My first transaction was unfortunate. Package stolen from porch. After going through a 3rd party a replacement was sent and received about 1 week ago. Have made a second order with this business primarily because after a brief search DiscountSafetyGear seem to be the best price.

DiscountSafetyGear try and force you to buy Protection Ins. For 98 cents. Keeps adding it to your basket after deleting it. There is a small button they hide, that shuts off the automatic Ins. BS! Took awhile to find it I was not going to place my order. Until that Ins crap came off!

This is my second order. First order placed verbally with your office. We are happy with the items received and decided to place second order. This time entered all info to open account and receive discount, however, it was refused. Since this is the exact same information given on my last order early April, I cannot understand why this happened. The only info different was the PASSWORD to open account.

Ive been unable to get the size i need in these painters pants, i have a size too big and now a size too small so hopefully a size 14 will be available soon. I love the pants, DiscountSafetyGear are perfect but wish i could get my size, been trying for two months now with no avail

Pictures must reflect actual product being bought. I ordered black yet a picture of yellow gloves appeared in my cart casting doubt as to what color I will receive. I almost did not buy the gloves because of this, but I did because I took a screenshot of the description in the cart area in case I needed to return these due to wrong color sent versus ordered.

Previously ordered Big Smith Overalls and found that there was a snap missing from the top left pocket. It's not a problem for us to fix it but did want you to know that we did find a flaw in the merchandise. Your assistance in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks

I tried to change the number of each item I was ordering and couldn't and when checking out last night it wouldn't accept the security code. You call it something else which is new to me so I put in the other number that's by the security code so I went to bed not knowing if the order was placed or not. I have ordered flags from you before and never had a problem. I thought a company in your line of business would have been making masks to help the medical community in these dire times or maybe I was wrong in assuming you made the flags you made and sold as made in America.

I would really suggest relating to your Safety Glasses. Think about adding separate or Multi upload for the 2 customization logos. Example - Temple and Lens you can only upload 1 logo lens or temple. Charge more for 2 logos on one pair of glasses I wanted Company logo on the Lens and slogan on the temple. Just a friendly suggestion.

Everything was great, I just wish there was a way to set up tax exempt at check-out rather than having to email order number and tax id number to the *******@olinestores.com; it creates additional steps for our schools purchasing process and having to go back into the system when invoiced to revise the total cost.

I was online looking for some gloves. You guys were 50% less then Amazon. I typically go there for everything. I just have a hard time spending $20 on a box of gloves when I used 4 pairs per client. As a very small store, that does not get tax deductions on items like gloves but spends thousands because gloves are legally required for work, this sight is a been amazing! You cannot beat these prices and I have spent over 100 hours shopping high and low for affordable gloves. All my staff are happy and we are able to put those funds back into growing our small company. And shipping if fast and affordable! DiscountSafetyGear have our business for life.

My experience shopping has been easy and non stressful. The only recommendations I have is to give better descriptions of the gloves material. Ex. How does nitrile blend/equivalent feels compared to nitrile or synthetic vinyl vs vinyl. Also, it'd be nice to know if the gloves conforms to the wrist at the opening or if it's a loose fit.

We have submitted an order a week ago and received shipping tracking info already, but after 2 days later, another email came in which mentioned some items were not available, and then no updating afterword, we have no idea are DiscountSafetyGear going to cancel the order or ship the available items? We called every single day but couldn't reach anyone so far...

I couldnt get the LOYALTY5 coupon to work on this very first order. I called Customer Service to order and no one ever picked up. I'm sad but grateful to be getting these gloves. If DiscountSafetyGear are good quality I will order them for all my hair salons

Yesterday I placed an order and it was impossible to add a little accessory after I place my order... I had to call three times to get and answer or suggestion. Instead a requested my order to be canceled to I can place it again... maybe we could have solve this with the first call, but the customer services associates had no clue of what to do
