Yeh, you dont have a pick up facility, so i had to pay shipping of 40+ dollars and i am only 10 minutes away, there was no option to pick up from site, where i know the bikes are stored in dandenong. This is why i chose this site as it was close

Payment form is broken
Payment form is broken. Button to "Confirm order" was clicked once, than a waiting symbol appeared and nothing happened. A second click was required. This sort of "website glitch" is typical for scam and phishing sites and needs to be fixed ASAP!

Great service, prompt delivery I had the new bikehand...
Great service, prompt delivery I had the new bikehand repair stand within a week of ordering even with the current health pandemic that we are all facing. As for the bike stand would highly recommend it, used it a bunch of time already from maintenance and general bike cleaning. Found it to be very sturdy, I will be honest i was a bit worried that it would struggle holding a bike from the dropper post but handle it with ease. Pretty much attached the tool rack and it was ready to go. All round great experience.

I would have no hesitations in recommending this company to anyone that may need bicycle parts as I will be returning when I need something.

Fine..
Fine. But I can't rate the product until see how Cyclingdeal wear. Shimano branded cleats are getting quite expensive so I've tried generic stuff and it has been pretty hopeless. So I'll reserve judgement on the cycling deal cleats until I've used them a while. All I can say now is they clip in and out fine!

When i selected master card, no boxes came up to enter...
When i selected master card, no boxes came up to enter card details. Also the same for visa. When I selected paypal, it send me to a different screen then back to the checkout and I had to re-enter our address etc and payment method again before it processed.

Web site was easy to use and navigate
Web site was easy to use and navigate. Payment process was easy to follow and worked well, as it should. All I can recommend is that to have more detailed specifications of your product. Ie. For the pump, maximum pressure it can inflate to, material that it's made from and scale of pressure meter. Also to state best suited to low pressure high volume mountain bikes or suitable for high pressure road bike tyres.

Express checkout is very convenient
Express checkout is very convenient. When the item arrived it was clear that it had been handled very roughly. I took some photos of the unopened package that I'm happy to share with you. The long bolt, as well as washers and nuts were missing so I had to source replacements.

Just ordered my second bike from Cyclingdeal, the HASA comp 1.0 I purchased 3 years ago has been fantastic. Quality product for a good price and the delivery service was as described. Hoping for a similar experience with this order.

Very easy and satisfactory
Very easy and satisfactory. It might be worth noting that google shopping listed the product as $34.99 but the actual price was $39.99 on cycling deal. I was however happy to proceed.

Honest feedback
Honest feedback - your checkout process is very confusing. Specifically, I entered my details and, then selected confirm and process order. It then redirected me to PayPal where I entered my details (all usual up to this point). Then it brought me back to the website, removed all my address details which I had to re-enter and showed nothing different. I had to login to PayPal and my bank to check whether payment had been deducted before pressing the very same 'confirm and process' button again.

Easy site to navigate
Easy site to navigate. Had (most) of the stuff I wanted and the prices seemed pretty good. Simple checkout process, easy to follow, free shipping (well, for any 1/2 decent spend... fare enough). Only issue was saying something was in stock when it was on pre-order. If you cant have it now, it ain't in stock (IMO). Otherwise, pretty good site.
