how you measure. The company states that Covers & All add 1" to 2" to the width and depth measure measurements. They do not. The measurements I provided were 100% accurate as I took them from the product manufacturer (an outdoor loveseat) and verified them myself. The cover is extremely difficult to put over the item. They provided perhaps. 5" additional leeway. Also note this company may appear as from the US, but items are manufactured in India and customer support is from there as well. Language problems, and just general poor service if you need to go back to them. Very deceiving on their part.

Missing most of my order
I ordered 2 items (a small cushion cover and a large outdoor triangular shaped shade cover) and I only received the small cushion cover. The shade cover cost me 150 dollars and it never came. Covers & All told me it was shipped in the same package when it clearly was not. I emailed customer service and they still have not gotten back to me. I have no clue how the largest and most expensive part of the order could simply be forgotten and left out! Extremely disappointing considering how long I waited for the order and how much I paid

I contacted customer service and they told me to email pictures of my order to prove that I am missing the largest part of my order. That was 3 days ago and I still have not received any sort of response

Have not received yet. Why not check to see if we received before sending out survey
Not impressed at all with the online ordering. Was to, d to send via email a pic as well as the measurements we wanted sent it. Received email asking again for same info. We did this about three times. Someone email us if we would like to speak to him to give him our number and he would call did not happen. So about a month later we called to place order and person could not understate how to measure or convert measurements so we had to explain how to to it. Still waiting for items so that review will gave yo wait.
Customer service needs improvement and some one that is knowledgeable would be an asset.

I had a really difficult time working with your web...
I had a really difficult time working with your web site. Every time I responded to a chat window I was able to get into the order form but unable to get back to the chat. I ended up chatting to 4 different people, provided drawings and pictures via the chat window, ended up adding these to the chat window, filled out all forms, got as far as the billing information and then unable to get into the billing screen because the chat window overlayed the billing section. I had to close the chat window in order to get back to the billing section. It took me almost 3 hours to finally place my order. Not sure if this was a problem with my computer or your web site but it was a difficult process to say the least. I am just praying that the order goes through and everything works out the way I am hoping it will.

Wrong item
Web site sucks, thought i was getting a skylight, but i got a cover for something, have emailed the companywith no response, then called them and was told to email some other department, now i have something that is no good to me guess i will have to throw it in the garbage.Iam not going to send it back with no refund and let the company keep my money and the item, I have not even opened the package because its not skylight

You Can Trust This Company,
I ordered replacement covers for 8 cushions from my outdoor chairs and love seat set. I measured all cushions, chose my fabric and submitted my order. The total was just over $200 Canadian dollars. I was able to make a change (measurements) in the following 24 hours, add a 20% off coupon and request a free fabric sample kit! The covers, which were sewn in India arrived in just over 2 weeks as per their guaranteed delivery date. The workmanship is flawless and even included piping on all seams which was a pleasant surprise. Unlike the original cushions, the ones from Covers and All had dual zippers that continued around each corner by a couple of inches making removal and installation of foam a breeze! After the discount my total for 8 cushions was $174! I received a quote from a local upholstery shop that was (sit down for this one!) $150 to sew EACH cushion and another $65 to $100 per cushion for the fabric. More than 10 times what I paid! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

A bit disappointed
I had made an error when ordering and Covers & All were efficient in correcting it which I appreciated. When it came to shipping, I received my cushion covers two weeks later than the expected delivery date which was okay but they didn't keep me informed of that. I had to contact them to find out how long I would be waiting. I received the cushion covers I ordered today and they are really well made. My issue is that I didn't realize the fabric was literally like a bbq cover. I thought it was going to be a softer material. My mistake. So if you are looking to recover your patio cushions I would think twice about these.

Excellent!
This company, in a word, is "excellent" to deal with. I received a message after placing my order that asked for confirmation of some odd dimensions, which shows attention to detail and a real desire to get things right, in my opinion. I'm not familiar with seeing this from companies I deal with, so what a welcome treat this was. Additionally, despite my order being confirmed for arrival some 2-1/2 weeks out, it arrived in only 1 week. How's that for excellent service! I wish I had more garden furniture to order covers for. The products are high quality and fit perfectly. Covers & All look like they'll stand over time and battle any weather conditions here in the temperate rainforest. I am most pleased with my experience and purchases.

Not as expected
Mi ordered a custom size triangle shade. The measurements along all the edges are correct but the longest edge is not cut straight. It's cut on a curve upwards towards the peak therefor it will not be long enough to cover the area I need. Ex: side A is left, side B is right and C is the bottom... side C is not cut straight across, it curves up toward the corner where A&B meet. There was no way to know that was going to happen nor was there a way for me to give a length there. The math provided would've been right if it was cut straight. It took 2 months to get to me and to say I'm a little disappointed is an understatement...

I contacted them because the shipment was taking a very long time and I haven't received a tracking number. I was worried because of the bad reviews. The agent was great and explained that was with their old vendor. And he expedited my package.

Solid patio furniture cover
Upon receiving the package, I held my breath unfolding it, hoping it would fit! Yes it did, with some wiggle room Yay! I have an L shaped patio sofa which i would have to move to fit two separate covers on-not ideal! Now I don't have to move furniture! The cover is thick and looks very durable, looks like I can use it even in winter. The pull cords at the bottom don't really work very well. The colour I chose is a darker gray and the material has a shine to it, it will likely hold up well in all sorts of weather Canada has to dish out!

Awesome service experience!
From figuring out an estimate of the potential cost of my covers right through to them arriving at my doorstep the experience has been seamless. The website had good, clear instructions on how to measure my cushions for size and the pictures of the options (like where zippers would be located) were a great help ensuring I got the covers designed in the manner I wanted. When I wasn't sure on colour the sample booklet arrived quickly and were very helpful. Once I decided on colour, designing and ordering my covers was quick and easy, the communication from the company was quick and informative and in very little time my order arrived without issue! This is how service should be!

Quality product; late delivery
We ordered two of the best quality tarps to cover several cords of firewood. We ordered in the second week of October with a mid-November delivery date. It took until mid-December to receive them (after two calls to find out where Covers & All were); they are very heavy duty, which is great, but we now have snow and temps well below zero, so we cannot install them unless we dig out the access to the securing hooks. Also, their very stiff rugged nature will make them difficult to manipulate in these cold temps. The flimsy tarps we used while waiting for these may have to do until spring. So, the lesson learned is to order several months ahead, but the quality looks very good. Will find out!

Wrong size
I received a cover of length 94" versus the desired 112" length, and I think I know why. I had been working on a test order but didn't place it. I then input and placed my actual order with the correct dimensions. I included a picture taken on June 6, the date of the order; and the brand/product name (Wayfair Mazie 7 piece rattan sectional seating group, with 110" length specification). The actual order was somehow replaced by the test order. Cover and All denies receiving an order with photo and description, which can't be.

Complete waste
Not only was the order late but the customer service is horrible, I had to call in to find out the status of the order and for the price you pay it should be a custom fitted cover. Why I got was something so big it that it would collect water like a child's play pool. Way to big at the base, clips for the legs in the wrong spots and a gift bag that is so small their is no way the hammock cover would fit in the bag.

All Covers & All did was ask me to send and email with photos and someone will contact me with 48 hours. I’m waiting to see what happens but don’t have much faith in their customer service since they had more than 3 weeks to get my order right and failed miserably.

Does not fit. Poor Quality
I ordered my cover, provided all measurements as well as included pictures of our crate directly from the website we purchased it. I spoke with a representative from Covers & All and we discussed the need for two separate openings, as there are two doors on our crate. The cover arrived with only one door access, leaving the cover completely useless for us, as the door that is inaccessible is the door we're using. As well, the cover is portrayed as a quality vinyl cover but looks like nothing more than a giant black garbage bag. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

The customer service representative I spoke with seemed to understand my custom request and advised it would be designed as requested. Unfortunately the cover was not designed to the specifications indicated.

Service Good Overall
I liked the chat window, it helps when you're stuck during the purchase. There are discrepancies with the promotions where it ranges also with disclaimer up to maximum. That was very frustrating, I had to redo my purchase order several times as result. The "free bag" showed up one time in the cart and the next time it didn't even though the order was the exact same. Prior to committing to the order, I had asked via chat if it's missing is that ok to continue with the order and the agent said yes, it's standard even though it's not on the cart. The order arrived without it.

Overall satsifed but it has taken too many communications to resolve inquiries. Post purchase, I'm still following up with previous chats related to the order. If anyone is experiencing situation - in some cases the cart shows "free" bag to hold the coverings, and in some instances is removed. Customer Service assured that this would be part of the delivery regardless, not true. So now there is followup.

Covers & All are responsive to inquiries but there is a lot of follow-up. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Custom Curtains
I provided the specs for a set of custom curtains for my outdoor gazebo. At first the chat representative said it wasn't something that wasn't possible but then I spoke to another agent and Covers & All agreed to do it, so I was quite happy with that as I ordered custom outdoor furniture covers in the past. Essentially, I asked for 4 curtains to be zipped together to keep the wind and snow out in the winter months. I also asked for velcro straps to tie them to the gazebo posts so they wouldn't whip around in the wind. I received the curtains and all the measurements were perfect. The quality of the material is amazing and delivery was quick. The only problem was that the velcro straps were attached to the inside of the curtains instead of the outside and so I had to reverse them. This exposes the stitching to the outdoor elements, but I just hope it's not going to be a problem going forward. In addition, I had hoped they put a double zipper rather than a single zipper so that you can easily open from both the inside and out. Other than that, the product is pretty solid.
