So happy to find in stock protective suits which I haven't been able to find anywhere for my medical practice, and my normal supplier has on back order with no end in sight. Kind of hard to believe I might get this order next week- fingers crossed that this isn't too good to be true!

Your coupon popup worked to get me to buy an item. However it simply stated to sign up for our email list, which I did and I recieved the code in my email. When I tried to use it, it failed and didn't tell me why. Customer service helped me to figure out that I needed an entire account setup to use this email list coupon. I would not have figured that out and I would have left the site without the boots. I think that needs a little more information passed along.

We use exam gloves daily. It helps us to prevent the spread of disease between animals in our care at our animal shelter. The price of exam gloves has increased dramatically since the Covid pandemic. This is the only place I am still able to buy gloves in bulk and at a great price!

Selection was limited on safety glasses this time. Disappointing. Needed clear & dark Crews Gearkat Diopter 2.5. Had to comprise with less quantity, less diopter and another brand I'm not familiar with. Ok, but usually have just what I want.:-(

The shipping is high just for one small box and a bogus charge called "route package protection" is not necessary but is also not optional. Not good business. These costs double the price for a product that I thought was a good deal. Short on time so I need these asap. I may have to shop around for a different company.

It's always easy to order on your site except... I have 2 addresses saved for my account and DiscountSafetyGear show up the same when i'm trying to check out because they are in the same city and zip code. Please expand these addresses at check out to include the street number and street name so I can differentiate between the two and choose the right address for the order. Thanks

For several weeks we have received an order confirmation which turns out to be from April 2021. We placed an order on July 9th and never received an acknowledgment. Today when calling customer service DiscountSafetyGear could not explain why April 2021 was being sent out as if it was current. They did mention the July 9th order and said it was being picked. When we went to the cart it showed the new order but no payment. This rabbit hole of service despite our failure to provide payment is an enormous waste of time.

Prices for respirator masks are high. I understand there is a shortage and you are discouraging people from buying up all the masks by setting the price high, which is okay. But it would be beneficial to have some mechanism where seniors, those that have to work outside the home and are poor, could buy a few masks at discounted price. I know that wouldn't be easy to implement, but it would be helpful if you could figure it out. Thank you.

I ordered goves several times from SafetyGear. I got them on expecting time and quality were good enough. DiscountSafetyGear sent email to me about the out of stock information if the company do not have them. So I can cancel the order on time and I can order other items. It is very trustable.
I recommend others.

So far so good. I havent got them yet. But I need safety glasses. And I really need ones with readers in them, and so far your company has them. I just ordered and received a pair Bit DiscountSafetyGear dont have readers in them. I cant read paper work and do a good job of i cant read what i need to do. So i hope what im ordering this time works for me.

The ordering system kept changing my shipping address and the unit number of my address did not appear in final shipping address verification. It also wouldn't allow me to use the coupon code and the free shipping over $100 in my order. The rep I spoke with said it should work, but it didn't. However she did say if the system made a mistake that I should call back and she would straighten it out. I do appreciate the customer service and I'm sure DiscountSafetyGear will honor the free shipping. I love the products I purchase from Safetygear. The quality and prices are excellent.

I received an email advertising PPE items with free shipping for orders $50+. When I tried to place an order for over $50 I was prompted to choose a shipping option that was not free. Why is the system not allowing free shipping? The exclusions that I read did not include PPE items. I bought less than I would have because I did not get free shipping.

It is difficult to find this type sock in the size and color my husband needs. Unlike another company from which I ordered, and never received the socks, your company supplied a receipt and shipping/tracking info. Delivery was prompt. Thank you. I am ordering additional socks from you.

Looking at and comparing to other companies, you hit me with high shipping costs at the very end. I would not order from you again, based on this! I spent too much time finding what I wanted and had seen other companies offering FREE shipping. Seeing your prices, I see why you have to charge but it's too much given the cost of my order! Additionally, I went in search of a coupon to offset the shipping and none were available to me.

You would have gotten a 5 star rating except that I purchased the same shirt on 4/1/20 and your regular shipping rate was $4.95. Loved the shirt and now buying a 2nd one. Your regular shipping today, 4/6/20, is $8.95. $4.00 more for shipping just 5 days later! Will never, never deal with you again!

I love when there is a promo code for 5% or greater, plus free shipping with no minimal amount in purchases. Shipping time is always good. I love their selection for safety-toe women's shoes, as not many places have them. I have to purchase work shoes every 3-6 months. The only thing that I would appreciate more from this company is some type of reward/loyalty points system. Thank you Discount Safety Gear!

Please search item #SFTPHYG*******032 on their website and take a look at the picture. The coveralls have BOOT covers. Unfortunately, that's not what you'll be receiving because the coveralls i received did not have boot covers. I contacted customer service and requested a refund but DiscountSafetyGear refused due to their policy of not accepting refunds on coveralls. I literally purchased these coveralls thinking that I would get what was being advertised by the picture they posted for this item. At the very least they can upload the correct picture so that it matches the item that they're selling and stop misleading honest customers. This is borderline fraud.

This is my second order with Safetygear and I have been very satisfied with this company and their products. The ordering process is easy and straightforward, orders arrive as promised, and their products are of good quality. I'm moving this company to my safety gear go to resource!

Had to rework my order several times in order to get your coupons to work, which is very frustrating. Called customer service and I am still waiting for the agent, Sharon, to get back to me. When I called, she basically said, I don't know how to help you and I can't get a hold of someone higher up to help me. That was last week and I'm still waiting. When I called today to get a status on my issue, the agent basically said I needed to wait for someone to call me back. That after waiting on hold for 24 minutes. Very very disappointing customer service.

The usual with on-line shopping- the site. First, shipping is free, then it's suddenly 4.95 when I get to check out, then paypal says it's paid, but when it returns me to your site, it hasn't been paid for, and will ship when it is, even tho Paypal said it was paid. I've ordered these half a dozen times over the years, but still don't have an identity on this site. Just a big, messy, mixed message, confusing cluster... but the glasses usually show up, so there must be some smart humans in the system somewhere. Have used the same Starlites for 20 years. They're great.

I signed up for your email news letters. I received a code "Welcome2021".
When I copied and pasted this code into the box, it was not accepted. I then searched for other coupons. Every code I entered was considered as invalid. Frustrating!

I'm aggravated that I was not allowed to use the $10.00 off code that I earned by registering with Safety Gear. I even added things to my cart that I did not need, just so my shopping cart added up to 100 bucks then I was informed that my code did not apply. I started to cancel the order but a good price on Carhartt made me go through with it.
