Terrible shipping and no customer service!
I ordered a part for my gas grill and it didn't arrive for almost a month. When it did finally arrive it was damaged. I tried several times to call over a period of weeks and eReplacementParts don't answer their phone - you get trapped in a phone mail system that won't give you access to a rep and then the system disconnects you. I sent several emails which all received a standard replay and no customer rep response.
The item was damaged in shipment which was not really a surprise as it was shipped in just about the worst packaging I've ever seen. The website and phone mail instructions only refer you to the website but the only solution there is return the item for which they want to charge you for shipping again. I paid almost $10 for shipping the original order and my only recourse is pay shipping to return the item and order the part again for which they want to charge me for shipping AGAIN. This at a time when many, if not most, companies provide FREE shipping is an outrage. To pay for shipping 3 times to get the item I purchased is not acceptable.
Their excuse for no customer service is COVID-19 and that is a gross exploitation of the situation.
I wish I could give zero stars - eReplacementparts.com is ripping me off!

Customer Friendly
Problem determination on my pressure washer took me to a malfunctioning pump. I checked the internet for my pressure washer model number, etc and I found this website eReplacementParts.com. There were others but eReplacementParts.com had the best price and free shipping. I called them and was convinced eReplacementParts were legit (read their reviews, etc) so I placed my order. My new pump came but without packing in the box. The box was full of holes notably where the water intake valve was. Yep you guessed it it was bent, couldn't attach a water hose. I called they were very apologetic, I returned it and ordered another. The second pump arrived, again without packing so I thought I would attach a picture of the box. Fortunately it was not damaged. I successfully power washed my entire house. This was a gift from my adult son so I shared the story with him. He was quite proud that I "fixed it myself". So am I.

Unsuccessful experience
Order a replacement part online. Product was shipped, but the shipping service never delivered the product because it was damaged. Never heard from eReplacementParts about this, soI called several weeks later to find that their customer service line was not available due to COVID-19, online customer service only, which was useless in my case. Funny thing, COVID-19 had no effect on their ability to take new orders over the phone. So, I called played like I was wanting to make a new order. The woman I talked to was super helpful and shipped out a replacement for the replacement and placed a note on the order for the warehouse to pack the order more carefully. The warehouse did not listen and the item arrived broken. Still unable to take the customer service phone route, I played like I was making a new order again. The gentleman I spoke too was also very kind and helpful. After giving me the option to reorder, which I declined, he issued me a refund and I parted ways with eReplacementParts amicably. This was a horrible logistical experience with exceedingly nice people.

Terrible service and long wait
I ordered a handful of parts from here back on April 1,2020 and I bought the parts when eReplacementParts stated that they were in stock, and then after the order it told me one part was on back order. First strike. Then when I saw that they put it on back order I called to try to change my shipping from expedited to normal as I paid more for it to come faster and when I called, no matter what number i pressed in the phone directory, it went to the same recorded message and I couldn't talk to anyone or change the order online. Strike 2. Fast forward a month and I get an email with an update on my order. They tell me that that part came in stock, but one of the parts that was in stock was now on backorder. They didn't hold a part that was sold and paid for. Strike 3. At this point I'm very upset. Fast forward another month and the parts finally get shipped. The carriers did their job and got it to me in a couple days after it was shipped but E-replacement parts did not do theirs very well at all. I would buy from a different company and I will from now on.

Air Compressor
I recently bought repair parts for my air compressor. Upon delivery The valve assembly was already assembled and zip tied all I had to do was cut the zip ties and mount the valve assembly according to their video. After assembling all the parts I turned the compressor on and heard a noise which when I disassembled I've found that the rubber piston ring was ruined after further investigation I found that according to the printed instructions sent with the parts that the zip tied valve assembly was assembled wrong and it ruined the piston ring. I have been trying to contact these people for the past 3 days and there has been no answer back to me to get a new rubber piston ring sent to me at their cost. I do not feel I should have to pay for a new rubber piston ring when it was their fault due to the pre assembled/zip tied valve assembly that was assembled wrong in the first case.

WARNING! This company is a disaster
I ordered a part for my Dewalt sawzall, specifically a lock pin so I could build my recently paralyzed grandmother a wheelchair ramp to get into her house. I ordered over a week before I had to build this ramp so that I had it in time to get this job done. What I received was a bag with the correct part number, and correct part description, same as the website. Inside the bag was not a lock pin, but a torx screw.

I contacted this place via email to inform them of their error. What a waste of time. I had to provide my order number and explanation in 3 separate emails. I got frustrated with not getting anywhere via email, so I called. It wasn't much better.

I was told that eReplacementParts would refund me for the incorrect part. They didn't say we'd send you the correct part. It seems that these parts ship from somewhere else and I was told that I could reorder the same part, but I would probably receive another torx screw and not the lock pin.

WHAT?!?!?!?!

What was supposed to be a simple order and receive has turned into a nightmare of customer service and refunds and returns. I have now cancelled my entire order, requested a full refund and will not be wasting anymore time or money with this company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This is not a professional operation. The probability of you receiving the wrong part is incredibly high. From reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's had to deal with this nightmare. This company is a disaster.

Ghost Business
My husband ordered a replacement part for our air compressor. We received our package in the mail fairly quickly but only to be disappointed eReplacementParts mailed us the wrong part. Packing has two different labels on it. One with the item name and number we purchased and the other with name and item number that was actually in the package. (See photo) Tried calling everything number and extension they provide only to get a recording recommending to email. We did that to only get a quick reply of a generic response to follow instructions to return from the website. Well that's all dandy if the part didn't fit or I ordered the wrong part, but the company sent me the wrong part. In order to return the part $5.95 will come out of my refund to cover the shipping... again if I messed up then I would be ok with that. They messed up and they should pay for shipping and send me the correct part. IF you could actually SPEAK with someone then maybe this could be explained and resolved, but instead this is a ghost business... taking your money and no customer service. The picture in the package is what we received. The picture with ereplacement.com watermark across it is what we ordered and should have received.

Mixed Review - Could have been 5 Star
First the positive. I called in because I was having a hard time finding parts online for my specific lawn mower. The representative that helped me was fantastic and located all of the parts I needed. The prices were good.
The negative is after the order was placed. When I received my order invoice via email I was charged for two of one of the items I ordered. I received both in my shipment even though I only ordered one. I tried calling back but the system would not allow for phone concerning returns or order cancellations due to "Covid" staffing issues. My only recourse was to complete the return process online with no accurate reason available for the return. I returned the extra item at my expense. I could have used their return label but it was still going to deduct from the refund. I have emailed the company twice now and I have received an automated response that due to "Covid" eReplacementParts are experiencing long response times. I believe the return should have been at their expense and I should receive a full refund plus my shipping cost.

B & S Engine parts
I am in the process of rebuilding a B& S Model 31000 Series engine on a Huskee 42 " riding mower in which the governor link spring broke and the engine ran away damaging the connecting rod before I could shut it down. I decided to try to rebuild rather than re-power which would probably have been cheaper and a lot faster, but I wanted the challenge. I had taken both push rods, carburetor and starter from this engine and put on another 31000 engine on a different mower, so I ordered connecting rod, rings, and gasket set. I now have obtained all parts necessary for the rebuild and cleaned all parts that will be re-used. Next step is to cross hatch cylinder so new rings will seat. All parts I ordered (by part number only) from ReplacementParts were correct and obtained in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend ReplacementParts for anyone needing B & S Engine parts and I know eReplacementParts have parts for other types of equipment. In my case. I found it easier to order from them than from Briggs & Stratton directly. I have parts lists for three different mowers and engines and like to order by part no. Only-no model or serial no. Required. Been doing it for years. Troy N.

Would give zero if possible
Ordered parts on 7/3. Ordered head caps for a weed eater. Parts came with someone elses part and order number printed on paper for a Makita sander. Sent 3 emails about problem. No response. Called got snotty cs agent. Asked for label to ship back as i was not paying for shipping to return the wrong part. Got none. She sent a return auth for the parts i was to receive but did not get. Told she would refund money but I had to pay again to get parts sent. So i did. She gave me a new order number. It never showed up on history in their website nor showed as being processed to send new parts. Called again cs agent this time was a man who was nice. Refund had never been requested which he said he would do. He said he would send label to return parts which after a while showed up. Will remain to be seen if correct parts show up in a week. Or if I receive my refund from them which I can call the bank and dispute and get my money back. But it is sad that cs from this company (the woman) was sad. The man was older sounding and nice. But all could have been done if eReplacementParts either answered their emails or did it right on first phone call. Hoping the parts are right this next time.

Parts That Fit
Needed a drive cable for my Craftsman mower, eReplacementParts had just what I needed. I read some reviews where folks indicated that it was a simple replacement. However, eReplacementParts may not have had an electric start model. Got it done. The cable routing is too close to the drive belt. As the drive belt wears (5 yrs) it can wear the the drive cable. I added a spacer which gives it about 1/4" more of space. If it breaks again I will move the drive cable mount hole over about 3/4" to give the drive belt a little more room. A word of CAUTION: when Turing your mower on it's side to work on it, make sure it is almost empty of gas
When you set it back on it's wheels let it set for several hours before attempting to start. You need to give the oil time to drain into the crankcase. I let mine set on the Charger over night. I have read where some folks have destroyed their engine by attempting to start it too soon because of oil filling the combustion cylinder.

Disconnected from Customer
Ordered the toggle switch and switch housing parts for my Jet JBM-5. All parts received with the correct parts – except the switch. The switch pictured on the webpage is the correct one: it is not the one received. The switch received was a double pole 240v push button switch: the switch needed is a single pole 120 toggle switch. Left messages on their webpage (not responding to webpage messages), attempted to contact by phone (eReplacementParts are not taking phone calls), and put a note in the box when part was returned. Reordered the switch thinking that maybe someone just grabble the wrong switch. Nope, received the same wrong switch. Returned it again. Still do not have the switch needed. There is virtually no way for a customer to make contact with a person to resolve a problem. They received two stars only because of the correct parts received.

The toggle which pictured is the correct one and taken from eparts website. The picture of the push button switch is similar to the one received.

An old Skil 3X18 belt sander
Owned this belt sander for 25 year and when the main drive went out I was going to trash it. My son in law asked if I could fix it I thought what the heck. It would cost me $150 to replace it, so did a quick check on the internet and found this sight. EReplacementParts had the original skil rubber part the failed, amazing. But I was not 100% convinced so I called customer service. I was very surprised they answered and with perfect English. The fine lady that assisted me assured me it was is stock and ready to ship. So I order the drive belt, a rubber gasket if you want to call it that. In just a few days it arrived and by just removing 4 screws on the sander I replaced the main rubber drive and It worked perfectly, saving me a lot of cash! I can not recommend these guy any higher. I hate fake reviews, people paid for their reviews. I assure you I bought the part and was not compensated in anyway for this review. I'm just a happy customer that would like to brag on such great company and their great customer service. Thanks for saving my sander for just a few bucks! I feel bad that I can only give this 5 stars, they deserve 10!

Milwaukee impact driver
Had a brand new impact driver for about 4-5 years which was never used before. When I went to use it I squeezed the trigger and nothing happened. I was Not sure why it didn't work so I searched the web and came to e-replacement. There I found the possible reason it wasn't working and a instructional video on how to replace the part that is causing the problem. Very simple procedure to replace the part but the video also added some confidence that I would be able to tackle it. Also had an option to either replace the exact part or upgrade it to a newer model which is what I did. I chose the slowest shipping which took about 7 days to arrive but that was my choice. Once I received the part I took the tool apart removed the old part and reinstalled the new upgrade part within 30 minutes. Once back together again pulled the trigger and presto I had a new and upgrade tool. The knowledge eReplacementParts have on the item especially the common cause of certain failures and the video is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a mechanic by trade and have worked with hand tools over 45 years but if you only use tools occasionally it will take you a little longer but be patient and you will succeed. I will definitely be back to this site.

Skeptical
I went looking for a parts breakdown for my 30+ year old brad nailer so I could try and figure how it works and how to fix it. Google directed me to this site and I found eReplacementParts not only had the breakdown but if you look up the symptoms you are experiencing they suggest a part along with a percentage of the time that part fixes the problem. The suggested part had a 99% fix rate, so I ordered it.

Part came in quickly and was what I ordered. When I looked at it though it seemed there was no difference in condition between the old part and the new. Just the color of the plastic. And I realized there was an "O" ring I probably should have ordered. I didn't see how the identical looking part could fix it, but I removed the old ring from the original part, put in on the new part and re-assembled the gun.

To my surprise it worked.

Excellent source of information, part wes reasonably priced (actually the shipping was more than the item). Very satisfied that I fixed the nailer for under $10 instead of having to buy a new one.

Outdated system
I placed my order for 2 retaining clips. Confirmation showed I ordered 1. I canceled that order and ordered again. Same conformation showed up. I called and was told my order was split and person I talked to said I would receive 2 clips. He also agreed I should have received an email from the company telling me the order was split and would be sent without additional shipping. Order arrived the next day but I was billed for both orders! When I called again I was told billing would be corrected. Finally, over 2 weeks later billing was corrected but I have emails from the company stating this would take 2-3 days. I was also told I did not have to return the 2nd. Shipment but moments later an email was sent telling me to return the shipment in order to receive a refund!
This has been a ridiculous process and I will be looking for another vendor if I need replacement parts.

REFUND LABELS PROMISED NOT KEPT.
I ordered a set of three Heater Tents for my Charbroil Grill on 6/6/19. I received the tents only to find out eReplacementParts were not the correct size etc. I immediately sent an email to customer service. The response I received indicated they would send me a PREPAID label to return the items via a separate email. I never received the separate email w/ the labels as promised. I went back and forth with customer service via emails requesting they send the labels, (which they said they would 'Re-Send). Finally it was recommended that they send the labels via US Mail. I was told it would cost me $5.50 for the PREPAID labels which would be deducted from my REFUND, I agreed. I waited and never received the labels. I again, emailed customer service, and got a "different response" indicating I was solely responsible for the return cost. Now, it is going on three weeks since I made the order. Their policy states items returned must be within 45 days of purchase. I will mail them the items back tomorrow. I just would not trust them with my business ever again. I have kept copies of all the emails sent and received as proof that they promised to send the PREPAID Labels (at a cost) and failed to do so.

First time customer to never again customer
Where to start? I purchased a used Delta Unisaw that needed some service. I ordered 1 matched set of 3 belts, as the belts needed replacing. I am a stickler for OEM parts, so when I found the belts on their website, I was very pleased. So I proceeded to place my order. Shipping was fast and everything was good until I received my order. Went to my mailbox and had literally 1 belt out of the three. Tried calling them, but using Covid as an excuse, no one will answer the phone and eReplacementParts direct you to their website. So I go the website, fire off an email from their website explaining the situation and asking for an explanation, and receive an automated response, again blaming Covid that I should get a response in 24 to 48 hours or even longer. Finally received a response, with them admitting it was their issue. They said they would send me a prepaid label for the return of the 1 belt I received as opposed to the three matched belts I was supposed to receive, they would issue me a refund, then I would have to order the belts again. Okay, satisfactory response and I thought this was ironed out. Here it is now over a week later, and again after 2 more emails without any response at all, I am apparently out over 50 bucks and have 1 useless belt out of a matched set of 3. This companies customer service is beyond deplorable and as far as I am concerned, a bunch of thieves that will not send you the correct part even when it is obviously their mistake. I dont care if they are the only people left selling parts for my old machine, or any machine I have. I will not order from them again. I too am in the manufacturing and customer service industry, but unlike this place, I don't get to use Covid as an excuse for having beyond piss poor customer service. Save your money, time and aggravation, shop elsewhere.

Half satisfied
We purchased two items at one time, a blender bowl base and a food processor bowl. The blender part is fine, redesigned for added strength where the original failed. But when I researched the bowl, there were two designs available, with an appropriate warning that the two are not interchangeable. The part that did not match my bowl lid was available, but the part I needed was on back order from the manufacturer. So I sighed, ordered the correct part, and prepared to wait the projected month or more, while both the blender and the food processor leaked a little, but were useable. I was shocked and momentarily pleased when the shipment came just a week later. Until I opened it and found that I had paid $30 something for THE WRONG PART!. You shipped the other one, which of course was not what I ordered. I only have PDF proof of order and purchase, should you be interested to follow up. I am glad to share.

Took my order and charged my credit card but claimed no record of order
I ordered a starting capacitor from eReplacementParts.com and received a confirmation email showing the part, the part number, the order number and verifying that the part would ship in one business day. When I checked the status of my order five days later, the website had no record of the order even though my credit card had been charged the day I placed the order. I called their Customer Service Department and was told there was no record of an order to me at all. I told the representative that I received a confirming email and read the email to him and he still could not find any record of the order and said that the people who worked on these sort of problems were not available until the next day. On top of everything else, he said that the part I ordered was not available for 14 to 21 days even though the website and confirming email said that the part would ship in one business day and I paid extra for expedited shipping! It is unbelievable that a company would take your order, charge your credit card and send you a confirming email and then have no record of the order!
