No price gouging
How nice that the Canadians have lived up to their reputation of being fair and nice. The US companies have been doing serious price gouging on the product I purchased. The cheapest I could find this part was at least triple the MSRP here in the US, so even with shipping from Canada it was less than half of the lowest price I could find in the US. Thank you and I'm sure I will purchase from you again!

What a pleasant surprise!
I sought out the lowest possible price for a Grandstream WP820 Enterprise Portable Wi-Fi phone in Canada. DeployDepot came up the winner, even and especially against Amazon.ca, who offered a "refurbished" unit for $27 more! So, on a leap of faith, I ordered the two units from DeployDepot, having never done business with them before, nor had I ever heard of them. But being a Canadian company, in my old home town of Montreal, I thought I would take a chance.

What a pleasant surprise when the two units turned up a mere few days later via Canada Expresspost, in perfect, pristine, brand new / never opened condition. The box was perfectly packed, and I was even immediately impressed by the packing tape DeployDepot used on the box, printed with their own logo and information. Classy! And it was even a bonus that DeployDepot included a pen and a pad of DeployDepot post-it notes gratis in the box!

So, in a word, yes, I would purchase again from these folks. They look like they are running a class act, and I wish them great success.

ETA for product was longer than promised
Called into office to be sure product is available before placing order. Was told will get product within 2 business days because product was at another warehouse. 14 days later, still haven't received product yet.

Was somewhat satisfied that customer service will followup on the order.

Great!
My item arrived a day earlier than anticipated based on the tracking. When I received my item there were chocolates and sticky notes included (both of which are very much appreciated). The product itself (I have only used for about a half day) is fantastic, I am able to move around my home while in meetings. I am able to use the mute function- the audio is very clear and the headset itself is very comfortable to wear.

Finally a Canadian Alternative to CDW. Buy Canadian!
This Canadian business out of Montreal has a massive inventory and ships very fast. If you're Canadian I highly recommend you give DeployDepot a try. I'm never buying equipment anywhere else. Supporting DeployDepot is supporting the Canadian tech industry and will grow our relatively small tech economy and create opportunities in tech for Canadians rather then giving them away to the United States.

Excellent Customer Service
I normally buy on Amazon but could not find a particular Ubiquiti Access Point in stock. While searching for alternatives, I found DeployDepot. Everything went as expected but I called them at the last minute to check if I could upgrade my shipping to have the items sooner. DeployDepot were very friendly and helpful and upgraded my order to overnight shipping without an issue. I have not had this kind of personalized service in a while. The items arrived the next day and have been working perfectly since being setup. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Dect 720 Handset
I already have a 750 and one 720 for some time now. I was looking to add a second 720 and a friend had mentioned DeployDepot so I thought I would give you a try. You had stock (which was really great to hear), your price was very competitive, you delivered it in a timely fashion and last but not east you are a Canadian company. Also I have already placed ANOTHER order for my third 720.

On Time, Meeting Expectations
We are grateful to have found a supplier in DeployDepot who was able to provide us with headsets we required for our Call Centre.
Many other vendors did not have supply, but DeployDepot delivered!
We will definitely use them for all of our future headset requirements, and will investigate what other product offerings DeployDepot have.

Everything went according to plan
Site is friendly, easy to find and buy geeky stuff. Communication after having purchased the item(s) was clear and I was informed of each step in the process. Price was also a factor: DeployDepot were as the same price point as ‘the big dudes on the net' so my choice of buying local was obvious.

Found the part that I needed, ordered and received within 2 days. First time buying from them which made me a bit worried but all went as expected. Received my order on time, well wrapped and in perfect working order. I will check them out again when i need other items in the future.

Slow to ship, but resolved
Ordered over a week ago and paid for overnight shipping, but the product still hasn't shipped yet! If DeployDepot get their distribution sorted to ship products much faster then this would be a 5 star review...
Since writing the above I have now received the order. I appreciate it's a busy time of year. Thanks for addressing my concerns and organising a speedy delivery of my order.

Great experience
I'll let you know upfront, that I don't buy a lot of products online. This, however, was a great experience. The website was user friendly and I could tell exactly what I was purchasing. I requested the least expensive shipping and the package arrived in four days, much sooner than I expected. The produce was exactly what I was looking for. Deploy Depot provided a great product and shopping experience.

First experience with Deploy Depot
Ordered a UniFi wireless bridge at a very good price. I could see that inventory updated online immediately (it went from '2 available' to 'not in stock'), and very quickly I received serial updates confirming credit card processing, order preparation, shipment labeling, and shipment. The order arrived the next day, and followup emails made me aware that the package was in my receiving department, while also providing me with a final invoice. The product was correct and in good shape. Everything in this transaction was top notch.

Very happy
I ordered these headphones at a great price, and found DeployDepot's customer service to be as good as the deal. Constant communication about the status of the order, timely delivery and even a couple of little gifts with my order. The headphones are awesome--I had been looking for this model for a while and when I saw the great price, I took a chance on a company I'd never dealt with. Very happy I did. I'd definitely deal with them again.

As a first time customer I am impressed by the selection and availability of the product I wanted. The experience was satisfying in that I found the product I was searching for and was able to complete the transaction quickly. DeployDepot actually answer their phones, reply to emails and know their product. They can offer great solutions for wifi or telecom needs. Thank you for being better than the other guys. And Canadian too! No more Amazon. Our dompany is done using Amazon, let's make Canada rich again and stop supporting the richest man in the world while keeping Canadians working and keeping Canadian dollars in Canada. Great job guys! Check your inventory
Very first experience tried to purchase a laptop was a great deal found out it was refurbished, I don't mind to me that just means that it has been checked twice. After purchasing the laptop that said 14 were in stock I received an email that said there was a discrepancy and the laptop is no longer available

Slow service but product is awesome
I spent over an hour on the website choosing just the right phone for my mother in law. I was happy with the help I got from customer service. I made my order and waited, and waited. After about 5 days I had to inquire why my phone hadn't shipped and DeployDepot told me they do a final check on each order to make sure there are no issues with the product. Not a major deal but would have been nice to know because my mother in law's original phone died and I needed a quicker replacement. With the good and the bad I give the experience 3 stars.

World-class service!
Expeditious shipment. Ordered night of Feb. 9th, received morning of Feb. 11th.

Received product in excellent condition --- looks brand new (could not tell that it is in fact refurbished).
Immediately hooked up the Vista 350 and it worked outright. Just like my old Vista 350,29 years ago.

Super fast shiipping and excellent customer service!
I appreciate went somebody take care on how DeployDepot handle there's customers, and I appreciate how they treated me on my first purchase. I was a little skeptical on to buy Unifi product from another place other then the manufacture, but I was surprise for their customer service and how fast it was deliver to my house. Communication was fantastic! I didn't have to ask anything, they were on top of everything and their follow up with emails and notification were there before I had any question. I highly recommend to do business with them. I leave in Barrie, ON and bought a Doorbell. Received a notification from Fedex saying that they received the package the same day of the order. Very impress!

Purchase was excellent - Return was painful
I purchased two VOIP phones and a base. On one of the phones, the power adaptor was defective. In order for me to return it - I had to complete the request on the manufacturer's site and send a request to DD. Then I had to wait for the approval and return it. Even after all of this, I thought that once the return was received I would get the replacement - It took over a week for them to ship the replacement. It has been almost two weeks from the time I notified them of the defect and I am still awaiting my replacement

Fast delivery
Very fast delivery-ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived first thing on Tuesday morning.
My only criticism would be that the order status still said "Awaiting fulfillment" 2-3 days after it was delivered-kind of defeats the purpose of an order tracker, but at least it was a pleasant surprise when it turned up early!

Good Experience
Was looking for a product that was out of stock or at an extremely high price at other retailers. DeployDepot had the item in stock, and it was at what I would consider a reasonable price given our current economic situation. Product was $100's less that from others and was exactly what I needed.

Shipping was fast (even when factoring in dealing with Customs) and the item arrived as described.

Good solution for cellular modem/router for cottage
I purchased the Telkonika RUT950 as an internet solution for a cottage using an existing cellular contact I have with Bell. I am pretty happy with the results. Only complaint is that the device seems to have some difficulty connecting through a cellular booster. Took a while to get it to work. The issue may be with the booster I have which is I think an older model.

Delayed in shipping without communication until I followed up
I ordered several items. One of the items I ordered was for 99 cents and was described as only the "case". Normally the item is a case and power supply together. Considering that the power supply is normally $50-$60 the price did not seem unreasonable for the case as the power supply alone is $50-$60.

I ordered and paid pull price for the power supply separately.

After a couple days, I noticed that the order was still in fulfillment. I contacted customer service and DeployDepot indicated they could not locate the item (which is disappointing). To be honest, I think the customer should have been contacted to escalate the situation - not the customer checking in to see why there was a delay. Further, I tried to communicate to the service rep that while I appreciate the refund of the 99 cent item, but I no longer need the power supply (which was supposed to complement the case).

The customer service rep didn't understand and ended up still charging me and shipping me the item.

Other items in the order are as expected.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a landline phone. When I sent the order in, almost immediately received a phone call to verify my order. Apparently there are two
Different types which I was not aware of and had ordered wrong one. DeployDepot gave me all the info on the analog, cancelled my previous order and placed the new order which I might add arrived in 2 days. This is no doubt exceptional service. Thank you.

Fast processing and delivery
Was looking for a Ubiquiti Smart Plug which had been listed for some time but not in stock. I signed up for their email notification. Worked great. Got the email, immediately purchased the part and it was delivered in a couple days. Perfect transaction. Will definitely use DeployDepot again as need arises and would recommend them to others.

Great service!
Followed up on the weekend when payment processing had issues and was taken care of without having to call in. Fast updates on website, lots of notifications via email. Delivery went smooth. Network switch was well packed and in excellent condition. Will definitely use Deploy Depot again!

Business hours
I really find Unfortunate that DeployDepot are not open for pickup after 5 pm. It would be very interresting if they can accept pickup til 6h30 7 pm. This will give so much convenient for lot of people and businesses to have access to pickup their stock after the regular business hours of 9 to 5 also for traffic things issue when they are outside montreal... This will be very nice instead of having to pay expensive shipping fees and can't have your devices on time...
