DeployDepot a very Customer oriented Company
DeployDepot was quick to acknowledge the sale, shipping, tracking even niotifying me when the package was delivered. Keeping me informed at the different stages of the process was amazing, something you rarely see from companies that carry such a great variety of products.
As well, DeployDepot had the best pricing for the product.
I look forward to future business transactions.

Reconditioned 350 Vista
My Vista screen was giving up. Phoned Deploy Depot talked to a lady in the sales department who was very knowledgeable, we made a deal. Shipped by Canada post and received it today (10 days). Very satisfied, all new cords which I just used my old ones. Wall bracket which I don't need, I did switch the receiver. I'm very satisfied with the product and service I received.
Now I'm wondering what to do with the extra cords, wall bracket, etc,, love to send them back to You?

Poor packaging
Ordered two Thule OutRide bike adaptors. Both had damaged boxes and were delivered on two different deliveries...

I don't blame it on UPS, as I doubt DeployDepot purposely decided to have those delivered in two drops.
I had to have the driver wait so I can validate the contend potential damage. One had minor scratches, but I decided I wouldn't spend the time claiming for a replacement. It is on the car now, and I placed the scratch towards the center of the roof so it is hardly noticeable.

Great support for a late arriving purchase
I ordered these headphones using overnight shipping in order to have them for a virtual national sales meeting. DeployDepot should have been here for the Monday but got here Friday afternoon. That said, I appreciated how customer service did not shy away from the issue and handled the situation responsibly.

It Works! Compatible With XBox One X
I ordered a Logitech G920, worried it was not in stock or back ordered. It was already in my head that of course so close to christmas, it would be delayed. Even on the tracking, it informed me beforehands. My eyes were shocked when it arrived 2 days before Christmas after 3 days of set date when I ordered it. Their service is so fast, and even though their company is based in Canada, these amazing people ship outside of Canada too.

My boyfriend loves it to this day, and after of course a software update and calibrating, it works with his XBox One X. If you are ever, ever worried about if a product is truly sold out everywhere, check this site before ever coming to the conclusion it is no longer available.

I was worried about how long the delay was. DeployDepot easily assured me that they will call and or text/email if any further delays came up. She even asked for my number to ensure the number on file was correct.

There's something wrong with their payment processing.
I tried to order a gift card online twice. The billing portion warns you to enter the payment information, including name and address exactly as it would appear on my bill. Which I did. Both times, however, it declined the transaction. On the third attempt, I had to get my credit card company on the phone and do a conference call with them and the Deploy Depot Representative before the credit card company was comfortable to allow the transaction to be processed a third time. That time, I did it over the phone with the Deploy Depot Representative. If I buy more gift cards from them in the future, I will only be doing so over the phone until DeployDepot update their website and payment handling processes.

Quality home phone
Very happy with this good quality phone to replace my previous similar phone that lasted 30 years. DeployDepot had a wide selection with good descriptions so that I could find the features I needed that would work with my home phone connection. I also talked with a DeployDepot customer service member, who was knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions right away. I appreciate the one-year guarantee, which proves that they stand behind their product in case I have any issues.

Amazing Customer Service and Fast Shipping
I only buy my IT equipment from DeployDepot.ca! DeployDepot always pick up the phone when I call, as well as provide great product recommendations for my projects. Fast Shipping (They actually hold tons of stock at their warehouse! And don't just drop ship like the other guys). Give them a chance, you won't regret it.

Switch in stock, great service
I wanted a Unifi switch in a hurry. DeployDepot had it in stock, and I was able to swing by and pick it up on an hours notice on a Friday afternoon. DeployDepot didn't have the full balance of my order, but it was not a problem for them to ship those items, which arrived shortly after the weekend. Quick and efficient, nice!

Ubiquiti Doorbell Order
Just released item was ordered from DeployDepot, and arrived in a reasonable time. Packaging was good and item was undamaged on arrival. Good service. A bit pricey, but the item has not been on the market long enough to be on sale, yet. I have ordered from DeployDepot before this, and I will order from them again.

Excellent customer service!
I made a mistake placing a recent order and needed to amend it after submission. I found a phone number on their website and gave it a call. In under 2 minutes I was speaking with a wonderful person who was able to void my order in about 60 seconds so that I could place the order again with the correction. The order was quickly shipped out, received in great condition, the pricing was good, and it was an overall great experience. I didn't know a lot about this company before placing the order, but I will definitely deal with them again. Thank you for a great buying experience!

EXCELLENT COMPANY
I ordered some busylights for our office on DeployDepot's website, when I ran into a few issues I gave them a call and with excellent customer service the problems were resolved. Shipping was very quick and the set up of our new busylights were very easy. This is a company that prides themselves in customer service... very evident from the first phone call. I would highly recommend this company for any needs one may have.

Fast informative service
Bought the Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC-PRO Access Point. First time customer, and hadn't really heard of Deploy Depot previously, so I made the purchase with a little trepidation about the level of service. I need not have worried. Quality product, good price and fast shipping. Kept me informed via email throughout the process. First class service, highly recommended.

Good customer service
I placed an order with a few items and one of the items sent was incorrect. I called and was able to easily speak with a person who was able to send me the correct item and a return label. Although I would have appreciated something for the inconvenience of their mistake, all is well that ends well.

A old refurbished as an... old
The phone works perfectly. I wanted that model because my last was identical.
The phone was refurbished but was not cleaned. I had to spray and shine to take off a kind of red dirt all over every little hole and incurvation of the structure.
Last, I would have like to have notations on the phone and instruction in french.
But it works.

Sadly dissapointed... fustrating experience
I told the customer rep i needed a headset ready to go that would fit into J169 Avaya. Was sent product with no connector cord into phone. Was told needed to pay $39 extra for it. Bought cord somewhere else. People I called said had hard time hearing me. Tried to return product … very hard to do. Submit button on return form online did not work. Called Rep … she sent a link for return. Received reply a few days later that I needed to go to manufacturer to complain and register product problem. This certainly isn't Amazon

Received the wrong item!
Not HAPPY at all! I am in a pinch and needing the ordered item asap, now I'm delayed by two weeks due to incompetence on your end. It was order number: 26096 which is for SKU 2200-49230-001 which includes the main base, however I received SKU 2200-49230-002 which is just the handset without the base making this item useless! If I didn't need this item so badly I would just cancell my order entirely, however this SKU 2200-49230-001 is very difficult to obtain online so I will just stick with you guys, however I'm done and won't buy anything ever again from DD and will advise my network of people not to either. I'm just so upset how you can mix up such a simple order in these difficult times!

Great Service
I have ordered from Depoly Depot twice now - I'm super impressed by them. Their customer service has been fantastic! I love the automated e-mails that tell me what is going on for each step of the process and both of my orders were received by me next day. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Easy, fast shipping
No hesitation to deal with them again. I received an alert that a product I was searching for some time and was not available anywhere was back in stock. I purchase them and received them shortly after. I should have both one more has it got out of stock quickly but nothing to do with the store. Electronic shortage.

Package was nicely packaged and identified. Nothing wrong to say the least.

Online Stock error
Item was in stock on the website. Ordered and received confirmation. Cancelled my other order at another store (cheaper price but back ordered). The next day received a call saying there was a stock error and my order needed to be canceled. Now waiting on new stock at a higher price Thani was waiting for at the other store but don't want to risk going to the back of the queue.
