I am happy with the quality of the cover. I wish it fit tighter than it does but I did supply the measurements. One thing that I think could have been better are the draw strings. Covers & All are only on the ends and are not really effective to hold the cover tight in case of high winds. If the draw strings where all around the cover; I think this might have been better. It is important that this smoker does not get wet because of its electronics so I will probably have to weigh the cover down somehow. With all this in mind; I will order more covers from you in the future.

I quickly found what I was looking for and using the ample list of shapes I was able to enter the measurements. Once I submitted, Covers and All were very quick to reply and ask for some additional info and a photo of what needed to be covered. Send a picture if you have it and save a step. Once I sent the picture Covers and All replied in less than a day to confirm the cover shape would work and asked for confirmation to procede. I confirmed and the cover arrived a week earlier than scheduled. Overall the whole process required about 30 minutes of my time from ordering to receipt.

Purchasing was fine. However, after that, it was a nightmare. I ordered our products on Nov 1st. We then got an email saying our order has been delayed and scheduled to arrive Nov 30th. This was already way longer then expected. After 3 calls to your contact centre, I was told we had to wait 47 days from ordering till Dec 17th until we get our products. Product finally arrived, but it was missing half the order. At this point I'm almost laughing through frustration at the failures of this company. I now have to wait another unknown amount of time for the other half of our order to come through. What more could go wrong.

Even though I communicated that I didn't want the extra leeway and I sent the exact measurements of the space, with photos, from post to post, the sail was too big for the area and sags too much. I even called to talk to someone prior to placing the order with the hope to get clarification on sending exact measurements, however, the person with whom I spoke, was not knowledgeable about the measurement taking nor was she able to tell me the measurements of the hardware. She was only able to refer me back to the website and told me to input my concerns via email. I even offered my phone number in the email and asked to be contacted to discuss what their recommendation would be with regards to getting a better fit. All I wanted to know was if by giving them the exact measurements from post to post, would Covers & All then take into account the hardware measurement and subtract it from the measurement I provided? Since they didn't do that, the sail sags because the hardware to attach the sail at each end measures an extra 4 inches. I will now need to take it to someone who can recut and resew the ends, and perhaps add some grommets so that at least the sail can be usable and attached with the hardware I purchased. It's just a shame that there isn't a better description of how to take accurate measurements, taking the hardware measurements into account and that there wasn't better customer service communication. Although the color and quality of the sail material and the hardware fixtures are excellent, I am disappointed with the fit and the fact that I now have to pay someone else to get it fitted properly. With that said, I know that if I have the sail modified by someone else, the manufacturing warranty will no longer be valid with your company, so I hope that modifying it doesn't affect the integrity of the sail. Ordered for the first time. Selected the most durable cover as it needs to get through a Canadian winter. Order process was simple. There were issues with our measurements and Covers & All responded within 24 hours letting us know of the issues. Obviously Covers & All use an algorithm on curved covers and could tell our measurements wouldn't work. We remeasured and all was good. Cover arrived 4 days faster than promised.

They weren't really issues. I had questions before the order and received a response immediately. Once the order was placed, there were issues with our measurements and Covers & All contacted us within 24 hours requesting we remeasure. We did so and all was good.

We thought we were going to have to throw our 5 year old patio set out because the sun had damaged (shredded) the seats and no replacements were available (even on Amazon). So I tried this company - we measured our cushions twice to make sure! And we chose the blue colour for a change (we had beige before). OMG at hey arrived ahead of schedule and Covers & All are a perfect fit! And the quality for outdoor furniture is way superior to what we had originally! We are so thankful to have saved our $2500 set for a total of $250 CAD…. A love seat and two chairs like new again!

I Ordered and I got order confirmation right away and follow up email was sent a couple of days after. I had a tracking number to check on. I even got a phone call from them because Covers & All were out of the fabric I chose for one product and they offered to ship another color because of the delay it would take to get the color I chose. I ended up keeping the original color I wanted et will continue looking at the tracking for the coming shipment. I had to call them back after they left a voice message and the team was super friendly and well organized!

I did a custom order for 5 pieces. 4 club chairs and a fire table. The communication back and forth was great. Items arrived when Covers & All said they would. However once we received the product the 4 club chairs barely fit they are so tight that it puts stress on the fabric and I worry they won't last long. The fire table cover fits perfectly though. The website says to give exact measurements because they allow for extra room 1/2 inch or more. That is not to case with our chairs. We had a lot of trouble getting them on because they are so tight. The grey water proof fabric is very nice though. Don't think I'd reorder because of price.

A very user friendly site to navigate. I was ordering a irregular shaped sail and after placing my order I realized I had given one wrong measurement. I contacted them on a weekend and Covers & All got back to me right away and was able to correct my mistake and put the right measurement on my order. Everyone I talked and messaged to were very professional and courteous. I received my order in the specified time and found everything to be in perfect condition. I look forward to many years of use.

I made a mistake on one of my measurements and they were able to correct it instantly. Very impressed.

We have purchased covers for our sectional, chair and ottoman in the past and couldn't be happier. We have had the covers through 3 summers and 2 winters in Canada and Covers & All remain completely waterproof keeping our furniture looking like new. Web site sucks, thought i was getting a skylight, but i got a cover for something, have emailed the companywith no response, then called them and was told to email some other department, now i have something that is no good to me guess i will have to throw it in the garbage.Iam not going to send it back with no refund and let the company keep my money and the item, I have not even opened the package because its not skylight

Ordering process was clear and easy. Delivery was slightly delayed from their original estimate but was still MUCH faster than we originally anticipated for a 10-piece custom order during a pandemic. Covers are very well-made and fit the irregular shapes of our cushions perfectly. Can't wait to get back outside as the weather gets better!

I inquired once about the status of our order. Covers & All were very pleasant and responsive. And apologized for not notifying us sooner that our order was slightly delayed (only a week in the end, which includes international shipping).

I ordered a full set of seat and cushion covers for my outdoor 5 seat sofa and Covers & All arrived a month later. The packaging was interesting but it didn't matter because inside the product was awesome. Very well made. Outsourced to a factory in India and they really know what they're doing.

It was weird at the beginning but eventually we sorted things out. My original material choice was out of stock so I was checking if it would be back in soon. The weird part was the CS rep hung up on the online chat within about 15 secs of waiting for me to see his reply. It wasn’t cool.

I finally got the two curtains- but with a lot of hunting down trying to pin an arrival date-that kept getting being moved - only got info when I would ask where it was- no updates until after I would call- - I really started to think this company was a front - I understand with covid things take a long time but ordering late in October Covers & All knew this and should have put a more realistic delivery date. I did manage always to contact the company - however then started to wonder if it was really them I was messaging - the product DID ARRIVE - and it is a GOOD product. I would suggest be upfront with customers and say it will take longer than 2 months to arrive.

The site was pretty easy to use, and the chat feature gave me access to an actual person when I had a couple of questions. The material is good quality, I received my order faster than expected. My only issue is that a large part of my order has clear vinyl, and I initially thought I'd put hand prints all over it and made a mess. Then my son realized what I was seeing is foot prints! I guess in the manufacturing process, the material gets laid out on the floor and someone walked all over it. Now I have to clean the whole damned thing! :(

So far I have been very happy with your products and the quality. I have bought several custom made tarps for my utility trailer, the quality is extremely good. I believe this new tarp that I have ordered for my snow blower will be of the same quality. The price is right and is fair for the quality I have received.

Update: The cover for the snow blower arrived and it is extremely well made. A fairly complex cover with a multitude of measurements. I took all the measurements, sent them to the company and Covers & All sent back the measurements with corrections. Turns out their measurements were right on and the final product is incredible. Everything about the cover is quality, from the zippers to the actual material. Easy to put on the blower, covers 100%, couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Pictures don't quite match descriptions as it looks like the same pictures for diff design chairs so it is hard to look at your descriptions and know exactly what you are getting. Secondly your tuff max description to price ratio doesn't make sense. Cover tuff is ideal for extreme and is costed at 27.08 your higher rated cover max is rated as ideal for moderate and has a higher price tag at28.99. When you look into the product specifications you finally understand the price increase a little more. It would be helpful to know what you classify as moderate weather? Winds up to 40?, 50?, severe weather - over70?

Hello. So I ordered for outdoor cushions for my patio loveseat. I was extremely pleased with the overall quality of the product. It's so good I'll be ordering for more cushions for my other two chairs. I have to be honest however I was extremely disappointed with the overall shipping. It provided me a date to be home to receive the item. I was home all day and it did not arrive. The next day it arrived and I was not home and the driver did not leave the package on the door. I was then send an email that's said in order to get my item I had to pay a fee for the driver to come back. If I was home on the date indicated and Covers & All didn't make the delivery on that date they certainly shouldn't charge their customers for coming back again on a different date. This is my only complaints about them

Unclear that prices were in CDN when paying directly by credit card -- I figured that out by starting a paypal payment (where it makes that clear). It is a. Ca URL but that doesn't necessarily mean prices are CDN (esp. Since the company is US and products appear to be made there). Would be good to make it clear to CDN shoppers that prices are actually CDN$. Wouldn't take much other than to add a note somewhere on any page where prices appear.

Would like to see more fabric colours / patterns. I settled on navy because it works, not because I particularly like it. If I was still married I'd likely not have been able to make the purchase.

We ordered custom cushion covers for the backyard as well as a custom made fire pit cover. We attached a picture of the fire pit and Covers & All got back to us with some questions about some additional dimensions. The fire pit cover came back just perfect in fit and looks. The cushion covers were of excellent quality and beautiful looks. We are so pleased with Covers &All and we highly recommend them. Well done guys.

Delivery was done in 2 batches. I called to make sure the rest of the order was shipped since it was not delivered all at once. I was helped promptly and was told it got shipped. I received it 2 days later
