Was a bit confused by the need of selecting a card type - I've selected the first option - master card - typed my VISA number in. After. Omg. Only after two fault attempts I realised what I'm doing wrong.

I did struggle to find the chain links
I did struggle to find the chain links. The 'QL' (I think) version didn't come up in my general search. I had to go back to a very old email in which it was advertised to find it by clicking the link in the email. Also, not sure of the difference between the 2 versions of links that I have purchased. I really don't need both, and can only assume the dearer ones are better, but don't know what the difference will be?

Let down by the delivery company's inconsistent app. Showing that the parcel had left Melbourne but not reached sydney but the text updates said it had and to expect it at end of the month / early November yet it arrived today….

Great customer support
In my opinion, this company should be noticed by every cycling lover, because it seems to me that I have never faced such a company with such a responsive and polite customer support. Cyclingdeal write in the descriptiong that consumers and clients are their family, and it really feels like that. They treat you like a family member, because they approach to every client with a great responsibility. I wish I would face this company that times when I neede a new bike. Anyway, I know that I can apply here anytime I want because the customer support here is awesome.

Worked fine except for brief confusion at checkout. After going to PayPal and paying there, I got sent back to the cycling deal page and it said I needed to correct something. Pressed the pay button again, and then immediately went to the page showing me my order ID and saying my payment has been processed.

Easy on line order. I was able to click collect. Staff at Cycling Deal were extremely helful.

Seat post was wrong size (my fault). Cyclingdeal did not have the correct size in stock but refunded my purchase without any fuss.

Cyclingdeals always have good prices and get your parts despatched from their warehouse on the next working day. Unfortunately Cyclingdeal get let down by their courier company, in this case it took 3 days for them to move a parcel less than 20km.

I've been a customer for a couple of years now and...
I've been a customer for a couple of years now and Cyclingdeal have always delivered quality products at great prices. Dispatch is always quick.

Today for the first time I've had to contact customer service about an order that was not quite the same as the product description. Within 3 hours of my email, a new part was dispatched. Thanks Leo for your excellent and prompt customer service and thanks Cyclingdeal. I hope you can see more growth in the future and take a few more customers away from CRC and the like.

The product was not delivered to me
The product was not delivered to me. I had to retrieve from a news shop several towns away. This would have been avoided if Cyclingdeal had used AU Post rather than a courier svc.
Also, the option to choose the silver reflective finish was not offered, so ended up with the blue. V good mirror though. Looks good and v adjustable.
