Doesn't it irk you that your age, name, siblings, parents, and some address information (past and current) show up on the Internet? If you don't want this kind of information visible on the Internet hire these guys. They're reasonably priced and will remove information about you that's nobody's business but yours. There may be a couple or so sites that you need to handle but the bulk is handled by them. When you receive your reports, just quickly do a scan on the Internet to see that you're actually removed. If there are a couple of ones that still pop up see if it's on their list of Can't Remove - Here's Why and usually it's a quick opt-out procedure. But doing that for 20 or so People Finder-ish sites is cumbersome. That's my two cents. Eventually, we'll elect more people to our government that understand the Internet, instead of entitled old white guys, and these future well-informed public servants will actually set some healthy legal boundaries so that our data is protected. Until then we need to use helpful third-party companies.

I joined delete me about a week ago. It seems that all of the information I provided is being USED not DELETED! After completing my profile and waiting for my first report, I started receiving mail at my current address in the names of names I listed WITH DELETE ME as "aliases" or "names associated with me that are incorrect". This has never happened in the past so, why is it happening all of the sudden? I'm so livid right now. I thought DeleteMe were deleting information not selling it! Funny, my intuition had me skeptical about this very thing. I knew that the information I provided would prove me right and sure enough, it has! I should have followed my gut. By the way, the name in the picture is two last names that started showing up on my credit report as an alias about 15 years ago. I hadn't ever received any mail in this name until I signed up for this service.

DeleteMe helped me when my cellphone number was stolen and being used by 2 people. My number was attached to their profiles all over the internet. I was receiving calls and texts from many unknown persons. With DeleteMe's help, my personal information was removed from the majority of search sites. DeleteMe also worked on getting my cellphone number removed from the 2 individual's profiles. As of this date, the number of unknown calls and texts have diminished greatly.

I wrote to customer service because I was having an issue with Radaris that I could not resolve on my own. I received an initial reply from Dave, and the issue was a little more complex than we originally thought. So it took multiple emails back and forth before between us before it could be resolved. Dave was always extremely responsive, courteous, helpful, polite and professional. He's also very patient as well :)! In the end, Dave was able to get the issue resolved with Radaris in a timely manner. Outstanding service, very pleased here! Thank you so much once again!

I don't have social media accounts or any kind of online presence, so I was incredibly shocked and saddened to see so much personal information online, including every address I've ever had in my entire life (even PO Boxes and my childhood home), salary information, and all past phone numbers (not my current one thankfully). I understand that it takes a while to get the job done. Thus, it says that the report will take a few weeks. However, a good improvement is to show us what did you find so far about me. I know there are many sites that can show about a person if we pay them. It takes less than 5 minutes. So, since I subscribe the DeleteMe, it would be nice if you can show what you find and send me the report in an email. Then, tell me that you will be working on cleaning them up.

So far we've been with delete me for over two years and some misinformation and just plain too much information was cleared out to the point that when my husband discovered his adopted biological roots and went to meet a couple biological family members, DeleteMe told us they were nervous about him because they couldn't find anything on him. It gave him a chance to show them whom he is without any outside untruths or misdirected information. Besides it's creepy how much you can find on a person with a simple search so the relief of that information being extremely limited allows you to live your life story as it should be without any outside unwanted eyes watching. Very important work delete me foes very well.

Found this site after a friend told me that DeleteMe deleted her name and address from spokeo for free, which was cool. I had a live chat with someone from deleteme, their site that deletes accounts and pages and things, to see if they'd be able to remove my name from mylife.com. I have no idea how they had my info, but it's one of the top google results for my name. They were able to do it no problem. It's a good concept for a service and I can see a lot of people needing to use it in the future.

You saved my life in ways I can never rethink you, at a supercritical time several years ago. Please continue to do periodic checks as my name and address have appeared at times. Although the company cannot control the continuous posting of personal data mined from the dark web, DeleteMe have done a great job cleaning me and my husband off the internet. True story: A girlfriend called for our address and she stated "I can't find you on the web. It was like you were never born"! The company is prompt to respond within 24 hours. If I noticed a post I would just send their way. I fully intend to hire them again, once they can delete us from the dark web. I highly recommend hiring Delete me!

Thankful for not having to pay the ridiculous price my attorney wanted just for consultation never mind the cost to start removing things. He also said there were no guarantees, now that's scary from an attorney. That to me usually means if your not rich don't talk to me after and good luck. Been there before.

We had a fraud on our bank checking account and had to change it. I googled my name and was shocked to find so much private information listed! With identity theft today, you would think that companies would take more caution in listing so much private information or selling lists! I read the information on your website and decided to try it for two years.

I want my address and phone number deleted from search sites. I can't rate the service as i just signed up.
Update from 2/26. I have received an update of sites my information was found and the process required to delete. DeleteMe is handling everything. Some sites will take several weeks to process requests. If all works out, deleteme will receive a five star review. It is still too soon to tell. I am impressed with the number of sites searched, as i did know of even half of them.

I really doubted this service and thought it may be a waste of money. But, after the first notification of my deletion from many sites, I had my computer nerd boyfriend search for me over the web. After the first year as a very satisfied customer, I just renewed for a 2nd year. My review has not changed in the last 11 months. I still feel super-confident in their work. I am supremely happy with not only the quality of removal services, but also the quality of the company. Every time I contact them, DeleteMe are quickly responsive, professional, accommodating and helpful. Auto-renew did not allow for entering a coupon code, but upon emailing DeleteMe, they immediately responded and graciously honored the coupon!

Not sure what this is doing for me after the initial scanning. It shows X number of websites using my private information, addresses a few of them. The report I received wasn't correct -- an entry DeleteMe said was deleted was not, they apologized and said they had overlooked it when I brought it to their attention. Not sure this shouldn't be more of a 29.99 type service, because I don't really see what is ongoing that requires a year of service. My second month report was basically just a very brief summary that looks like a reiteration of the initial report. They show they have contacted a number of websites to request removal, but they were supposed to have done that last month, so I'm unclear about what they achieved this month. They reported maybe a half dozen on the initial report who have actually claimed to have removed information, the vast majority was supposed to be contacted with requests but don't respond promptly. The bad news is that your information will still show in the Google result, long after these websites claim to have removed you. Is it worth the price -- that's my question -- because your information will still appear in the Google search summary. And will it be worth continuing after the first year subscription expires -- I need to see more ongoing efforts to be able to justify continuing the service. Of course, I'm opening myself up to yet another source (ReviewFeeder) that will try to sell my private information, by answering the DeleteMe email request to review them.

I had a couple of bad experiences with people finding my data online, and I was absolutely horrified at the amount of my personal information that was available online from a quick search. After researching options to delete that information, I came across DeleteMe, and I'm so thankful I did. The drastic reduction in my information available to the public was significant, and DeleteMe continue to monitor for and remove information on an ongoing basis. This is a relatively inexpensive service for something extremely important to our safety in the 21st century. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been getting tired of all the spam calls and spam emails and started valuing my internet privacy more as a result. Even after one month of service, the amount of spam I have been receiving has dropped considerably and the amount of search results that show up on google is starting to drop. The few results that still show up on google bring me to a 404 page and are awaiting deletion.
