Very good website. However, when I reached tried to order, it told me that in order to get free shipping, I needed to add a certain amount in goods (e. G first £00.1 then £11.01) Every time I added the required amount in goods, to get free shipping, it asked me to add even more to get free shipping when I reached the basket. Inconsistent, dishonest and confusing.

It's actually taken over half an hour to buy the socks I almost gave up! Due to Payment not being accepted on PayPal for some reason An error message kept coming up as I tried to process the amount with Please try Later messages. Not Good Experience at all but I liked the look of the product so kept trying.

Your site shows lovely things but it is a fiend to operate. It has taken me over an hour to make this order. You can't move through the whole range because it keeps going back. Also, there is no indication of what materials you are using that I think is essential. Cotton? Wool?

Good except when you've Looked at an item or added an item to the bag it takes you right back to the beginning of the site so ordering takes much longer, eg if you are looking at boots it takes you back to the main start of the web site.

I came accross this website by chance and I have fallen in love with the style. I have just placed my first order which I'm now looking forward to receiving. I hope the quality of the item is as good as it looks in the advertisement.

Shopping was easy.
Waiting a long time. Had to search for if.
Item is mishaps and very large with very long sleeves. Completely un acceptable!
I don't want to pay the return post so I'm not sending it back.

It would be good to see pictures of the back of tops and other angles, especially as it's a comparably high delivery charge, it's hard to gauge what it might be like on with just one frontal photo

You should have free returns at that price for delivery. I will see the quality of the items. And it's hard to see the lists of items with the top hanging over the screen all the time. Thanks

Always quality goods received. Very competitive in what is offered. Dont take forever to deliver. The buying system very simple and just what is needed when I buy a lot on line. Deserves 5*

Clothes originally ordered too small at XL was more like 14-16 needed size 20 so ordered 4XL hoping it will fit. Not easy to return you need to contact customer services for an address.

I can really say much yet, I shall see if I receive my order. So far so good. I hope the quality of the clothes is good because i have sensitive skin.

Long delays and some items still not arrived yet... all due to covid that which did arrive was excellent quality. Constant updates received on the progress of my orders.

Your discount codes are confusing.
Plus you said free delivery on orders over £79. But I had to buy goods to the value of pver £100 before you gave me free delivery.

Very difficult to order for the first time as I am British and everything is not in the order I am used to but hopefully you're clothing is as great as it looks

I would never have ordered it if I had realised you charge £10 for postage. Where on earth is it coming from? Unfortunately I had already put in Bank details.

Incompetent and very slow delivery times and messed up orders all coming in separate packages overlapping order items which I'm not prepared to pay to return

The sizing is a bit weird and seems different dependant on what style you want,

A shock to see the ten pound charge for a standard delivery! It wasn't mentioned until the very end. I won't fall for that one again!

Many items have limited sizes or colours. Sizes are US, so hoping they'll fit in UK. Not very happy about length of Shipping time!
