Let me give an update on this. I only received a response from DHGate once I did an online review on this website. I'd been trying to contact them for several weeks prior to writing the review. You aren't allowed to review the sellers who are giving you bogus crap so don't believe the reviews on there. They probably have boys writing them.
Let me continue. So like I said, after leaving a review on here, you can see they finally responded to me. The problem is the seller was supposed to refund both the cost of the item and my shipping fee to return the item to CHINA which isn't cheap. I received a refund only on the item (after writing this review), but they still have not refunded my shipping fee. I've contacted the seller at least 5 times since I received the refund on my item to ask when I will receive my shipping fee, but seller will not respond. I've emailed DHGATE 2-3 times each week with my order number included to ask about the shipping fee and they won't respond to my emails. Granted, this is the same email I emailed about my refund (after this review) and they responded to that email. I always include proof of the shipping fees in my emails. That proof includes the receipt from The postal service and pictures of the postage on the actual envelope.
This is just further proof this place is a scam. Fake reviews, lies about refunds, and they sell GARBAGE that isn't the same thing as what they've advertised.

I have desperatly been trying to get help my with order Order NO: *******479. THESE ARE COVID 19 MASKS! WE NEED THEM NOW! There is some kind of hold on my account pending verification. I have uploaded card into the system. Nothing. Then, when I contacted facebook, DHgate told me to email my card, ID, and bank statements... which I never would have felt comfortable doing if this wasn't an emergancy situation. Still nothing. This is day 5 since I ordered and the seller hasn't received payment!

ANOTHER 2 DAYS? Do you people not understand that this is a pandemic? America now leads the world in Corona Virus deaths. We have little enough defense against it. This was my 2nd purchase EVER. And, I wouldn't have even known there was a problem if I hadn't thought to order more masks.

The item sent to me were not as described, one was too small, one was too big.
Getting ahold of the sellers was difficult, the sellers basically using cut and paste responses rather than actually answering questions.
After raising a dispute, and the seller AGREEING to refund me shipping costs, I agreed to send back the items.
I advised the sellers and tried to communicate with them REPEATEDLY advising them that shipping costs were exorbitant and NOT getting a response, I reached out to DHGate via chat at least 3x, all three (possibly more) times being assured to just send the item as the seller had agreed to pay for shipping and not to worry that DHGate would refund the shipping "NO PROBLEM".
Just to provide some perspective, this entire thing started about 04-April-2017 the items I was returning was
$7.70 USD, shipping was $68 USD
And $10.06 USD, shipping was $63 USD
Right before paying at the post office, I contacted DHGate again, and again I was assured just make copies of the shipping and receipts and that I would be refunded "as soon as the seller takes receipt" of the items.
The sellers receive the items May 10,2017... I was refunded the minuscule amount of $7.70 USD and $10.06 USD on May 13,2017... no sight of the $131 USD in shipping I am owed.
I have e-mailed at least 3x, DHgate keep telling you further and further dates... and then FINALLY I get told for the FIRST time ever... that they cant refund until there are funds in the account of the seller.
You would think that all the assurances of "No problem" DHgate wouldve frozen funds once the sellers agreed to reimburse shipping (they would know this as I kept emailing both the sellers AND DHgate the ridiculous cost).
So now I am left with no recourse as Ive just been assured (like the last 3x) that "the matter will be escalated" but unfortunately, they cant give me a timeline... which is a drastic change to refunded "as soon as the seller receives the item"
Dont get me wrong, there are some vendors which are excellent... but then again, I didnt have to return anything. I have no clue if it would be the same problems returning.
One of the challenges when using open markets and bringing two cultures together is having to sift through countless poor sellers/manufacturers to find good ones. DHgate has done a great job providing a framework, but the problem remains that there are so many poor products/services to go through before finding good ones. This inherent problem is acceptable in order to keep the doors open to potentially great manufacturers and sellers, but more in depth methods of transparency and evaluation would help on customers in the US/EU/etc. Determine which sellers to use. DHgate already has systems in place showing buyers information about sellers from buyer feedback, but more information would be useful in addition to the currently provided rating system. A recommendation I have to improve buyer experience would be to include more information about sellers. Information about seller response rate to buyer inquiries could be automatically gathered simply by noting average time of reply to initial inquiry from buyers. This would be more informative and objective than simply averaging the 5 star review system. It would also remove the statistical bias from human feedback. This kind of transparency is appreciated by western customers because it is totally objective and simple statistical data. I also believe that knowing response rates are being recorded will encourage better customer service from sellers. It's a win win.

I went on the DH Gate website to request a refund. On the refund page it told me that I had a certain amount of time left to get it in. It even counted down for me. So I did what I had to do to get my "evidence photographs" into DH Gate before the countdown stopped. I got a follow up message telling me they needed the evidence again, and I had a few more days to get it in. I did what they requested. I get a follow up email from someone at the company and they told me that I exceeded the deadline according to their policy and they would not be refunding my money. Just like that. No acknowledgement of their bad work, no investigation, nothing. I told them that I was misled by their website and requested they at least look into it because I did everything that was requested of me. I got no help.
I believe this company to be fraudulent, and they process unsatisfactory work knowing that there is little someone can do to get their money back, because contact with them is on their terms. There are no phone numbers to call to get a live person. Any time you have that, there is shady stuff going on. I recommend that if you are going to buy a dress online, make sure it is a company you can actually call and verify legitimacy. There is none here. You will get a product, but if you don't like it, and you probably wont then you will most likely be stuck with it.

If when you first log in you use Google, then you MUST let them search through your Google Contacts, who you contact the most, your age, sex, nationality... all Hacker info. DHGate claim to be honest and great service. They are the opposite and are every bit as bad as AliBaBa. Complete scam... nothing but liars and most sellers seem to also be hackers.
As a first time buyer DHGate promised me 'guaranteed satisfaction'.
So, I bought a black watch from DHGate but what I received was a brown one of a slightly different model, which didn't work as it should.
I completed DHGate's lengthy disputes procedure, contacting the Seller and uploading photo and video evidence. DHGate's decision was that I was promised a full refund of both the cost of the watch and its return.
I completed DHGate's lengthy return procedure, carefully packing the watch, using an authorised carrier and uploading shipping & invoice photos.
The watch arrived safely in China, where the Seller simply refused to accept delivery, asking the carrier to 'abandon' the consignment. The result? - a technically incomplete return process and my only option to pay again to get back a watch I didn't want or order. DHGate offered only a partial refund of the cost of the watch and NO REFUND AT ALL of the substantial cost of its return. DHGate's justification? - 'this way both and the Seller and you lost something'! Note, only DHGate lost nothing.
DHGate's stance is that that customs is awaiting docutments and are trying to contact the Seller, this is simply not true. UPS Tracking shows the parcel has passed its import scan and I have sent DHGate the email stating the 'consignee refused delivery'; recently I received this confirmation from UPS: "I am contacting you today regarding the above parcel. The receiver has asked to abandon the shipment. I am unable to advise why as customers are not obliged to give us the reason when DHgate request a parcel to be abandoned".
DHGate continues to ignor the above facts in favour of its own fiction to avoid honouring its promisses.
I followed DHGate's instructions every step of the way yet I have lost a large amount of time and money. The only thing I did wrong was to buy from DHGate in the first place.
The Seller advertised and sold a watch he knew he did not have and lost little or nothing, being partially paid by DHGate.
DHGate broke promise after promise, wouldn't even honour on their own dispute decision and have ignored my last four emails.
If DHGate thinks this is guaranteeing customer satisfaction they don't deserve to be in business and will never be Ebay.
DON'T RISK IT - BUY ELSEWHERE!

They have ignored me since even though I said that the seller LIED about their product. I've tried talking with their live chat and they were just as unhelpful as all they did was tell me to make a video as evidence and send it in.
I will update this review if I ever get a refund. In the mean time I'm leaving the 1 star rating. I would leave less if I could.

After I submitted a video of the brewed tea leafs I was finally given a full refund. I still can't 100% recommend this site after all the hassle I went through to get a refund, but I won't say avoid this site either because there are good sellers on this site with good products. Just not the tea. Avoid the tea and the seller mcgretea.

Yeah, I already said I got a refund, if you bothered to actually read the review. This just shows just out of touch with everything this site is.
DHgate have extended my processing date 3 times without my knowledge blaming it on the virus when I've been receiving my items bought in Aliexpress already. This company is just out to cheat you. First they extended the processing to 29 Feb, then to 10 Mar, then now to 19 Mar. The seller, niceshoestore, has rejected my refund and insisted they cannot do anything cos of payment verification issues and refuses to do manually state, as instructed by dhgate, that they "Will refund me an amount of USD$65". I've raised this concern to the admins many times but what do they do? They insist I liaise with seller cos it's their "process" and they can't do anything about it (then what are they hired for?) and to wait till the processing date is over. But the problem is they keep extending the processing date. Doesn't make sense cos they can't process my order anyway since I refuse to partake in the payment verification process (which includes sending them your credit card picture). The fact that all the comments here revolves around the same issue (i. E. refund issues and being cheated) shows how bad their reputation is and how they don't give a damn about their customers. This is a site where they allow scammers to prey on the innocent and encourage it even. Oh, and notice how their responses are basically just a copy and paste template? On top of that, they've seen zoned me twice on facebook messenger and have been deleting bad comments from their Facebook page (Dhgate.com Reviews). I know cos I've commented a couple of times but it went missing and I also notice a few comments from before (from people who commented a lot on their dishonesty) missing too. Do not engage with then. Use Aliexpress.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Seller 'niceshoestore' is not cooperative with my refund at all and dhgate admins are not helping either. They keep asking buyers to liaise with sellers because they "cannot do anything" so what's the use of the admins?! I had to eventually report this to my bank to get the refund. I have a lot more issues with this company apart from the refund but it's gonna be an essay. Bottom line is do not engage with dhgate anymore, report the transaction to your bank for them to investigate and get your refund, and support honest and easy sites like Aliexpress. My mistake caused me USD$65. I should have stuck with aliexpress. Never ever trust dhgate. The people there are all crooks. Even the admins of the site are ignoring me on messenger. I've been seen zoned twice and it came to a point where I literally begged both seller and admins to give me a refund. They charged my card but withheld my order because of some stupid verification process (mind you my shipping and billing add is the same) and now they are refusing to cancel my order even though I have furnished them TWICE the evidence they needed but they rejected both times for God knows what reason. Very stupid people. Engage with dhgate if you want to get scammed. This is a site where they allow scammers to prey on the innocent and they turn a blind eye when you approach them for help. This is where dhgate.com shows off the intelligence and competence in reading comprehension and problem solving. I asked dhgate.com for a refund, DHgate have this thing called buyer protection, it must be for local Chinese buyers only. After i explained everything to dhgate.com employees, they sent me an email saying that they will give me a full refund when i give them a tracking number. I wrote back again and explained everything again and i made sure i mention download a few times. They wrote back saying that they can not give me a refund until i send them a tracking number for the items going back, i wrote them again, same reply, i wrote again, same reply, this went on for 2 weeks until they said that they are going to release the funds to the seller because i did not give them a tracking number the the returned items. I never downloaded anything. I never got what i paid for, instead i get a bunch of dumb asses who either can not read and should not be working in customer service, or they simply do not read customer emails. It has to be one or the other. If they say that is not true, then the third option is they are there to rip people off and ask for things that they know the customer can not provide in order to get a refund, like a tracking number for a internet download. Today is August 31st 2016, its been about 2 months or close to it. I received another email today, can you guess what they were asking for so they can give me a refund?

1. To get on the daily deals the seller set a price reduction for 70%
2. I order things
3. The seller sees that he made a big mistake and hadn't rised the price 70% before he did the reduction in price
4. THe seller doesn't try to negoitate with me, but instead give me another buyers tracking number I wait for the deliver 1,5 months
5. I track that number that tells me its in another city and I drive to the city and the post office inform me that that package doesn't belong to me
6. I look in the DHgate system, that states that the seller has given me the wrong number and that I should ask him for a new (the system detects that 2 separate orders has the same tracking number)
7. Even since the seller has scammed me and tricked the system and don't send me my products, and I have proved it beyond a doubt, DHGate does a refund in direct violaton to my demands and just let him slip away.
8. Numerous escalation from my part to DHgate (with evidence) to get the seller to honor our agreement (he has the products in his store) DHgate acts that $#*! happens and treat me like a fool
DHgate say "If you have suggestions for our service, please dont hesitate to let us know as we are always willing to make improvements in all aspects. We appreciate the support and we are always here to help you."
No help then the $#*! hits the fan
I have taken my business to eBay and Aliexpress instead:-(

"Thank you for the order numbers. We have checked on the details of the dispute and the reason why a refund has been processed to you is because the seller was unresponsive to the analyst. In order for us to protect you from fraudulent transactions, if a seller will remain unresponsive to the analyst handling the case, a refund will automatically be decided by the analyst.
As for the seller, they are looked into and will be reprimanded by their actions accordingly."
YEAH and now I happy customer again... NOT, no responsibility, no sense at all for acting upon agreed deals, no sense for customer care

So DHgate did the sale with out me even confirming it but I did want them I got them for $83.00US and then once payment came out of my account they said to me that they are $96 each now which off course I told them that they shouldn't of taken the money for starters and there was no way I was gonna pay more for them and then the deal was I receive them delivered with in 10days it was garranteed and then I was supplied a tracking number with DHL and it was not moving no where it was a fake cause I spoke to dhl and they said that nothing had been dropped off or picked up 5 days after the tracking number was given to me and then I complained to the seller and dh gate on the 25th a dispute was lodged and then another dhl tracking number and date was supplied to me which I called again and the same thing happen no goods and the weight and sizes of the goods was like 5% of the original weight and size and the selker would not reply to my messages and on the 1st of October a mediation was put in place for a full refund which anyone can see its a scam from the seller and on the 9th I get another dhl tracking number and totally different location for shipoing and the same thing no goids for delivery and the sizes of the packages and weight were no where near the original sizes and weight so I told dh gate that clearly indicates that the seller is a scam but they dh gate keep saying tomorrow day after day and now it's the 17th and still no reply so there not helping me out if anything there a scam and they are on the scammers sellers side not the customer and its been a month since payment was taken out of the bank account at the end of the day they will not refund you they are a fraud and scam dh gate and the biggest liars going never ever have I been ripped off before and they should be shut down so no one else gets ripped off.

I ordered (#358071705) an item on DHgate.com [6F Dimeng Commercial Building No. 3-2 Hua Yuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China. 100083] from Supplier "du13" Paid in full by credit card. The Seller "du13" had 100% satisfaction rating (seems bogus, now), but sent the WRONG item. To add insult to injury, that wrong item DID NOT WORK. There was no manual in Chinese or English. No warranty. And very disturbing, there are no UL approval or FCC compliance rating.
DHgate.com [in US: AVS. International INC./DhGate.US. In Chino Hills, CA] is a business to business sourcing site. Businesses listed on the web site are independent of DHgate. The consumer has to research the individual company for themselves. Most are in China. Warning: Brand name merchandise are often cheap counterfiets. Some consumers might deal with a reputable company, looks like a lot of consumers do not. Businesses selling electronic items or any item with moving parts need to be researched carefully.]
I contacted DHgate customer service about the wrong item received... got "Yang Yang" the robot... (wonder if the name translates to "Blah Blah")... that is a waste of time. I finally clicked to live chat with "Chell" and explained the problem. She was nice, but said I would need to chat with a supervisor. Silence. No supervisor. Chat ended.
I sent a message through the DHgate internal message port and received a reply from "Barbie" outlining steps I would need to complete a "Return and Refund" proposal form and upload photo/video of evidence. So I did, even uploading photos.
Ultimately "Ellie", a Customer Service Representative for DHgate claimed it is not their mistake, I need to contact Seller (Shi Ba Li Dian Xiang Zhou Zhuang, Bei Jing Shi Chao Yang Qu): 100122 doing business as "du13" directly to get the correct item shipped and their permission required to return wrong item... shipment and customs probably at my expense. I had already sent a message to the Seller, but "du13" has made no reply, nor are DHgate required to reply. DHgate will determine in up to 90 days whether to mediate or not. 90 days! Seems like DHgate is counting on customer to forget about the scam while the deadlines expire and the money disappears.
"Ellie", sent instructions of how they wanted me to complete the "Return and Refund" proposal form. I replied that I had already performed the steps "Ellie" listed BEFORE she wrongly conclude I had not. Even more ridiculous, "Ellie" told to click "Request DHgate Mediation". When I did I received the following offensive automated reply: "You cannot request DHgate mediation for your dispute yet."
"Sil", yet another DHgate Customer Service Representative messaged, "All your correspondence with our Chat Team are recorded, checked and evaluated every day. Any misinformation given will result in appropriate actions from our management." I sincerely hope "Sil" was NOT intending to threaten me or any prospective Buyer. If so, it evidences doing business with DHgate could mean Suppliers who send the wrong or defective merchandise can count on DHgate to shield and intimidate victimized Buyers.
This is the world of "China Scam" identified by sending wrong merchandise or no merchandise, sending defective merchandise (especially electronics or anything with moving parts), sending false shipment tracking numbers, bureaucratic delays in processing orders or refunds, no returns, no refund, and finally, no communication or blocked communication.
Indeed, DHgate.com Blocked my communication:
"ACCESS DENIED: You don't have permission to access"http://dg.dhgate.com/myaccount/csmsg/leavemsg.do?" on this server. Reference #18.4d94dc*******670. 4e87a469" I posted this development on a scam alert website and the block was removed the next day.
On the day I received the wrong merchandise I had contacted my Credit Card company to remove the DHgate charge. It is a very good thing I did. DHgate had just issued a payment demand for "du13". They will do a scam investigation and hold payment. Paypal does the same. Your credit card company or Paypal may be the only advocate you have dealing with dishonest Sellers represented by DHgate. If a consumer pays by check, money order, wired funds or money-gram they won't have that help.
DHgate's deception continued: "This is Amy from DHgate Customer Service Center... For this order, we have contacted seller by email, please pay attention to the recent reply." I checked, there is NO reply from Seller "du13".
I placed posts like this on scam alert web sites that were promptly avalanched by incredibly favorable DHgate.com posts (my guess is from coerced DHgate employees). Customers on that scam alert site will read two pages of favorable DHgate reviews before coming to a negative one. It speaks volumes about DHgate integrity.
I filed a complaint at www.eConsumer.gov who, when enough complaints are received, will do something better than collect complaints.
Maybe some DHgate management will figure it would have been more cost effective to refund my money than to risk losing more buyers.
I hope readers of this post find enough evidence to BEWARE doing business with DHgate because Suppliers who do scam customers have a partner in DHgate who will advocate for their dishonest actions.
I filed a complaint with the FTC. Though AVS. International INC./DhGate.US. In Chino Hills, CA, the headquarters DHgate is in Beijing, so the FTC can offer limited help... consumer is on their own. Hence the warning: BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Now, I must talk about the perhaps one percent of the seller. DHgate don't have the merchandise that I order in stock, so they would offer me a substitute which I don't care for. When I ask for a refund they would declare they have located the manufacture/producer, and will ship my merchandise. I don't have prove, but the merchandise never get ship and eventually after 8 weeks or some long period of time. They would declare that it is lost and refund my money, but I have to select my refund as "good received but want a refund." It has happened to me at least four times during my 2 years shopping on Dhgate. I recently order $260.00 lot of tracksuit which happened exactly as I described and I am waiting for my refund. They are dragging their feet of refunding my money. I have written to this seller asking them to up hold a Dhgate outstanding policy and customer service and guarantee in hope they will refund my money.
Also recently, I order one lot of bra sets. They only sent one, but the package said two. They asked me to sent pictures and I did, but they insist that they sent two, so I have to take a loss. Because the email back and forth has passed a week of goods received and dispute. I cannot file a dispute.
I am a successful Asian professional. I am proud of our heritage so I would always support Dhgate, but this one percent seller that I am referring to makes it hard for me to recommend to other professionals that Dhgate is similar to Amazon or better.
I am not some unhappy customer who likes to complain, so I hope you appreciate my feed back.
In America there are so many options. If you don't like the shop, you stop shopping there and go to other who treats customers professionally.
As for me, I support the from seller that I have positive experience with on Dhgate. I feel everyone deserves a chance to be successful even for myself.

Last but not least, I give all stores 5 stars plus ratings when I receive my merchandise to show appreciation for their services.
I consider myself a fair and kind person.
I ordered an item which, upon arrival, did not work. After jumping through dozens of hoops (I'm very persistent) including having to send a video in their specific format "proving" the item did not work, I returned the item.
In numerous emails and in messages back and forth on their web site, DHgate assured me the seller would be responsible for the return shipping cost. I even pointed out to them that the return shipping cost would be almost as much as the product cost, to make sure they wanted me to return the item rather than throwing it in the trash. They emailed me back with a confirmation that yes, the seller would refund me the return shipping cost. This was a lie.
At some point I felt uneasy about the transaction and started saving screen grabs of the onsite message exchanges (which are stored in different placed on the web site -- nothing is straight forward). I also had all the emails. Thirty pages of documentation.
Before the reimbursement was settled, they sent me an email saying that, now that the transaction was complete, they wanted me to rate the company. I said no way, of course, because I had not yet been reimbursed. They sent this stupid email three times!
My instincts about DHGate were correct. As soon as the item was mailed back, and I asked about the promised reimbursement again and again over the next two weeks, they deleted from my account on their web site all traces of the order and all the messages. Like it never happened. Unbelievable.
Unfortunately, although I paid for the return shipping with a VISA, I have no way to dispute the charge, as the payee is the U.S. Post Office, not DHGate.
Lessons learned: 1) Never, ever buy from DHGate; 2) Always do an internet search for reviews when sending money to a company you have not previously done business with; 3) Keep copies of documentation and correspondence in case of a dispute; 4) Buy American whenever possible. If the transaction goes wrong, you will have much better avenues for resolving it.
- Do you believe this company. The seller did write back and say that they had received the money but were happy to make me a new dress as long as I sent them positive feedback - I couldn't believe this - Why not blackmail the buyer (me!). These people are disgusting and lie through their teeth. The last response was that they sympathises with me (the customer) but their hands were tied and they couldn't do anything.
I have never in all my lifetime met a disgusting bunch of decrepits like this company. I hope alot of people read this review as they need to know that this company is appalling. I have left out a lot of the saga that happened but I feel the gist of it is here.
Please if your thinking of buying from this company DO NOT!

On 24 July 2015 they informed me that my order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within 2 business days. The time has passed and no refund - this company is amazing. Let's see what they can do next!

Went into my bank account yesterday and guess what I have received a full refund from DHGate - it is amazing what you can do when you let the world know that you have been treated wrongly.

I really strongly urge you not to buy from DHGate. Because around the same time I also bought a sweater from another vendor named acore. I realized how bad the product quality is after I received the dress I asked the vendor acore to refund me. Acore didn't ship the product for like a week, then IMMEDIATELY shipped it after my refund request was opened. They denied my refund request immediately and shipped the product without even talking to me. The sweater I received is again nothing like the product description on DHGate. I had another extremely bad experience with another vendor huifangzhou too.
You may think that DHGate has in place consumer protection, but they cannot enforce those policies. Vendors can cheat and lie and when you reach out to DHGate for help DHGate will be like my hands are tied. I had too much bad experience with using DHGate, and strongly encourage you use other ecommerce websites for your online purchase because you really don't wanna deal with Chinese vendors that cheat and lie to consumers. If you see reviews. Don't trust them. They could be bought.

3- I did not order a down load link I ordered a 3 cd set like the picture shows.
4- This is not China this is the U.S. and here you sell what you advertise or it is called fraud
5- I do not buy fakes I paid full price for a real product and that is all I will accept (NO FAKES, NO FRAUD)
6- You mailed the fake disc now you will pay the shipping to return it to you.
7- I will not close the case
8- Please post the link for my prepaid return postage through (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

Diagnostic computer with tool for car, truck, or motorcycle, you'd better do not connect internet and do other thing, because the computer and tool easy broken.
The product itself is ok, no problem.

1- So why have you not even taped the sleeve closed
2- You shipped my CD with the flap open and the cover face down so it could not close yet you warped and taped the whole package air tight
3- By the evidence, you wanted the CD to be damaged by purposefully not packaging it properly, yet it was still readable and it is EMPTY (FRAUD)
4- You did not send a link for prepaid return postage
5- There is no EMS in my state
6- You said "All market software (CD) is same, you can check other China suppliers, then you will find that." I did not buy from them I bought from you and you advertised with a picture with 3 CD's that were factory produced not a generic reproduction.
7- You shipped a a single generic disc that is empty.
8- All you have given is excuses for why you cannot deliver a good product. Ex.(I do not ship CD's properly DHgate get damaged, downloads will be mistaken for a virus) WHAT A JOKE
9- I need a prepaid shipping label for UPS or FedEx or USPS and a full refund I will not accept anything else and I should expect no less from a real company
10- If this was an American company I would of had a refund and an apology with actions long ago but all you give is a VICTIM attitude about how you cannot fulfill your obligations as a seller.

UPDATE: Since so many people have read this review.
It took a few weeks but I let DHGate know that I had filled out the formal paper work with my credit card company and I was not paying for their mistake. Even after showing them the screen shots of the product listed and what I had received from the seller they still would not refund my money. However, I waited and let it go into review determined not to pay anything for a scam. They refunded my money on the last possible day after I had sent off the certified forms to my credit card company. A few days later I got my full refund and a call from my credit card representative assuring me every thing was refunded and no farther action was needed. FYI DHGate is like a Chinese form of eBay & EMS is China's mail delivery system.
I am sure some of their sellers are good, but I will never visit the site again.

I purchased a $120 USD jacket, the zipper was broken, the logo was falling apart. Cheap material and extremely small sizes. You wait more than a month for the item to arrive, but DHgate will give you only 7 days to return it. I couldn't ship back my item because the seller wasn't responding to me and I had a lot of questions on how the hell ship it back to cheap China. He wanted me to pay the shipping cost too. And I didn't realized that, he made me wait the 7 days, so the case CLOSED.
I spoke with so many agents from DhGate, last one was "Lorie" she and nobody helped me at all. They get pay with our money and they do not help you.
I was after the seller several weeks, sending so many messages, emails, everything. The seller disappeared and the customer services weren't actually doing ANYTHING about it. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. This people disappear, Good luck! DHGATE DOES NOT GET INVOLVED.
I never knew that customers had to pay for the shipping cost when they receive a broken item.
And DHGate won't pay you shipping cost! Cheap China! I purchased so many things here, spent a lot of money and thanks to this seller, whose name is "JINDAN37" i will never buy here again. Such a nightmare and stressed. Not because of the money only, but because of the experience. And the feeling of being abused.

My transaction #1: I bought from a DH seller named "Paxseller" what I suspected was a clone/copy widget for about 1/3 the cost of the real US made item. It came well packaged, felt substantial and you couldn't tell by looking that it was a clone (even the trademarked logo was identical). But after a few uses we found its performance was unacceptable and probably defective. So we asked the seller (through DgGate's messaging portal) for a refund which DHgate agreed to of 30% while they pressured me to give them a 5 star review. But, since DHGate's order was now closed credit back to my card through DHGate was not possible, so the seller prompted me for our PayPal account where they posted the refund. Then a couple weeks later, the widget completely died. I contacted the seller again and eventually they agreed to refund the remaining balance (70%). They did not ask for the defective clone to be shipped back (to China I presume). So I thought this was all settled until some 6 months later a new charge for "merchandise" equal to 70% of the original sale showed up in our PayPal account from, you guessed it, Paxseller. I contacted them again to dispute the fraud charge and they admitted their error, however now 3 months later, even with my constant badgering, they still have not refunded their 70% mistake. This is FRAUD, so I contacted DHGate service four times now via their online chat and messaging, who basically said they can do nothing because my order was "closed" last year, or they asked me to get the seller to authorize a refund (which the dead beat seller won't agree to). They won't even allow me to downgrade my prior review for this seller on their site.
Transaction #2: I bought a $10 widget on DHGate for my PC but the software that came with it had nothing to do with the hardware, thus with no drivers it is useless. After several messages to the seller who could not understand what I was saying or just couldn't deal with supporting what they are selling, I managed to get a $3 refund (and just glad to get that fiasco over with).
DHgate does business with and thereby condones shady sellers, and apparently DHGate values them more than their customers. IF you're still desperate enough to risk doing business on DHgate, never give their seller your personal account info. Then pray that you get what you ordered, that it arrives on time and that it actually works.
