Worst ever
I ordered two plain jerseys from this company and I planned to have them customized by my local vinyl artist. These were for a big sis/little sis reveal for my daughter's squad. She is a senior this year so her last one. The date listed for shipping would have been in plenty of time, however, the shirts never came and I started trying to reach someone at the company as time was becoming an issue. No one would respond with actual help, just automated emails then follow up ones asking if it had been handled. I requested a phone number, EpicSports refused. FINALLY, waaaaaayyy after the "estimated" date the shirts came, but it was too late to make the event. So at that point I no longer needed them and didn't even open them. They weren't custom or even opened, so completely resellable. I thought, well I'll at least get the money back for these. Oh no no, not so fast, check the return policy. I got some label (not paid for, you have to pay that yourself), but if you don't have it post marked by some arbitrary number of days they won't refund you. Not the 30 days it says you have to return it, but some other weird time requirement I've never seen a company give before. Meanwhile, I am emailing back and forth with multiple employees (never the same one handling it) and I'm telling them how annoying this whole thing is and the bad review I'm going to leave due to their complete inconsistency, and their faulty estimate of shipping dates. They couldn't have cared less. The shirts were about 14-20$ total, I can't remember, and it would cost like 5 of that to ship it back. 20,677,988 different emails…. And bottom line I'm stuck with two shirts that I will never use. What a waste of time and $. BEWARE if you are buying a small order. I'm sure they give better attention to bulk orders, but who knows. Below is the final email they sent me. They have literally no reason to not have done the return, it's also not environmentally conscious to waste clothing like this. Anyway, anyone want to purchase these maroon jerseys?

Will steal your money on an exchange/return
Ordered $200 worth of merchandise, the site sizing is not accurate and therefore needed to exchange 4 items. You can fill out a return listing exchanges, that you will pay your own shipping for, but EpicSports will process it only as a return with stocking fees. What they don't tell you is how much they will additionally withhold and they will refuse to provide an explanation. I am paying more than half of my return in fees they cannot explain (its almost $100) even if I order the same product in different sizes, I have to pay for that in full and hope for a refund on the stocking fees. I will still not receive half of that amount either for reasons they will not disclose. This is theft and would never be allowed anywhere else. Attempted to speak with customer service and their inappropriate and unprofessional responses were horrid, even asking multiple times, they refused to answer why they were still withholding additional money from the return amount.

Left us on the hook for over $600!
DO NOT purchase from EpicSports.com! Our son got new catching gear for Xmas from his grandparents that turned out too big. When I contacted them right after Xmas about exchanging to his size, EpicSports refused b/c the set was ordered 32 days prior and they have a 30 day return policy. After some pushing, they allowed me to exchange the set only if I separately ordered the new set and then returned the gifted set. So, we shelled out another $300. Three days later, we received an email notifying us that the return window for the gifted set was up and that it could no longer be returned. I was NOT told that we had only 72 hours to return this item this prior. Now, I've spent 15+ emails and several phone calls with no luck. They are refusing to accept the returned set, so now we're out $600 to this business that is refusing to work with us! To add salt to the wound, their customer service has had a terrible attitude and isn't even pretending to want to help make this right. I've asked to speak to management multiple times and have been refused.

Poor customer service, very slow high priced shipping, deceitful
Called to cancel my order that still had not shipped after 10 days. I called customer service and was told I could not cancel even thought EpicSports confirmed that it had not shipped and could not provide a tracking number They also could not give me a shipping date. I need this order for a game, if it is not here in time it will be useless. The man I spoke to was very rude. Shipping fees are very high and will not be refunded if you do try to cancel, I go the run around regarding restocking fees of 25%, no shipping fee refund even though it hadn't even shipped yet. Basically he said there is nothing he can do and if I try to return it (if I ever receive it) they will charge 25% plus return shipping fees and will not refund shipping costs. He said they do not guarantee shipping times as they order some products from other places and even though the website does not state that they are not returnable, they will not issue a refund. Will never order from them again!

Which business would googles somebody's name to see if they live on that address?
I placed an order through their website on September 18,2018. I ordered 26 $3 shorts. After that, I got an email and several phone calls stating "please call us cause a portion of your order has been placed on hold." So I call the phone number listed and this lady asked me to verify my name and billing address and asked me why there is a different shipping address on the account." I explained to her that that's my business address, so that's the reason why. Then she's says "oh well, when I google the shipping address, it shows up as a residence." WHAT? I thought she was kidding. But here it gets interesting. She says, "could you please verify your name again." I tell her my name. And she says "Oh well when I GOOGLE the billing address, your name doesn't show up on the house." WHAT? Which business out here does that? This must be a small business or something cause this ish is redicoulous. And so unprofessional. You googled my name and just because it doesn't show up that means I don't live there? What if I'm just a tenant? Or just moved at the house? All this ish just for some $3 shorts? Are you kidding me. I'm done with this company.

Terrible Online Experience
I will never order through ES again. Yesterday, I placed an order that was over $500. Immediately, I realized there were sizing issues with the order. I called ES and selected the option for them to call me back since the wait time was 58 minutes. Over an hour goes by and I didn't hear back, I call ES again, this time I waited the 38 minutes to speak to Maddie. I explained issue. She advised me that she can't change or cancel the order since it's in process. She put in a request, but can't guarantee anything. I told her I called back immediately etc. She said there is nothing she can, but wait to see if her request goes through. Today, I get notified that her request was denied and I can return the products once I recieve them, at my expense! This is absurd I should have recieved the products if EpicSports called me back, nor should I have to pay for shipping AGAIN for products that is not correct. Worst return, exchange policy I ever seen. Not to mention. Their customer service is terrible, Maddie did everything to not fix the order and had a reason for it. There are plenty of athletic companies to get product from. I will pass on my experience with ES to all my, friends, families, teams, coaches, and all my other colleagues to make sure they shop elsewhere.

I ordered team baseball socks from Epic Sports
I ordered team baseball socks from Epic Sports. The socks arrived and were good quality. Unfortunately, EpicSports were too small and needed to be exchanged for a larger size. This is where the problem arises. Epic Sports has the worse customer service. I called the customer service number only to be told I was number 46 in the que with a 93 min wait, so I requested a call back and never received one. I emailed the customer service address to request help with my exchange....never got a response back. Finally, after going online and requesting a customer service call, I received one. A very rude gentleman told me he did not know if my item could be exchanged but transferred me to the sales department where I waited on hold for 43 minutes before being disconnected. I sent an email to the customer service department explaining my complaint and hoping someone would be able to help me with this exchange. 4 days have passed and I haven't received a response. I reordered larger socks from a different company (with a very helpful customer service department), paying a bit more (you get what you pay for!!) and am still waiting for a response from Epic Sports on how I can return the small socks. If you are absolutely sure the item you are ordering will work, go for it! If you think a return/exchange may be a possibility....beware!! I never file complaints with companies, but this experience has been disappointing!!

Worst Customer Service Ever! Apathy
Worst customer service EVER! Case, the customer service manager was a smug, sarcastic, rude person. He should not be a manager and is ruining this companies reputation. We are trying to support breast cancer awareness month and ordered pink socks. The socks advertise a totally deceiving sizing chart. The socks were delivered and are wayyy to small, no way EpicSports are women's 4-7, more like kids 4-7. I asked for a return label to send them back and get all large. I was pretty much accused of being a liar and they wanted Proof that the socks were too small. They wanted pictures of the socks on my daughter and next to a ruler showing they are too small! WTF? I have never dealt with customer service so difficult. Now our team will need to dish out more money and go through a reputable online business for the socks (which I should have done in the first place) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and run after delivering sub quality items.

Terrible service
I ordered a baseball for my nephew that measures how fast you throw the ball. I didn't realize when ordering that the speed is measured in kilometers/hour not miles/hour. He probably wouldn't get as much from this as we use miles in the US, so I wanted to return the ball. You have to call the store to get authorization to make a return, which is the first red flag. After I did this, no one answered so I left a message. Without ever speaking to me, someone approved the return and sent me an email. At first I thought it was nice and all I had to do was send the ball back. However, no one ever asked the reason for return but listed it as "Customer Does Not Want/Changed their Mind" which means you are responsible for paying the return shipping. This much is fine since it was my fault for not reading the description. The terrible part is EpicSports charge a "restocking" fee of 20-50% of the cost of the item? This is ridiculous. If you return something you should get your money that you paid for the item back, especially for an unopened and unused baseball. The ball was $18.59 with a shipping fee of $10.18. The restocking fee was $5.58, so I got $13.01 refunded. The return shipping was a few dollars, so I don't know why their shipping fee was 3-4 times the price. So I've lost almost $20 on a baseball that I return in its original packaging that was never opened. A terrible way to do business, I 100% would never buy anything from here again or recommend to anyone. They also have almost 70 complaints filed on the better business bureau website.

I placed an order for 2 types of socks, approx
I placed an order for 2 types of socks, approx. 95 in all. Paid shipping for both items, one item has yet to be received. After receiving the 1st item we discovered that the socks are knee high which wasn't in the description as it is for other socks. Knee high socks for volleyball players wearing knee pads don't go together so EpicSports need to be returned. I attempted to cancel the second shipment when I spoke with a representative and was informed that again knee high socks were ordered and again not mentioned in the description. I paid for shipping to receive the products and now need to pay for shipping to return the products. To insult me more the replacement socks needed to be ordered with expedited shipping as our teams tournament is next week. Lastly I'm informed that I may have to pay a re-stocking fee. How about Epic provide and accurate description of the products. We are a not for profit parent organization that supports a small volleyball team and don't have excess funds. I will not place any additional orders from Epic and if asked would not recommend to any other team that they place an order with Epic. I would love to hear from a representative in regards to this matter.

Doesn't Guarantee Product
Recently made a purchase that included a set of Linesman Flags. The flag pouch EpicSports came in was ripped such that it wouldn't close. In addition, the flags themselves had a horrendous smell to them. I tried to get a replacement as there was obviously something wrong with the product. Sent them a picture of torn pouch and then of the entire flags (per their follow-up request) after which they then disagreed with me. They said they saw nothing wrong with the flags. I repeated my claim saying the POUCH was torn (not the flags), but that the flags had a horrendous smell to them (can't even put them in my referee bag). Guess they couldn't smell the flag stench through the photos I sent! They still would not replace. Basically, they thought I was lying. Seriously? They ignored the fact that I had bought other products from them and had no issues with them.

They offered that I could send them back at my expense ($7.25 USPS minimum) and they would reimburse be the $6.99 I paid for them. I spent more time trying to get a replacement than its worth at this point. I ended up having to throw the product away. Only reason I'm posting this is out of principal. A business should stand up to the product its is selling. There are plenty of other worthy on-line sports equipment vendors to buy from. I certainly won't be using Epic Sports anymore and will be informing the various clubs and sports associations I'm affiliated to avoid using them as well. Buyer be ware!

I placed a very large order last night at 12 a.m
I placed a very large order last night at 12 a.m. via the website. This morning at 11 a.m. I called customer service to see if I could add one more shirt to my order (same style shirt just one size larger). According to my account the order was "in progress" items were being collected in the warehouse and boxed for shipment. I was told the order would be placed on hold to see if the additional shirt could be added. One hour later I received a return phone call from customer service letting me know that EpicSports were not able to add the shirt and that I would have to place another order. I expressed my concern about having to pay an additional shipping charge for one shirt and asked if there was any way that epic sports could waive the shipping charge. He said no. I asked how much shipping would be and he said $10. I just placed my order and the shipping charge was $14.37 (for one shirt!!!!) and for my original order the shipping was $25.52 for 70 shirts. I am very displeased and will be looking into another company for my future orders.

Started out great but...
I ordered a Richardson baseball umpires cap about a week and a half ago. I had previously bought the same exact cap, the same exact size, from Richardson. The size of the original hat is 6 7/8. It fits snug like I need it for when I call behind the plate and remove my mask. The number on the cap is 432. I ordered the exact cap and the same size as I stated earlier. The order was shipped to me properly and correctly. However, when I tried to put the new cap on, it won't come close to fitting on my head. I took the old cap and tried it on again, and it fit perfectly. When I ordered the cap, it was under $10 but the shipping was $13. I called them to see if I could arrange an exchange for a larger size, and the representative plus the manager were very abrupt and rude. EpicSports both tried to convince me the new cap would stretch over time. I explained the previous cap fit perfectly out of the box and fits the same over a year later. That is what a fitted cap is supposed to do. It is not supposed to stretch out dramatically. I tried to tell them it did not seem right that I am having to pay shipping for an item that does not fit correctly. I understand it is what I ordered. But I also explained it was like buying a pair of Nike shoes size 10 1/2, and then a year later buying the exact same make and model of shoe, same size, and it fits like a size 9.

I would not recommend epic sports to my worst enemy. I can understand their procedures, but the abrupt way they treated me and the total disregard for customer relations and service is ridiculous. They feel it was MY mistake because they sent what I ordered, failing to realize or care the manufacturer obviously made a mistake. 6 7/8 should be 6 7/8 especially if it's the same brand and middle number. They were curt and short with me during the whole conversation. It was as if I was a bother instead of a customer.

Returns have been a nightmare
Returns have been a nightmare. The wrong sizes were listed on their website. To correct their mistake you have to pay Return and Reshipping costs. Sometimes the sizes on their website are accurate it's accurate and sometimes they're not. I tried to get Sierra to give me accurate sizing but she told me to check the website for sizing. Which I can't trust to be accurate. I tried to get free shipping because of the error but she said EpicSports couldn't do it. So now she wants me to take pictures of the shirts with a tape measure showing the sizing problem. I'm not that tech savvy so I am a little hesitant on taking pictures to send in an email to her. But I'm going to give it a shot. Also, she was a little vague in what benefit there would be for sending her pictures such as; we ship it back to you free, 10% off because of the error, etc. I'm kind of left not knowing what benefit there will be to me. I tried to get 20% off as well but that didn't fly.

HORRIBLE Customer Service
I placed an order on Thursday 3/14 for items I needed on 3/21. I looked at the estimated delivery dates to make sure I chose the right shipping based off the order shipping within 1-2 business days. I called this morning because my order is still "in process" and not shipped to find out the status of my order shipping and was told EpicSports USUALLY ship in 1-2 days but there was NO GUARANTEE that is would ship in 1-2 days and my order is still being pulled from the warehouse. I explained I needed to cancel my order because I have to have it tomorrow and since it has not even finished processing and no guarantee it would ship today I would need to find somewhere else to overnight my order that does have a guarantee. I was told that I could not cancel my order and get a refund because the warehouse had started pulling items that I would have to wait until they shipped to me and then call to get a refund authorization prior to sending back and then it could take as many as 30 days to get a credit back to my credit card. I will never order anything from this company again! I would rather pay more to get my product when expected that it to still be processing at a company that will not credit you back for items they have not even shipped to you! I did not order anything customized or special made so there should not have been any issues. The worst thing was both the customer service agent and manager were extremely rude and condescending! Worst experience ever!

Missing item
I ordered a pair of cheer shoes with color snap in logos. I paid 3 day rush shipping, it took 6 days. No big deal though until I received them and there were no logos in the box. I called to let them know expecting them to be sent out and instead of sending me the missing pieces I paid for EpicSports told me to wait a few days while they checked to see if/why they forgot to put them in and if they couldn't find them to wait some more while they contacted the makers of the shoes to get more. I received no actual time frame, it has been days and I still haven't heard anything since the last call. Now my young daughter who was so excited about the shoes will be starting cheer with shoes that have a clear hole on the side because there are no snap in logos and they could care less to fix the issue. I would not recommend using this site and I know I never will trust it again

Stay FAR AWAY - Terrible Customer Service
Not sure what has happened to this company, but their customer service, responsiveness and ability to fulfil orders in a timely manner has drastically declined in the past few months. I placed an order on 8/5/18 which should have shipped out (according to their estimated dates) on 8/16. Called on 8/20 when it still hadn't arrived and no shipping info available. Was told by rep something, he couldn't explain what, happened and it could ship that day - I asked to have it overnighted and he refused based on their "dates are all estimated" M. O. - spoke with manager - same story. Said it would def ship that day and I would get tracking #. 8/21 - No tracking info sent, called back. Spoke with same rep. "Sorry - not sure why it didn't ship but it's being pulled at 10 a.m. and will go out today." Fine - still terrible customer service, but need the items and don't want to suffer further delays. Here we are on 8/22 - different rep tells me it's packaged and ships out today. WTF? This is no way to do business. Time to find a new supplier.

Buyer Beware! Not on-time delivery! No Help from Epic!

I ordered 13 screen print jerseys 3/14. I was told screen print shirts were the fastest way to get delivery on time. I needed them by our first game 4/6. I was assured this was enough time. I called on 4/5, had to wait 30 min on hold, to find out Epic sports made a mistake on printing and we were not getting them on time. Also, the rep, Steven, and only manager, Cody, both teamed up on me to tell nothing can be done. Really? No offer or suggestions to help me out with my stressful situation. Simple options would be to overnight the jerseys and give an eta when EpicSports will be done. Instead they did nothing.

I'm finding out now that my jerseys will be shipped within 5 days with UPS ground. Was this the best action from the manager to help out a customer whom has shopped there numerous times. No! This was yet another attempt to not help the customer and take ownership.

Here's a basic rule to business. It is much easier to keep a customer with good customer service, and very difficult to win them back with terrible service. Take notes from Nordstrom.

I will be sharing my experience with all that I know and blogging my experience, until I get an apology.

Buyer Beware. They will lure you in and take your money, but no follow through when you need help.

Shop elsewhere. I warned you.

Worst Customer Service of my life
I'm sure you hear this all the time but I want to take the time to express my concerns and horrible experience I've had. I ordered the baseball pants to begin with but the pants did not fit (my fought). I then proceed to return those pants that were the wrong size which I had to pay for shipping. I was then informed that I would need to go ahead and pay for new pants if I wanted the correct sizes in the timely manner. (so I would get the pants before my tournament). I got the pants in a timely mater but EpicSports were the wrong size, which does me no good to even have them. I called the call center and was placed on hold for an hour before I finally got to talk to a Max that explained to me that I would need to send him a pic of the pants to prove they were the wrong size so they can start an investigation. I escalated that to a supervisor to see if they can go ahead and get the new pants shipped (correct size) but he explained there was absolutely nothing he could do. So I asked how long would the investigation take, he says 24-48 hours and we should have you some more pants on the way. I emailed max two days later no return. Two days after that I emailed again, no return. Three days later and I call the call center again. I was placed on hold for now one hour and 12 mins and still counting just for someone to tell me max no longer works there and that christy has my case. All in the mean time nothing has been solved I'm out of pocket over 200 dollars wasted weeks of my life and still don't have the correct pant sizes. Now I'm waiting on a return label which was supposedly sent out at 5:30 last night which I never received I no longer want the pants and demand a full refund. I will no longer do business with this company.

Terrible customer service and poor quality.
The first time I had to call the company it was per their request because EpicSports had a question regarding my address. I promptly returned the call and experienced a 43 minute wait time to speak with a rep. When I finally got to speak to one she was rude and curt. After she got her information I was in the middle of asking a question when she hung up on me--no doubt under pressure to deal with the other poor souls waiting to speak with a rep (I think they only have one). The second time I needed to call to return items the wait time was 51 minutes, so I opted to leave a message for a return call--waited 3 days--it never came. My third try lasted 29 minutes. If you have to return an item you HAVE to call the company first to receive a return authorization #. Such long phone wait times make returning product a big inconvenience. They also charged a 10% "restocking" fee on some sizes and 25% percent on others. The baseball shirts ordered are poor quality--very thin (way too see-through for a girl) and didn't hang well. The 8 pairs of baseball pants ran two sizes too small in every size I ordered (I followed their sizing chart) but were not returnable because they were on sale. On the $64.50 in merchandise that I am allowed to return I am being charged a $13.00 "restocking" fee plus the cost of shipping. This has been a bad, time-consuming and expensive experience. I will not use this company again.
