Not all houses in the UK have a number. Some houses only have a name. Your website won't accept an order for an address with no house number. So customers in the UK with no house number have to work out that this is the problem and put in a number as well as the name eg '1'. It took me a long time to put in my address because of this problem. It would be helpful to state this and tell people with no house number to use number '1'. This is ok for the UK postal system. Thank you

I sent an eMail some weeks ago about it, received a reply that the department will look into it adjust it, but nothing happened.

There is never any information on goods ordered or feedback. I still have outstanding purchases which I have not received. It has been weeks and still not received them it's worrying. There is never any way of checking on what I have purchased. Also a lot of what I have received ie: socks are nothing like the picture, quite substandard clothing and nothing as pretty or vibrant as advertised. I am still waiting for all my other stuff.

Good so far, I like the fact that Damensein sell different and unusual products. I would like to say, my second order arriving before my first order? My first order took a very long time... the postage is expensive and I ordered two pairs socks one fit fine the others are very big! Both stated one-size! So bit hit and miss there with sock sizing. Ordering is easy if you have the patience to wait for the order :)

Great choice of clothing and accessories in a variety of colours and the prices are very good as well. Could do with simplifying the check out process on this website with the delivery charges before you can select PayPal and other payment methods. I have bought my wife a handbag a while ago from here and now my niece wants the same bag which is why I am back here again.

Was good, spent a long time browsing and could have bought the lot if finances allowed! Just a bit of a downer at the long delivery time quoted. I guess Brexit and Covid are doing it but it was still a downer - I felt that postage should be waived or reduced, £11 is a lot to pay if customers have to wait more than 10 days for clothes, as seasons change fast. Thanks.
