Damaged in shipping, again.
I ordered a replacement triple pulley for my Powermatic planer in August 2020. I waited over thirty days for it to arrive (which seems a long time) only to find it had broken during shipment. The vendor had shipped it lose in a plastic mailer envelope that had almost no protection. The pully is pretty heave with exposed edges, one of which had snapped off. The envelope was cut in multiple places where the edges of the pully had hit hard surfaces during shipment, showing the shipping container was not suitable to protect the hardware. I returned the pulley without issue. Instead of ordering the replacement online, I called in the order so I could specifically ask for the replacement pully to be shipped in a protective box. I also requested expedited service which unfortunately didn't happen. After waiting an additional thirty-five days, the replacement pulley again arrived damaged; packed in the same type of thin, plastic envelope. I have now been waiting three months to fix an essential tool in my work shop, and I still don't have a working part. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

You shouldn't give them a 2nd date
I ordered a replacement trimmer head for my cordless Dewalt. I paid extra for three-day delivery.

Tracking the package, it quickly became apparent I would be lucky to get it in eight. I called ereplacements and you can't talk to a person because of covid. You can't chat with them because of covid. Whatever that means.

I wrote it off as a waste of money, but sent an email to say I did. To their credit eReplacementParts responded and offered a refund of the delivery fees. However, they blamed FedEx. Of course, I paid ereplacements for delivery not FedEx. And if I can't talk to or chat with ereplacements, how would Ereplacements meet their responsibility if left to their own devices? Discuss.

This trimmer head is different and installed differently than the one that came with the trimmer, which I knew up front. But it came without instructions. More time, more chasing.

If you don't talk on the phone and you don't chat, I should know that upfront. If you don't send instructions, I should know that. If you are only reachable through email and will blame the carrier I should know that. Why? Because if I know those things upfront, I can choose another company if I don't want to spend all that time doing the job of their nonexistent customer service. A bill is in the mail.
I'm sure that Ereplacements thinks refunding my money for a service I didn't get is a fair exchange for the time and effort I made to chase down a product I also paid for. And that's the point.

Ereplacements was transparent only about who the company really is after the entire transaction had occurred. It certainly showed who it is through its actions. How it ever gets a second date from anyone else is beyond me. Insert your own swipe joke here.

Confused about connecting rods
Confused about connecting rods
I recently purchased a JD riding mower with a blown Kohler engine. After tearing down the engine the only parts needed were the connecting rods. Ereplacement shows 2 different part numbers for the connecting rods Part # 25 067 04s and Part # 25 067 05s. The 04s connecting rod had 12 in stock and was shipped and received. The 05s was not in stock and had to be ordered Ships In 13 - 19 Business Days from the manufacturer. I assumed the connecting rods were different one being for cylinder #1 and the other for cylinder #2. When the 04s rod arrived there was no marking as to which cylinder it went. This led me to look at the difference between the old mangled connecting rod. See attached picture. These two mangled connecting rods have the same casting numbers 25 059 05 Rev C. This led me to take a closer look at the 2 ereplacement connecting rods pictured on the ereplacement parts diagram. Although the pictures of the rods are taken from different angles eReplacementParts have the same casting # 24 059 02 REV A.
The second connecting rod has not arrived and has been on back order a month (Sept 15,2020). When the 05s rod arrives I am curious to see if these two connecting rods are the same since the mangled rods are the same. Casting numbers also indicate the part number of the cast iron part. If so why does ereplacement have 2 different part numbers for the same rod and why has my connecting rod not been delivered since ereplacement parts diagram states Ships In 13 - 19 Business Days.

Overall good experience
I ordered the part that was suggested online but it was the wrong part. When I called back the woman who answered couldn't find a record of my purchase, suggested that I figure out where else I could have ordered the part from and made me feel stupid. I looked up my credit card charge and called back because I did get the part from ereplacementparts. The woman who answered the second time was very kind and helped me with my return and to order the correct part since I had trouble doing it online and I was worried I would order the wrong part again. Turns out their system was down and she couldn't track any orders so it wasn't my fault (I'm obviously still upset with the first lady who was unkind which is why this isn't 5 stars). In the end, I was able to get the new part faster than through Amazon and it cost less even with shipping. I was very pleased and grateful for the kindness of the second woman who helped me, Katelyn.

Convenient but costly
It was almost startling to discover a part that the manufacturer itself declared was unavailable. Yet the part, which weighs less than half an ounce (it's a felt washer), cost almost as much to ship as it cost to buy. That's why I bought two -- one to use, one as a spare, two (in total) to make the shipping seem less painfully expensive.

For all that expense, the washers were sent in a flexible envelope, not in something rigid. When eReplacementParts arrived, one was torn -- visibly damaged without having to remove it from its see-through wrapping.

The company was extremely realistic about the situation. It issued a refund immediately... without requiring that I send the washer back (a task that I would have accomplished with a #10 envelope and a small piece of bubble wrap that would have cost me under a dollar, not $5.92). What they didn't do was offer to send a replacement, maybe because they figured that that one wouldn't survive any better than the first.

I love this site! EReplacementParts simplified buying the replacement brushes I needed for my Dremel 4300. It's a brand new Dremel so the parts are for later just in case. I bought 2 sets of 2. I have included the part number in the photo in case anyone needs it and you can get a peek at the erplacementparts receipt, but I won't show personal info. The site is legit. I have vetted it for you. Have a nice day, everyone! I might ad here that they sell parts for not only Dremel brushes, but for outdoor equipment, indoor appliances, power tools of all sorts, the list is endless. If you need parts, consider them. At the time of my purchase, this was the only result I could find. Nobody else had these hard to find brushes. I'm not compensated for my reviews. I won't take rewards or pay. I do it because I know how lost I was to finally have enough money to buy a Dremel but I wouldn't buy it until I could secure a deal on some brushes as brushes are always the first thing to go on rotary tools. It was looking grim and my old rotary tool had to be tossed because the brushes cannot be changed on that brand.

No Better Online Parts Store
I placed my order for a transmission for my lawnmower with another well-known online gardening power tool store and eReplacementParts didn't note anywhere on their site, from the product description to checkout, that they even had the part in stock. I let it ride for almost 2 weeks and in contacting them during that time I was met with vague results. With my lawn getting out of hand, and fearing the unknown, I came to eReplacementParts.com. They had several of these parts in stock and it was shipped, with w tracking number, the very next morning. The part arrived 2 days later. Oh, and the part from the other store? Surprise! It also arrived on the same day (15 minutes earlier) that the eReplacementParts.com part. So, in the future, which will it be for me, 2 days as promised vrs 2 weeks not knowing? No brainer here. So, as for my lawn and me, we're very grateful to eReplacementParts.com; and I now have a spare new transmission for when #4 breaks.

Still waiting to return broken part
We ordered a part to repair the vent hood on a GE microwave oven. The box arrived with no tape on one end. We were surprised that the part was still inside. There was no packing material at all in the box, the part was able to completely rattle around inside the box. The part is mostly plastic, so the result of all this is that several tabs and areas were broken, rendering the part less intact than the one we were replacing. Went to the eReplacement website to start the return process. We are now in an endless loop waiting for eReplacement to contact us to arrange the return. You can't talk to someone on the phone, and email messages are returned with an automated reply that states:

Due to an increase in call and email volume during the coronavirus pandemic, we are experiencing very long response times for email. We have added the ability for you to cancel and return directly on our website, including same-day refunds.

We have tried the website, but any process to return a part is met with "you need to contact us" message.

We have been waiting two weeks now for eReplacement to contact us.

Part was exactly what I ordered and fit my skil belt sander perfectly
Although it took quite a few days to receive my part from ereplacementparts.com, it arrived packaged for protection and fit my skil belt sander perfectly. However, the part did not repair my belt sander. I was going on a whim trying to figure out why my belt sander quit running in the middle of a project I was working on. It was working fine, then one day would not even turn on. No power whatsoever. I watched a few You Tube videos and figured it may be a certain part that was faulty. It was risky, but I ordered the part and inserted it into my sander. Again, no power. So, the part I ordered was not the culprit. Something else was wrong with my sander, but I could not figure out why it suddenly did not have any power. I needed to finish my project so I just went to a big box store and purchased a new Skil belt sander to finish my job. I have not tried it yet, but hopefully it will work so I can continue my work. Thank you ereplacementparts for an exact match part. It is just unfortunate that the part did not solve my problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

FRAUD! Prepaid for duty and tax, and had to pay again to take possession of package
During the global pandemic, my Honda generator failed, due to a defective throttle control. I ordered a part from eReplacementParts, who directed me to their "partner" iGlobal because I am from Canada. The part is less than one inch in diameter but cost $132.00. Shipping was excessive, at $71.00, and prepaid tax and duty was also excessive at $45, but I was desperate. So I paid a total of $249.

But that was not enough profiteering for the 2 companies mentioned above.

I received the order and was forced to pay taxes - again - to take possession of my package.

This should not have happened, as I had prepaid $45.30 for duty and tax.

I emailed iGlobal and copied eReplacementParts, which did not accept my email through its servers!

Default to respond and refund in 2 business days will result in me filing a complaint with BBB, and write negative reviews on all social media platforms I can find, for both iGlobal and eReplacementParts.

I will also ask for a refund through Paypal and file a formal complaint with them to have you both excluded from their platform.

This is FRAUD, and profiteering during a crisis!

SHAME ON YOU, iGlobal and eReplacementParts. You will be remembered for your profiteering and fraud during the pandemic.

Shipping took forever, didn't get all parts
I ordered 3 parts for my chainsaw through eReplacementParts.com way back at the beginning of August 2020. Original order said it would be about 3 weeks due to Covid delays in supply chain. Two screws I didn't need to bad said eReplacementParts were in stock and the throttle wire (the part I really needed) said it was on backorder. I didn't plan on cutting any trees in that time period so I figured that would be fine. After waiting over a month I checked the status and the throttle wire was still on backorder. I waited another month and finally the throttle wire was available but one of the other parts was now out of stock. I inquired on having the order split to ship the two that were available and backorder the 3rd part until it came in. They said they could do it but that two shipping charges would apply. Since shipping was more than the parts, I didn't want to do that and felt for how long i've already waited they should have been able to work with me on that. I waited a couple more weeks, and finally the 3rd part came in, BUT now one of the other two parts were now no longer in stock. I was so frustrated that they wouldn't hold the parts for my order that I cancelled the 3rd part and told them to just ship the 2 that were now available.

Long story short, I ordered my parts the first week of August 2020, received my parts in DECEMBER, 2020, and only got 2 out of the 3 of them because they were unwilling to work with me on shipping and didn't pull the parts aside for an order that had been in for months. I'm aware Corona might cause some shipping delays, but I waited FOUR months to get 2 of my 3 parts because when they came in they didn't pull them aside for me. So I ultimately waited a very long time and did not get everything I ordered due to poor customer service and poor order fulfillment. I was more than patient for the first 3 months but finally gave up on trying to work with them. Not sure if i'll buy parts from them again.

Shipping issue
So my purchase went fine and I received my part as expected and it does work as it should. However the shipping package it was sent in really lacked any thought or effort. I purchased a circuit board. Of which everyone knows or can see any circuit board is pretty fragile so care should be taken to place into something to protect it from being best around and thrown while traveling thru our postal system. Yet what I receive was a circuited board in a regular USPS plastic bag with a single thin wrap of bubble wrap in a zip lock bag. When opened the board had been beaten around enough it had cut through the zip lock and the bubble wrap was off if it. When my mail carrier brought it to my front door it was dropped on the pavement and I figured it would never work just from that fall. I installed the board and it does function as it should but only after I went through the entire board and bent the diodes and capacitors and resistors all back upright as eReplacementParts all had been mashed flat against the board during shipping I assume. The board itslef looked worn and used. I believe it was a new board just that the non protective package it was sent in did just that. Didn't provide any protection for a 4"x 4" circuit board that cost almost $200. I expected a small box willed with something to absorb impacts would have been the proper way to send this part across the country but whoever shipped it obviously didn't have the same opinion didnt see it the same or have the common sense to understand what is fragile and what isn't. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

Probably these weird times, but not quite what I was hoping for
I was looking for some parts and asked a question. I received a quick response, but in the end it wasn't super helpful, unfortunately. I decided to take the plunge anyway, as I needed these parts to get an essential tool in my shop running. The order stated a 1 to 2 week lead time. After 2 weeks I still hadn't heard back and when I sent a message, I again received a quick response, but it turned out that one of the items was discontinued. I don't know why I wasn't told this immediately, but the handling was quick and correct (the item was, with my consent, taken from the order and I was refunded the cost). I opted to have the order sent through USPS (the cheapest option, but still way more expensive than the actual parts in the order) which would take 1 to 3 weeks according to the option and I received a tracking number, but it took a couple of days and another email from me to get to see updates on the shipment. The shipment is now out of USPS territory and supposedly somewhere in my country, but I haven't received ANY updates on its status for days now. This might be due to delays to the weird times we live in (Corona virus shutdowns, etc.), but I still hope that the order will arrive soon, as I need that tool operational.

Caveat Emptor.
I have used e-ReplacementParts.com a few times in the past, pricing and delivery OK, but nothing great. My most recent (and likely, last) experience prompts this review. On 4/26/2015, I placed an order for a set of door gaskets for a GE dishwasher. When I placed the order, both gaskets were described as "in stock, order now & eReplacementParts will ship today". As soon as my credit card was hit for the charges, I received an e-mail stating that the gaskets were "out of stock" & would ship from the warehouse, OK, no big deal. After 4 weeks of no communication regarding the status of the order, I called customer service on 5/18/15 and was advised that the order was being packed and readied for shipping as we spoke. Another week goes by with no status updates to reflect the alleged shipment, I again contact customer service on 5/26/15, only to be advised the order that was supposedly being prepared for shipping the previous week is now "lost", again, minus any communication of that fact to me. To their credit, eReplacementParts did refund all charges.

Sent wrong part at first, but corrected the mistake!
Ordered an upper blower tube for a Husqvarna Handheld Blower. Took several months to get part. It arrived while I was in California on family business. I ended up having to stay for 4 months. When I returned to Missouri, I found the part and found I was sent a lower blower tube instead. Called ereplacementparts and informed them what I got was not what I ordered. At first, I was told that it was past the allowable return time. I pleaded with them and let them know that the part had arrived when I was 2,000 miles away as well as the reason I was gone. Also, that the part was on backorder for several months before I even left on my trip. I was granted a reprieve and eReplacementParts sent me the proper part for free! In addition, they refunded my original payment! (didn't have to) Whenever I need something that they supply parts for, I will use these guys first! If somethings not right, they'll make it right!

Quickly shipped a broken part, made me pay to ship it back
I've used businesses like this for many years to get parts for my appliances and this is the first time it ended badly. I ordered a thermometer replacement for my grill. The part has a large glass face. Placing the order was easy and the part arrived quickly. However, it was packaged in a thin flat bubble pack and the glass was completely shattered. I called customer support to ask for guidance but was told by automated response that due to Covid there was no live support, use email instead. That's understandable. So I emailed. But no response after several days. I started the return process and even though I entered "Damaged, outer package intact", the process was still to issue and RMA to send it pack. Well, OK, you really want a broken part back? BUT, the kicker is that I have to pay to send it back! That's not right. I would just chalk it up as a one time bad experience where maybe someone new chose the wrong packaging and try again but with NO COMMUNICATION there is no guarantee the same thing won't happen again. EReplacements, COMMUNICATE PLEASE!

EReplacementParts to the rescue!
My elliptical gets really heavy usage, between my son and I. It is a beast of a machine. Sturdy as it is, it has its weak point, and I found them! I've broken it twice. I had no idea how I was going to fix it, my only option, as a new one was out of the question. I found eReplacementParts website, looked up my elliptical, identified the broken parts and places the order. When the parts came in the first time, I procrastinated, not thinking I could do it - but once I made up my mind, I did it! The next time it broke, I knew just what to do. It was even easier the second time and I did not hesitate installing when I got them - I even showed my 15 year old son the entire process, as he was the one to break it the second time. I'm so grateful for a website this comprehensive and for offering such a great service. Thank you! Now my son and I can continue our workouts with little lapse in time!

Not bad, Not good
I researched the parts needed to repair my Hitachi leaf blower. At the time I ordered the website claimed eReplacementParts had all the parts needed. Order entry on 12/24/19. Website tracking says will receive parts 1/9/20. A bit long but understandable due to holidays. Tracking on website 1/10/20 says parts back ordered. No available date. Not sure how it went from having all the parts to one part now on back order. Canceled back order part. Finally shipped remaining parts 1/13/20. Not sure what day arrived as I was out of town. Somewhere around the 20th. Will I use eReplacement again? Sure I will. I would rather have OEM parts. Obviously the back order tells me something about Hitachi having trouble with their blowers. The reason for 3 stars is lengthy ship time and less than timely communication of delay, mostly resting with Hitachi. I emphasize that I will use eReplacement in the future.

WARNING! False advertising, and lies from supervisors
I ordered a part for my grill 32 days ago. When I ordered the part, the website stated eReplacementParts had it on hand. After not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I decided to email the company. I was told it was a special order item that is coming from manufacture and it would take 7-12 business days for ereplacementparts to receive, then to ship to me. I continued to follow up over the past month by sending another email, and calling the company direct 3 times. Each phone conversation and email ended the same way with them telling me to continue to wait, and that it has not arrived in their warehouse yet. I spoke with manager Becky, who was VERY rude, and told me that special order items can take up to 20 days to arrive in their warehouse. I told her that is not what their website states, and she snapped back rudely stating I was wrong, and that I was just going to have to wait longer. I asked to speak to a different manager that wasn't so rude, and after waiting 15mins Rob called me and promised to look into this delay. 9 days later, I had to call Rob back, and he stated he had not had a chance to look into this for me yet.

Great service before and after the order
I had a ripped gasket on my carburetor bowl on the Honda Engine of my Troybuilt push-mower. I had already bought an entire carb from Amazon that was supposed to work for my engine. Needless to say, it did not fit, nor did the carb bowl or gasket, close, but not quite.

The website helped me find the information I needed to determine the EXACT model of my engine, which was extremely crucial because I had some weird engine that was not offered for very long. EReplacementParts had all of the exploded parts lists to make sure I was ordering the correct part number as well as photos for comparison.

Even though the site said my engine was discontinued, because of all of the pictures of parts taken from different angles, I was able to find that my carb was the same as an engine of a similar model. I gave it a shot... And it was Perfect!

The part arrived the day before it was slated too and just in time to beat the weather change.

Absolutely recommend for your small engine part neds.

Replacement for lower shaft on Ryobi timmer
I had to replace the head on my Ryobi trimmer, which was available at Home Depot where I bought the trimmer. When I got into the replacement, I found I needed to replace the lower shaft cable as well. This is not a "big box store" part, so I went to the manufacturer site and looked at price and availability. Then I checked eReplacementParts, with whom I have done business before. EReplacementParts listed the lower shaft cable in stock at a reasonable price and delivery time, with the caveat that due to present conditions it might take longer. So I ordered it. I received the part, which was not only the cable but the entire lower shaft for less money than the dealer site wanted for just the cable AND it was a Ryobi part. In addition, the part came a day earlier than the shipping time estimate when I ordered. I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with eReplacementParts and will continue to do business with them first when I need parts.

Worst online shopping experience ever!
We needed replacement cooking grids for our grill, and ordered them April 25,2020. Our credit card was charged the same day. The website stated that the items were in stock and available, so we were surprised at the estimated ship date of May 27. However, given the pandemic, we waited patiently. Date came and went, no communication. Finally received notice we would receive delivery June 23. When the package arrived, inside was someone else's order! A brake cable that was supposed to have gone to a customer in Pennsylvania! (We live in Michigan). When we tried to call customer service the next day, we heard a recording saying eReplacements is unable to take phone calls at this time (blamed on the pandemic). Went to the website as advised, and laughed out loud to see the advice to call customer service! The only way to communicate was within the website. I have now left 2 messages over the past two weeks with no response. EReplacements has had $162.09 of our money for 2 1/2 months, and we have nothing... no parts, and no way to resolve the situation because this company does not believe in customer service. Don't tell us about the pandemic... in this day and age of instant communication, answering a phone call or email is simple and requires no in person contact. I have never been more frustrated and assume that eReplacements is a scam and has stolen our money. Please do not fall victim to this unprincipled company.

Took a while
Okay let me start by saying that the parts I received were exact fit parts and functioned flawlessly. That being said, I waited 2 weeks only to find out that the hold up was 1 1/2" stop nut hat was on back order. It came with a link that said I could cancel an item, but all it would allow me to do was cancel the order. I cancelled, waited several days to be sure my money was refunded. When so reordered, due to my mistake, I had double ordered 2 of the parts. Cancelled and waited for the refund to PayPal again. The 3rd time I finally had everything correct and received order within a week. My advice: This is a good company to order from, but be sure what you order is in stock. You can see if eReplacementParts have it in stock or not. It also tells how many of their stock items they have. The big problem is due to COVID if they don't have it in stock they can't estimate when the item will be re-stocked.

THE WORST-THEY OWE ME STARS THEY ARE SO BAD
Ordered parts in mid June. Got a notice 3 weeks later that 1 of 4 parts was backordered. EReplacementParts would wait to ship unless I wanted the 3 parts and the backorered part cancelled. I said I would wait. Mid August had heard nothing so I emailed to ship what they had and cancel backordered part. Sept 9th they emailed to say the parts were ready to ship as soon as the backordered part came to their warehouse in a few days. On Sept14th got an email saying they were sending me a "Retrun Label", even though I never received the parts. A few minutes later received a notice that they had refunded the parts cost but not the "expediated" fee. Emailed back, because they don't actually have people answering the phone nor can you leave a voice message. No reply from them but I got this request to share my experieince. So after 3 months I have no parts and am out money for their services. My word to the wise is to avoid this company like Covid-19.

Hard to find parts
I needed several parts for my tiller that stopped production few years ago.
I looked every where to try and find these parts even contacted the original manufacturer.
Came up with nothing then found eReplacementParts.com,
I had doubts I would find what I needed but still took a look at their web site, and found every thing I was looking for in just 1 place.
I had to wait just a little longer for these to ship because eReplacementParts did not have them in stock, and thought, I will place an order and expected them to contact me and tell me these where no longer available.
Their prices where lower than I expected too, so if I could get what i need I win both times.
I got my parts, it took a couple weeks longer but they arrived packed well.
Now I know where to go for all my parts for my ride on and push mowers and my strimmers and even parts for my tiller that has not been manufactured for last 6 years.
They have them all.

Customer Service is Misssing / Impossible to Contact / However ereplacement is fast at taking money.
I am a Storm Victim who needs this part to prepare meals. My Charbroil Grill somehow survived but not the grate inside. Charbroil doesn't have them anymore. So, I find and order the proper Grill Grate from ereplacement.com which is what it needed.
I get that the Covid 19 issue has changed every thing, I really do.
But I paid a 1/3 of what the whole grill was probably worth and then a very big shipping fee and expected it quickly. I ordered on 5/13/2020 then informed on the website many days later that the item will not ship until June 15th or possibly later.

I thought no problem I can contact them and get some help. Nope that's a big negative. EReplacementParts are missing in action. Even in this Covid 19 environment companies are finding ways to answer the phones and take care of their customers.
I have left messages and no returned calls. That money I spent meant the world to me in my current condition.
This is all I know to do.

God awlful customer service, they don't have a negitave star raiting or I would have picked it.
I tried to order a pair of parts online, found the parts and were in stock according to website. Got all the way to check out, but then the site would not let me finish. So then I make a phone call to complain and of course eReplacementParts know nothing of a problem with the website. So I then place the order with the representative over the phone. On the web site it is advertised shipping of 5-10 business days, after talking with the rep. She said one part was in stock and one was not, even though the website said both were in stock. It ended up being 31 business days to get my complete order, every time I called to question what the hold up was, I got the same thing no help at all and no one even offered to check on it until I GOT LOUD AND CURSED. I do not recommend company nor will I ever go through this again with them. The worst customer service treatment I have seen in a very long time.

Scamming Customers with Corona virus false claims
WHEN THIS HAPPENS TO YOU MAKE SURE TO EMAIL THE SALT LAKE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. The company is scamming customers by claiming the rona virus has somehow caused an "explosion" in volume or some nonsense and as such NO CUSTOMER service. Unfortunately Amazon is more reliable. The scam eReplacementParts are running is once your order is made they immediately swap your order to "shipped" but it never actually ships. Then, if you try calling they say that there is no phone service because its busy which makes no sense and so screw you. Once you contact them to make the return they quickly change the status to "shipped" so you cannot make the return which allows them to charge a restocking fee for a product that either never has been shipped or is shipped after the fact to make easy profit on "restocking" fees. This scam has been attempted by scammers on Amazon and Ebay and isnt uncommon.

Items Received, yet Non-Responsive company
I originally wrote a 1-star negative review. However, ystrdy eve the order came in my mailbox. I give the company 3 stars due to the major technical difficulties eReplacementParts seem to be having right now. You can read my original review below. Mechanically they did fine; received my order, charged my card, fulfilled my order and shipped it within a few days. Technologically the company is having issues that is unfortunately negatively affecting their business. I would give 3.5 stars if it was an available selection.
ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW
Ordered 2 simple parts for a worm-drive circular saw on 07/28/2020. eReplacementParts.com website said over 24 units(for ea part) were in stock and normally ship within 1 - 2 days.
First, I never received email confirmation of my order.
On Aug. 2 I tried to track my order thru their website, yet the website could not find my order. Funny, my C-Card was charged right away. I tried calling the cust. Srvc. No. On their website and the different ph. No. That was on my order. Neither ph no. Had a live person to speak to and they send you back to the web-site. I go back to website and they can't find my order.
I email them explaining situation. No response is sent. I email them'canceling' my order, again, no response.
In spite of this Covid-19 issue, this business is in dire need of an immediate, massive make-over. Frankly, I can't trust a website that completely ignores customers that have already paid for their merchandise. I needed these parts quickly yet all this company did was delay me for a week with zero correspondence. They get a big F on every level and I won't be ordering from them again. My advice is to stay away.

Watch out! You don't deserve this!
Ordered parts from this outfit and rec. An email that my order would be fulfilled as soon as eReplacementParts would rec. Their ordered stock as they didn't have enough to fill my order. That was fine with me as I didn't need the parts right away... from there I rec. An email stating my order had been shipped.
WELL... a few days later without even rec. My order I rec. 2 emails back to back stating email 1: that I had requested an RMA as I wanted to return som parts.
Email 2: my RMA had been approved and refund had been issued.
Now keep in mind this happened without me rec. ANY parts OR EVEN ME CONTACTING THEM!
I started emailing, comment on FB and through messenger AND did get a response that my parts were in transit but had not been delivered yet.
After the weekend I red. A package from them AND LOW AND BEHOLD I REC. AN ORDER THAT SOMEONE FROM HAWAII HAD ORDERED!
I contacted them again making it clear how stupid they apparently are and no response. I guess I would be embarrassed too for being as stupid as they apparently are. They are using COVID as an excuse for being incompetent in doing business!
WOULD YOU ORDER FROM A COMPANY LIKE THAT?
Well I certainly won't recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING!
